I booked a flight ticket from bengaluru to lucknow on 3rd june 2019 in the name of vaishnavi singh rana for 1st july 2019. But due to some reasons i had to cancel my ticket within half an hour. Booking id:[protected] flight: indigo 449 pnr: sk964n. After few days i got a refund of inr 990. When i had a word with indigo over the mail, they told me that they have refunded the amount of inr 4261 to the agency account used for making the reservation and that i have to contact the travel agency to claim the amount. I did the same and ixigo told me that they will refund rest of the amount within 5-7 working days. But now they are not responding to my mails. I have attached screenshots of both the mails. One from indigo and the other from ixigo in which they said they will refund the rest of the amount. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com and my contact number is +91 [protected]
Kindly resolve my issue asap.

Complaint marked as Resolved I tried reaching them via call but no number is valid to reach them. Then I sent lots of email like 33-34 emails they responded to each but unable to solve my issue soon. Every one was saying it will be reversed within 7 working days but after 7 days same answer that they are working on my query but after around 1.5 months I got my refund finally. So thank you for that Ixigo.

On 1 july i book a train ticket. The train ticket is not book but the amount is debited. I pay from paytm upi. The upi refer no is[protected]. Paytm say the amount is credited to axis bank ltd. I want my amount back because the train ticket is not booked.
Please solve my problem. ASAP
