[Resolved] Ixigo — payment successful but booking failed

Dear sir/ mam
I request to solve my problem
Date of 16th june 2018
My two order id for train booking is
Ixitr[protected] &
Transection of amount was deducted from my bank account but booking was failed and still the amount of booking is not refund in my bank account please refund in my account. I wish that my problem is resolved as soon as possible. Thank you

Payment successful booking failed
My train tickets cancellation amounts has 840/- and 860/- on dated 18/6/2018 but 860/- has due to processing please processed it also for refund
Maine ticket book Kay payment pay ho gya per booking failed ho gya hai mera amount refund Kar digye

Maine debit card pay kiya tha sir
