I ordered caprese handbag of 1158/- on 11 january 2019 with order number [protected] and i requested for refund amount of 1158/- on 13 january 2019 with request id [protected] received a message on 16 January 2019 about refund initiation but the refund money is not credited into my bank account. When will i get the refund money?

    I recieved a fraud call from number [protected] asking me to purchase product worth 5000 to win a assured gift. She was changing her statement mentioning flipkart at times. She called me twice and mention i will win 1 assured gift out of 5. Gifts include iphone 7, sony led etc. She had all my account details which was very surprising even the various shipping address i had saved. Please take an immediate action.

        I ordered one earphone by jabong on 13jan but i received a blank box in which there was no bluetooth earphone. I made a call to jabong customer care but did not get any response. So this is a last attempt i am making a complaint on jabong. After that if my complaint pudding not resolved then i will make a complaint in consumer court against jabong. As you people have
        Setup shop to fool customers. They never stick to their services as they have delivered me a blank box inside which there was nothing (Only a charger lead) and also have no regards to the need of customers offer zero customer service and top of all this they always try to fool the customers also.
        Regarding my complaint you can talk to the delivery boy as i open that parcel in front of delivery boy and that was totally empty.
        Also i want my full purchase amount return to me other wise i will take some hard action against jabong. Please note the invoice no and attached picture of parcel.

          I bought a pair o[censored]nited colour of benetton shoes from jabong and want to return it due to fitting issue, i filled up all my details correctly still everytime i try to file a return request the "the customer state is required to process the return" error shows up. I would like the jabong team to kindly see through this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

            3 items were ordered prepaid order number[protected]-414030. At the time of delivery of the order 2 items out of 3 were delivered in a packet but 1 item was missing (Wrogn men olive green slim fit solid chinos wrgntrsr[protected]. I complaint regarding the same immediately i. E. On 9-1-19, costumer support executives told me to wait for 3 business days. After 3 business days they told me to wait for next 48 hrs after that they told me that your complaint has been declined. Please provide solution to my problem deliver the item immediately.

                I made an online payment through sbi net banking of rs.2105.56 and the transaction is failed but i got a message from sbi stating that money is debited with transaction ref no. Igafcxcvf3 at fashion trading on 6.1.2019 at 12:50 a. M. For the said amount. The transaction got failed and made another transaction for the exact items and amount which got sucessed. So, please resolve the problem immediately.

                  Inspite of my bad experiences in the past, I still placed two orders on Jabong. I have attached herewith pictures to show the pathetic way in which products are being delivered by Jabong to its customers and another picture which shows the size of the footwear sent to me. The boxes were actually torn and the product was sent to me in these torn boxes by Jabong. In another instance, I had ordered a footwear of size 40 and they delivered the footwear of size 38 to me.

                  They have no customer service policy it seems. Their checks are done probably just for name sake and they believe that customers' are not people who shop from their app but are those people who only exist to be fooled by them!!

                    Jabong has actually set up shop to fool customers. They never stick to their commitments, deliver wrong products, have no regard to the needs of the customers, offer zero customer service and on top of all this they try to fool customers by giving them vouchers which can never be used for any damn purchase. I have had the worst experience shopping with them, raising complaints and following up from my side to resolve my query. There is no follow up whatsoever from their side for resolving any complaint.

                    I am raising this complaint for 2 products that I had ordered. One of them was not delivered to me inspite of it being available when I placed the order (the payment for which was also made) and another wrong product was delivered to me. My complaint nos. raised with them are 41676387 and 41676486, which they have closed from their end unilaterally. Instead of apologising and rectifying their mistake, they fooled me by offering me vouchers in lieu of the complaints raised by me, which could never be used. I tried using the vouchers on Jabong but they could not be used. I prommptly sent a screenshot of the message appearing on Jabong when I tried to use these vouchers. After 3 to 4 months of rigorous follow up from my end, they finally responded that the vouchers could be used subject to some T & Cs (this was never conveyed to me even at the time I was offered the voucher and neither in response to the 3 months of follow up mails that i sent from my end). Not even once they informed the status of my complaint from their side. On my checking up with them, they used to respond by saying that my complaint has been taken up on priority. For the complaints which they take up on priority (as per what they say), they take 3 months to inform the customer that the voucher is subject to T & Cs. What kind of customer service is this????

                    I have atleast 20 mails as proof to show that the follow up for this was always done by me. I am seeking compensation for the way in which they have handled my case

                        I ordered a dressberry blue skinny fit mid-rise slash knee acid-wash stretchable jeans (Size32). The item was delivered on 24 dec 2018. But the size was large for me so i requested for return. The item was picked up on 4th january and i received the mail regarding the initiation of my refund on the same day.                         They told me to wait for 10 days for the refund. After waiting for 11 days now they are telling to wait for 7 days more. I don't think this long time is required for the refund if they have already initiated my refund. Please help me to get the money back.
                        I placed a order on 21st dec 2018 i was not satisfied with 2 products in it... I claimed for a return of those products... They are not willing to pick it up from here... I hate their service cheating people and getting money..
                        I ordered product from Jabong. But still I don't get exchange of the product. It is going to wrong ML courier service.

                            I had initiated a return request 10 days before. No one came to pick up the product from the stated address and after the designated time, when i check the return request has been declined. Please look into this as soon as possible. The customer care also doesn't seem to respond and super cold and rude in thier behaviour. I will never ever purchase from jabong.

                                The product was delivered to me on 25th of december 2019. It was incomplete product (Part of cloths were missing with no tag). It's been more than 15 days i am following up with jabong executive but they don't have anything to say except your complaint has been raised. I spoke with supervisor ujjwal he promised me that my product would be picked on 6th january at 4pm and at 4:30pm he will call me to ask for update but no one came and no call.
                                Again i called and i spoke to supervisor prerna she also promised me that my prodcut would be picked up by the end of the day on 6th jan and provided me with a courier boy's name and number (Sonu pal) but no one came. It's a fake logistic company that do not know how to mange customer and product. I called them up again today they again have same thing to say that your complaint has been resgistered.
                                I want a refund of my product and proper response and no fake promises just to avoid customer issue.

                                  I have been a loyal customer of jabong india and have been ordering goods since then but now i think that jabong have shattered all my trust and faith in them.
                                  I have ordered an item in 25/12/2018 and on 11/01/2019 the item canceled with out communicating with me and settled the payment but the whole process it took for me 18 days.
                                  Actually the item needs to be delivered by 3rd of jan 2019 but on 8th i raised the complaint for delay delivery of my item to them till that point they haven't started action on it then they said 48 hsr will take for the resolution for it and after 48 hrs i called them again for the status of it again they said you need to wait for next 48 hrs and on the next day they canceled it with out communicating with me.
                                  I called the customer service & i asked them why the order canceled they said the item was lost because of that we canceled it.
                                  I asked them to do reorder it for me for that they said we can not do that because we don't have an access on your account but they have an access to cancel the item from my account for that they have access great convincing answer.

                                  The most most worst services are providing by jabong.

                                    Order[protected]-9114601 was placed on 9 dec 2018. Out of 8 products, i've returned 5 products of total amount 6814.15/- which was successfully processed & credited on 18/19 dec 2018 as per jabong. The issue here is it is not credited in my sbi bank account till date. I raised this issue with jabong first and they raised an incident in[protected] then shared the arn number for the refund transaction. Sbi bank couldn't recognize the arn number hence the transaction didn't take place. Attached order details, return request details, arn number and bank statement for your reference.

                                      I paid rs 2250.50 for a calvin klein trunk from jabong.com through payzapp wallet on 11 jan 2019. The amount got deducted from my bank and the transaction was successful with all the transaction details from payzapp but there is no ‘order placed’ at jabong. I have all the transaction details like transaction id. I want a refund. This is outrageous, seems like there is no integration of payzapp and jabong even when jabong themselves promote transactions through payzapp.

                                        With reference to my order no. 109735409812221585303 of shaftesbury london blazer.
                                        I have returned this product on 30st dec2018 and the product was picked up on 31st dec 2018.
                                        As per their promise of refunding the amount within 7-10 days.
                                        But today is 11th jan2019 and yet i have not received my amount.
                                        Kindly refund my amount of 2419 rs as soon as possible.
