Jabong has actually set up shop to fool customers. They never stick to their commitments, deliver wrong products, have no regard to the needs of the customers, offer zero customer service and on top of all this they try to fool customers by giving them vouchers which can never be used for any damn purchase. I have had the worst experience shopping with them, raising complaints and following up from my side to resolve my query. There is no follow up whatsoever from their side for resolving any complaint.
I am raising this complaint for 2 products that I had ordered. One of them was not delivered to me inspite of it being available when I placed the order (the payment for which was also made) and another wrong product was delivered to me. My complaint nos. raised with them are 41676387 and 41676486, which they have closed from their end unilaterally. Instead of apologising and rectifying their mistake, they fooled me by offering me vouchers in lieu of the complaints raised by me, which could never be used. I tried using the vouchers on Jabong but they could not be used. I prommptly sent a screenshot of the message appearing on Jabong when I tried to use these vouchers. After 3 to 4 months of rigorous follow up from my end, they finally responded that the vouchers could be used subject to some T & Cs (this was never conveyed to me even at the time I was offered the voucher and neither in response to the 3 months of follow up mails that i sent from my end). Not even once they informed the status of my complaint from their side. On my checking up with them, they used to respond by saying that my complaint has been taken up on priority. For the complaints which they take up on priority (as per what they say), they take 3 months to inform the customer that the voucher is subject to T & Cs. What kind of customer service is this????
I have atleast 20 mails as proof to show that the follow up for this was always done by me. I am seeking compensation for the way in which they have handled my case
