I have placed an order of "and maxi dress" on 7th dec and paid via payzapp wallet. Amount got deducted from it but they did not confirm my order, i have called several time but they are saying payment got declined from our end, i called payzapp customer care also they have given me transaction id of successful transaction. I want you to deliver my order or refund in my wallet.

    Placed an order on the date 22/11/18 the money went through which was rs.3243. But i didn't get order confirmation. I thought the money was stuck in the portal so waited for more than 7days for the return of my money but i didn't get any message. So i contact the bank and ask them about the transaction. The concerned bank said the money have been accepted by the merchant and money have been debited from my account. I repeatedly emailed jabong and gave my bank statement as well in pdf format like they have asked. After 4 days i got a reply from them that the complain have been closed cuz there was a failed transaction and i have to talk to my bank. These guys are fraud and god forbids no one should face the same as me. I'm just a regular person and i don't have the proper knowledge to fight these. All i have to do is complain and i hope someone will hear my voice. It's been 22 days and no sign of refund.in case the money was stuck somewhere in the gateway it would have arrived by now. But my bank have clearly stated that the "merchant" have received the money so jabong is a big fat lier and fraud ripping money out of common people.

      Totally disappointed with the delivery & customer care services of jabong will recommend no one to shop from jabong this is with reference to order id[protected]-5150303. I placed this order on 28 nov, 2018 after got the message as "order delivered" on 2 dec, 2018 which was not actually delivered neither i have got no of the delivery boy which they generally text before delivery, to whom i could have asked for the delivery status and inform that i got such message without delivery, hence i raised the complaint the very same day. Since then following with customer care so-called "champions" in every 2- 3 days, no resolution or any update about the issue till now neither they are refunding the amount which i already asked for as i am fed up of following them. They are not even bothered to update me at least once in these 10 days instead i have to call them in every 2 -3 days to ask for the update and every time same answer "we are working on this it will get resolved in next 24/ 48 hours" but no update on the issue. Strange that how they are fooling the customers. No value of customer time and money. The only thing they have some fake words to speak that it will get resolved blah blah.

        @jabongindia seems you people are compromising with the customer service. Please refer to[protected]. It seems vendor has determined to deliver partial order. I am wasting my time waiting for the same.
        Jabong executives are asking me to cancel the order rather than sending leftover shipment as they want to ease there job.
        It happened with my order that out of 2 pair of thermal they delivered only 1 top and upon exchange they did same mistake e. G. This time they delivered 2 tops but the bottom thermal are missing.

          When i calling to jabong customer care there executive (Ahushi) is saying our system is not working so why they accepting my call and not helping me every time when i call to jabong they saying technical issue so why they running this customer care fraud company i want only know about my return status and it's my first order from jabong and the last one also to bad service from you jabong and i also escalated this issue in social media also if your customer service is not good so please not you fake promise to customers that why no one trust you jabong.

            Dear sir, madam
            This is to inform you that the product of one of my exchange item having order no[protected]-4034301 shipping is getting delayed by more than 1 days & still it is getting delayed. My contact no is [protected]. The product is not yet shipped by the jabong/seller and the laughing point is jabong is not helping me out. The item was supposed to ship on 7th of december but today is 8th of december still the item hasn't been shipped. The delivery date is 10th of december and i highly doubt it will reach on time. I have clearly attached a screenshot of my exchange product details. The item is packed but the shipment has not been done yet. Something is fishy. I want to exchange my product, but jabong is intentionally delaying it and customer care executive are clueless. Kindly ship the desired item and deliver it to me i. E ucb jeans as early as possible. Being an loyal customer of jabong this is unacceptable & i hope jabong will not disappoint me. Hoping for an positive and early resolution.

              It is almost a month that i have returned my two products one sandals & skirt kameez to jabong but did not receive any refund. I have sent so many mails to two mail ids mention on their website but nothing has been done. Every time i got a mail send ur account detail ur amount will process in 2 business days. This is so annoying. Even i have sent mail to chief manager but nothing has been done.

              Disbalance of wheels.when putting straight a strolley, balance of it is not proper.it falls from top side.wheels are not good for balance.

                I placed my return request to jabong on 18th oct 2018, as the product details clearly showed that the item is returnable but still jabog refused to pick up the order. After several complaints they asked me to ship the order back to the warehouse which I did with firstflight tracking no. AWB: M991B8240391 which clearly show the status as delivered.

                Even after placing so many complaints to jabong they have not take this seriously and after dropping several mail to the customer care, they don’t bother to contact back.

                  Sir/madam,
                  As much as i love jabong, i am very displeased and disappointed with the return policy of jabong. I ordered 5 products on 10th november and got delivered on the desired date.
                  But when i opted for return, my goodness its so horrible the delivery person takes many days for return, to reach my home. At first when i opted for returning the two products, the delivery person took almost 5 days to reach my home and also my return was declined but initially afterwards i got the message that the return was accepted but till now only one of my product amount is refunded. The other one is still pending.
                  Moreover, i again opted for return about one different 3rd product out of the 5, since it was not good. But till now, no delivery person has reach my home to return the product.
                  Jabong customers are getting decieved every now and then. Please ensure that everything is worked smoothly so that we the customers would be satisfied with jabong. Please help me to solve my issue fast, i would be forever in your debt. Thank you.

                  On the 9/10/2018 I order The North Face Wind/Wp Hybrid Grey Outdoor Jacket and I received it on 16/10/2018 while receiving the product I didn't like it so on the 20/10/2018 I return the product but till today the 2/11/2018 I haven't received the refund money

                    I purchased an item with order no 109106356364448500603 with jabong on october 15 2018. Due to difference in color of the product compared to the image provided at the online application, i placed return on october 18. The product was returned and i got the acknowledgement. However, i could not initiate the refund at the online application, due to error while updating bank account details.

                    I got in touch in the customer service and was asked by them to share my bank details through mail to [protected]@jabong.com. I did the same on 23rd october 2018. However, refund did not happen within 3-4 working days as promised by customer service. So i followed up with them multiple times between 23rd october and 15th november. All was in vain.

                    Finally, on 15th november, an incident 42319811 was raised for this by the customer service. It has been 20 days since then. However, i am yet to receive my refund. The least customer service could do is, to update me about the status of my complaint through mail. This has been a time and effort consuming exercise for me which has only been met with the false promise of customer service.

                    I sincerely hope, my complaint is treated with seriousness and i get my money back as soon as possible.

                      Hi
                      I ordered a roadster brown chinos on 25th nov 2018 from jabong. The parcel was to be delivered before 1st of December 2018.
                      The parcel arrived at hub in my ahmednagar city on 29th of nov 2018. Today the date is 4th dec 2018 but not yet delivered. I had put up a complaint on jabong regarding this but they are still telling to wait for more two days. U needed that parcel on time but now of no use. Even they are not cancelling it.

                        This is 3 rd exchange request. Can you please tell what things you exchange this product 3 times you send same product. You mention slim fit on site every time you are sending super skinny fit. Are you people bliend can’t see why coustmer is exchanging product.                           On 29.11.18 i had ordered a forever 21 top from jabong. While payment, my amount (Rs 1038.75) was immediately debited from my account but the app sent a notification that "the transaction was successful but order was still not placed." i received my bank statement clearly saying that the amount was transferred to jabong, but then when i checked, the app showed no orders. When i called their customer care, a lady said that she could see my order (Even when i did not say her my order). She asked me to wait for 24hours. But no action was taken. Next day when i called again, the customer care man denied from everything, and was rather rude. The mails sent to [protected]@jabong.com even just keep telling me to wait. It's already been 3 days. Will jabong take any action? Will my issue ever be solved? I have been a loyal jabong customer for so many years, and this is the treatment at the time of crisis?

                                On the 9/10/2018 i bought the north face wind/wp hybrid grey outdoor jacket. The price of the jacket after discount is rs.4467.68 and i received the product on the 16/10/2018 but when i received the product i didn't like it so i change my mind and i make a return and i already give the bank details which the refund money should refund and they pick up the product on the 20/11/2018 but till today the 2/11/2018 i haven't not received the refund money. So kindly check the matter as soon as possible

                                  With utmost respect for jabong i have recieved the required product on time.
                                  However when i applied for return and the requested product was guaranteed.
                                  The return pickup has failed many times and instead, the main office in my city are telling me to return and to my horror they are unresponsive. Delivery person in my city is not upto the standard it use to be before.

                                    I purchased a jeans through jabong and returned it.. I paid i through online and i and i returned it but still i haven't got refund money in my bank account i called jabong they said they will look into the matter... The last date of refund giving refund was 25th november but still i haven't got my refund please help me with this one
                                    I just got my mini statement but there is no refund initiated in it jabong is saying they have initiated but i haven't received it they are saying they will look into this matter in 7 days what should i do now

                                      I’ve returned one product on 16 oct 2018 and today is 1 december 2018 i’ve not received my refund yet. Is this what you promise your customers. This response is so unprofessional and careless. I’ve been waiting for almost 2 months now and every time i was the one calling and requesting for my own money. This is disgusting and disrespectful i’m sorry but i’m very disappointed. I want my refund and a sorry token let me see how much you value your customers

                                        I want to return my order (Order id: 109503205411453124201) that delivered on 29th november 2018 but i am unable to place a return order as the jabong's return form is not accepting my valid ifsc number. The restriction has been set as 11 digit alpha numberic input while my icici account number's ifsc code is of 12 digits. The order was placed via cash on delivery basis so now i am just stuck with the product. There has been a problem every time i have ordered something from jabong. Jabong team, need your immediate attention over this matter.
