Hi, i am shreeparna roy sarkar fr" om coochbehar, west bengal. I placed an order of a jacket on jabong on 11th of december, 2018 nd same ay i canceled my order too for some personal reason. They told to refund the ammount with in 7-10 days but still i didnoy get my money back. I am helpless. My order id is -109640864866177232801. Please help me to get my money back. They are even not ready to provide me the transaction id. Please help me.

    I had placed 3 orders on the same date oit of which 1 is recieved. 2 orders are not delivered as the estimated delivery date was 18 th dec, 2018 and today it is 24th dec. The tracking ID of ML is invalid. The parcel is shipped and further tracking shows Imsoncall ticket. When will I recieve my parcel? Atleast inform me whom to contact and date on which i will recieve it. Take action quickly and get get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you.

      I order two clothing items before the end of reason sale started so i had to pay extra to buy them.. I got confirmation on the products and one was shipped on time while the other was not.. After 3days i got a text that there has been a delay with the shipment and today i saw that it has been cancelled and i wasn't even notified.. I already paid for it and now i can't re order again as it says the size i ordered isn't available anymore and that's the only reason i paid extra to get the products before the sale starts..
      What should i do now? What's the next step to this complaint?

        I ordered VANS X Van Gogh Beige Casual Sneakers shoes and they sent me the wrong product. And i had placed a return request on 20 Dec. 2018. They are not picking up and today i have checked today 24 Dec 2018 that jabong has declined my return request. :(

          I have ordered nike size 8 shoes. Order arrived at time when i opened the package it was wrong product with wrong size (Vans size 11). From very first day i tried to call them to resolve my problem customer care always given me 48 hrs for resolution but no update from them since last 10 days. I request you to please update for the same and at least try not to cheat customers.

            My friend from nagaland bought some t shirts from jabong to send as gifts in order to surprise and deliver to me at hyderabad. It was an attempt to make and see me happy. But this attempt was failed by this delivery service. On 17th i got a call from a delivery guy he asked me about my area and said he doesn't even know this area and i was trying to help him by guiding him. But he said his assigned delivery areas are different and by somehow he got this different package by mistake to him and he don't know my area. (As a matter of fact my area is one of biggest division in jublilee hills constitution consisting of 51+ sub areas. Where as amazon, flipkart and other e-commerce sites works so smooth and easy..) later he apologized and said it's courier and his office mistake as he got different area assigned package and he will return it to office and will reschedule it tomorrow for this i said ok as i didn't had any other choice... It happened on 17th december and today is 21st december despite that package is showing in hyderabad still can't receive it yet... And on top of this i cant even track my package ml[protected] through this tracking id. Please help me out on this issue and thanks jabong and mythra logistics services for spoiling my surprise and making sad and unhappy to my friend who gifted me.

              Struggling since 25 days to receive a refund. NO USE OF CALLING!!!
              Calling every day every single day to the useless customer care team and the floor supervisor also of sheer useless that no one can reach upto their finance team to get my issue resolved.

              First these people will deliver the strong product then they will not refund the money. How ridiculous service.

                I ordered a jacket of Rs.2270 from Jabong but I received a different color so i raised the return request but the pickup executive denied to accept it and the order put on hold.

                I called the jabong customer care for more than 5 times and sent repeated mails but no response or update yet.
                Still the product is with me in unused condition.
                And in jabong website it is showing return raised but no one is coming to pickup the order!

                  I had ordered from jabong app on 11.11.18 of rs2060.49 rupees my order not confirmed but the amount debited from my card. It's been over a month now but my amount still not credited to my acc. When i call their customer care they always says wait for 7 days. I have called their customer care 5 times or more but my issue not solved yet. Everybody of their customer care says wait for7 days some of them even said me we have refunded the amount contact to your bank. I went to bank but they said we can not do anything. They said the amount the jabong should refund your amount. Jabong your service is very poor. I want my money back.

                    Amount is not refunded into my account of order no [protected]and amount of Rs 405.8. I returned the product on 6th December 2018 and till today i.e 19th December I posted an email regarding this they informed me that they refunded amount through pay u but I haven't received the amount attached bank statement below plz do consider my request.i ordered 3 different products I received refund for 2 products.

                    JABONG sent me mail that Refund successfully processed on[protected] For Rs -405.86 Bank Reference Number is[protected] and told me that to contact bank using the reference no but they says invalid reference number.

                      Ordered stuff worth 12k and half of the order was delivered on thursday 6/12/18 and next day again the same half came as a duplicate order with the remaining order. I refused delivery and took the remainig order. Called them immediately to say a lipstick was missing and the order status doesn't show delivered but have already taken delivery and the same second parcel was rejected. Jabong gave me sla and kept me waiting noone called. When called back the issue was not mentioned in complaints. Many cs execs hung up and kept giving sla. Again called spoke to so many managers as no response asking them to update order and also for complaint status. They just said nothing can be done kept asking for same barcode which i sent and they confirmed but again recd calls they had not. Wrote to chief manager who also didnt bother emailed we are investigating. If the courier company has committed fraud or if jabong has and if they admit why cant they process the return and keep buying time and delay so that the customer doesn't return stuff even after asking them what investigation they kept blaming it on the technical team, previous managers, hung up spoke to so many managers who said will email details and call back noone did. Still waiting as informed them would be travelling so if the 15 days lapse i would not be held liable as they were simply wasting time in pretext of investigation but actually not resolving the issue. All i asked them is change the status to delivered and take the return but they simply cant do that and keep telling me procedure as though i am liable for the fraud they have done.
                      The cs advisors and managers half of them hang up when asked for manager and managers say we cannot do anything. Really if they are there to make things worse for the customer and only teach them procedure please put an ivr. All calls are recorded but i dont think so. I have all calls recorded but as they are big in size i cannot upload it through email.
                      I did inform them i shall file a complain and send the formal details but jabong seems to be very relaxed about it that you can do so. They don't try to resolve the customer issue keep pushing them from pillar to post and also try and prove the customer wrong and keep asking for information as proof again and again but what about the ridiculous treatment and services and fraud under the name of policy and procedure.

                        Please note that i received a wrong item against the above mentioned order.
                        I opened the package in front of the delivery person, he told me to send a mail. I raised a return against the order, but repeatedly the pickup persons denied to accept it.

                        And i sent repeated mails but no response.
                        Still the product is with me in unused condition.
                        And in jabong website it is showing return declined.

                          I ordered a jacket from jabong but the size wasn't right so i placed an exchange request. Since then every alternate day i get a message that my order is dispatched for delivery and then in the evening i get a another message stating that delivered failed and they will try again. It is really frustrating as a customer as neither i am provided the approximate delivery date nor the delivery person's contact info. I am also not able to initiate a refund. This company sucks and so does it courier service.

                              Very dear respdcted sir i am order a product product "blue mid rise regular fit jeans" under order number[protected]-0187201 amount 736 on 16th nov and i received that product on 18th nov
                              And 22th nov i return that product and i am not received my refund amount of 736 in my union bank of india till date 15.12.2018.

                                Hi my order number[protected]-4780303. Has not been delivered as per date mentioned & finally jabong cancelled my order i have raised complain that my order has not been delivered as per date mentioned & complaint has been raised under reference number 43456247. No action taken from jaboing side they have not delivered order after complain also & their courier partner updating false status in delivery status. Without any resolution or email they closed my complaint. They harassed my feeling, time. Kindly take strict action against jabong.

                                  In jabong.com, i ordered a dress and had a double debit for the order no:[protected]-0378303 as the 1st payment was debited my account but not credited into their account. So i had given cash for the order but first transaction was not reversed.

                                  I raised a complaint with them on 26th nov 18. After long struggle, they processed it and requested my bank account details. I had given correct account details. After few days later, they said neft payment was declined that account doesnt exist on 11th dec 18. They are not ready to share utr of the neft transaction. My account details are correct and my bank confirmed that nobody tried any neft payment to my account on that date. It indicates that they are not interested to refund my money. Whats stooping them to share the utr of the neft transaction.

                                  Again i have given proof for my account to confirm my account details. But they are not ready process my repayment even after i have given all the details. Pls help me to get the refund amount. Thanks.

                                    I placed this order in oct 2018, it was returned and i was supposed to received the refund by 30th oct. I understand a few days delay. However, when i did not receive it by 11th, i called up your customer care and requested anr number to follow up with my bank. I was told that the tat is 7 business days. I called up on 20th when i did not receive it on 7th business day. I was told to wait for 48 more hrs due to a technical glitch, i patiently waited. I had to call back on 22nd again since then the same story is happening. No upfront information received from their side. They guys don’t have the basic courtesy to inform the customer before hand if they are not able to get the information in the timeline that you provided. It’s shameful. I called up again on 22nd and spoke to their so called escalation team, again same lame excuse man please allow us 24 us. You will receive a call on 23rd before 8. And guess what; i did not and the story goes on, it’s day 32 today. This experience has been so lousy that i am never ever coming back to shop from jabong.

                                      I returned a product of jabong on 28 nov 2018. Though my profile of jabong is flashing that the return has been initiated on 28 nov to my bank account but i still didn't receive the money.

                                        I got a call today from +[protected]. The girl on other side knows my purchase history. I listen to her bcoz the girl mentioned my exact order history done a month back. She told me that my name is shortlisted for a lucky draw but i need to purchase rs.9000 then i will get the gift like phone7 plus, dell laptop, sony tv, samsung phone or lg fridge etc. I believe it's fake call but how my transaction history is know to some unknow people. Please look into the issue.
