I bought a hrx sneakers from jabong.com. When it arrived it looked good but when i wore it its just not comfortable. I have a us size 8 feet and the shoe was no. 8 as well. So, according to company's policy product should be returned under 15 days. I contacted them to return and they submitted my application and their pick up came but i was out of station. The other day they blocked my return request and i am stuck with these uneven sneakers.

Recently on 2nd jan 2019 i have ordered a spykar boxer pack of 2 andi have received that package on the 5th of jan but in the package i have only received 1 boxer and other boxer is missing and i am very disappointed and request to see to this matter quickly and get it resolved

      I received the order cancellation message and i am highly disappointed with the kind of service rendered.

      I had ordered these dress as a gift for my daughter and at the end mo. Ent the entire order gets cancelled. This is highly unprofessional from your side.

      Cancellation of the order and the giving a discount coupon just does not compensate for the time lost. What is the use of the big eoss sale, if you are going to cancel our order.

      I am not interested in your discount coupons or refund. Please display some professional behavior by delivering my order. I am ready to wait for another week but i would like my order delivered.

        Hi jabong team !!

        Your team performance is not good regarding my return pickups since 10 days your team is not coming for pickup of my 2 kurtis and later unnecessarily im getting messages that i had rescheduled my pickup, as im not doing any reshedule.

        For taking return only you guys are taking these many days and for my refund how many days u will take ??

        This is not fare in case of your customers
        As I already complained regarding this matter to customer care team, again after time lapse your team is creating a new return request which is going to take again 1 week for pickup and again im getting messages that i had rescheduled.

        I[censored] are doing like this means when your team is going to pickup the products and when im going to get my refund?????

        Your team is performing worst and no one is coming to take return
        This is not fare at all for the customers who trusted since long time

            This is deepti. My registered mobile number is. There is issue
            With the pickup of 2 items from vizag address which i have placed a request
            2 weeks ago but no response at all. No one is coming and picking up. I
            Called to the customer care several times they are just saying to wait 24
            Hrs unfortunately it's all a mess created by jabong. Highly dissatisfied
            With such a service by jabong being a regular customer. I have called to
            Put a new return request from another address still they created a incident and
            Asked me to wait. How many more days to wait. As per return policy i'm not
            Responsible if someone is not coming and picking up the product. It's an
            Utter loss to the customer. 2 products around 1300 rs are pending to be
            Collected. I will provide the details of the product.

              I have placed an order for shoes on 23rd of december. Today is 3 jan and product is still undelivered.

              I am going to kashmir tomorrow. I want it today or max by tomorrow afternoon.

              After all telecommunications i did not receive any firm update on delivery. Everyone saying your complaint registered and escalated but no one saying any firm delivery status.

              I am absolutely disappointed by this.

              Kindly look into the matter very urgently.

                  Issue dates back to 1st november 2018 and today it's 2nd january 2019.

                  I was delivered a wrong product. Product has been picked up, bank details have been received but still i am waiting for refund to get intitiated. I cant even count how mant mails i have dropped, even to their chief manager but no one bothers to revert.

                    I ordered a sweater from jabong.com. It is bigger in size so when i want to return this product (Size i need is not available so exchange option ruled out). For any address i select to return it says, product pickup not available for selected address. This is the city where they have jabong "return processing center" which is 10-15 km away from my address. Also, i can easily order new product to this address.

                    Also, when I reached Jabong Customer Support for help, they talked very rudely and told you don't have any option and asked to disconnect the call without any resolution. One of the worst customer support I have ever encountered which talk like this to their customers. This would be my first and last time to shop from Jabong.

                      Regarding the refund of the product for the order ID-1091247873353346663601, the return was completed and
                      The refund is pending from last 2 months since 15th Nov, 2018 as mentioned in the trailing emails I have even shared the bank account details, and till now whenever I tried reaching the customer care team I only get to hear 48 hrs and till now ur 48 hrs didnt come after calling 10 times or so.

                      Kindly refund my hardened money its a request, I don't have any patience to keep waiting for 48 hrs and keep calling again and again

                        My name is sanjukta, i had bought earings from jabang on18th december 2018. Amount:1309.65. Register mob:[protected]. Order no:[protected]. I had puchased two earrings. But i had receive wrong earrings. So i put a return request to both earrings and returned it. When i put a return for the product i have mention i got a wrong used earrings receive. But when i called you here for refund then jabong told me if you had got a wrong product then you are not already compliant, so you will not get your refund. How do i know that i have to raise complain by calling you here wghen wrong product deliver. Initiate my refund and i want my refund back. Jabong is not refunding me back. Please refund my money. Because i got wrong product and i have already return it so pkease refunfd my money. I have a full video when i unpack the box.

                              Is this the way to communicate with customers. My product is not being delivered. Everyday i get a text that my product is out for delivery and at the end of the day i get a text that i rescheduled the delivery which i haven't. When i called the delivery boy today he talked to me in such a rude manner and when i said that i'll complain about him he cut my call. I never expected that such a good company like jabong has such bad customer service.

                                I had ordered a top from jabong and wished to return. However since past 7 days neither the order has been picked up nor the pick up boy has turned up. On repeatedly calling him up, he talks very foul language. Also on calling the jabong customer help centre, they did not register a complain and still leave not sent the delivery boy to pick up.

                                  As i already complained but it has not still resolved. As rs 1425 is of my 3 days salary for my work. Even i didn't received my parcel neither my amount is refunded. Please delivery my parcel or refund my amount so i can use my money to buy medicines for my family. Every penny is important for me. Please don't make me wait or waste my time. I hope this matter will resolve as soon as possible.

                                    I am suffering from my refund and it has yet not being initiated. my order was picked up but still i haven't yet received any refund for my order. I want the entire money to be refunded.
                                    I am calling between 2 to 3 days but you telling me every time that my query will be solved within 24 hours but it’s not so today. it is becoming so annoying for me now, being a loyal customer that i am calling them just to stay on hold and waste my balance but no customer care representative responding, even after holding the line for an hour. This is the kind of service that you are providing; You just keep the customer on hold, appreciate their patience and keep telling that the call will be answered shortly. I have been a loyal customer of Jabong India and have been ordering goods since then but now I think that jabong have shattered all my trust and faith in them and also in their quality.
                                    I am seriously disappointed and frustrated with all this service jabong has given. I don’t wish to deal with the company at all, not now, not ever. if a sale is not handled by brand like jabong, it should stop doing it rather than fooling customer.

                                    tired of fake promises. I suggest not to use Jabong due to their worst refund policy/procedure. more than 18 days since the pick up happened and still they hesitate to refund. Such a pathetic website. Enough is enough, I am done with my last order from jabong, Worst products and service .. bye bye Jabong. if you really value your money dont buy from jabong.

                                      My order no:[protected]-814590 (Ordered on 20th december 2018) as not delivered but got sms as product delivered and not even gave me call by delivery agent and amount has been debited from my card inr 1425.40. But customer care service did not resolved the problem asking for 2 days time. Please resolve my complaint against jabong and courier partner regarding my product libas kurtas (2 nos) or by refunding my amount.

                                      Hi, I had placed an order and wanted to pay via my debit card. On entering my details, the payment failed twice. Third time, I received an SMS for the amount debited in my account however Jabong after once showing successful payment, showed "failed order, retry". The amount has not rolled back to my account. Please reply ASAP.
