I had store credit of Rs.600 before I placed order no. [protected] on 13th June. I had requested for cancellation of that order and had requested for reimbursing the amount of store credit again. But Jabong people are not willing to refund my amount back. After many coversations they have come up with the thing that I'v used a total of INR 442.11 of Jabong credits and gift card credits have been utilised in the order number [protected]. which I haven't but only used cupons on this particular order like all other people use.Coupon code is open for all. Thay are harassing me a lot in this regard. I don't want to loose my money.

    Myself Anil Samantaray from Odisha and I had placed a
    online order of 3Kurti (2 of Auriliea and 1 of Shree) for my wife from
    the Jabong shopping site.I had Paid an amount Rs.1537/- for that.My
    Order no is [protected] Date :-23/06/2015(Invoice Attached).They
    had delivered me the product through DTDC courier Via tracking Id:
    X12999287.But after receving the package and opened it, we got only 1
    item (1item of Shree).Then i immediately informed this to their
    customer care.After few days they explained me that all the three
    products has been dispatched to me.After that I had talked to the
    courier company at paradeep and they told me that at the time of
    booking the package weight shown 910gms at Gurgaon, Haryana but while
    received in Bhubaneswar DTDC it was shown around 500gm.It means during
    shipping some misplace was happened.

    Now i am helpless and Please help me out of this

    I don't know who among both of you steal my product.

      i had ordered a kurta from Jabong.com and it was dispatched to me. Order no.:[protected] However i had a change of heart and decided to return it. The return request was initiated within 24 hours and the product was collected on 2nd July However the refund is still pending..It's been more than a week since i received the message but i haven't yet received my money.. Plus your helpline number is busy all the time.. Please help me out

        This is regarding the delivery of an exchange Item . Your Courier Services are pathetic and miserable. I have been tormented mentally to get a product delivered to my place which by the way had NOT reached me yet. I had to take special Leave from work ( 2 DAYS) just so that I could wait when will my product come, Still I never got the product. Your courier service doesnt picks calls from my number, I had to call them from a different number and hence they responds saying It will be delivered soon. I have spent almost hundreds of money just to follow up with your courier service and making complaints to your Customer Care. But, all in Vain. Not just once, I have faced this kinda issue with Jabong before as well. Your quality of service is very poor and I would never recommend my friends/family to purchase anything from your website.

          I placed an order of KILLER Klw011g Black/Black Analog Watch against the order id [protected].(for which i did not receive a confirmation mail on my submitted contact no) It was meant to be delivered by 3rd July while placing the order. Henceforth i got an update regarding that my contact no submitted was not reachable(which seems lame). So i provided another contact no. still i have got no updates on my delivery.             I have ordered a lara karen green shift dress from jabong site. And after receiving the product i raised a return request within 2 days and the person came to receive it denied to take with him. And then i called in customer care of jabong and complaint against it. Bt till now the didn't tk any action and in between also i follow up two time in this concern now yesterday evening i got a phone call from their side that they will not going to take it back and can't pay back my money. And their approach were so unprofessional as they don't want to understand my point of view.

              Order No. - [protected], It was a super man round neck blue t-shirt, with bad logo print quality having miss print spots. when I told for exchange they agian pack the same t-shirt and send it back, again when I complain for quality, now they forced me to return and get refund back, Just geting refund back and return order is the solution. What about my time loss, the mental harasment and problems. I have plan to go out with these shopping. now how could I manage dresses. Like tarreek pe tareek in court again I will get only sorry.

                Hi Team, Please be informed I had ordered a blue denim washed short having order no[protected]. Firstly they delayed the delivery and then I got call from Jabong that the order is out of delivery region and returned to warehouse. In between courier services Shree Maruti has not contacted me. After complain to Jabong they are just replying we are looking into it, we will send it, but no proper response and action at their end.

                selling duplicate or factory outlet products

                I have bought Vans Era Black Sneakers. But in this shoes sole broken within two month after using 15 time. Now they are not ready to take product back. So please don't buy product form jabong.com.

                Ordered a timberland shoe on 30th december wide order no.[protected] and received a vague reply on 4th january that your order can't be dispatched because of quality check.

                  I had a worst shopping experience with jabong and I have decided not to shop here again ever. I ordered 3 clothes on 7th of June out of which 2 got delivered and 1 is pending. I waited till 23rd of june and then filed a complaint to the customer care, I was told that the issue will be looked into in the next 48 hours otherwise I will get the money refunded but now its 30th of June and I have no clues of what the hell is going on!!! This is seriously ridiculous !!

                    Sir I had ordered an item with Order No.: [protected] at Jabong.com india's so called shopping giant worth Rs.2999 on 25th June, 2015 and made the total payment with a one time use Jabong Gift Voucher. But Suddenly after two hour or so my placing the order they cancelled the order without my consent and as a result they have made me lose my one time Jabong Voucher.As the mail received by me the cancellation request ID 19518373. Please undo the cancellation so that I dont lose my Rs.3000 Jabong Voucher failing to which I will raise the issue in Courts.Please take the matter urgently.

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather flight delays political disruptions other unforeseen circumstances In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates. Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded back in the account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled. "The Buyer agrees that the title to the goods is transferred to the buyer at the time of placing the Order and dispatch confirmation thereof irrespective of Shipping of Goods and COD which are to be done in due course being a separate chargeable facilities" Post Delivery: Returns and Exchange conditions: Jabong.com will accept Return or Exchange only if the following conditions are met. Return/Exchange should be initiated within 15 days of order delivery. Please take note that this is applicable to all products purchased on or after 10th April, 2015. The tags on the product should be intact. The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging. Limitation on refund amount for courier charges If the customer wants to instant return or return within 15 days from delivery date, and Jabong does not offer reverse pickup of the items, the customer can send us the shipment himself/herself. Also, we request the customer to send the scanned copy of the courier slip to [protected]@jabong.com and Jabong will refund the amount. Jabong will refund the courier slip amount or INR 160 per kg, whichever is less. Customers, please ensure that you do not end up paying more than INR 160 per kg for items being returned. Reverse Pickup Process: Self send process In case of Return initiated and subsequently couriered the product by the Customer himself/herself, if it is found that the claimed shipment was not delivered to Jabong.com or the shipment was empty, the onus shall be on the customer to prove through presentation/submission of Proof of Delivery (PoD) from the concerned logistic service provider to establish his/her claim of return. Jabong.com will not be liable for the products returned by mistake In a scenario where a product not belonging to Jabong is returned by mistake, Jabong is not accountable for misplacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the customer. Limitation on refund amount for courier charges Please do collect the RVP slip/Written confirmation from the Courier company that the RVP has been done for a particular shipment/order. RVP slip to be produced in case of discrepancy between customer and our logistics partner In case of any discrepancy in the status of reverse pick up of a product, (where the customer claims the product has been returned, while our system suggests otherwise) refund will be initiated only if the customer successfully furnishes the RVP slip given at the time of the pick up. Exchange: In case of exchange request placed by the customer, the exchange will be done on special price of the item(s) not on MRP. Termination: Jabong.com may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have breached any of the Terms.                           You are right. All their policies are favoring their Company only. If you look at Myntra and Amazon.in, their policies muh more friendlier than Jabong. Jabong claims that they have "easy return" but in reality it's not that good. They consider customers with high number of returns "loss off business". I used to shop with them because I though they had a friendly return policy. Another thing is, they are so keen on making the refund amounts as "Jabong Credit" (store credit). We have to send several emails to their customer care (with knowledge below par). They'll call you hundred times if you raise a complaint and none of these calls can give a you a solution. It's just a gimmick.

                            So this time its Jabong They think they are just way too smart, that they started delivering used consignment sorry not used but the quality was way too worse than a used apart from that the consignment was opened by someone else before reaching me. They are playing it very smart I was thankful to the delivery guy that he pointed out that the consignment is open but due to online payment he refused to take it back

                                  The order was supposed to be delivered on 5th June and its not yet been delivered as i write this complaint. They dont even have a proper customer care who understand the intensity of the problem.They are meant to take notes for a complaints team which fakes calling you. Absolute disorganisation. The logistics team doesnt have an idea about the order . Ridiculous service. Never would suggest anyone to buy from Jabong. What's the use of an ecomm company with no service.

                                    Jabong. com delivered a used and crumpled product to me, and after returning the product and initiating a refund, they have refunded only part of my money. Jabong. com has duped me with pathetic quality check ( used and crumpled product delivered) Sub standard customer service ( no revert for a week in spite of sending pictures of the product delivered and asking for an explanation as to why such a product was delivered) False information given on email ( I get an email on June 3 stating that full amount of 398 INR has been refunded and will take 1 business day to deliver, whereas on June 4 ( after waiting for 2 business days), I notice that only part amount is refunded 299) they have not refunded 99 shipping charges in spite of their fault ( they delivered a used product, did not revert to me explaining why, when I returned the product I was assured of a timely full refund, but after multiple follow ups and waiting for a refund, I notice these people have only delivered half the amount. AS A CUSTOMER I NEED AN EXPALANTION FOR THIS KIND OF PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

                                      Dear Sir, This is in reference to a pair of Reebok Shoes that I purchased from Jabong.com in the January, 2015 month, for MRP- Rs.4600, discounted price was Rs.2530. I would like to bring to your notice that the shoe purchased had the warranty of 6 months as was told to me, but just after a period of 5 months, that shoe has torn. I had in fact talked to Customer Care to get my old shoes repaired, but was told by Customer Care representative that nothing could be done as the shoe was out of the warranty period. They said if you could have called within 3 months then we would have returned. But I am sorry to say that the experience I had as a customer at Jabong was very bitter. I doubt that they have original product or replica of the original product and It seems they are giving discount on replica product to the customer by the name of original product. If it would have original then It could not have torn within 4-5 months after using occasionally on weekends. So sincerely request you to look into the matter as such costly shoes are not purchased every quarter. Regards, Ashwani Kumar

                                        I placed an order having order no. [protected] on 8th of May 2015 which consisted of three items- Tommy Hilfiger Blue regular fit casual shirt, Tommy Hilfiger Navy blue hudson chino, and 20dresses black PU belt worth Rs. 12000. I received this order on 10th of May carrying both the items of tommy hilfiger worth Rs. 11132.00. When I saw the products, they were not what I had ordered so I thought of placing a return request for it. But to my surprise, the status which was displayed on the website read "order was returned back as it was not accepted by the user and the user has not paid", so I called the jabong customer care and when they checked with the courier department they corrected the status. Then, I placed a return request for that order and a representative named Ajay from BIBHA CARGO SERVICES pickup team came and picked up the order and handed me a receipt of it. I received a call from JABONG CARE on 18th May 2015 stating that the product received by them on 15th May 2015 is not the same product, and also it is "LOCAL" product that we have returned and hence, the refund cannot be initiated. We also asked (JABONG CARE) to send us the snapshots of the products if they think that the products sent by us are not genuine, or to return us the products themselves, but they refused bluntly and instead advised us to forget ₹11000/- or file a case against Jabong as they can`t share us the snapshots and they will neither return the products recieved by them nor investigate further. We also called BIBHA GUY named AJAY, and asked him about the verification he carried out at the time of picking up the two products. He said that the products were delivered to Jabong team on 19th May 2015, how can they give us a call on 18th May 2015, there is some misunderstanding. Also, he assured us of sorting the issue as he is confirming that he has collected the genuine product which was delivered to us. Afterwards, in clarification with Jabong team on this issue, he specified that Gojavas is claiming that they have picked up the products from us and have delivered to Jabong team - WHICH IS NOT TRUE.. This phenomenon of blaming an esteemed customer for fraudulent practice is very disappointing and disheartening for me as well as Jabong as a brand. Though to my best belief, I see a lot of misco-ordination and misunderstanding resulting into the mishap. But, this mishap is causing a BIG loss to me. Kindly understand and help me asap.
