The price the item purchased against order No.[protected] was Rs. 835.00 and the courier charge for sending back the item is Rs. 80.00, so total refund value should be Rs.835.00+80.00=Rs.915.00, but total amount deposited in Jabong Credit is Rs.815.00 why ???? since the deducted amount was not deposited directly to bank account, I compel to shop again with Jabong to recover the amount, what a seating ? The return policy of Jabong is worst . Comparatively Amazon, Flipkart, providing the best return policy, they are always picking the packet and send back it on their own cost and deposit full amount(refund) directly to the bank account within the same day after the courier person pick up the packet.     Hi, I purchased two items from jabong. The order number of the item is [protected]. One of the product from the above order number was delivered successfully on the mentioned address. But the second one has not been delivered yet. The order was places on 10th aug and till now the product has not reached its destination. I also raised a complain with request number 21398034. But till now no action has been taken. I even called on there customer support number which has been of no use.

      I placed an order on 25th July and my order no. is - [protected] but I returned the product due to some issue. When I contacted Jabong customer care for return of the product they told that we don't have service to your area so you have to return the product by yourself and we will refund the courier amount along with product amount so I agreed and dispatched the product from my end through DTDC courier service. I got product amount and I have paid 400 rs as courier charges but they have refunded only 304 rs and saying that we have policy that we can give only 160 rs per KG but courier company has charged me 200 rs per KG and the weight of the product was 2 KG so they denied to refund the full amount so they refunded only 304 rs. I am attaching the courier slip with this. Kindly help me with this.

        I have ordered a bukaroo brogan tan boots worth RS 2051 on 1/08/2015 size was no.10 order no is 44541 .and it was delivered on 7/08/2015.boot size was bigger than my boot size so I requested them to pls exchange it then they took my online exchange request on same day that boot has been delivered. Exchange order no.ending with 6855.it was cash on delivery which was paid on same day.i talked many time on customer care executive but they keep updating my views on system but still I did not receive this product.pls so as soon as possible according consumer care act.

          Jabong is a fraud company and has uneducated agents and the management in the company. I have been using this companys service from the day 1. This is fraud company who displays fraud fake products and delivers fake products. IF I WANT I CAN SUE THIS COMPANY IN A DAY. They think that customer is a fool. You dare to escalate to a manager they will never agree to you. You report their esclation desk - chief manager who will never call you back. but they will say that they will call you in a day. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN THRU THIS FRAUD COMPAY AND WILL SUGGEST EVERYBODY TO AVOID USING JABONG.COM

            I placed an order with jabong ORDER NO. : [protected] for a catwalk and Inc sandals but I received only 1 Pair of sandals and that to be of a different brand. I returned that product as it was not mine. Till the return process I did not faced any problem. When I asked them to refund the money they denied to refund my money saying that I have returned only 1 product. I made n number of calls to them to explain that I was delivered only 1 pair and that it even not mine but they continued showing their insanity. They wrote me a final email saying that from their side case has been closed because they have checked the video footage and have delivered me the right packet with both the products. I asked them to share the footage with me but they denied. When I asked them to let me talk with their manager shweta kajra their executive said that she is only available between 10-12. Are they running some political business over there that the person will be available for such a short time span. That's a bloody customer support which is open 24 hrs. Finally I have asked my lawyer to take the case forward in court for this fraud. I wrote them an email to ask their legal department to get in touch with me but till now there is no response. Meanwhile when my lawyer investigated about them we got to know that MD's and directors of Jabong has resigned and currently no one is their to head jabong. Infact due to fund problem they had to relocate from gurgan to indore. Also I got to know that Jabong has done such kind of fraud with many customers. Probably they are collecting fund to arrange salaries for their existing employees. Guys whomesover has faced this problem please write me on my email id - kt.[protected]@gmail.com so that I can have more evidences against them and it will help me in fighting the case in court.

                I purchased five items from Jabong.com via Order [protected], the online shopping portal on 12 July 2015. Out of five items one T Shirt was never delivered. although the price of the T Shirt is not very high, but they have completely ignored my inquiries. I have repeatedly mailed, called but they never respond in a satisfactory manner. I wanted to cancel but there also they have not acted. I want Jabong to compensate and make their management aware who keep sending useless emails in reply of any queries.

                  I ordered a get glamr shoes (order no. [protected]) from janong on 22 July and paid the money through net banking and full address including pin code was given.They send a confirmatory mail telling that my product was shipped and would be delivered on 08 Aug 2015. The product was not delivered on that date and I wrote a mail complaining the delay in product and they told they would make sure product is delivered to me within 2 days.These companies are fooling people putting our money on stake and telling after 3 days succeeding the delivery date, telling that product can't be delivered .They collected already my address including pincode.So I hope I get justice regarding this matter and no people are fooled in coming future.

                    Hi, I have ordered a top on Jabong through advance payment which I got it in more than 10 days after rigorous follow ups. My order Id was: [protected]..I requested for the return on the same day of the delivery because of size issue. After around a month, I still have not got the refund despite of 20 mails to head customer care & refund of jabong as well. I have also sent them my bank account statement as well as requested by them..now they are asking my bank statement from the order date for investigation, which I fail to understand the reason as I got the delivery post 10 days of order, so what investigation they want to do with that 10 days of bank statement. I personally feel that that this is just cheating & exploitation of customers without any reason, they ask lots of personal details, but don't want to refund the money. This gives an impression of an unethical company which doesn't follow any ethics & integrity.

                      i used jabong website for online purchase they send confirmation code for the order jabong team somehow over come the DND service of my network continuously sending promotional messages to my mobile number which is irritating to me.                           I ordered American Tourister 79Cm Trendz Spinner 4-Wheel Blue Strolley on 10th July.Expected delivery date was 20th July.I raised a complaint and they told me i need to wait another 48 hrs.. and another 12 hrs... and another... never comes the time ..order number [protected]

                          Very bad service I have ever encountered... I am travelling to abroad day after tomorrow and now in a bad shape without that Strolley... worst experience ..

                            Dear team Please find below the correspondence I shared with Jabong. I received black stilettos dated 28th June. I have bought these shoes however the size asked as 39.5 is not the same . When I received I thought it's fine if it's a little large however the size which I have received and I am wearing is larger than / equal to 40.5 . I am highly disappointed and trying very hard to make it wearable with insoles etc but it's really uncomfortable for me and I feel my buy of RS 3000 has been unsuccessful and a waste . The shoe is in good condition as I have not been able to wear the same . I tried exchanging on site but it says the current exchange period has expired. Request you earnestly to please help me with the exchange . I am ready To buy a good pair of shoe as long as it fits and comfortable . I am a regular customer of jabong but this experience has not been good for me . I knew I am buying 0.5 inches more but never expected that the size difference will be more than an inch . That too when I went to Bata they measured and from where I bought insole then I travelled out of station and bought another insole from metro since the shoe is not the usual size . It's most uncomfortable but as I trusted the brand I never measured when it came home . Never in my life I have measured a shoe when it reached my home . How could I be sure the shoe is 1 inch bigger when I asked and agreed for a .0.5 difference but in no ways I can wear a shoe which is 1.5 inches bigger than my regular size .                               Hi, My name is Arun. I had bought a pair of shoes on 15th April 2015. Got it on 18th April 2015. Order id: [protected] Kindly find the photos attached. You can find the issue with this shoes. I paid like Rs 6658/- for this crap. Rs 6658 is a big amount and I feel cheated. I even tried reaching jabong but they say warranty is over. So after warranty the shoes gets spoiled then who is responsible? I am a regular customer on Jabong. Bought lots of products but this one is a duplicate. Please dont do that. We buy online bcoz we dont have time to go out and do shopping. But bcoz of this we suffer a lot. Such a bad service provided by jabong. The person calls me and says we are really sorry warranty is over. We cant do anything. I said please try and understand. Warranty is over just 5 days back, do something about my shoes. He repeats the same sentence as a tape. If I dont get good for huge money I spent, then I will make sure I will take it to higher level. Make sure that my friends and family dont buy anything from Jabong any more. No matter what it takes. Its my money. I cant see it go down this way. I have even added images of the shoes which is just 3 months old, but looks as if its 2 year old.

                                    मैने 12 जुलाई को jabong.com से 7 आइटम ऑर्डर किये थे उनमेसे 4 आइटम जो की वो मुझे 18 जुलाई को मिलने चाहिए थे लेकिन आज 21जुलाई तक मुझे 1 भी आइटम नही मिला और उन्हें कॉल करता हु तो वो मुझे कुछ समाधान कारक जवाब नही देते. तो कृपया आप मेरी सहाय्यता कीजिये मेरी complaint id है 20227587 उनके पास रजिस्टर्ड है .

                                      A product from Jabong order no: [protected], Tracking no:[protected], Dtdc courier service is handling my product. they shows the product will deliver on 13th July, but on today it delayed 3 days and when i contact there they told the product as transimtted my location malappuram, when i contact there it didnt reach there.

[protected] Actually i purchased two items from jabong one is delivered on me and another product is not delivered from your side but the product which is delivered on me i returned but still i have not got the amount refund back allmost 20days are complted, this is really very suprising for me that why you taking too much time in giving my amonut return back.
