My Husband ordered Puma shoes on Saturday night (29 November) on Jabong for 2155 rs. We received the delivery on Sunday (30 November) late after noon; however, due to size issue my husband called Jabong after few hours to take the product back. He did ask for smaller size if in case it is available so that we can get an exchange instead of refund. But due to non availability of the requested size they placed an refund request against our order and on the very next day Jabong agent came and picked up the product. Today my husband received a call from Jabong that the product failed the quality check due to sole damage how can it be possible that sole is damage with in 5-6 hours of the delivery. If Jabong is saying product quality is not good then the problem is from there end instead o[censored]s. We placed a complaint to return due to size issue but they are coming up with all together a different reason of quality. Its means quality of the product is not good due to which shoes failed the quality check. I want my refund back ASAP. Phone number-[protected] Thanks and Regards, Ritika Rai

      I have bought two jeans from jabong and that didn't fit me well, I called up customer care and asked them how to return it back to jabong . They replied me back saying that they don't have returning service available in Ahmedabad. How is that possible now. Ahmedabad is one of metro city i reckon. To get my money back and to send it back to jabong i will have to wait for weeks. Quite annoying.

      havnt got any confirmation mail or sms against the order placed

      i have ordered a kurta from the website for which have made online payment, money has been deducted from the acoount but didnt receive any confirmation mail or sms from jabong

        To whomsoever it may concern I had placed a complain on 17th november as to non receipt of the money as jabong credits been deducted towards a purchase. But as I did not want the product I did not accept the product and cancelled it on delivery but its been now almost 14 days I have not received the refund. Also the jabong team has not been co operative. I sent so many mails no reply followed by calls no proper reply. No gettin back no solution. Getting the problem solved is one thing and solving is another. Never been so displeased with jabong pls look into the matter. I hope co operation n my money refunded . Thanks

          I have ordered 01 Pair of Action White and pink shoes of 09 Nos. UK size vide Order No.: [protected] | AWB No.: O991L1938650 on dtd 22 10 2014 on COD Basis. Shoes delivered to me on Dtd: 10/11/2014 at my shipping address Kolar Pin- 563115 as mentioned in the order and at the same time i have paid the Order amount of Rs. 1038 to the courrier boy. While ordering i have clearly mentioned about the shoe size of 09 Nos. UK but shoes delivered to me was of 07 Nos. UK Size. Same thing was informed to customer care team on Dtd: 11/11/2014 and they have initiated my return request with request no. 12702280 . Initially JABONG team was telling that i will have to dispatch the shoes to their premises then only refund will be done but after a [prolong discussion and various mails they agreed for reverse pick up the shoes from my shipping address. Almost 15 days over from the reverse pick up complaint request but till date none of their executive come to my shipping address for reverse pickup . On contacting to customer care, Every time the answer which i got is very disappointing and they are not telling the clear cut date for reverse pick up of shoes. This careless approach of JABONG is very dissappointing and below the lebel of satisfaction . Till now i have dropped more that 20 mails and called more than 10 time but response from customer care is not satisfactory. Every time customer care executives are telling that this matter has been escalated and it has been forwarded to relevant department and will be informed shortly. Such an behaviour from JABONG team is not professional. In this regard i request to return my whole money for An amount of Rs 1038/- back in my account not in Jabong Credit at the earliest because i dont want to waste my money, time as well as energy for such an stupid and silly things.             Hi, Complain NO : 12764279 Jabong employee hacked my account on 9th nov 2014, And placed an order of a girl which is located in Bangalore and they give all the details of her (Address, Contact, Email), I complained same day they did't file the complain and asked for 48 hour. They filed complain on 12th nov. From that day I called many times but issue is not resolved. After getting irritated i mailed the company Owner(CEO) Mr. Arun and Director Praveen. Even they did't replied. After N-number of calls i thought that it would be the best medium to reveal there Customer Service . They always commit you that your issue will be resolved within 48 hours and they will easily make you fool and think that you will forgot the issue and they will not work on that issue. [protected]@jabong.com will always apologies for every mail and they will forward your concern to the technical department.( I m reading this line from 12 days). But issue is not resolved. It is a shame for Mr. Arun and Mr. Praveen that if a customer mailed you his experience and told every thing with all the proof.               I ordered a Trouser from jabong on 30th of OCT and paid for it online but it wasn't delieverd to me rather they send me a sms thet the product has been delivered. from that day onwards i'm calling them daily for the status of the complaint and they are just saying that it is being processed and not telling me any updates and cut the phone saying wait for 48hrs.               Delivery of defective reebok shoes

                Jabong is just a site which cheats people by faking words. They don't abide by their words. I had got a voucher worth rupees 1500 reissued by them in one of my mail and it was clearly specified that its expiring in 31st December 2014. And when I was ordering stuff on 20th November they told that its already expired. I have got the evidence and still they are trying to prove me wrong Previously they took almost 30 days for the return and refund process and that too after I sent them at least 2 mails a day. Complete waste of time. What are you working for if consumer satisfaction is not your aim ? In every mail you assure me that the code would be sent in 48 hours and I still haven't received it. Pathetic service.

                order not placed yet money deducted

                I ordered two items at jabong but the window closed after payment and my order was not placed while the amout of Rs. 2513 on 7/12/2014 was deducted from my sbi account . Ref No IG00HFXEP1 . Please do something about it as soon as possible.

                    Hi, I have ordered Fila shoes from Jabong on the 7th Nov 2014. It was conveyed that it would be delivered by max 20th Nov, but till now my ordere has not been delevered. The order no is [protected], It was gift for some one and it should have been reached on time. Yesterday got the msg from jabong that it may take another 72 hrs.                     I placed an order of Puma bag with order no [protected] on 03 December 2014 at 2:55am. I paid for the product via my Citibank debit card. I got a confirmation message that I will get my product on 07 December 2014.Later on I got a message that your product has been dispatched and will be dilevered to you on or before 06 December 2014 via GoJavas with tracking no 23410139.
                    On 06 December 2014, I received a message from Jabong that their courier partner has delayed the order and will get the delivery within 48 hours. I waited for 48 hours but there was no response from Jabong nor from GoJavas.
                    I called up Jabong customer on 08 December 2014 and cleared them about the issue. I got a response from customer service executive that he is raising a complaint against the courier service and you will receive a mail regarding the complaint. My complaint was registered with request id 13701016.
                    On 09 December 2014, I got a call from Jabong customer service regarding the issue and confirmed me that I will be getting the delivery of my product within 48 hours from complaint lodged.
                    I waited for 48 hours but still the product was not delivered to me nor any response from Jabong or GoJavas. Then I raised a complaint via email to [protected]@jabong.com. Since the time I have raised my complaint, I am receiving those scripted mails from Jabong Team that "Sorry for the inconvenience caused", "We have raised your issue to higher authority", We seek your understanding and patience" etc.
                    I have been continuously following up with the customer service but I am just receiving their apology mails but I seek no resolution on same. I kept my patience and waited for long time but there is no solution out for this. I have paid for the product and expected a good service but Jabong dissatisfied me. Jabong is disturbing me mentally as I have purchased the product with my hard earned money. I never faced such a bad situation with any other online shopping sites. Everyone other companies have given me the best service with the satisfactory product but with Jabong my experience is bad.
                    I am highly regretting for my purchase from Jabong.
                    I wanted this to be escalated to higher level management as there is no progress of resolution.

The product was for 2599 INR and I was getting the same bag at 1388.42 INR after all the discounts. Now this is really a mental harrasment for me that even after keeping me waited for 10 days I am not going to get the delivery of the product as the executive confirmed that it has been lost by their courier company. This is really making me upset and frustrated that if Jabong offers you some discount they will not deliver you the product at the discounted price and will land up with the solution that the refund will be processed but product wont be delivered on 'Discounted Price'.
                    Now if i claim that i want the bag in same discounted price but Jabong denied to give the same as they say that the product is lost and same product cannto be delivered on same price.
                    Jabong is disturbing me mentally as I have purchased the product with my hard earned money. I never faced such a bad situation with any other online shopping sites. Everyone other companies have given me the best service with the satisfactory product but with Jabong my experience is bad.
                    I am highly regretting for my purchase from Jabong.
                    I wanted this to be escalated to higher level management as there I wanted the same bag for which Jabong offer.

                      Hi Jabong .com is saying that they have discounts of 80%+32% off on their products, which is misleading us, they are giving discount of only 32% and 80% which you have mentioned was fake, asked them to stop sending me those mails and also stop advertising like that which is misleading customers, and also encouraging fraud brands to promote them Example for it :- GAS 30 years festival, including with me 10 members placed order on that particular day for 30sec, but till now no one of them reached us back on the order and no status update also, this E-commerce website is very much misleading the customers.

                        one month ago i had brought a pair of shirts from jabong and returned then because of some reasons bt for taking return package the jabong sir services never come to our houses. We have to courier it from our side to jabong returns. sir my issue is that the courier charges which ive given fron my side should be refunded but jabong is not returning. Ive talked manier times to customer care they accept to return on the phone but never did ispite of returning the main product balance ..they are not returning the courier charges

                        Hi Pawar, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We rely on the various logistics partners we've tie ups with for reverse pick-up services. At a certain point of time there are pin-codes that are not serviced by our partners & we're not able to provide reverse pick-up but we're constantly working with them to ensure that we can provide a hassle free shopping experience. However, in case your self ship the products Rs.160 per kg is refunded in the form of Jabong credits if you send us a scanned copy of the courier receipt. If you're not able to, then a flat 100 credits are refunded into your a/c. I'd request you to share your order no. with us so I can check & address your concern.                         Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We rely on the various logistics partners we've tie ups with for reverse pick-up services. At a certain point of time there are pin-codes that are not serviced by our partners & we're not able to provide reverse pick-up but we're constantly working with them to ensure that we can provide a hassle free shopping experience. However, in case your self ship the products Rs.160 per kg is refunded in the form of Jabong credits if you send us a scanned copy of the courier receipt. If you're not able to, then a flat 100 credits are refunded into your a/c. I'd request you to share your order no. with us so I can check & address your concern.                           Jabong order id:[protected] & Complaint no 12345592, refund amount (Rs 1096.88) Its almost been a month now Jabong says money refunded by a merchant along with its transaction id :5442c5293c8a9 and even a ARN NO:74332744293429286761675. Yet i didn't received refund for this, bank also replied they did not receive any money at there side for provided ARN & transaction id, I provided you bank statement. Almost 200 bucks wasted calling customer service every alternate day...

                              I had placed on order on 18th Oct, 2014.Till now i have not received my packet.I have raised a complaint against this on jabong.com on 6th Nov and till now nothing has been done from their side.i have asked them to refund my money but every time i called them they ask me to wait for 48Hours.The packet had reached Mathura on 30th october.Order that product form my friend who lives in mathura.When my uncle went to take the packet from DTDC courier office.They said to my uncle that they have misplaced the packet.the same thing i told to the costumer care people.they said we will check about this.And till now nothing has been done.Today the jabong people had mailed me that congratulations, your packet has been delivered.But my friend has not received the packet.These people are lying to me now.when i called them today they said that ma'am we have to check why your packet has not been delivered then only we can take some action.I want my refund money and also the compensation amount. my order details- Order No. [protected] Request ID 12559316 AWB no.                                 Order ID: [protected] Complaint No:12718366 I have purchase a 3/4th pant from jabong but have received the short pant. I have received the product on the Pin code as 412114, now Jabong is saying from the same Pin code the product cannot be redelivered to them again. Jabong is suggesting me to courier the product and which is a long procedure. If the product is coming on the Pin Code 412114 then why not the same pin code be used to resend back (exchange) the product.

                                  i order a shirt order id [protected], whenever i contact them, they replied concern team will call you, it is almost a month i haven't receive my product yet and there customer care are so illiterate i don't know which type of people are working in jabong.                                     Hi, Jabong is NOT A VALUE FOR MONEY company. My order number #[protected] and compliant ID # 12585309. I ordered some clothing and it is delayed beyond promised date. I called numerous time they told they will take care, even they told they contacted me but got no response. Many people contacted me that day they are the only people who could not contacted me. I am surprised that they reacted very normally apologizing many a times. They promised me to get back in 24 hours but nobody responded. PLEASE DONT ORDER OTHER THAN CASH ON DELIVERY. I am thinking of moving to consumer court .

                                      I have placed 2 orders through JABONG.COM 3 weeks ago amounting to Indian Rupees 8, 000/- for order no's. 81337 and 88305 for some cosmetic items and hand bags. Still after 3 weeks they have failed to deliver the products and when I am asking to give my money back they are simply ignoring it by saying they will only refund after my product either reaches me and I return the product or if I deny to receive the products, then only they will issue me my hard earned money back. Quite Ridiculous!!! They have sent the items through their own Logistics GOJAVAS.This type of scenario has happened to me twice in last 2 months with JABONG.COM. Last time they sent apology email and told me this will never happen again and they will ensure that. I believe they are doing it intentionally to use public money to rip benefit for their business. And it happened again for god sake. I am taking this matter to the consumer court of India. And want to ensure that I want to be paid for all the agony physical, mental and financial that I have gone through. And none of our fellow citizens should be cheated by Jabong.com or any other online shoppers by that matter. Would appreciate to know if consumer compliants.in has any provision of helping out citizens on this?

                                        I had ordered for a product of size 6, but Jabong incorrectly delivered size 7 to me. Same day i had raised a complaint to Jabong about this but the response I got was very poor - They said that they would take 5 days to pickup the product and then they would take 3 days to check it. Then if the product was found to be ok, they would deliver the replacement. This is extremely unprofessional and riduculous timelines for a company to be operating on. They are over-eager to deliver and can deliver in even 1 day. However, if it is a question of return, they require 5 days!!!?? This is a scheme to cheat customers and does not live up to any customer service standard. My problem is still not resolved - I have waited 4 days since the wrong product was delivered and no one has called me for the pickup so far. I am sure I will have a long wait ahead before i get the right product in my hand (even though i paid for the product more than 5 days back) Order no: 36587

                                        I am Karthik. I ordered an aviator (Fa-1017-C4 Grey Aviator) from jabong on 15/01/2015. The name and the images shown suggests that it is a grey aviator. But the description says it is green in color. Usually customers do not go for the description. Hence they order seeing the images and even I did so. But the product i received on 19/01/2015 was a green aviator and of poor quality. It did not look brand new to me. I am extremely unhappy with the service provided by Jabong. Lost my money as well as the desired aviator.
