Fake product shipped.

A fake wrangler jeans is been shipped. When I send the picture and showed them the complaint, they are not ready to even admit the defect. They are just FAKE. Don't go with them at all... By looking at the Image and the comparison, anyone can easily identify that the defective piece have the ZIP length way too short. But according to the Jabong team, they are not able to identify the issue at all....

Non delivery of my orders

My AWB NO 25637577, 18489812 & 25637819 is due for delivery at Agartala from last 7th Oct 2015. Even after repeated requests i have not received those items, as they contain festival gifts to be handed over & im leaving hometown shortly. Duplicate Product and they are not returning

I purchase a pair of sandals and a pair of Jeans from Jabong App. Both of the products are not proper. Jabong says that they cannot return/exchange Jeans. Product return - No service for pickup in major pincodes

Re-defining customer service consistently for last four orders

I feel really pathetic for this organization who claim to be one of the largest e-tailers in the country. They are making sure that they close down their business very soon, considering the severe deterioration in their customer service over the period.

Let me share my last 4 experiences with Jabong which would really put them to shame:

Not refunding my courier charges

Refund not received in bank account

Order cancelled after confirming without notifying me.
