HORRIBLE SERVICE BY THE LOGISTICS TEAM. Using the service of DELIDELIVERY the GOOD FOR NOTHING COURIER. Unapologetic APOLOGIES after botching up deliveries. No co-ordination. Once a courier fails to deliver, no attempt is made to retry delivery with some other courier. I checked a few items in the site. Liked them very much. Then Checked the Delivery feasibility. All were deliverable at my address and I was happy. Immediately ordered 5 of them amounting to around Rs.15000.00 on 8th October. These items were supposed to be gifts to my relatives on this Durga Puja. Amount was charged from my Credit Card and order for these five items were placed successfully. A week later I checked the status of the items in transit and surprisingly found that the items were lying in their Gurgaon Gateway. Upon inquiring the gentleman at the other end said that though the items are of one order, one item is being shipped by Gojavas and the other four by DeliDelivery( NEVER HEARD about THIS COURIER) and they shall be delivered a few days later. The next day the status said "DELAY IN DELIVERY" . The next day one item by Gojavas was delivered. However the very next day the rest of the four items showed a Status "DELIVERY UNSUCCESSFUL" . and what prevailed is a series o[censored]SELESS APOLOGIES with the simple reason that DELIDELIVERY does not have serviceable infrastructure at the destined address and the only option left is REFUND. I asked them to send the items through a different courier but they said they cannot. Well, Dear Jabong Team - -- Can you please explain why the order was picked up by you on the first place knowing that the courier could not provide service at the destined location? -- Don't you think that you have whiled away my valuable time in doing all these "tamasha"?(About one week with this tamasha and another week for refund) -- When your logistics partners are Go Javas / DTDC / First Flight then WHY did you ship my items by the GOOD FOR NOTHING Courier DELIDELIVERY ? Your claims of being a reputed online is just a farce. Ironically I am still able to view these items and claims to be deliverable at my address. shall never buy and ask all my friends to refrain from this site.

    A fake wrangler jeans is been shipped. When I send the picture and showed them the complaint, they are not ready to even admit the defect. They are just FAKE. Don't go with them at all... By looking at the Image and the comparison, anyone can easily identify that the defective piece have the ZIP length way too short. But according to the Jabong team, they are not able to identify the issue at all.

      My AWB NO 25637577, 18489812 & 25637819 is due for delivery at Agartala from last 7th Oct 2015. Even after repeated requests i have not received those items, as they contain festival gifts to be handed over & im leaving hometown shortly. So kindly deliver me the items on an urgent basis in next 48 hours, after which i have to file a legal suit with NCDRC for resolution. Thanks.

        I purchase a pair of sandals and a pair of Jeans from Jabong App. Both of the products are not proper. Jabong says that they cannot return/exchange Jeans. But the Jeans which they have provided me is duplicate. It is of Brand Deal Jeans but it is duplicate. What will I do with such a product which is a waste. Cheaters, as they know no will buy it.               Need to exchange size of Kurta from XL to L... but delivered pincode is not under serviceable area for pickup... even whole Kerala pincode is not accepting.. I tried sending lot of mails asking they courier agent in kerala... but im not getting a proper reply.. Im ready to give the product by hand to the courier agent in Cochin.. still no support from the jabong team..

                I feel really pathetic for this organization who claim to be one of the largest e-tailers in the country. They are making sure that they close down their business very soon, considering the severe deterioration in their customer service over the period.

                Let me share my last 4 experiences with Jabong which would really put them to shame:

                1) We ordered a pair of jeans which were quite expensive, quick turnaround but guess what, they delivered a used pair of jeans and to add to it, the product tag was no where attached to the jeans and was safely placed separately to substantiate that it was indeed a brand new as well as a genuine product. Jabong accepted their mistake and the product was returned.

                2) Another item we then ordered were a set o[censored]ndergarments, to our disbelief the delivered product was torn at multiple places and the packaging was distorted, a definite example of a defective product accepted by Jabong and passed on to customers at MRP. Since the item was under no-return policy they asked us to share the pics, sincerely apologized and product was returned again.

                3) Now to recover my Jabong points that had got accumulated due to product returns, we ordered a dress, super quick delivery this time too, but we were already expecting something new from Jabong and they did exceed our expectations, this time we received a black dress when we had ordered a blue one, does not ends here, it was again torn at few places.The same procedure followed again, pics sent to them and a return was arranged.

                4) Finally, to our current issue with Jabong, we have ordered a pair of shoes on 6th Oct, received dispatch confirmation on 7th Oct. 72 hours have already crossed but still when you track product it says that Docket Number is Invalid. Called customer service after 48 hours from dispatch to log a complaint, the guy confirmed that we have logged the complaint, but when I again called then back after 12 hours to get update, to my surprise the new customer service guy informed me that no complaint has been booked and again offered me sincere apology for it.

                Need to understand from Jabong what should a customer expect after all this, it seems they have only apologies to offer along with defective products and miserable customer service.

                Expecting some definitive response and actions from Jabong.

                  I posted a complaint and immediately I got a call stating that we are from the respective company and we will refund the amount and asked for my debit card number as I thought they do card to card transfer first I gave card number later asked for expiry date I got doubt and asked why all this they said some lame reasons and I understood this is fake so I abused them and immediately they disconnected my call. Please be aware never share your card details NEVER share your CVV with anyone.

                    I ordered Casual shoes from jabong on july 2015 I got defective products (Please see the product image attached) . I placed return request and even being I am at heart of the city in Hyderabad, India with pincode 500068 there is no pickup option Ok so I was asked to send them back by myself and said I will be given courier charges and I did the same I couriered back to them using Bluedart couriers and it costed me INR 620 (Invoice attached ) but I was only refunded INR 240 and am fighting for remaining amount since 100+ days many calls and emails have been flown in between still they are saying lame reasons and false claims and false dates please look into this issue and do the needful. Thanks in advance

                      Mail written to Jabong team team: Hi Team Jabong, I purchased 2 pairs of slippers but couldn’t do so due to a technical error being shown at your end. I believe a market major like yours would be considering customer satisfaction and feedback at priority. Service provider like you will definitely be interested in a feedback where the ball is definitely not turned in your court. I repeatedly tried to make the payment through a friend’s CARD too but wasn’t able to undertake the transaction even then. On contacting the customer care repeatedly more than thrice but no proper information or solution was provided to my problem. On questioning the customer care representative had said that the said payment is held by the bank and has been cleared off at the end of Jabong. I would like to mention that I have even checked with the bank but no payment stands due at their end and there is no intimation with the bank in this regard. Also I would like to mention that I have written to the consumer complaint website of government of India and wouldn’t hesitate to even exaggerate and escalate the matter to the consumer forum too. For your reference I am attaching the request Ids as provided by your “so called” customer care representatives: 20981725, 20999157, 20999167, 20999173, 20999186 and 20999201. The total amount involved under the purchase is: INR 1845 deducted from two different accounts and not refunded even for one till date. I hope you understand the gravity of the situation and take an immediate action to settle the matter.

                        Order number - [protected] I ordered one bikers jacket worth 5, 499 and instead of that I received one miss selfridge dress worth 6, 500. So I returned it ... It's been 8 days I haven't got my refund. Jabong is the worst . I have been shopping from this website since 3 years and shop every twice a week . Still such bad service to a regular customer .                           I had ordered four shirtss at jabong but when i received the package'it contained only two shirts. i complained about it but i got reply from their customer care that they have checked the video footge and it showed that all the four products were disptched. But if anything happens on transit then am i reponsible for this? Now they are not ready to refund the money. I had received one call from jabong which was picked by my wife and the person.who.called used very indecent language while tlking to wife. I gave Several complaints regarding this matter but jbong didnt bother to reply even on this sensitive issue.I kept giving same complaint and then after 20 days...i just got a reply from jabong that they have taken the feedback and talked rudely. would like to request all the people to beware of this jabong site. Their customer service is worst and they talk so rudely and arrogantly. They never refund the money and they molest lady members.My.regustered emil with jbong is [protected]@yahoo.com Lady members are requestes not.to.share your members with jabong.

                            This Incident happened with Order No. : [protected] (14 Aug) 2 Dress materials With in a week of receiving I recorded my return request of 1 of them giving reason quality was not upto expectation. No one came to pick up even after a week, when I checked on Website no return order was registered. Now when I call they say time has expired for return. Need immediate intervention of JABONG management

                              A refund of Rs.1357.25 /- need to be deposited in bank account for the canceled order for Order ID: [protected]. Jabong is claiming that they Transaction has been processed from Jabong.com but is been pending from bank side.But after checking with bank via phone banking, internet banking, email banking, and also had personally visited bank regarding concerned case, bank is saying that they havent received any such refund request Details are as follows: 1. Exact date of debit transaction- 17-Aug-2015 processed from Jabong.com for refund 2. Exact Amount - Rs. 1357.25 3. Reference number[protected] for refund

                                This is the 4th time my money got debited my from account and gets stuck in the payment gateway of Jabong at the time of Internet Banking transaction on Jabong.com How can everytime this happen????????????? Only on Jabong?????????? 1) Jabong wants extra money because people get tired and order cash on delivery and they get Rs. 49 for every COD. 2) They earn interest on our money. India has a big population. (Even if they keep for money for a week, Jpabong will earn a lot of interest) I buy everything online from so many websites..pay my electricity phone blah blah bills online.. Never the money gets stuck this way but only on JABONG... New way of cheating & Fraud!!!

                                  This is regard to my order no. [protected] placed at jabong.com on 24th August, 2015. The order was confirmed but then suddenly jabong.com cancelled the order on 29th August without even notifying me. They say that the product could not be procured from the vendor. If the product was not available then they shouldn't have confirmed my order and now since they confirmed my order it is their responsibility to make the product available to me. This is a matter that needs to be solved by jabong.com with their vendor. I'm firm at my decision that I want that shirt at the same price at which I ordered it. Moreover, I wasn't informed about cancellation of my order either through mail or by phone. I need jabong.com to either make that shirt available to me or plan to compensate me in the best possible manner. Jabong.com needs to understand that whatever happens between the company and the vendor should be solved at their own level and they need to assure that the customer doesn't bear any loss in any form for the same.                                       My AWB No. is[protected]. My order is shipped by JABONG on 28/08/2015 and is scheduled to be delivered on 03/09/2015.I got a call from ECOM on 01/09/2015 that by order will be delivered on 02/09/2015.But the delivery was not done as committed.When contacted on phone no.[protected] the representative Mr. Gagandeep singh is just lingalonging that the order will be delivered on 03/09/2015, but this delivery fails too. Even today I Contacted him for the delivery of order and he sommitted to do the delivery in one hour but the delivery is not done till 9:30 p.m. I am completely dissatisfied by JABONG and ECOM.

                                        I ordered one watch and and Adidas socks from JABONG.com. but i got only watch. socks was not there in the packet. And everytime when i am calling the customer care they are telling that they have shipped the product.they are not at all accepting their fault. i didnt get the get the product. i asked for refund but they are telling that they will not give the refund. who is the responsible for this ?i want the refund for socks.plz help me to get refund. they are talking roughly to customers. instead of providing any solution everytime they are telling that investigation team is working on that.
