HORRIBLE SERVICE BY THE LOGISTICS TEAM. Using the service of DELIDELIVERY the GOOD FOR NOTHING COURIER. Unapologetic APOLOGIES after botching up deliveries. No co-ordination. A fake wrangler jeans is been shipped. When I send the picture and showed them the complaint, they are not ready to even admit the defect. They are just FAKE. Don't go with them at all... By looking at the Image and the comparison, anyone can easily identify that the defective piece have the ZIP length way too short. But according to the Jabong team, they are not able to identify the issue at all....

My AWB NO 25637577, 18489812 & 25637819 is due for delivery at Agartala from last 7th Oct 2015. Even after repeated requests i have not received those items, as they contain festival gifts to be handed over & im leaving hometown shortly. So kindly deliver me the items on an urgent basis in next 48 hours, after which i have to file a legal suit with NCDRC for resolution. Thanks....

I purchase a pair of sandals and a pair of Jeans from Jabong App. Both of the products are not proper. Jabong says that they cannot return/exchange Jeans. But the Jeans which they have provided me is duplicate. It is of Brand Deal Jeans but it is duplicate. What will I do with such a product which is a waste. Cheaters, as they know no will buy it. Need to exchange size of Kurta from XL to L... but delivered pincode is not under serviceable area for pickup... even whole Kerala pincode is not accepting.. I tried sending lot of mails asking they courier agent in kerala... but im not getting a proper reply.. I feel really pathetic for this organization who claim to be one of the largest e-tailers in the country. They are making sure that they close down their business very soon, considering the severe deterioration in their customer service over the period.
