I ordered a jeans from jabong which was larger in size and thought to exchange it, but the app says that pickup cannot be done from that address after that i gave 2 3 addresses more but pickup is not available at any of them. If you can easily deliver to that address why cant you pick it up back for exchange.

This is not the way it should be done.
Kindly look up to this complaint and solve it.

    I ordered nike shoes from jabong with order ID 109365409426023529603 on 9th nov. Rs. 2659.21 and paid through payzapp I did not get my refund. I'm calling to jabong & payzapp but they are not giving me any resolution. Although i've shared my bank statement too with jabong but they're saying that they have transferred the amount which is not the truth.

    Please help me getting my money back.

      Your associates not came for collecting shirt but request is declined.

      I am trying to call your associates but his number is switched off.

      I want to return this product because it is not comfortable for me and i raised return request.

        I ordered biba skirt and i received kurti set.. They are not picking the product up. They took so long to respond and declined the return request... I had to call nearly 5 times a day and got no response... How can they be sooo lethargic about a consumers complaint...3388 rupees is no joke.. Pick the product up and refund my money... I being a regular customer of jabong do not recommend jabong at because they are going to dogs... I need my money back...

          I ordered two different shoes on sale. Now my products have been cancelled for no reason and they are asking me to re order both the items at a higher price because the sale off now.
          I couldve reorder the products if it was still at same price as before but now its very high so i want my both orders delivered to me at a price i have already ordered. Maybe its the wrong work of delivery man who cancelled my order without my permission. Its not our fault we are no fool to order it again and again and that too on much higher price. I had a family fuction for which i ordered them but i didnt recieved and i had to face problems at the end. Very very poor jabong service

            I was trying to exchange my order because of its size issue as it was delivered today (28th november) but i am unable to provide the pick up address because there is no pick up from that pin code so i tried for the self shipping process, but there is no option for providing the drop in address. I am frustrated due to this site as it is not comfortable. I am now unable to exchange my order.

            Please provide an alternative for this as exchange is only available within 15 days of delivery.

              My name is sandeep kumar. My order no. Is 109241905294563158901. I was ordered this product on 26 october 2018. And showing product delivery on 22 nov. But till this date my product was not delivered. I raised a complain on 22 nov and continued calling on your customer care. They told me your parcel will delivered dont worry, our team working on priority level.. But on 26 nov i got message your product delivered unsuccessful.
              My issue is that i was waiting for this product last 1 months and result was nothing. I was booked this product on offer priod. Your customer care saying buy new products and sorry.. Why should i buy this product at high prices. That was not my fault. Its your fault why should i suffer with time and money.
              So sir please send me same product at same price again as soon as possible.. Or give same offer for placed order again. I hope you may resolve this problem as soon as possible..

              I was concerned with gati services which is courier service of jabong she told me that your ordered has been returned by jabong.so please contact your jabong customer services.
              So may i know why they return my product... Gati services also did not contact me..

              Why are saying that your complain has been resolved.. My issue was not to return delivered my product as soon as possible because I waited for this long time. If i again order this then it will also consume more time and also i will not get that offer which i was purchased before..
              Its totally your fault why should i suffer?
              Please give me that offer which i can placed order again.

                I brought a pair of shoe from jabong (Photograph attached) which was looking very attractive on the website, the mrp flashing on screen was rs 4799, after discount the final product i got for rs 1698. Cool, i was very happy.
                But when i physically got the shoes, on a shoe the printed mrp was rs. 1099. (Photographs attached)
                Shocked.
                Jobing is cheating by showing fake prices, fake discounts, adding shipping prices.
                How jabong can sell a product on price which is higher than mrp.

                  I had order for crocs coast black clogs on 05th of november 2018 vide order no[protected]-9058401 which was delivered on 09th of november 2018. When i checked the parcel i had received a graphite color instead of black color. I immediately contacted your customer care and asked for replacement which was placed by your executive team on 16th november 2018 vide order no[protected]-1727803 which was delivered today on 20th of november 2018, when i opened the parcel i was shocked to see that i have received the same graphite colour instead of black color. This is my first order with jabong and i am seriously unhappy with your service. I would say that i will never come back to purchase on jabong, when you do not have the said colour why do you publish it on the website?. I got a reply for the same mail when i sent to [protected]@jabong.com 5 days back and i there is no action till date from your end. Its been 20 days since i purchased this product but still not used it hoping to wear a right colour which i like. Where is disgusting on your part to call yourself as one of the top online store which your are not compared to the likes of other online stores. Please call me back on [protected] to resolve this at the earliest.

                  It feels surprise to receive a mail saying your complaint is closed without proper resolution. You have sent me the wrong delivery 2 times which shows how lethargic you are with you work. If you do not have the product why do you display the same on your website and shamelessly send a different product which is not a moving item. You also take 2 months after raising the complaint to get back to me asking for a refund of the product. We are not as shameless as you people to keep the product without using.

                  Kindly take my suggestion and close down your e commerce portal instead of cheating the customers. Would never again buy anything with Jabong nor suggest any one to buy from your online shop.

                    I have ordered 3 dress from jabong on 17th nov 2018 order no-109433154084015895803 which is showing delivered on 24 nov 2018. Whereas it is still not delivered and i have no idea what fraud is going on. I have already paid for this in online. I raised a complaint with jabong and they are asking me to wait. Really concerned about my money as this is the first time this kind of incident has happened to me. I have been ordering from other online shopping sites and this has never been the case.

                      Today i got a call from a number who said she is from jabong sales and promotio department names as eita. She had my last purchase details with my delivery address and everything. She said i am
                      Chosen as the lucky customer who is eligible for one of the 5 gifts (Iphone x, macbook, lg refrigerator, hitachi ac, sony bravia led tv). To make this happen i need to choose 5 items from jabong not less than 9999. Then she confirmed the items on the call on her system saying to make the payment through paytm app to jabong account to which 50% cash back will be initiated. After transferring the money they will forward the call to their account department then one senior guy from department named rohit mallick picked up the call. He asked to pay 11999.97 as gst registration amount which will be helpful for sending the gift along with the product. And they said the gst paid amount will be refunded instantly on the call. Once you transfer the money they say that they got 10 rupees less than what they asked. And they will initiate the refund for the incorrect amount and send you the screenshot (Edited by some applications) of paytm transfer. Then once the correct amount will be transferred to them they again send you another screenshot of paytm transfer but i have not got any money in my account ever. I am amazed how come my days from jabong is getting shared with fraudulents. It’s just the breach of privacy. I am thinking to take legal actions against jabong for sharing my details with third parties.

                        When i found the product i seen that the product delivered is of wrong size is 44 (M). It is seen that manufacturing was also very old ie 2016. The condition of the product also looking not well treated means lots of crease found on it.
                        The product was ordered on 5/11/2018, received on 9/11/2018 and return back on 10.11.2018. I have paid rs 882.95 including shipping charge of rs 149.

                        You can see that inr 149.00 is charged as courier charges. You can understand that in this situation i am very disappointed that while talking to your customer care representative, he told that returning courier/shipping charges can not be refunded even if mistake from jabong side. This situation is indicating that the major part in this deal is courier charges.
                        So many times i talked to customer care jabong but they are not at all listening the matter not diverting to higher authorities. There is no much customer care details available on jabong application. This is looks like they want hide customer care information.
                        At last i request your good office to act ethically and morally. Once again you are requested to return my full amount ie inr 882.95 (Including courier charges). Hope, you can understand my feeling. I request your platform to raise this issue.

                          Cashback not received from jabong for the order id no [protected] purchased on 21/06/2018, the cashback were supposed to credited on my account wihin 25th september 2018 but when i see that the cash back amount is not credited to my accunt i have sent a mail regarding the issue to jabong but since than they are not doing anyhting and unneccessary dealying the case and yet i havent received the cashback, mail has attached for ref.

                            I have purchased daneil klien watch from jabong 3 months back, it suddenly stopped working, i cannot find any contact to daniel klein support. This is the fake product which jabong sold to me.

                            I want to get repair my watch or i want to return it back.
                            And it is having warranty of 1 year,
                            Which is of no use, without any service centers.
                            If sellers cannot provide the service centers, what is the use of warranty,
                            How jabong is accepting such a sallers?

                              I have ordered "blue solid messenger bag" on 24th oct, 2018 and the order no. Is 109228356177806251403.

                              I got received the product on 29th oct, 2018 and the mode of payment is "cod".

                              But unfortunately the received product was defective so that i asked exchange for this product, but no pickup service available for my area for exchange. So that, they accepted this is return request.

                              My product also picked up and they also initiated refund for this, but the refund amount is not getting reflected to my account. I have shared my bank details more than two times to [protected]@jabong.com, but they send me back regret mail for bank account details are incomplete.

                              Kindly escalate this issue and take action for my refund amount.

                                Jabong is a thief shopping company. I returned a Pickup on 03 October 2018. I have also sent the receipt of the Pickup to Jabong Customer Care. But till date I have not even got any refund of my baggage. For this, I have been talking at Customer Care several times. But there is no hearing.                                   Today i got a fake call from [protected] saying they are from janong and they even had our history and addresses.
                                  They told ur number is selected for gift but for that u have to purchase from janong worth rs 10000 and i[censored] pay through paytm then u wil get back 50% cashback.
                                  First they ask you to put 4 clothes worth rs 10000 total in ur shopping cart.
                                  Then they ask you what u hve selected which size and we are confirming your order and we are transferring ur call to account department. Then they guide u to pay through paytm to their account.
                                  They can make fool to so many people.
                                  I scolded them like anything.

                                  They people are using ur name.
                                  They might b someone from ur company itself who are leaking the info of customers.

                                    Recently, i bought a rowan
                                    Comdaq connect 4 travel game worth rs 115 from jabong.com on 13 th nov, 2018.

                                    And today, jabong cancelled my order after taking 7 days just for nothing.

                                    Below is order derail

                                    What kind of service is this? Waited 7 days for cancellation, and now have to wait for another 10 days for refund just for nothing.

But now its showing return request is declined. So can you please help me in this situation and give my money refund as it is not good quality.
