    I ordered some items using sbi card from jabong with order id [protected] on 22nd of june. At that time they were offering 10% cashback on payment with sbi card. Now, around 5 months have passed and i have not received that cashback yet. Also i have been calling jabong every 48 hours since a couple of days or may be weeks to ask about my raised complaint. But all went in vain. I have call recordings for each call and also have a mail from your side offering a coupon instead of the cashback. They raised and closed the complaint without any solution.

      I returned my jeans as soon I got it on delivered date...jeans which I got was different as compared to the image shown...so I gave return request..i thought they will pick the jeans winthin date as the date they had sent..but the date was delayed after complaining to customer care they took steps...aft three weeks they picked my order..now it's been more than 6days they still didn't refund my money... They picked up at Nov 9 2018

      I had place two order on 29 oct and the delivery estimate date is by 8 & 9 oct. Today is 16 nov, a week has pass the estimated delivery date. There no information given about it. Why is it like this? I need some answer.

        I bought a converse shoes and it's a little big to me and i want to replace it but sadly there is no pickup available in my locatlity. I have tried so many other pincodes but nithing works i am disappointed by the services of jabong. The delivery was also slow and in my case the replacement option is useless in jabong they simply make feel is that they treat costumers. Actually the pickup should be available where the product is delivered and here it is like that

          I had returned all the products of my order. But they claim that i haven't returned one and declined the money. The delivery guy did not give any acknowledgement slip also. They are playing a inner game so nice and i'm a victim. Not to mention that it was the first time i used jabong and definitely the last time. The customer care is not responsive / the responses don't help at all. Worst ever experience

            Hi,

            I had ordered 3 items out of which they delivered only 2. The 3rd item was not delivered but the status showed delivered on the jabong application.

            I had raised complaint 1 month back. I have not received the product yet and they are not even refunding my money which i paid in advance (Prepaid order).

            The courier guy argues and says he had already delivered and jabong is not doing anything except asking me to wait for 48 hours whenever i call them to esquire about the missing product.

              I self returned two products that i ordered from jabong online shopping on 7th of october but i havent received my refund yet everyday i call customer care but they delay it saying that i will get my refund in 1 business day or 2 business day or 3 business day though i hvent got yet. All time they make same excuses.
              I humbly request you to please take some steps against jabong, so that i could get my refund back.

                Recently, i had placed 2 orders on 30th oct, 2018 on jabong.com.
                Then after some hours i had to cancelled my ordered on 30th oct, 2018 because i changed my mood. Also jabong never offered cash on delivery option to pay.

                Jabong said it would be refunded back within 10 days from the date of refund initiation.

                As 12 days have been crossed now, no refund received whatsoever.

                All they wanting bank statement.

                Neither I Had Received Refund Confirmation Mail Nor On Phone From Jabong. All They Told Me It Was Initiated, And It Was Successful. Then Why It Didn't Reflected Yet In Bank Statement.. I Doubt They Never Done An Initiation Of Refund.

                Thats Why They Asking For Bank Statement, And Don't Care To Cross Reference With Their Finance Team.
                I purchased a shirt to this site and he delivered a damge product than i return the product and my rufend is not return in the 55. Day

                      I have purchased the above product ie

                      When i found the product i have seen that the product delivered is of wrong size ie 44 (M). It is observed that manufacturing was also very old ie 2016. The condition of the product also looking not well treated means lots of crease/wrinkles found on it.
                      I am very much thankful that the return policy is giving me the opportunity to return peacefully.in that scenario i have observed that i couldn't enjoy the product and painfully abide to return the product lossing the delivery/courier charges.
                      Addition to this inr 149.00 is charged as courier charges. You can understand that in this situation i am very disappointed that while talking to customer care representative, he told that courier charges can not be refunded even if mistake from jabong side. This situation is indicating that the major part in this deal is courier charges. It create the scenario that the product is not prime concern but courier charges is primary product of jabong.
                      At last i request your good office to probe in to the matter ethically and morally.

                        I ordered two products at different times and am getting them together. Problem is i want only one order from them but they are refusing.
                        I dont have that much cash to take both order when i want only one.
                        Never expected this from jabong after this much long membership.
                        Thanks for breaking trust jabong.
                        They are asking that buy it anyway and put a return thats too much unlikely of jabong never expected this. I needed that jacket urgently.

                        jabong has delivered two products in a single packet but i wanted only one and both are from different brands and were ordered at different time so why this mistake by delievery executives. totally
                        unreliable.
                        never expected this from jabong.

                          I have recieved a call from jabong representative contact no. [protected] at 3:6 pm on 8/11/2018 to claim the jabong 5 lucky draw winners, the prize were :- 55 inch sony bravia led 55 inch t. V, refrigerator, i phone - x and a. C etc.
                          The representative asked me to purchase a worth of rs. 9, 999 from jabong apps which assured me 50% instant cashback once the payment has been made.

                          Is this a genuine or fake call?? Please help..

                            I will not be very wrong say, only few of the luckiest people will get their order delivered successfully to them.

                            In my case the order was returned to the warehouse even before delivery. Moreover they passed the complete blame to me saying that "customer refused" when I didn't received any call or SMS from them to start with.

                            Never gonna buy anything from JABONG ever again and most importantly will try my best to stop everyone I know from going here too .

                              Dear jabong,

                              I had returned the black sandals against order no[protected]-7365103 for rs 1647.

                              Its been over 15 days since my sandals were picked up and no sign of my refund. First they sent me a mail asking for my bank details which is very surprising as i have received refunds before and in the same account which i again shared with jabong. The last payment was for a order that was picked up after the black sandals and no one asked me for my bank details then as the details are already there in jabong. But despite that i shared my details twice.

                              Despite my sharing the details and calling up jabong customer care 5 times now, i have not received my money.

                              Infact the floor manager refuses to come on the call. This is extremely unprofessional of jabong.

                              When can i expect my money?

                                I purchased a pair of NAvy Blue Colour Crocs Swiftwater wave Sandals for INR 2296.27 from Jabong.com through my wife's account. The product received was counterfeit ones whose MRP was INR 499 for which I raised a return request immediately. Eventhough the order was made through Jabong, the product was delivered in Myntra carton. The product was picked back by the Jabong representative the next day itself and as per the email from Jabong refund was initiated on 21st October 2018 and the process was completed successfully( as per them) on 23rd October 2018.
                                I didn't receive the money back to my account yet and the Jabong customer support is behaving in a ridiculous manner. After repeated calls they just gave me a bank reference number- [protected].

                                  I Ordered a Oxemberg jeans from Jabong.com on 10-09-18 and Rs.1565.76 through credit card. But they delivered me a Mast & Harbour Ladies watch. I mail & call several time about this matter to jabong.com customer care. But they ignored me by fake assurance. So I request to look after this matter.

                                    I bought this top from fresh stock in october 13 and it got delivered in 5 days. It has not been a month and the top did not last.

                                    This is not expected from a brand like jabong
                                    I have been connected to jabong since years but this is the worst experience. I need a replacement for my top at the earliest. If not please delete my account i am not interested in shopping with this website. If i will get such poor quality products from jabong.

                                      We placed an order for a pair of shoes and a t-shirt. When we received the packet we only got the shoes in it and the tshirt wasn't there but the bill of the tshirt was there. We had to make the payment for both the shoes and t-shirt andnow when we call the customer care they say the order has been delivered wjereas in reality, we have paid for the tshirt bu didnt receive it.

Moreover, contact number given is invalid. Jabong is not having proper tracking system itself. I would request all not to place any order through Jabong..

                                        I have ordered a maybelline colour show intense red lipstick under the order number 109288712712220815501 alongwith a hang bag. I have received the bag but in place of ghe lipstick have received a lipbalm.. I m utterly disappointed as it was a total waste of money.. Furthermore it is not returnable..
