I ordered a kurta of size 34 from jabong but since its size is small i wanted to exchange it for a bigger size. When i tried to request for exchange i got a message that pick up service is not available from my addressmy concern is that firstly if a person can come everyday to my city to deliver jabong products then why can't he take the return/exchange products.

    I have called and talked to numerous customer service people of jabong including escalating to highest aurhority and still none of my refunds have been done. Vague reasons, insufficient information given about status, no cordination and highly unprofessional company. Will never buy from them again. Below are details of items not refunded since a month!

      I have ordered a jeans and i have returned it on 17th october 2018...[protected] this is my order id of navy elite fit jeans .. my refund has been initiated on 17th october and as per the rule refund has to be done within 7 days of the pickup but i didnt get the refund it..kindly return the refund amount as soon as possible..

        I have ordered 3 tshirts at once from jabong.com.
        2 was of roadster and 1 was of hrx.
        I got 1 hrx and 1 tshirt of roadster.
        Got 2 tshirts but the third got auto cancelled without any intimation!!
        No refund also!
        How this be possible even without knowing the customer you can cancelled my order without any call or message?
        Plz solve this problem.

        I have received duplicate kutra, where I have ordered for w brand expecting genuine quality of it.jabong has all duplicate products.i was really so unhappy with irresponsibility.

          I have ordered for an kurta in jabong but as i dint liked it much, i've returned that one. The pickup is processed and i've returned the product on 20th october, 2018. As per their process the refund has to be done within 7 days of the pickup but i dint get the refund yet. Please kindly check this issue and refund the amount of returned product.             I ordered two pairs of shoes on 27th of october 2018 and the last update on it was on 28th of october 2018, my order id is[protected]-4306503. As per jabong, i was supposed to receive my order latest by yesterday, 2nd november 2018, i called up the customer service, i got contradicting information, one rep told me that it's out for delivery and the other one told me that it's still at khawaspur. The application says that it's in transit at binola. I've paid almost 4k and such behavior can't be accepted. I've lost faith in jabong since the last couple of orders. Even last order was delayed. If this is the case, the company should considering shutting itself down. Look at amazon, how perfectly they deliver even when the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, i get the delivery within 1-2 days! Please don't mislead customers and don't cheat them.

              I have booked a order with 3 different products for the offer price that was shown on the website.
              The displayed offer price of the product is rs.1374 and the actual billed price is rs.2499. I have shared the screen shot of the items offer price as on the app, via email to jabong customer care.
              Now after exchanging the order details and offer price screen shot, jabong team has informed it is the vendor who changes the prices.
              If the product is added to bag for the offer price shown on the screen, why should customer be billed for a different price?
              I have requested for a rectification in the bill, but the jabong team is sending emails informing me that the vendor charged higher price.
              I am demanding the price rectification for the price that was offered and i have booked.

                Ordered these coverse shoes from jabong.. Need to exchange them as it is too large for me.. I'm staying in tamil nadu.. When put for exchange the pickup address says pincode says not servicable.. I have tried many pincode but it says the same.. I wanna really exchange this... Please can you help me to find a procedure to exchange this product.. Thank you

                  Hi. 2 items have not yet arrived. But in order tracking they have changed the status as delivered without delivering the item.

                  Item 1. aks couture tops

                  For item 2, even d exchage period is over since they have marked it as delivered, but item not yet arrived.

                  I have mailed many times regarding this issue and have not get any reply other than their auto generated msg. Then i contacted their customer care and even their response was not appreciable. They just said that the problem will be rectified in 5 working days but nothing happened and also they have still not changed the status. The customer support replies were very vague and pathetic, nothing informative.

                  I have already paid for these items.

                    Hi,

                    I ordered one red tshirts from jabong with the order id[protected]-5276201 with the payment made through credit card.
                    The item was due for delivery on 1st nov. I received a message at 1 p.m. that the order was out for delivery but didn't receive any call post that. At 6:09 p.m. i received a mail that the item has been delivered but neither i nor my family members have received the item. Jabong support team has shared a signature done at time of delivery but the signature is not done by me or my family members.
                    Need the resolution at the earliest for the same.

                      I've returned my product like a month before, still i'm not able to get my refund. I don't know what is wrong with jabong. I am their regular buyer and i've called them multiple times, all they are saying is that they'll initiate but they ain't refunding the money. Please just look into this matter asap. Because i've called them like million times. Now it's too irritating. Because everytime i call them, they are saying they will but they are not doing it.

                        I purchased 3 footwear from Jabong on 12th October. I decided to return 1 footwear (it was not fitting me right). I placed the return request on the day i received the product (15th October). Since then i receive a message every morning that the product will be collected today and in the evening i get another message saying that we will not collect the product since you have rescheduled the pick-up. I called up the help desk couple of times and they promised that the item will be collected. Today is 30th October and the item is still with me. Now when i log into my order - it says that the product cannot be returned - This is a fraud

                        I always buy my products from Amazon and for a change I decided to buy from Jabong and it was a wrong decision. Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating experience

I have tried four different address but in area's the pickup service is not available.

                                I have orderd a product from jabong order number[protected]-9109903 on[protected]. Packet number:- [protected]. Delivery service provider:- myntra logistics. The product was out for delivery on[protected]. Product wasn't delivered to me but it's showing delivered on jabong and also got email confirmation. I already paid for the product. Now i want my money back. What kind of fraud is going on. Give my money back plz do it asap. Never going to order from jabong. That's why i always prefer cod. But i was fool to pay in advance. How can this happen from you. Without being deliver to me the product itself got delivered. Find my product, find that courier guy, or else i will sue you people for such kind of fraud activities.                                 I received the product just after i have posted my complaint online. Actually they did like that was because the parcel was to be delivered yesterday but the courier guy couldn't deliver so they have to send report to Jabong as delivered that's why i got the delivery confirmation msgs at my email. But the guy came and gave me the product in the morning today. But unfortunately the item in the package was different and i have requested for Return. But happy though my problem was resolved. 😊✌🏼

                                  I had initiated a return for my order number 1091652762575271969801. The delivery executive had given me a call on one day and i had asked him to come in the evening as i wasn't at home. He denied coming in the evening. He said he would come on the next day but he didn't turn up. And teach your delivery boys some manners because they were pretty rude to me when i had called him. He denied the fact that he was supposed to deliver the product. Either exchange the shirt or refund my money.

                                    I ordered 2 kurtas from jabong (Varanga and sangria brand) both order id - (109124799228467124803) and returned.2 items. One item picked but did not get refund then 2nd one pickup boy not come. Jabong team very frauds they are not there to help customers. Iam very much disappointed by their services in team of delivery of product. My total amount payable 1320. Pls help me refund my 1st kurta amount (Rs 712) and pickup 2nd kurta and refund rs 680.

                                      Earlier jabong app used to have a filter for size (Say shoe size) which gave me only the relevant results, which was good. But now it has been removed due to reasons unknown and out of all the variety of products that are available, i have to check each and every product to see whether it has my size or not.
                                      Please revert the filter for size feature in the jabong app as choosing between products has become very tedious and time consuming now.

                                      Hi! Neetu Goel here.l have returned some kurtas. And now there is more than 10 days but no refund is reflected in my account. For the same I have called several times to customer care. But totally unsatisfied from their replies. And I am totally harassed by this act
                                      I have selected some products and want to order those.But when i try to log in to jabong app i get an error "Account not verified".But i did not get mail mail or message to verift the account.plaese suggest..

                                        I had raised a return request for an item on 15th oct and it was picked up on16th oct with return id [protected]. I have not yet received an email with refund details. I have made several calls to jabong customer care and they said the item is at the warehouse for quality check. But when i traced the courier package through delhivery (Awb[protected] it says still in transit and misrouted multiple times. I need a solution to this problem. Definitely will think twice before ordering next time from jabong.
