I ordered nike shoes and they sent me the wrong product. And i had placed a return request on 18 october. They are not picking up and today i have checked that jabong has declined my return request. I have spent too much (Rs.6191.46).
I am done with jabong and i will never order anything from jabong. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I have placed a return request last week. I got messages everyday that we couldn't able to locate your address and now my request has been declined. What is our fault ???? We had placed return request on time. At the time of delivery your executive locates us easily. I have bever received a call regarding location issue. This is a lame excuse. Why are you making us fool. Please look into this. I am attaching a pic of my order

    I have ordered 2 earphones of different brans 1. Bolt
    2. Boat nirvana
    I received pacakage on cod basis the first packet of bolt earphones was fine i received the product but for boat nirvana when i opened the package the box was empty i maid a complaint on customer service but they are saying they can do anything now according to them the package was delivered. When i ask them for a video recording of my product that they are that it is only for internal use.

      My order (Order id:109125498342589464603, email: [protected]@gmail.com) was placed on 13th of october and expected delivery date was 23 october but i am still waiting for this product as this is not been delivered yet.
      When tried to reach you so many times on the customer care number that you have provided everywhere, no one is picking call on this number. Is it valid contact number or just for documentation purpose??

      As i have already paid for this order, i need to get my product asap or i must need to get my refund

        Dear Sir,

        Your company representatives have been harrasing me for the last 15 days for the refund of Rs 1578 for the above mentioned order no. Today they provided me with a transaction id no. [protected] which doesnt exist in Paytm Records, I[censored] r sure about the payment, why dont u show me the screenshot o[censored]r paytm statement just like i have shown u mine.

        Now u r saying that u have paid my refund and paytm is denying the same, I am at the crossroads here, i have nothing, i have made a mistake ordering from Jabong. Sir, its ur responsitibility to help me get my refund because i have ordered from ur site. uur simply giving me transaction id which doesnt exist doesnt solve anything So i m begging u to please help me.

        Upon checking it with paytm, they have clearly denying receiving any refund from jabong.

          I ordered 3 items for from jabong on 1st oct 2018 and did payment through paytm wallet and returned 2 items from them on 9th oct 2018,, on my phone i got message payment will come to phonepe wallet and in mail i will get my money as loyality point.. And then i called jabong customer care they told me to wait till 20th oct,, when i called them on 21st oct they told me they given my money go and talk to paytm people.. When i called paytm people they told they dun got such kind of transaction.. Go and talk to jabong..

          How they people making fool of customer. Worst refund process of jabong..

          2 out of 3 T-shirts have been delivered but 1 T-shirt has be shipped but still not delivered.
          Its been a long time since i placed my order.

            I placed an order last month (September 26th) and since the quality of the product was not genuine, i placed a return request. They canceled the request after 12 days since their timeline was over and raised a new return request. It is 1 week now and no one has called for pickup. All their customer care and email case is worst service as they don't have any ability to support the customers. One of the worlds poorest company i"ve seen.

              I tried ordered an levis jeans on 20/10/2018
              Through airtel wallet of rs 1692.44 with txn id - [protected]. Money got deducted but order was not placed.
              I have called airtel customer care they said that they have already payed jabong money and mistake is not from their side. Then i called jabong customer they are saying that payment received is in pre processor and it will get credited in 24 hrs but still i did not got my money back. Either place my order or give my money back please do the needful asap

                Order number..[protected]-0488403. It's a prepaid order of amount ₹1245, it is showing that product is delivered. But it is not delivered. I raised complaint 4days back regarding that but no response. They were saying no updates and not reflecting there. Then to whom we should complaint i am worried. At least cancel my order and give back my money. Worst site ever. No proper response.

                  My item's current status is in transit wherinbit has reached hsr 4days ago and still the transit location is at the same place, it hasn't moved since then. There is too much delay. Please look towards the problem as in why is it not delivered yet? Please assure the date till when will it be delivered. Any further delays cannot be endured. Please check with the person who has to deliver the product and d9 update the status or contact me regarding the issue with the delivery. It's too much frustrating. Please try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Will be waiting for your response.

                    We ordered various products online on Jabong, but unable to return those products .
                    Reason they state is ITEM NOT RETURNABLE AFTER 15 DAYS.
                    However one month return policy always exist

                    Let us know how can we proceed with return of our products. We wish to return as size and it's fit is not as per our requirements

                      Order number[protected]-1042501 has a total of rs 4867.48 when order was placed. Also, same is shown in the order confirmation email. Handling charges are free.

                      However, on rechecking in app, the order total is shown as rs 5067.46.

                      The difference is of applied jabong points - 199.98 which are shown as deducted in the original order but not in order history.

                      There is no way to clarify the same on website or app.

                      Order is cod, hence there is no way that a less payment can be done.

                      This is sheer cheating on behalf of jabong. Please help to resolve.

                        I have ordered one product from this site 20 days before still product has not recieved & also when we are sending mails to customer care regarding the status. No response i have escalate my issue to chief manager he is also not responding.

                        Really i am fed up with this useless site & use less customer care team.

                        Even still i am sending continous mails to chief manager of jabong he is also atleast not reverting a single reply.

                          Ridiculous service... On 15th i placed an order and on 16th it was showing that it is out for delivery. I didn't got a single message or mail and in the evening online it was showing customer refused. Wrong information is given by their delivery boys and customer care guys are fooled by them. Hats off to you guys... Customer care people do not know anything... Whenever you call them for complaint they will say complaint has been registered ann will be resolved within 2 days... And it continues... Never ever your complaint will be resolved... Even you will not get a single mail from them about the complaint.

                          I will not suggest anyone to use this site for shopping... Very bad experience..

                            This is like the 10th time i m mailing u and still i havent received any satisfacroty answer from you, this is the most shamless act i have ever seen since i have been shopping online. This is the height of responsible behaviour. I have sent u all my statements, i m attaching it again, as u can see i havent received my refund yet, so, just answer one thing, will u ever give me back my money or not?

                            Below mentioned is the mail which i have sent many many times already

                            Dear sir,

                            This is regarding the above mentioned order no, black color hrx jacket which i ordered from my paytm wallet [protected], amounting 1578 rs.

                            I returned the jacket on 7th oct 2018, and today is 20th oct and i still havent received my money. Upon complaining multiple time to ur customer care executives, i havent received any satifactory answer, so here i m, finally writing an email.

                            Please also find enlcosed my paytm wallet screenshots, as ur custormer care executive asked me to attached it. I dont know for what reason, money has been processed from ur end on 8th oct but i havent received it yet, so i m attaching my passbook from 6th oct.

                            Now, i just need an answer, whether or not u will refund my amount or not?

                            Since its already been a long time, i want my money right now, today only, otherwise i swear i will never ever purchase from jabong in my life.

                            So please look in to the matter and asap

                              My return id of jabong is[protected].
                              My refund was processed on 8th october 2018 it’s been more than 10 days and the amount has still not been refunded.
                              It clearly says in there website that amount will be refunded within 7 to 10 days, it’s been more than 10 days still amount not refunded.
                              When called the customer care of jabong several times they say will try to solve the problem but they are not refunding the amount to my account.

                                        I have bought a pair of roadster sandals on 21st september, 2018. They started smelling after one week. I think the quality of the rubber is very cheap and the sole started getting torn apart too. I'm a frequent purchaser of jabong and i never expected such issue before. That too with a brand like roadster, this is highly unexpected. I'm not able to return and that pisses me off more that i wasted my 600rs when i could get the same product roadside for less than 250rs. I would really be happy if you could consider my request for either exchange or refund.
