I had cancelled this order number[protected]-4113601 post talking to the customer service. They asked not receive it. So i had returned it back. But today jabong delivers this order in my absence.

When log into my account to cancel it, it shows that the order is non returnable. I have crossed 15 days.. How come i have received it today not on 23rd september? How come its 15days??...

I had placed an order on 12th october 2018 on jabong. And it was deliverd to me on 16th october 2018 when i opened the box, i found a pair of old shoes. Have raise a request for replacement.
Request you to please look into this as impacting your credibility with the consumers.

I ordered a lee cooper shoe order id is 108933108417294711703 on 20 september 2018 got the delivery on 24/09/2018.
However after wearing it 2times only the sole of the shoe started to come out. It is under 3 months warranty as well. Dear Concern,

My product is cancelled by jaboong and my product payment is not intiated yet or there is no message from jabong, online shopping app for home or office delivery and also the refund have not been intiated by the company. I haven't raised any cancellation ticket for the product.

Kindly look into this matter at high priority.
