This is to complain about the irresponsible behaviour of the delivery person who has to deliver me Ether women black slim fit mid rise clean look stretchable jeans ( order no.[protected]).
The name of delivery person is Yogesh Kumar and contact no. is
He has suggested me to confirm the delivery of order without giving it to me as I was not present in the date of delivery. He assured me to deliver it the next day. But it has been 16 days and still I haven't received my order. Also, due to this delay I have made the return request for the same order. The parcel of jeans is still in jabong warehouse in dehradun.Kindly get the parcel from the office and refund the amount.
I'm a regular customer and I have great faith and trust on services of jabong but after this irresponsible behaviour of the delivery person I might not prefer jabong for online shopping.
It is my ardent request to find a solution to this problem which your delivery person has created for me as customer and for your good will of brand. Kindly, do the needful as soon as possible and initiate the refund of Rs.719 as soon as possible.
P.S.- there is great need to improve your customer care services, for I have tried the customer care number for a number of times but it is always busy.
P.S.- Reply as early as possible.

    Hi,

    Jbong has cancelled my order (Order id[protected]-6771103) on 21aug 2018 and sent me a message stating that amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 days. Its been around 20 days and i am still waiting for my refund. This is not expected from jbong. If you cannot fulfill yours words why you cheat your customers. Please check my order details and refund my amount asap

      I returned a product on jabong. My order id was [protected] a pepe jeans amounting rs.1451. The expected date of receiving refund was 13th august but till now 11th september my refund is not been initiated in my account. I have my bank statement as a proof. I contacted jabong regarding the refund but they are refusing and now not even picking up the call from my registered mobile no. From last seven days they are ignoring the matter by telling me that our executive will call you within 24hrs but there is no revert from their side. This is mentally harrasing as they are not refunding the amount its already 28 days up.
      Kindly help. Its a fraud. They are fooling their customer.

        Hello team,

        Placed on — 9th sep, 2018

        My delivery item was misplaced and was left on the ground of some unknown place. Got call from a gentleman about the unattended parcel on the ground. Tried calling the delivery person, so that that my order can be picked from that person and be delivered to my address. To the utter surprise, after 2 full rings the agent's mobile number was switched off. And then i got the message as "order delivered".

        Please help in receiving the parcel from that random place and deliver it to the actual address provided.

          I purchased the product from jabong on 11 august for an amount of rs3395. I request return on august 11itself then i return the product through indian post on 13august and delivery has been initiated at 16. When ever i called the customer care they told me to wait for 48h, 3day like that now it is 1mounth ian waiting for the refund no response from their side very bad customer service jabong have

            Jabong order confirmation[protected]-2690403) placed on fri, 10th aug'18 at 1:12am, 3 items together, in which only one product delivered and the rest didnt delivered and requested for refund. More than 20days over no response or feedback from there end regarding refund. Several mails shooted up, but zero reply from there end. Even costumer care number too not reachable, everytime when we try, the msg says that "this mobile number is not registered with us" and getting disconnected.

                I ordered a fossil watch on 30th august 2018 from jabong, complanit number[protected], order id 108750318320720041201 of amount 9495rs. I received the order on 2nd september, i opened the box and there was no watch in it. The box was empty. I registered a complaint many times on email and jabong customer care. I talked to mr. Rupak mandilia (Des. Floor supervisor). He said the high authority denied your refund and from our side we have send the watch. I asked him to share warehouse video recording, sellers information and courier& logistic partner information. He denied to share any of these information. I have recorded all this on my phone. I have recorded his voice. I have right to get all these information. Please share all these informations with me right now and send me another email of reason of denying my refund. If i do not get reply from your side within 24 hrs i will file a complaint in consumer court. I shall also get a fir registered under section 419, 420and 506 (Criminal intimidation). You have caused me serious mental harassment and forced me to take all these steps. If not solved urgently, along with dragging you to court this shall also be a part of social media.

                  Old stock product "london bee navy blue printed pyjama" and "roadies bottomwear by beevee beige solid 3/4th" supplied. Life cycle of material was over so got torn off at many places with one month o[censored]se.
                  The costly and branded item i purchased on 1st may 2018. I trusted jabong. But to my surprise i found with 02 moth of its use the cloth got rotten and tear off one by one. I was surprised to see. Now the cloth are of no use, i shall put picture also in 1-2 days.

                  I have order a Casio watch worth 9, 499 and it's still not delivered to me whose delivery date was 5th September. Even the tracking ID been provided is an invalid one For which I can't even track the shipment. Even on the site they are not showing where the product has been reached.

                    Dear jabong team,

                    I strongly feel this is a prank from jabong to sell average quality products to customers and minting money. I was a regular customer of jabong, with this unpleasant experience i am never going to return to site and strongly advocate my colleagues, family and friend never to use the site.

                    Very poor refund and return policy of jabong. I have received a soiled and dirty, looks used also i have raised a return request on 24th aug but still i am chasing you guys to collect your item from given address now no one is responding properly and making false statement that i denied for pickup (You guys dont want to do your work). On contacting the customer care of jabong, the raised a complaint and for investigating the issue again they took 12 days.

                    Now its been 14-15 days to the return request, am still waiting for the guy to pick the product. Kindly suggest how long it will take to do the pickup.

                    If you dont wanna pickup your item from me please let me know i better file a complaint against you in costumer forum.

                    I think jabong is a money-laundering company that make money while keeping the money of customers in their account (Take order with money) for more than 30 days and once they get interest for that period, start the process of refunding (Say that the product is not traceable). Some action should be taken and the top management held responsible for cheating.

                    Please help me how to proceed with this complaint so as to teach a lesson that no other customer should be a target for such fraudulent activities.

                    Also you guys, stop duping your customers, its our hard earned money please respect that.

                      On july 27th, 2018 i had ordered united colors of benetton navy blue woven design mid-top slip-on walking shoes (Size eur44). However, when i received the package i was shocked to see that the package size was considerably small and inside the package i got nivea moisturiser (Blue container). The bill attached with the box referred to the shoes, but in the package all that i got was nivea product.

                      The shoes cost me 2014.88 inr. When i called the customer care on august 3rd (Complain no.[protected] and complained about wrong product being delivered they just had one statement - the video footage on their side showed that the right product was shipped. This statement is used for all the similar complaints that customers have placed here on the consumer complaints forum.

                      Upon requesting jabong repeatedly to look into the issue with a possibility that there may be some wrong handling of logistics at some point, i keep getting the same statement - the video footage shows that the right product has been shipped and then close the issue saying it has been resolved. We customers have to bear the loss and bad customer service. I know i am never going to buy from jabong in the future and i am sure loss of one customer doesnt make any difference to the company. But this is about the loss i had to bear buying and the possibilities that other customers also can be duped in the future. I have seen many such complaints on jabong - here on this forum and others too. They seem to ignore everything with an assumption that customers wont be able to do anything about such issue.

                      I am attaching here the images of the package delivered to me.

                      When a customer speaks to the jabong customer care and raises the issue again and again, they ask us to speak to them in a nice way. How will a customer take such deception from a company like jabong and be nice to the customer care? Ridiculous company.

                      I hope raising the issue here on this forum pinches jabong's attention and force them to look into the issue. If not i know they are going to use the same statement - our video footage shows that the right product has been shipped. If jabong is truly right then let them show the footage to the customer and then close the issue.

                      I want the refund for the product that was not delivered.

                        I ordered a nehru jacket but received a wrong item than i complaint about this but till now i have not received a proper solution. Please pay attention on this issue and solve this as soon as possible. Exchange this with my nehru jackets.                           I ordered kurta set from jabong and they only send me the kurta, pyjamas and dupatta was not present in the packet and i paid the whole amount. Now return and exchange facility is not available from my pin code and they are not even considering there fault. They should esp arrange the facility for me. They only harass the consumer. Atleast they should send me the pyjamas and dupatta because it's their problem not mine.. Worst experience shopping from jabong and i will never again shop from this site.. I am planning to take legal action if they will not solve my problem.

                            I bought a bag from jabong. They sent that through ml express, the company though claims they have no relationship with jabong. (Id-mljp7325677)
                            So the delivery boy didn't delivered the package and he updated the status to being delivered and even forged my signature which is now given as proof of delivery by our very own jabong.
                            Thanks for the customer friendly services you provide.
                            Worst experience ever of jabong.. I was a regular customer with jabong.. But after this i won't suggest anyone to buy anything from jabong..
                            And finally jabong.com kindly resolve my issue asap.

                              Dear team,

                              This is in respect of complaint no. 68269901.

                              A fraudulent transaction amounting to inr 199, 897 had been executed on jabong portal using my debit card credentials. Fir copy was shared with your team. Complaint was made for freezing the transaction and inspector from gurgaon sector 18 ps had visited your office to inform you of the case.

                              Till date, only inr 8, 020 has been refunded. Why is the processing of balance refund of inr 191, 877 taking so long?

                              Expecting a call from your side with relevant details and updates.

                              I want refund of balance amount asap.

                                but they called me more then 10 times and wasted my time

                                    I have orderd 3 products from jabong.com on[protected]. The order id is 108646939066267644403
                                    And the order was unsuccessful due to some technical error from jabong side even though the amount was debited from my debit card. The amount of rs.2279 was deducted from my bank account and rs.1340 from my gift card wallet.
                                    Later rs.2279 was refunded to my bank account from jabong team. And the gift card amount is not refunded yet. Still its not reflecting in my gift card wallet account section.
                                    And in mail they told that they will credit rs.1340 giftcard within 1 business day.
                                    I spoke to jabong customer care executives several times (8-9 times through phone) but no use. They are not responding at all. Even some of them tried to misguide me. They are acting like very lazy. Sometimes they had cut the phone also. I didn't even think about this type of behavior from jabong team.
                                    This is the worst experience ever in jabong store. As a customer i don't recommend buying products from jabong. Because they will give you poor support and service after the order.
                                    Compared to jabong, myntra.in stores support and service is very good. Jabong is getting worst now days.

                                        The above is my order no and return request no. as instructed i self-sent the product to sec 18, jabong returns, gurugram, haryana. the product was delivered on 27th aug 18 and i couriered it to jabong on 29th which reached gurugram on 1 sept 2018. it was delivered to jabong on 4th due to public holidays in between . but jabong without inspecting declined to take it from the courier. now the product is lying with the courier. I was my money to be refunded as promised by jabong.

                                        As per my telephonic conversation with your customer executive Ms. Nidhi, I was informed that as per your policy I will get my courier expenses reimbursed i.e. if courier weight is beyond 500 gms than I will get Rs. 100 and if it is less than 500 gms I will get Rs. 80. In that case I should get my courier expenses which I incurred Rs. 100 reimbursed.

                                        Due to size issue I had returned products to Flipkart, Amazon but they never charged me. If you can send the product through your sister concern Myntra, then you could have picked up from me via Myntra instead of telling me to self-courier it and then not paying up. You took two-way courier charges (Rs. 149) from me and now you are not refunding my money. This s a clear case of cheating. I want my courier expenses to be reimbursed.
