I'm not able to return product. I have been trying to since 3 days now but my address seems to be unserviceable. And i dont have any other address with a different pincode. So i request jabong to tale care regarding this matter. I have never experienced such return issues. I am very much unsatisfied with the jabong team. I didn't like some product but now if return issues not getting solved, i have to use the product forcefully.

    I ordered shirts last week which said that the order would be delivered by friday of the same week. It almost got delayed by 4 days. Delay in 1 day is fine but 4 days is definitely not acceptable. When the order doesn't reach on the time proposed, it may not be useful at all. So dissatisfied.
    Preferring jabong is only due to the product quality.if you cannot follow a proper schedule why do you promise a date of delivery on the time of ordering?
    I won't order emergency things in jabong hereafter.

      I had orderd one lafille bag on 2nd sep 2018, since from 3rd sep, i have been trying to contact you people to provide me the contact details of courier boy

      Every single shopping online is providing the deatils of courier person along with the tracking id
      But this kind of negalacy is not accepted from your company,

      You guys are running buisness on such a huge basis and tracking id provided by you is only shown on jabong
      If we try it on your logistic patner ml logistics they are saying wrong id
      Plus when i had contacted to their office they said we dont deliver any product related to jabong

      This is the last time i had order, and i will never recommend any person to use jabong in there future

      You better provide me the details of the courier person or if it is deliver by someone else plese refund my amount.

      Delivery boy Neeks Mhatre himself mentioned that he lost my product. He said he will return the money and left and marked the product as delivered. He never came back to return our money. I complained to jabong 2 months back. And they are forcibly telling me that the product is already delivered.
      Such a shame...!!!

        Hi team,

        I had bought one pair of puma sneakers by 3rd jul 2018 (Order id: [protected]). It's just two months since i purchased but the outsole and uppersole of shoe gets separated and it is getting very worse to see and use, i'm talking about a product which has an mrp of rs.2999. The fitting is damn worst and not strong at all. This is first time i'm preferring puma and it is a very very bad experience for me, such a worst product i have seen ever. I believed in the brand name and purchased it blindly. Now i regret like anything i don't know whether the issue is with the single pair of shoes that i received. I'm very upset with this as this product is not worth to the money that i paid and it would be considered as failure of brand image that puma has.

        As a customer, either i need an option choose another one or my money should be given back.

          I have returned a MIKU kumar kurti worth Rs 2856. I have not received the money back on my account. I am not aware about Jabongpoints and if we received also why not even 1 month the jabong points are there. This is ridiculous. I want my money back.You cheat your customers like this.

            Status shows failed delivery.
            The order is prepaid. I want that product. I can also go to the warehouse of them here in indore for collecting my parcel.
            Since m not available in my home. They didnt deliver the product.
            I want them to handover that product to my gaurd of the multi if i am not available. But please dont cancel that order. If someone has perepaid that order that means it is really needed.

              I haven't received the refund till today which is 06th Sep.
              I have called them more than 10 times for the status and asked for the refund but they just keep me waiting without any resolution.
              Pathetic service I have ever seen.
              I am so much frustrated for this and lost trust from the website.
              Please save your money and don't buy from Jabong. I have lost Rs. 2000.00

                I ordered a product and i got the product as per the exact date but since it was defective i returned it to the source and i got the message that it has been delivered to the jabong source but to my horror, its has been many days and i still havent got my refunded money back.                 To whomever this message gets delivered and This is my 5 th or 6th Time complaining about my issue. I have ordered a product on 18th august and got delivered as per the exact date but the product was defective so i returned it to the source but to my horror they have not refunded my money back.
                Its has been many days and I still havent got my refunded money back. Customer services has not been very kind in sorting my issue out. My order id is[protected]-0305001

                  I got contacted for winning the prize from Jabong india. They shared all my purchase details along with mobile number and email to verify. Later on they took 4000Rs. for 3 products and assured gift. Next day I started getting WhatsApp messenges to giving 11k more for the gift. Then I got to know it's a fraud and my data got leaked through Jabong. After taking to Jabong they r just not responding how my data got to unknown people.

                    I ordered a guess analog watch from jabong and i received the meoty package. I saint a mail to jabong regarding this but they declined my complaint twice. I don’t know what to do now as it was an expensive product. And why shoud i pay for something i haven’t received. The order no. Was [protected]. I am still having the package with me intact. I can send the picture of it if needed.

                    I have ordered an item which mentions 15 day return policy. It is not showing return option now. First it is showing no pick up facility even though it is the exact same address where item was shipped? how's that possible. secondly it is not even giving option to self ship.

                        I have ordered the jeans from the Jabong.com, As the product quality is okay, but fit doesnot suits me and i wanted to return it.After the delivery, the jabong is not showing the return window to me for 2 days. And after 6 call to customer care, then there is return window, So when i was going to place return req. they said pickup address is not serviceable, wow what company jabong is they can deliver the product to your address but not pickup for return, for the same address, You should mention before purchasing the product that return is available/not available at your address.the customer care response is like you selfship your product. why i self-ship? i don't enough time to these stupid things and more i have to wait for my refund.GREAT JABONG COMPANY What is my fault that your product doesn't fits me... I wanted to retun the product... pls help (pinocde:140103).

                          This is reenav shah, a business man from mumbai, maharashtra.

                          I recently bought an item, clarks sun brown slippers from jabong.com on 29th august and it was supposed to be delivered on 30th august, till today, i havent received the product yet. Day before yesterday, in afternoon i called the customer care of jabong.com and explained the same and the reply i got was it will be delivered within 24 hours maximum. Yesterday, again i called and explained the same, the same answer like previous, anyhow it will be delivered in 24 hours.
                          I have raised a complaint on 30th august and i received the call for that particular complain by today morning, there was a person named mr. Abhijeet kaul from customer care spoke to me and i explained the same for 3rd time and he told me the actual position of the product and the answer was, it is just shipped from the warehouse. I was literally shocked and wondered that why did your team lied to me from last 2 days and due to some problems in my toes, doctors have advised me to wear clarks slippers and i ordered it from jabong.com and it is been so ridiculously your company is fooling around with people who have these problems.
                          I need the solution for this matter because i have the proofs of being cheated from your company and i need to know when the product is going to be delivered.
                          I want the solution as sooner as possible orelse face the circumstances of cheating the customers.

                              Recently i bought a product from jabong. Because the product didnt suit me i placed a return request. The delivery was before time and even product collection was quick but its been more than 11 days and i havent received the refund and moreover i get no reply from jabong. My emails are not answered and it says return request closed. The return request number is[protected]. Return request was initiated on 21st aug 2018 and it said the amount would be refunded within 7-10 days.

                                    The prepaid order by jabong was claimed to be delivered but never actually got delivered. The support team provided a forged signature proof of delivery to prove their point. It is around 2 weeks we have tried contacting them over email, facebook page but they have stopped responding on the issue any more.

                                    This is a complete cheat and break of trust for people.

                                      I placed an order for a dorothy perkins dress order id [protected] on 3rd aug at 20.41 for rs. 3935.68. On 6th i received a u. S. Polo t shirt instead (Mrp 1800). On 7th i sent in a complaint which has not been resolved till date.
                                      I have been repeatedly calling jabong customer care but to no avail. The junior staff does not know a thing and the seniors do not end up calling back.
                                      I request you to look into tha matter and repay me back my amount.

                                        Dear jabong team,

                                        Please refer to the jabong complaint no. 68269901.

                                        It is to bring to your kind notice that a fraudulent online transaction amouting to inr 199, 897/- was done on 29th aug 2018 at around 11.35pm at jabong portal using my debit card credentials. Debit card no. 4722 * * 6794 of icici bank.

                                        Thereafter, i lodged fir with the cyber crime police station, bengaluru city vide crime no. 2943/2018 dated 30/08/2018. Further, a team of police officials had visited your office in gurgaon today and informed your team about the fraudulent nature of the transaction as above. Your team has accordingly frozen the fraudulent purchase transaction and also agreed to co-operate in refunding the money to my bank account. Your team has given complaint no. 68269901 in this regard.

                                        In view of the above, i would request you to please initiate the refund of inr 199, 897/- at the earliest and keep me informed about the same. My bank account particulars are as under:
