Product- Beige Printed Kurta
I ordered this Kurta and got delivery on 6th July, on 7th July i raised a return request which has not been fulfilled after good 15 days. After calling the customer care team for the refund, the team says that as per policy refund cannot be done until the product is received by them and that also it takes 5-7 business days to reflect in the account.
Their policy also says that the pick up will be done in 5 days but the same was not done then why is my money used by them for this long?
I insisted the team to do the refund within 24hrs as i really had a bad experience with them with this product and a few others but the arrogant female denied the same and said it would be done only after pickup is done.
Have i stopped them from the pickup? no. then why is my money held for so long. I strongly want an action to be taken by such misleading sites and a complaint be raised against the women who arrogantly said no after their fault.

Product- Red Printed Kurta
I bought this product from Jabong.com on 12th July. As per the order Confirmation mail by them the product was suppose to deliver this to me on 22nd August but again today on 23rd August instead of receiving the product i receive a mail by them stating that the order is cancelled.
Mind it in total i have bought around 5-6 products from them and having issue in 4 of it. This is my 2nd product which has got cancelled and the team just says that its a technical glitch due to which they had to cancel the order.
This kind of misleading information that the company is providing to their customers is happening over and over again and i am sure i am not the only one who is trapped by them as this is how customers are getting manipulated after a purchase.
I guess if the product was not available it should have firstly not been available, secondly if there was some issue the company is suppose to inform the customer within 48hours maximum. Thirdly incase of cancellation a call is expected by the customer with apology, compensation and a mail, only then an order should be cancelled.
Very upset with the site and would request no one to trust the site.
Totally upset and pissed off with their behaviour.
