I had ordered a reebok shoe worth 3k but received a madame top instead (Worth 999). The staff here can’t even make out the difference between a shoe and a top. I have sent them the photos immediately, waited for around 30 minutes just to talk to a customer support executive, wrote to them on facebook, dmed on twitter and yet there has been no attempt to resolve this. Raised a return request but the delivery executive refused to pick it up. I swear never to shop at jabong anymore and being a journalist, i will also make sure not to promote it knowing how bad their service is. Why does the customer have to bear the losses when the company clearly cannot differentiate between a shoe and a top.
