Hi.
Dr. Kalpana Rajgopal here..tired of reaching d customer care.. finally was successful..over 70 RS.went on just to explain..1st I spoke to Rachel, then to Rohit.i HV sent email with my bank details..though it exists in their site..
Just now again I recvd messag stating bank details Invalid ..I'm awaiting my refund .ITEM has been collected within 24 -48hrs of Delivery..& receivd confirmation of d same.. [protected]@jabong.com I HV ADDRESSED my dilemma..[protected]@ jabong detailed mails HV been sent..WHY NO calls from their end..Rohit at customer care confirmed they recvd my mail.
Why this silence..order ending 62213 ..JUST WOW OLIVE EMBELLISHED MAXI XXXL..amount 1600/- approx

    I ordered 9 products in bulk during offer.. In which one they cancelled dono for what reason. Out of 8 only 1 was fitting and the rest are not fitting to me which was a wonder for me bcoz all the products are same size. So I decided to Exchange them and tried doing the same via app but I'm unable to request for return as the it is not getting submitted for all 7 products. There is a 15 days time within which i need to exchange this product. I called the CC immediately and waited for atleast 30 min to get connected to an executive and explained about the issue I'm facing they told me to uninstall and reinstall the app which is not required but then I did that. Later I asked CC executive to raise a exchange request from their end which he refused to do.. Then I asked him to transfer the call to his manager HR made me to wait for 5 min and finally said that his manager is busy right now so he will call back in 30 min which didnt happened till now.. Then I have sent one mail to [protected]@jabong.com and after that multiple follow ups but not a single response is received. Later I forwarded the same email to [protected]@jabong.com but still no response. These people are trying to cheat and fool the customers Not able to connect to their customer care number as well. Worst experience from jabong this is not the first time. I'm fedup of your dramas and cheating with the customers..Need to think twice before placing an order after getting this poor service.

      I had ordered a reebok shoe worth 3k but received a madame top instead (Worth 999). The staff here can’t even make out the difference between a shoe and a top. I have sent them the photos immediately, waited for around 30 minutes just to talk to a customer support executive, wrote to them on facebook, dmed on twitter and yet there has been no attempt to resolve this. Raised a return request but the delivery executive refused to pick it up. I swear never to shop at jabong anymore and being a journalist, i will also make sure not to promote it knowing how bad their service is. Why does the customer have to bear the losses when the company clearly cannot differentiate between a shoe and a top.

        I had purchased a crocs clog shoe on 15 of august 2018 and due to size issue, i had requested for an exchange, the date showed that delivery to be done by the 31st but on august of 25th it showed that the exchanged product has been delivered, but it is still not arrived, and i have tried calling the customer care but no one received it. Please look into this matter.

          I had ordered a puma sliders few days ago and i recieved the package late and ater trying it i had an issue with the size so i tried exchanging it with a different size but the exchange pick up is not available in my area i mean how is this not available as everyday jabong can deliver products in the same area but can’t exchange.

            I have placed an order of 12 items. I have received only 9. Each in a separate package. I wanted to return few. That time only i noticed all the products status is delivered. I contacted customer care and registered a complaint. Later while checking the invoice i identified that in one of the package they have to deliver 4 items. They don't even know the complaint clearly but closed it without my concern. When i called they informed they couldn't reopen and that's the final decision and repeated the same throughout the conversation. Now i'm clueless about my next action. I'm really in need of justice.

              Shoes ordered on 13th aug - shows delivered on 20th aug 9:15pm. But i hav not received any package nor a call. Delivery proof shown by jabong does not match any of my family members or security. Insane and pathetic! Call center executive has a script ready to apologise that's all - post partnering with myntra - your services hav gone down to pathetic

              Proof of delivery has some random signature!! Check with your delivery partner and get the product delivered or just shut down the company- even better!!

                Complaint received from pgportal - docaf/e/2018/01949 - i want to tell you that i just ordered a sandal from jabong.com with order no. [protected]. It was delivered to me on 5 august and i had placed an exchange request as it was a faulty product received. After 2 days the courier service called me for pickup but they could not pickup the product for as long as 5 days and hence they requested me to raise another exchange request as that request was removed from their system. And then i raised another request. After raising second request, the courier office people told me that they did not recieved the second request in their system but they can pickup my item for now. Hence they picked up my item but didnt update the pickup and neither they gave acknowledgement slip. And when i am calling them, they are saying that they did not recieved the second request yet from jabong. Hence i raised a complaint in jabong. And its more than 7 days, my complaint is not resolved. I think they have stolen my 1200rs. Please resolve this issue asap. Courier officer mobile. No.[protected] yours, rishabh gupta

                  Disappointing'!!!
                  I ordered in bulk almost 15 items from jabong and had missed to return one product. When i came to know about it i tried to raise a return but couldn’t as it was jus 5days past the return date. I don’t need the product and want to return it. Its in unused condition. Whats the harm in returning the product. This is against the consumer act wrt to the items sold

                  Seems the manager of Jabong doesn’t care bat their customers

                    I have placed my order on 12 aug, 2018 and the expected delivery date was 17 aug, 2018. But the order has not been delivered to me due to some operational constraints at their end (As per message i received from jabong). And now i am unable to contact their customer care number as their numbers are not working. They are just asking for wait and don't respond even after waiting for an hour. I have also sent them mail on their customer care email. No response has been received from their side yet. I have already paid the amount also.

                        1. Incorrect information gst on jabong website and app it's showing different gst rates on same product and same price website and app

                        2. I have cross check twice on app it's showing only product price there no the gst was not included it's showing only product price so as for comment rolu gst rate should be standard but the gst rate is different
                        3. I have one of the customer service representative they said some technical issue app or website so it's showing different gst rates on same day, same product, same price.

                          I bought a Roadster Casual Jogger from Jabong on cash on delivery but this product was not perfect fit for me I was returned it for 3rd day where product day was delivered on 6 August...and I was complain mail on Jabong email site but still today here Jabong was not refund my money...

                            Exchange request is not getting submitted for one of my product. There is a 15 days time within which i need to exchange this product.                               I ordered this dress and felt size issue then i placed request for replacement of small size to medium because the item was available for this... They cancelled the product after a long time... I had this order as a gift for my friend... I was so dissapointed and i called themy. They said that due to operational issue, it had been cancelled... Plz place and another order"
                              They also raised the price... I just want my product back with size 'm'.
                              They are also saying that product is out of stock... But the same product is in stock...

                                I have received partial order and same time i received a mail about remaining order that your order is delivery unsuccessful. Where this should be not the the case..
                                For same order i received a another reason saying - sorry, your order has been cancelled because: of technical error..

                                Its strange for me to have different 2 reason for same order, please stop saying this, it shows a trust issue with your brand

                                  I had ordered 6 products having order i'd [protected] on 29th july and i have paid the money using net banking. I got the delivery of 3 products but the remaining 3 products has not been delivered to me but it is showing delivered in my order status. So i raised a complain regarding the issue on 6th aug. I have contacted customer care around 10 time and every time i call they tell me to wait for some more time and it's been almost 20 days and they haven't solved my issue. I lost my ₹3000 by shopping from jabong.

                                  Thanks jabong.com for teaching me a lesson. L make sure i will never ever shop from jabong again

I have also called to your complaint no. But nobody accepts the call. I don't know what is wrong with you all even I have mailed @jabongcare but no response. The delivery person don't responds to my call, till now 3-4 of my product is auto returned. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE

                                      3 casual shirts from your order number [protected] have been shipped. This is the email my wife received when we just got 1 shirt delivered i have also called the courier company and even they confirmed they received just 1 shirt for delivery. I need a refund or the products.

                                        I placed an order of rs.3072 on 27th may and on that particular day, there was an offer that 10 % cashback will be credited to your account on purchases exceeding 3000 but i haven;t reced any cashback yet.

                                        The customer care executive called nilesh and many more are trying to fool the customers by saying that contact yr bank for cash back credit. These executives are fooling the customers and the site is providing fake offers and giving false promotions.

                                        Don't ever buy products from this site and waste yr hard earned money
