I had ordered 2 product in one order id. My order was shipped yesterday. but when i was trying to tracking my order with tracking ID provided by jabong there was always show that "tracking ID was Wrong"" on ML Tracking Web page.
I want to track it as i want the shipment at another address. if i dont know that where is my shipment than how can i call to delivery boy??

Why ???

Is this a fraud???

    I bought a sneakers from jabong.com having order no.[protected] cost 3041.92. I recieved this on 3rd augest 2018. As the quality is not up to mark. I raise a return for this product on same day (I. E.3rd augest) but their is'nt any response from the company till i loging this complaint my. Return id is 67176958. Please do something to sort this issue

      I have two products with me for return, for one i was waiting for the pick up from last 15 days. Everyday i am getting message like the pickup will be done today and after sometime again i am getting message like we are unable to pick your item. Daily i was calling customer care and they are not responding properly. I have already paid the amount for both the products, customer care people are not helping with this any more.

        Jabong... Didnt expect this from you... What is this ml courier service... There is no ml courier site where i can track my order mljp7177374... N three more orders... You have lost your credibility by associting your self with fake courier service... You arel looting people... I want my orders delivered as soon as possible... Otherwise... I will never go for jabong again

          Hi,

          My wife has bought a dress from jabong and the size did not fit so initiated a return. Return id[protected]. It was picked up on 28th july but after an hour of pick up i got a message that the pick up was unsuccessful, i immediately tried contacting the pick up guy, but he did not respond. Again on 29th i contacted the jabong customer care, and dropped an email with the message and contact number of the pick up guy, but since then i have been writing emails and around 15 emails i have sent but i dont see any response, last saturday i got a call from jabong customer care that they are looking into this issue but they need me to trace the product from the pick up guy. I told them that its your partner and you must be responsible to find this out and not me.
          Even i tried contacting the pick up guy but no response again, and since then havn't heard anything from jabong. Can someone please escalate this issue? And even if not please be aware and be diligent while using jabong.

            I ordered on 9th august 2018, n got a message saying i will be receiving my jeans on or before 17th, and on app it showed delivery unsuccessful! And got no msg or call from the delivery guy, but received a msg saying i denied the product??? What is wrong with this delivery system? Now i still haven't received and i didn't buy another one before too. So what m i gonna do? I ve to have that jeans bcoz it's a gift. And i will be out of station soon. From the delivery address??? Please help me soon! Thank you

              This is regarding the order [protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 19th august, however there delivery agent called me prior to 2 days and i've informed him to deliver the product before i leave for office, but he has called me after 3 hours and somehow i missed his call because we are not supposed to use the phone. I've received the call only once and the yesterday i've received a call from jabong stating are you still interested to get this product delivered i said ok but what is surprising me is when i checked the status of the order it was said to be cancelled i've contacted the customer service and they have informed that "i told to cancel the product to the delivery agent" which i dint do. Am looking for a justice for this kind a behavior and irresponsiblty towards the customer.

              And am also looking for the product to be delivered, because i've spent a lot of time searching for the best lead, and waited a long time foe the sale.

                I ordered a pair of roadster men charcoal grey printed henley neck t shirt, which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljc6098025,
                This was shipped on 11th aug of 2018, but still now i haven't received any update on the purchase.
                The item is shown to be shipped and arrived at the same location for more than 7 days now. Even ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid.
                I need to get my order by 18th as shown by jabong.

                  I have ordered a oxolloxo white printed shift dress on 10-aug-2018 (Order number #[protected]) but worng product (Grey colour cotton top, size for 11-12 yr girl) was delivered on 12-aug-2018. I initiated replacement action on same day. On 13-aug-2018, person has came for taking return but he has not accepted the product as according to him the product was not same as per his data.
                  I told him that i got the wrong product but he has not accepted.
                  I have attached the photo of what i ordered and what i received.

                  He told me to contact customer care to file my query. I tried to contact customer care but no one was picking up the call.
                  I got the mail that delivery boy said u have chosen to keep the product and close the request of return.

                    I ordered black chinos from jabong mobile app and i made payment through online, and expected delevery date is 14 aug. But still i didn’t received my order. I filed a complaint but there is no any proper reply. I didn’t expect this from u people. I need immediate response on this issue or else i will file a case in consumers court. Please make sure of that.

                        Yesterday i got a call from jabong that my name is shortlisted for the lucky coupon. The gifts are iphone plus or song tv etc but if i buy 5000rs then i will get the gift. The customer care person asks for my debit card details.
                        First i didn`t believe them but they said details of my past order from jabong. How they got the details. Definitely from a person working there leaks the data of the customer. Really there i no safe for customer details.
                        Even i mail regarding this jabong but still no response no action. If we mail regarding complain only we get the automated mail. Seriously this company is very worst for customer service.

                          I ordered a pair of white sneakers from jabong..they arrived on 16th of august 2018 but as i opened the package they did not fit me well and i decided to return them..but as i reach the last step they are showing " error in return initiation ". I need to return them immediately...i am very disappointed with this bad customer service of yours.
                          And the helpdesk is not helping as well...no one is picking the call...I've gone mad...

                            [protected] was placed on 16th July and delivered on 21st. We wanted to exchange it but the the required size was not available. On 26th the required size was available and we initiated the exchange request. [protected] was the order id for exchange. The item was picked up for exchange on 28th and till 3rd when the status of the order [protected] was not updated to shipped I called the customer care and was informed that the order is shipped but not updated. I waited till 6th Aug that was the delivery date but when didnt receive the item called the customer care which asked 5 days for resolution.
                            I again called up on 12th and was asked for other 2 days.
                            On 13th without and information the order was cancelled.
                            Till today I have not received the refund amount and I can see that the refund request has been closed.
                            I had asked Jabong to refund the amount to the payment mode of order id [protected] which was the parent order.

                              Order no.: [protected] from jabong i have ordered 2sweaters from jabong one of cost 615 and other of cost 623 indian rupees but they did not fit me so i returned them on 6th august and i recieved a mail regarding the refund intiation but i did not recieve the money yet. I have been mailing them regarding thr issue but they dont seem to be concerned and are saying to wait for 5 to 7 days which has already exceeded. I want my refund as early as possible.

                                  Today I got a call from your customer care center that my name is shortlisted for a lucky draw but I need to purchase Rs.5000 then I will get the gift like phone7 plus, Dell laptop, sony tv, Samsung phone or LG fridge. even they there are asking My id number, CIV, and phone number. This is fake or true. Please take this complaint may some people are spoiling your company brand.

                                  Such calls are still doing rounds...they even have our address and order history...chances are either these people are jabong employees or the information is being leaked by jabong...kindly look into the matter...m not shopping from jabong anymore till the things are resolved

                                    I ordered a navy blue palazzo pant, order no. [protected] and it arrived. For the second time the waist size was much too small. I asked them to return it and they picked it up. Then in order to get my refund they sent me a mail where I had to fill in my bank details. I pressed the Bank Details box and it did not open. I called them and they said they would send the mail again. I tried to open the Bank Details box in an orange color and again it did not open! I called again and the help desk told me to mail a fake email address for help. Now I am very disappointed with Jabong. I have been a regular customer since many years. Please help me to get my refund.

                                        I ordered two men shirts on 8th august 2018 with order id[protected]-1136503. It was my first purchase with jabong & it would be last too.. After 8 days of placing order, there's no status update. It has not been shipped yet. Although they promised to deliver till 14th august.

                                        I need the status update asap. They make their customer fool. I have to gift this to someone.

                                        Will never recommend anyone to buy from jabong.
