The product is expected to be delivered before 10th aug... There is no update from the courier partner and no details are shared from them... I urgently need this product by today... From 6th of august it is in hyderabad only... Don't know why it is taking this much time to deliver the product... If you can't deliver the product by today... I request to provide the refund for it... Thanks

    Bought items worth 12000 rs on jabong sale. Wanted to return 4 items. However pick up is not available, and there is no way to enter a self ship address.
    I have also called their customer care many times, but they put you endlessly on hold, and never ever does cc person come on line.
    15 days return period is getting over. Order no [protected]

      I ordered a bag on 2aug and it was supposed to be delivered by 9-10 aug but till yesterday the order was not even dispatched and today there is on order in my bag i had prepaid 1649 rs and now there is no reply from jabong and also tried calling customer care number but they didn't answer. It's very disappointing to see this kind of thing from such company. Now i can't even cancel my order to get refund and i don't think my order will be delivered. I think i lost my money here.

        Hey. I ordered a product 7 days back, but the one i received had a brown patch on it, so i requested an exchange order and i received a new one in no time. But the quality of this one is just as bad. I can't find an option to return it.
        I tried calling the customer care number but no one picked up.

        Can someone please help me get a refund?

          I ordered a jeans and a shirt from jabong app with order id [protected]... Iam satisfied with the shirt but not with the jeans. The jeans is very tight and i don't like it. Iam trying to return the jeans from the jabong app itself but every single time it displays "return not initiated". The package was delivered on 1st august and today is 10th. Please solve my query as the 15 day return window will close on 15 the of august. Kindly initiate my return process and refund my hard earned money.

            Dear sir,
            I have placed a order about 12 days ago, but till now i haven't got my product.in everyday morning i get a message from your end the product will deliver by the end of today. But in the evening i got a same message that product was not able not deliver.
            I am not free everytime to contact jabong i wouldn't like to be in a que for hours to talk to your executive. So please resolve my issue or cancel my order asap.
            One more thing i was a worst experience ever in online shopping i will never recommend jabong to any of my friend.
            And it will ne possible for me definately i will file a complaint to a high authority.

              I have bought 2 T-shirts (ORDER NO-[protected]) but they were smaller than my size so I raised a return request 2 August (Returning ID:[protected] . It has been a over 8 days but no contact have been from the courier. I have writing to [protected]@jabong.com twice but no reply from thier side too.
              I have even tried to call the customer care number but the ringer tune goes on but no one replies the call . I am very disappointed by the service and I would like you guys to help me sort this out and pickup that product at any cost by 12th aug'18, wed and refund the amount asap.

                I had purchased a product from jabong.com costing 620 Rs. I got delivery of the product on 9 July 2018. And I returned it within one week as am not satisfied with the product. The status of my order says "refund initiated". Bt its been about one month now and i hadn't received my money back. I have tried many times to call to the jabong customer care number and they are not picking up the phone. I really feel like being cheated by them. Thats why I am submitting this complaint.

                  I created a return request for an item, almost ten days back & my item isn't picked up yet.I want to create another return request & whenever I'm trying to create it, It's saying, " error in initiating request., '' & I'm not able to do it.Calling customer care for last 5 days continuously, 4-5 times a day, nobody is answering the call. Wrote mails also to customer care, but no response. What's going on. Am really very upset & feel so helpless.

                    I placed order on 1st August for Skechers shoes and it has not even been shipped yet.
                    It was supposed to teach me by 12th August but they haven’t even dispatched my shoes.
                    I am very angry and highly disappointed with Jabong. They didn’t even inform me anything. This is a fraud with me. I have waited for ### 10 days and still no update. Jabong.com is a company of thieves

                        Placed my order on jabong.com on 28th of july. One product from order received and another did not. Tried to track the order and it says “delivery of this product will be delayed”. When i placed an order, it said the product will be delivered by 8th august. Wondering if i cancel order, do i get the refund. This is my first buy on jabong and lost my trust on the website already.

                        On 27 July 2018, I prepaid for a ring along with two other orders that were supposed to be delivered by the 4th of August. I have received the other orders but the ring that was to be delivered has not come. Jabong's page for My Orders does not show the pending delivery.
                        I want the status of my order and the approximate date it will reach me.

                            I got mail from jabong thai I cancelled my return request, but reality is that field boy for pickup didn't contact me and gave false statement.
                            I called customer care and they put me on hold and never picked up again.I got fed up then at last i had to end the call.
                            Their return policy is of 15 days and its already 10 days and at last they will say that now they can't do anything.

                              Black furio lite running shoes under order# [protected] dt 30-07-18 was delivered on[protected] and cash of rs.2552/- was paid to the delivery boy but so far no delivery has been acknowledged in the system and the status is still showing as "in transit". I want to return the shoes because the size is small and the quality does not look worth the price for the brand (Adidas). The delivery boy took the money and went away without asking me to sign and when i asked him, he told me i would be confirmed by an sms message that delivery was made. Until date the status is still the same"in transit" and no messages on my registered mobile number. I need to return the shoes urgently. Can you look into the matter and respond.

                                I have order a T shirt from jabong which i didn't receive and my delivery gets automatically geta failed, when i called delivery boy to enquire about this as he didn't even visit my house so he said jo karna hai karle main nai kr rha deliver. His name is Sumit Rana and number is [protected]. The call with delivery boy has been recorded and he abuse me on phone even jabong customer care didn't pick up the call i tried 10 times.

                                  I have ordered my jabong kurta on 31st july 2018 - order number #[protected]- expected delivery date was august 7- they dis not even contact me regarding this . Its shown in my profile that expected delivery is august 7- today its august 9 . Status is still in the “ confirmed “ button .. kindly see regarding this . Or else please refund my money .                                     I returned this product but still didn't received refund .
                                    After 2 days a email came with a link asking for bank details but whenever one try to open through link a error pops up and I am not able to fill the form

                                    Then I emailed jabong customer care with bank details . Next day I received a reply from them refund will be done on next working day but it's already 4 days I haven't received the refund .(Email screenshot attached)
                                    Then from tomorrow I am trying to call Jabong customer care they are not picking up phone . Jabong customer care is getting worst . Even the phone no is fake I think so .
                                    Jabong solve my issue or have to drag the case to court ...

                                      I had ordered SF T7 Black puma jacket ( size XL ) dated 28/07/2018 against order no [protected], I received the order as on 01/08/2018 and I found that size XL is too large for me so I raised an exchange request for the same on same day with size L . I received the order and again it turned out to be big for me . Then I requested "jabong" to replace this size with M by writing mail to [protected]@jabong.com as the exchange/ return option were not available against the product which is already exchanged onetime. I had requested them either to exchange the product with size M or refund my money. But no response was received even after 24 hours. Also, I tried to contact their customer care but my calls were unanswered. I called them several times but the calls were not connected to the customer care executive and I have lost almost Rs. 100/- for these calls from my talk time. But all my efforts all my efforts went in vain and I have not received any response from [protected]@jabong.com also Such an attitude from Jabong was never expected. I am losing faith.

                                        I had placed an order for a casio edifice watch on jabong on 18th jul 2018. I had made an online payment of rs.5746.55 for this product. The product package was delivered to me on 19th jul 2018. The courier boy who was delivering the package was not willing to take a signature on the delivery receipt which is supposed to be a proof of delivery. He dumped the package in my mothers hand and left. My mother insisted on him taking the signature but he did not oblige. As per the shopping website norms we are not supposed to make the delivery person wait and check if everything is ok in the package and we misinterpreted jabong to be a trusted company and obliged. On reaching home i opened the parcel and it did not have the watch in it. The parcel was neatly packaged hence we did not sense any foul play. So i immediately placed a request for a return and a delivery boy comes and picks the empty box from me. Post that i receive a message saying the pick up was unsuccessful. I raised a complaint with jabong and i received a message stating that they cannot honour my claim since they sent the watch and theres nothing they can do. Now a complaint has been opened again but theres no resolution yet on this. Please see attached pics of the empty box that was cut open and the courier boy who picked the empty box from me but jabong claims there was no return of package. I returned a package the way it was delivered to me and jabong owes me a refund. Please help me get a refund of the money that i paid for a product i did not receive.

                                        This CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORUM is bigger ### than the website Jabong. I was told my complaint would get resolved if posted here. And all I am doing is follow ups to understand what actions are being taken.
