I was given someone else's parcel. Then they took around 30 days to understand what the problem is. Then they took another 15 days for the pick up. Now jabong managers don't care to reply even. So end of the day jabong is not even refunding my money and nor responding. I never expected such poor service from jabong. I would recommend everyone to just stop buying from jabong so that they know that selling is not the only job they have to do, but also take care about customer satisfaction. I am banning jabong atleast from my online shopping sites.

      I have ordered brown u. S. Polo chinos and exchanged it due to fitting reasons with one bigger size. And in the exchange product totally different product is delivered to me. I have raised complaint regarding it on the same day of delivery (7th august 2018) by call. Jabong representative told me to wait me to wait for 48 hours to registered the complaint. Within 48 hours no complaint was registered from your side so i call u back after almost 72 hours than only u registered my complaint. This is not all. After registered complaint i request your representative to arrange call back from senior they asked me to wait for 24 hours but as usual no response within time and i call u back on 10th of august at that time u told me to wait for 4 working days from date od complaint registered. 5 days are gone but no any single update or call from ur side.

          I ordered a pair of shoes costing 2000 and there was a size problem as i ordered size 10 later i placed an exchange for 9 no. Size and the jabong guy took the shoe within 2 days of order and now it's been 15 days i haven't received my exchange package yet. This is totally bad way of public relation. Im now scared that i wasted my 2000 rupees as there is no message from jabong team about my exchange till now.

          In this product this is no branding at outsole. But in jabong product images and as well as original red tape site, the shoe have branding.

            Hi,
            I must say the customer service of jabong.com is the worst service among all online retailers. I have been chasing them for 15 days for my refund of the item which they have already taken back. Each time they are sending money to either wrong account number or the account holder name is in correct or the ifsc code is different. Regarding this i have sent mail to their escalation id "[protected]@jabong.com" to my surprise there is no reply till now.

            This is really frustrating. Their customer support, finance including escalation team is really pathetic. I am going to file consumer court notice against them.

              I accidentally duplicated my order and would like to return the extra pair of shoes. But the app is showing they don't have pick up at the exact same location where they have delivered.
              This is outrageous, if they don't provide a return pickup that should have been mentioned on the website.
              A customer is entitled to get his order cancelled or returned with full refund if he's not pleased with the product.

                I had ordered a pair of black sandals from dressberry, jabong. I had to exchange it with a size of euro 38. Jabong delayed the delivery of my product by one day at the first place and now it shows that the delivery and dispatch of the product will be delayed.in the app it shows the that product is suppose to be shipped by 10th august 2018, today it’s 14th august but my order is not yet shipped. Jabong has one the worst customer service that i’ve come across. Jabong needs to up its game when it comes to customer service. They have no option for the customers to talk with an executive which makes the process even more difficult. I really need a solution to my issue or else i have the option to cancel the order and get a refund.

                  On July 24th I have returned the white truffled sandals due to size issue (returned no :[protected]. The returned process was confirmed and I was told that the amount of Rs 1945.82/ will be refunded within two days but I didn't receive any refunds in my bank account.
                  Later I have contacted the customer care service and they asked me for my bank account details again. I emailed them my bank account details twice! After that they guaranteed that the money will be deposited back into my account after two days. Now it's been more than 2 weeks and I still didn't receive the refund. I've tried many times to contact the customer care service through phone calls and emails but there was no respond from them at all. Can anyone help me in resolving this matter?

                    I ordered one dress on 30th July.
                    It should have reached me by 8th August .but it didn't reach and I have been following up with them since then.Raised multiple complaints.mailed them but there has been no response.
                    And the worst thing the ML courier service doesn't even recognize the tracking id Jabong gave me
                    This will be my last relation with Jabong .worst experience

                    And I better get my delivery by today or max by tomorrow

                      I have placed an order of boult neckband earphones on 31st-july-2018 in jabong.Com. Initially, it was said to be delivered on or before 11th of august, but i didnt receive it till now(13th august).

                      I have been tracking it on jabong and the product came to my city(hyd) on 8th august itself, and i havent recieved the product even after 3 days it reached to the place to where it should be delivered. Instead, the delivery date kept on changing from 11th august to 13th and then from 13th august to 14th.

                      Now i completely dont believe jabong as it keeps on changing the delivery date and i dont even know if i actually receive the product or not as it is almost half a month that i'm waiting for it.

                      I was given a tracking id : mljp6904480. It is of ml express and it never worked, i could not find the correct tracking details when i tried tracking it in ml website. I made a call to jabong care and asked to provide me details of hyderabad's jabong or ml office so that i can contact them and know where the product is or even tried to pick up the product by myself, but worst service from jabong, they havent provided me any details .

                      I have paid for the product, i have been waiting for it for almost half a month, i did not receive it, i could not even get a refund as i cannot return the product.

                        I placed an order on 9th august for black textured regular fit chinos which has order id -[protected], and expected delivery date was 13th august and was supposed to be delivered by ml but i have not received it until now and i am unable to track my package too.                           I had ordered online catwalk olive sandles on 30/08/18 they had given me a order no.[protected], it was confirmed and the deliver date was 10/08/18 they cancelled it they had given a discount of 70% the original rate was 2295 rs. And after discount they were giving me for 977 rs with tax 1006 rs. How can one cancel it without a proper reason. I need a explanation.

                              Hello,
                              I had purchased a calvin klein underwear on 26th july, and was promised to receive delivery on 1st august. But after 3 days while tracking the package it started showing ‘delay in product, and will get back to you within 12 hours.’
                              But there were no signs of progress in the delivery process or any updates regarding the delivery.
                              After 10 days on august 4th when i emailed them complaining about the delivery, they replied saying problem will be solved within 5 days.
                              And after 2 weeks of time they just cancelled the delivery and mailed me by saying refund will be initiated. After waiting for so long how can they be so irresponsible by just cancelling it away. Now i want my product not to be cancelled and to be delivered as soon as possible.
                              This is the second time in the same month i am facing this cancellation problem.
                              I have lost my trust on the website already.

                                I ordered a people brand self design navy blue polo t shirt which was shipped by ml courier with tracking id mljp6976522.
                                This was shipped on 8 august 2018. When i tried to track the order through ml courier tracking id from ml official website it is mentioned that the given tracking id is invalid i don't see any update on this purchase

I call jabong care on same day when i received wrong product. They told that they will register my complain and contact me within 48 hours but within given period no update from jabong. So i mailed then about that. Then they have registered my complain yesterday after mail. After that i asked then about update but no response but they promised me to arrange call back within 24 hours but again no response. Now i have to complain in consumer care. That is the only option left.

                                    An order ([protected]) for two bedsheets was placed on 4th august 2018 from bangalore. This was supposed to be delivered to my native and i had provided my father's phone number. I was shocked when he called me at 8:30pm today (11-aug-18) that he has got a message that both bedsheets have been delivered. And that he had not even recieved one call from the guy who was supposed to deliver. I told it must have been some mistake since i had got no 'out for deliverey' or 'delivered' message.
                                    I actually freaked out when i got a message at 9pm that the product has been delivered. The worst part is that the 24*7 helpline number mentioned is actually 9am-7pm. I have ordered previously from jabong and this is the worst experience i have had so far. I was shocked to see a similar complaint in july 2017. Issues like these need to be avoided. At least make sure there is 24*7 helpline no so that customers would not have to freak out and complain in an forum like this.

                                      Few items from the order were delivered. This was not.
                                      Sudenly now it shows that, the order is delivered.
                                      No delivery person details provided. Product not delivered to me.
                                      N now return request has been initated. I have not received the product from wer will i return it.
                                      Highly unprofessional and no tracking at all.
                                      No customer care details to call and notify. Worst service

                                        I had ordered 2 products from jabong.com. First product was (Pure play
                                        Arcade fleece orange training tracksuits, rupees-787.50) which clearly mentions a tracksuit but i received only a upper jacket, i even called the customer care and mailed them the details but sadly no response. The 2nd product got cancelled automatically (Playboy wild m+landon men deo pack of 239.78). I paid through debit card, order id [protected]
