Package 6 = 2 shirts of roadster medium size were ordered and it was prepaid order.

A packet was delivered on tues, 31 jul 2018. It mentioned it contained 2 shirts (1 navy blue checked shirt, another green and navy regular fit checked shirt).

The packet received was sealed packed. When i opened it it had only 1 another green and navy regular fit checked shirt. Other was missing or not there.

I found something wrong and one same day i called jabong customercare
On[protected] at 31 jul 22:09 for 3m 47 s and 31 jul 22:05 for 4m 7s but no representative picked phone.

Then i filled complaint on [protected]@jabong.com at tue, jul 31, 2018 at 10:22 pm. I also called courier person who delivered it and his phone was switched off. I mentioned this in my complaint too.

I gave these details to jabong team for investigation for complaint no:[protected]As you can see i have provided them bardcode, product recieved pic + also honestly told package was sealed pack when i received and i reported missing item same date itself) :
1) condition of package at the time of delivery?
Nj closed/sealed packet

2) who received the packet?
Nj my mother in law at home address. She received 3 parcels from jabong. 2 were delivered same time and 1 separately.

3) did you pay for all items or the ones you received?
Nj yes. At time of booking itself via credit card.

4) was the missing item mentioned on the invoice?
Nj i am in office once i reach home today i will send pictures of what i received in the packet n also barcode n everything written on parcel.

Nj when i received jabong email and sms i came to know you mentioned 4 are delivered however i received only 3. So i reported same day, i even called customer care multiple times but no one picked.

Nj i even called courier person he is not picking phone either.

This is the response i get from team jabong after more than 5 days at wed, aug 8, 2018 at 8:41 pm : "understand your concern. Please note that as per the update received, your claim has been declined by the team and i won't be able to help you further.

Your understanding is appreciated in this matter."

So i reach you. They have cheated and i was a loyalty customer for them. Now i will never buy from them, they lost one customer.

My decision - will delete this Jabong account as I no longer trust them.

As after prepaid payment I did not get product and complained same day . Not interested to bear further financial losses with Jabong . There is no surety this will not happen again.

I don't keep association with such providers. I will never consider Jabong for future purchases.

    My shipment worth rs. 2700 was supposed to reach by 4th aug as per the confirmarion from jabong. It is been delayed by 3 days and there is no communication regarding delivery of shipment.

    I need my shipment at the earliest. Jabong team cannot be so reckless about this. I have already made the payment online and these people are not even bothered to deliver the parcel on time.

    The jabong app is hopeless and cant even raise a support query, it seems these guys are not even bothered to help there customer.

      What is the problem??? In jabong now... I oftenly received my ordered with missing qt of my order... I again found new order delevered with missing one qt of product.. Order no. Is [protected] with invoice no. Jab[protected]... So kindly refund for missing one product amount of rs 1677.76... I have also attach some photo related to the order package n invoice... Also today i got delevered new order delevered missing one qt, order no. Is [protected]... With invoice no. Jab[protected].

        On 27th july, 2018... And product got deleverd on 3rd august 2018. But i got the package with invoice no. Jab[protected] missing one product.. So kindly plz refund my missing product amount... I have also already informed on 3rd august about mising my product with complain reference no. 66506005.           I have not recieved my order and it shows delivered.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I am writing to submit my complaint about online shopping provider jabong.com. I placed an order with jabong.com, which is an online shopping website on 3st aug 2018. My order id : order no. Ending with : 0159. I had 2 pairs of shoes but recieved only one on 7th august and recieved a message tha t both shoes delievered.

          The 2nd shoe is not received as yet, but the status on my order shows, the item is delivered to me on the 8th of aug 2018.

          Please register my complaint against jabong.com for wrongly updating the status on my account to show, item is delivered, when it is not. Also, lack of customer service, as there is no number mentioned on the jabong.com website. They have a help/support page, but it only takes you back to your order and does not let you register a complaint or give you any contact information. (I had to google the customer service number and call them to register my complaint).

          Looking forward to your help and support to resolve the missing delivery issue.

            I followed all the steps but it keeps saying "error in return initiation" every time.

            For last 4 days, i am trying to return one item from my order number[protected] and always getting this error message.

            This error is showing in both computer and in the mobile app.
            Please solve this before my 15 day limit is over.

              Dear jabong
              I have ordered a skirt from jabong on 30/july/2018 order id [protected]. My order was supposed to get deliver by 6th august 2018. When i have tracked my order it showed me it has reached to vikhroli on 5th august 2018.
              I am unable to understand what is taking so long to deliver my order just 2 stations away as i live in bhandup.
              Plus there is no contact number where i can phone and ask for the details.
              I understand there may be some technical issues but as i have ordered it for special occasion it should at least by tomorrow.
              Please look into the matter and take prompt action

                I ordered a pair of vans shoes on 1st august 2018 while the expected date of delivery was 7th of august but its 8th now nd till now i haven't recieved any notification regarding when i will recieve my parcel.. It was to be delivered by ML courier service kindly look into the matter immediately..and please let me know the date i'll recieve my parcel.. it would be greatly appreciated..

                  An order was raised on the website on the 27th of july, the delivery of which was supposed to be on the 4th of august. On the 31st of july i noticed that the product had not yet been dispatched and a message concerning the probable delay of the product beyond the expected time due to unforeseen reasons was stated in the tracking details. A complaint was raised on the 1st of august regarding the status and it was told that a resolution will be reached within 5 working days. Upon waiting till the 6th of august i received a call from jabong stating "the complaint had been forwarded to the senior management on a priority basis and a resolution will be reached within 48 hrs." all this time it is to be noted that the product hadn't even been dispatched by the seller even after 10 days according to the tracking details. I waited patiently for another 48 hrs after the 5 day wait period since the complaint had been raised. Today since i hadn't received any call from jabong i again initiated the call and a gentlemen from the other end kept repeating "the complaint has (Not had) been forwarded to the senior management on a priority basis and a resolution will be reached within 48 hrs." the product has still not yet been dispatched by the seller. When asked what resolution will the senior management now give if not repeat the same sentence that i ve been hearing for the last 13 days, the reply was "."the complaint has been forwarded to the senior management on a priority basis and a resolution will be reached within 48 hrs." i have no words to describe in as to the things tat were going in my head when all i heard from the service guy was the repetition of this damn sentence.

                    I ordered LeeCooper Black as on 27/07/2018, As per their information delivery was 02/08/2018, But my order delivery status showing IN TRANSIT against Order No. [protected], Already i raised complaint but there is no use with that. It is the 8th aug now and there is no updates from the customer care department or from the dispatch team on when the product is going to be delivered.

                    Every time i call they tell me give us 48 hrs to respond and yesterday the executive told me to cancel the order, even the floor managers i have spoken to are not helping and they are explaining me procedure of order cancellation.

                    If you get irate a little they just bang the phone on you, that...

                      I have not recieved this order(2 kurtis) however i have recieved message that this is delievered and also marked as delivered on the app.I called the courier person who attemepted delivery this noon and he answered very rudely and said since i dint answer the call he marked it as delivered and said he will change it to rescheduled but dint.

                      Today when i called him again to ask him to change status to rescheduled he spoke really vulgar and he said do watever you can you wont get your product.. its been 24hrs and am constantly trying to reach jabong customer care but no one answers .. Well now i dont need that product at all i want refund of my money back and this will be my last shopping experience with Jabong.. Would the same have been done in case of a COD order ?? Is this how pre paid orders be treated by courier ppl Unprofessional and unethical agents are employed and the usage of tone and words by the agent was unacceptable totally

                        Hello, i'm diana from hyderabad. I placed an order from jabong and the order id[protected]-0213301, placed on sat, 14th jul'18 at 11:30 am, i got delivered on fri, 20 jul 2018 11:05:28

                        I thought it would be fitting to my wrist, but it is too small on my hand, i have processed for the refund on fri, 21 jul 2018, from then till now i haven't got any response about my refund.

                          I ordered a pair of admiral paul black football shoes on jabong on 28th july, which were shipped by ml courier service. I am given a tracking id which is mljp6934654. But with this id when i am trying to track the order it is showing that the tracking id is not correct. What do i do? The delivery of the product has already been delayed enough. I was just told the delay was for some unforeseen issue.
                          Previously (After placing the order) i got the estimated delivery date of 5th august. Now it is showing 10th of august as the delivery date. I don't know if the order delivery date will be revised again after few days. I need to get the order delivered by the mentioned date. Please look into the matter.

                            I have been trying to initiate return for my product (Nike shoes). But after the last step. It is showing error in refund initiation. No one is picking call at service desk. No help provided through email or call. Did not expect such attitude from jabong. There is no assistance provided. No customer helpdesk contact.
                            I want to return my product immediately.

                              Hi,

                              I raised exchange requests for product exchange with jabong on the day i received the products. Everytime i received sms saying that we were unable to pickup the product. After 15 days, my request got cancelled and neither i am able to exchange the products nor i am able to return.

                              Both products have size issues and they are if no use to me. It is very irresponsible of jabong that they didn’t check with delivery guys whether they went for pickup or not. No one ever called me regarding pickup of products, i just received smss saying they were unable to pickup up.

                              I spent my money still can’t use the products which is worst thing happening in jabong only. I have never experienced such things with any other shopping app.

                              Please look into it. I told them if theycan’t refund money that’s ok, at least pick both the products as they are of no use to me.

                              It is not my fault that no one ever came to pick the products.

                              Hoping to get a solution.

                                So i got an exchange for a pair of crocs through jabong which were shipped through ml services.. They gave a tracking number but ml services site says its not a right number. I just read the same complaint being raised by another shopper above.. So jabong team basically consoled him with sweet talks and did nothing to solve the issue for same kind of problems in future.
                                Ise kehte h baccho ko lolipop dena.

                                  I ordered two t-shirts yesterday and after i checked out i applied the coupon which gave extra rs 354 off on total bill amount and it was clearly showing total payment to be made rs. 1746 but after the payment gateway.. It showed total payment of rs. 2098. I mean what the #.. My bank debited with 2098. This was the bill amount before applying voucher.. Please look forward to this issue.. And grant my refund asap!!! Never had this problem with amazon or flipkart.

                                    I shopped from jabong but not received my cashback for shopping done using hdfc credit card.My ORDER ID [protected].i have contacted support but no resolution given.When i contact them in their support number they used to tell me within 48 hr you will receive update but they not respond or no update. my cashback has not been given & timeline provided has been passed . now its too late . kindly take strict action against jabong. my Request ID 65554921. Kindly give cashback for shopping done using hdfc credit card as 60 days has been passed post offer end period .

                                      I ordered a pair of dueke running shoes, which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljp6960609,
                                      This was shipped on 6th august of 2018, but still now i haven't received any update on the purchase.

                                      The item is shown to be shipped and arrived at the same location for more than 5 days now. Even ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid.

                                      I need to get my order by 10th.

                                        I had placed an order for an orange kurta from freehand, at jabong, SIZE - MEDIUM, on 31st July 2018. Order ID - [protected]

                                        However, they delivered a SIZE XL of the same, in a Myntra package, today (august 7). I tried getting in touch with the customer service via mail and phone. There hasn't been a response yet. The receiver won't be available at the address for much longer. Hence I'm quite desperate for an immediate action on this.

                                        I tried the exchange option in the site, but no Medium is available. It isn't giving me any other option to go ahead. So contacting customer care is my only way out.

                                        I'd like to get it exchanged with the right size, as soon as possible.
