This is regarding my order id[protected]-0249201, placed on fri, 13th jul'18
I have received only 1 item even though the order says pack of 2 and this happened for 4 items
The delivered items looked used with no proper packing,
Upon multiple complaints, they asked me to return the items.
Now they are saying that the return is on hold because of quality checks.
Its been a month and there is no resolution, it is a mistake from jabong
1. First they delivered single pieces instead of pack of 2
2. There was not brand packing, the items where put in transparent overs
3. Looked used and dirty (All the 4 items)
4. When complained and returned they are saying quality check is not passed
5. I am waiting for the refund
Jabong.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Order dispatch date : 30th July 2018
Order Delivery Date : 2nd August 2018

The product has not been procured from the seller yet and they have change the order dispatch date the 21st August 2018 and delivery date to the 25th August 2018.
There is a delay of more than 23 days in the delivery. I do not trust this promised date as well since they have changed the delivery dates twice already.
The company is not at all committed to deliver the product to the customer and the same shoe new orders are being taken by the company at a discounted date, which as per the floor manager Amit may get delayed as well.This is absolute cheating and people who have already pre payed for the product have no option but to wait for several days . For order cancellations also your have to wait for a minimum of 8 to 9 days for a refund.
They are making fools of people taking multiple orders and not delivering the products.
Look into this please.
