Hi

My product was out for delivery on 5th Aug but the product is not delivered. Again the product was out for delivery on 7th Aug but again same issues.
The delivery company mentioned here is ML courier, but I tried calling the courier company they said they have no relationship with Jabong.

Please help me with delivery of my product.

    This is regarding my order id[protected]-0249201, placed on fri, 13th jul'18

    I have received only 1 item even though the order says pack of 2 and this happened for 4 items

    The delivered items looked used with no proper packing,
    Upon multiple complaints, they asked me to return the items.
    Now they are saying that the return is on hold because of quality checks.

    Its been a month and there is no resolution, it is a mistake from jabong
    1. First they delivered single pieces instead of pack of 2
    2. There was not brand packing, the items where put in transparent overs
    3. Looked used and dirty (All the 4 items)
    4. When complained and returned they are saying quality check is not passed
    5. I am waiting for the refund

      I had ordered a clothing product from jabong app on 1 august and received the product on 6 august a and disnt like it so i wished to return and ask for refund
      But the only option to get my money back was the amount added to the wallet which i didnt own
      There is no option to update my bank details
      I tried calling the customer service but its pathetic too

        I have ordered a salomon s cross 4 running shoe for rs 6000 /- from jabong and the shoe delivery is on the 2nd august 2018. It is the 7th aug now and there is no updates from the customer care department or from the dispatch team on when the product is going to be delivered.

        Every time i call they tell me give us 48 hrs to respond and yesterday the executive told me to cancel the order, even the floor managers i have spoken to are not helping and they are explaining me procedure of order cancellation.

        If you get irate a little they just bang the phone on you, that is the process it seems. I am not sure whom to ask or whom to call to get my order delivered.

        The product has not been procured from the seller yet and they have change the order dispatch date the 21st August 2018 and delivery date to the 25th August 2018.

        There is a delay of more than 23 days in the delivery. I do not trust this promised date as well since they have changed the delivery dates twice already.

        The company is not at all committed to deliver the product to the customer and the same shoe new orders are being taken by the company at a discounted date, which as per the floor manager Amit may get delayed as well.This is absolute cheating and people who have already pre payed for the product have no option but to wait for several days . For order cancellations also your have to wait for a minimum of 8 to 9 days for a refund.

        They are making fools of people taking multiple orders and not delivering the products.

        Look into this please.

          I had placed an order for the product on 26th july order id [protected] and the expected delivery date was 1 aug 2018. I have been following up since the last 7 days and the customer service dept tells me is the there is some operational/technical issue which we are working on and will provide the resolution within 5 working days. After 5 working days, when i follow-up with the customer service department myself, they say that the product delivery is cancelled. This is the kind of resolution that was provided on my query. I highly doubt the kind of customer service that you are providing. This is my first order with jabong and it was a pathetic experience.

            I ordered a pair of roadster camel sneakers, which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljc5616414,
            This was shipped on 28th july of 2018, but still now i haven't received any update on the purchase.
            The item is shown to be shipped and arrived at the same location for more than 5 days now. Even ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid.
            I need to get my order by 6th of august as shown by jabong.

              Yesterday (06/08/2018) at afternoon a guy delivered two of my products (A hand bag from adisa and a lounge wear.) and when i told that guy that i do not have change of 2 rs, he took my 20 rs and went. Most important why the delivery person do not have the card swiping machine we face a lot of problems. We do not have a change all the time and the delivery person behaves unprofessionally. This is very bad.
              But,
              If i could get a satisfying result, i would really appreciate that.

                Have ordered some items from jabong during your big discounts in the previous month. I. E.. July 2018. But 1 product delivered to me now 2nd one cancelled from there side even not get a call from jabong also tried to call cc but not connected. My order will be deliver on 7 of august till yesterday shows some transportation issue but today it cancelled.

                I'd placed an order for Rangriti leggings and it was confirmed on the 22nd of July. I've however had no further updates. Not of shipment let alone tracking.

                    Mljp6212640 and mljp6181419. Two pairs of shoes were scheduled for delivery on 3rd august. Today is 7th august and no delivery from jabong. Why do you advertise yourself as an efficient ecommerce marketplace when you can't keep up with simple delivery terms.

                    Your deadline 3rd august.. So you should all be dead by now. God knows who is the manager but what a shame to you all.. You didn't keep up the word you promised.

                      I am trying to return two items from my order id [protected] because of fit issues. But after repeated attempts with different settings i am unable to process return. I will settle for exchange to a bigger size but it is not available. Aftwr browsing net i feel it's a deliberate ploy by jabong. If problem is not solved i am planning to take a legal action.

                        I need to return the product which i have ordered. As i don't like the material of the kurtha which i order. It doesn't look good on me. But it has been numerous times that a msg appear "error in return initiation" when return is requested. My order id is [protected]. It has been 3 days since the product has delivered.

                          I ordered a few items through jabong 2 weeks back.
                          I have not yet received one of the items worth more then Rs 4000 and one more product received is damaged. Complained the same day i received which there is no reply from them. its a terrible experience. please see the pics attached.

                              I have ordered some items from jabong during your big discounts in the previous month. I. E.. July 2018. But today i received a call from this number i. E..‭+[protected]‬ saying that they were unable to deliver my orders. I don’t receive a single call from your courier service in mizoram which i assume to be blue dart. This is my first experience in jabong online shopping which turns out to be very unreliable. I never experience such problems in any other online shopping portals. You should instruct your courier service in mizoram to be reliable. I heard from people that jabong courier in mizoram are very unreliable and it makes me feel more worried. My order number is:#[protected], from this there were items that already reach aizawl but failed to deliver. Id -#[protected] was also expected to arrive yesterday.
                              I also have orders that were still in transit, there were #[protected],

                                I had ordered two apparels from jabong which didn't fit me and eventually i raised a return request.
                                The products got picked up within no time and i receive an email from jabong saying since they do not have my bank details my refund cannot be processed. I tried entering the details into the form provided but that doesn't opens up and within no time jabong closes my request saying my money is safe with them. What does that mean? Where?
                                They have no active cc support as well.
                                I have tried sending them multiple emails but they don't tend to revert to any!
                                Well that doesn't concerns me, i need my money back and would never think to order again from this hopeless site.

                                  I received a multicoloured printer skater dress on 26-jul (Order no.[protected]-0967901). I sent an email on the same day that i want to return the product. I also called the customer care on 27th july (First time) and informed about this as the product delivered had no sleeves and that the photograph showed with sleeves. My requested was accepted and received an email stating that it will be collected on 6th august (Return number:[protected], refund amount: rs. 954.45).

                                  On 28th july, i received an email stating that the return request was put on hold due to quality check fail. I'm not sure how can a product be failed in quality when no one came to pick up the product. So i called up to the customer care again (Second time) on 31st july. I received an email stating that i receive an update within 3 business days. But there was no update.

                                  Finally, i called up again for the third time to the customer care on 3rd august about this and i was assured that a jabong executive will come and collect the product and an update will be sent in 48 hours. But still there is no reply.

                                  Could you please look into this at the earliest? I'm a regular customer of jabong so it would be great if this is resolved for smooth journey moving forward.

                                      I ordered a chinos from jabong having "order id [protected]" on 30th july'18 and the estimated delivery date was 9th aug which i constantly received from jabong via sms and mail which said "tracking id mljp6726356 courier service ml". Yesterday out of the blue moon i received a mail saying "your product was delivered. I was home the all time and did not received my product. Neither the courier boy tried calling me. I raised a complaint at jabong customer care. I even asked them about ml courier services, they said it stands form myntra logistics but didnot provide me with any contact no or address of the courier company. I even tried calling myntra and they said that the ml (Myntra logistics) is solely responsible for myntra orders. They don't deliver any orders from jabong.
                                      I think there is some kind of fraud going on.
