I have ordered a top from jabong on 27th july 2018 order no-#[protected]which was supposed to be delivered on aug 2nd in hyderabad. I have been tracking this and on july 28th it was showing as delivered on jabong today i. E on 31st july. Whereas it is still not delivered and i have no idea what fraud is going on. I have already paid for this as this was a gift for my sis in law. Really concerned about my money as this is the first time this kind of incident has happened to me. I have been ordering from other online shopping sites and this has never been the case.

    In name of sales and deals this site is are bluffing.
    After the deal time period has ended up still the prices are same.

    Coupons applied increases the price and reduces them again which was displayed originally.

    Coupon 600new is big bluff.

    Bloody cheat...
    Should take serious action against this sites.

    These guys think consumers are fools they won't notice this type of cheap tricks.

      I ordered 10 items from jabong ...then 3 items of them was charged higher ...i asked delivery boy to come next day...because i was not there...he returned the order and said reciever refused the order...where i needed them urgently...

        I ordered products from Jabong but I didnt like and returned product but I didnt get money refund its directly converted into credits.
        What the hell is this??
        I want my money back not that credits..

        I purchased a tracksuit and top. Upon a wrong product delivery, they took the product and after a week declared it a quality failure from their end. It is a fraud company looting people wih their practices

          I had placed an order on 5th july which is expected to receive by 10th july which didn’t happen and after so many follow ups, want to cancel the order for which they don’t have an option and asked me to return/reject the item once received and i did the same on 24th july when it came to me. But strange thing is they mentioned as delivered and not initiating refund and from a week am just calling customer care and they don’t have any status. Frustrating customer care and for all the mails sent by me they just give a reply that they are trying to find out where is the shipment. Crap management and crap delivery guys.

            Ordered shirt from jabong but since its size is small i wanted to exchange it for a bigger size. When i tried to request for exchange i got a message that pick up service is not available from my address. Where as earlier i have returned products from this address. I asked customer care executive too but it was of no use.
            My concern is that if a person can come and deliver jabong products then why can't he take the return/exchange products??
            Secondly, if jabong cannot provide return/exchange service at specific places then it should be mentioned on their site while we are placing order.
            You are simply misguiding the customers because you are saying that return policies are user friendly.
            One more thing jabong in your easy return email you have mentioned
            (Estimated refund of courier charges:
            For product weight less than or equal to 500 gm, flat rs. 80 will be refunded.
            For product weight above 500 gm, refund will be equal to the amount mentioned on the courier slip or in proportion to the product weight (Up to a maximum of rs. 160/kg), whichever is minimum.). Now my concern is this the product is hardly weighting 360gms n courier is charging me 300 bucks for it who will be returning that money.
            This is very upsetting and i am highly disappointed with jabong's service. Worst experience from janong.com

              I had placed an order on 19th june which had multiple items and few selected for my spouse. Once the order was received i couriered the few items to her. There are certain issues observed on some items and she returned back to me for the needful.
              The exchange policy is no more applicable as i understand it is over 30 days. Thus need your support to help me in the best possible way.

                Some problem was occurring in generating refund from jabong as my mother had filled some wrong bank details so she asked my help so I thought i can get telephone Number from just dial so I got this Number..[protected]( jabong Balance refund, Balance pending) first they asked me details about my product, Bank account details than he asked whether i have debit card as soon as I said yes he said tell me 16 digit number, I asked why are you asking he said this is the process..i can sense something fishy is going on but he convinced me that this is the process you will get whole amount in your bank account..I followed his instructions and in minutes i get to know that my whole bank account is empty( around 8, 000 rupees) and next day again I called up on that Number and confronted him than he said we are doing it from years we are earning lakhs of rupees every day nobody can do anything..I have a whole set up ...so I just want to inform you guys beware of this cyber crime these people are very dangerous..fraud is going everywhere in the name of jabong ... I don’t feel like buying anything from this site

                  Worst shopping App ever seen. you totally make fool others. If you do not have enough stock then why did start the offer on 26th July. I bagged 3 Nike & adidas shoes into my cart. when I checked the cart at 7:30 as they given me slot from 7:30 to 8:30. It was OUT OF STOCK. that was very ridiculous. why are you making fool others if dont have stock

                    There were already discounts on clothing and accessories, i wanted to purchase a few tshirts and wallet, but it did not give me purchase option, instead it was showing only “add to wish list”.

                    When i added those items in wishlist, i had to wait for 3days to purchase it but now those items are already sold!!!

                    I’ve attached the pictures of the things that are now showing as sold out.

                    I’ve been purchasing clothes from jabong since long but never faced such bad experience.

                    You just lost one of your valuable customer. I would never advise anyone to purchase from jabong.

                    Shame on you for fooling the customers!

                      Jabong.com is not refunding my amount for the order number [protected]... I have cancelled the order on 11th of july 2018. It's been more than 15 days and they are requesting to wait for more 48 hours each time when i have called to their customer care. I have called them for 3-4 days but the reply was pathetic and are irresponsible they are saying that refunding has been done from our end and we will be checking with our payment gateway partners.
                      Please solve the issue

                        I want to return the shoes that i have purchased from jabong since the product selected was of size and the product was too small. Hence i would need to buy one of a larger size but i have no options to return the product. I tried to contact their customer service but i didn't get any response from them, which is poor. I am just getting an information regarding the khawaspur hub from last 2 days. The service is really pathetic. We can't imagine these kind of services from a renowned company.

                            I want to return a dress as it is too large for me. There is pickup available but at none of the major pincodes in kochi. This is troublesome as jabong promises pickup service. If it can deliver, then pickup should be arranged as well. I've tried to file a complain but no response from jabong i wish to return the product. It is kept as it is just as i received it.

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I deepali. Pawar have ordered roadster shirt and jeans. So when i received the package to my surprise i found that the package contains only the jeans and the shirt was missing whereas the money was taken for both the items.

                                When i followed up jabong gave me a answer stating that the item has delivered whereas the item (Shirt) is not received at my end.

                                However i have dropped email stating that your executive can come and check feasibly since the package has the size which can fit only one item.

                                    I am a user of Jabong. I have made an order on 18 july'18 and still it is showing just as confirmed. But it's not even shipped. Moreover I can't even cancel the order. Because there's no option showing that. So I expect the Jabong helpline staff or management staff to consider my issue and resolve it through taking some measures and deliver me the product ASAP. Thank you

                                      Twice my product has been returned without my permission despite getting a message that it will be delivered(Ordered on 17 July, 2018 and (3 items)out of which one got cancelled on the 19th and 2nd on 21st July)..

                                      It is a matter of deep regret that honest, valuable and regular customers are treated like this.

                                      1.NOTHING WAS COMMUNICATED to me from the team's end.
                                      2. 4 times i called the call centre and they still could not resolve the issue but only played with WORDS and WASTED my time.
                                      3. HIGH levels of MISMATCH in the statements of the delivery executive and the support team, who gave lame reasons(which were not real) for product cancellation.
                                      4. They only wasted my precious time WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION BUT only FALSE ASSURANCES.
                                      5. Customer care calls are charged at high rates, with long pauses adding to the misery of the customer..

                                      This is the worst behaviour that can be expected of any online shopping site that CLAIMS to be of such a high reputation..
                                      I am sorry to say but I am deeply disgusted by your UNPROFESSIONAL, INAUTHENTIC and INADEQUATE behaviour that lands customers in a deep fix without any resolution.

                                      If the MATTER REMAINS UNRESOLVED and UNCOMPENSATED FOR, I will BOYCOTT Jabong and will articulate the same to ALL MY FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES and make sure that they DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE SITE EVER AGAIN. Also I will take the issue to a higher level.

                                      I had placed an order for 2 tops on 4th August, 2018..

                                      Out of 1 product I recieved I raised an exchange request for the same due to size issue.. No one till date has come to EITHER PICK UP the item, despite sending Messages and neither has the other item been delivered even though the due delivery date has crossed ..

                                      Customer Care agents are not picking up calls and there is no information I have been given with.. What the hell should I do ?

                                      One by one all my family members are encountering such callous issue from again..
                                      .. And trust me.. We never wish to order ANYTHING from your site ever again..

                                      So show some professionalism and Resolve this issue for ONE LAST TIME.. And mind you .. you are loosing valuable customers..

                                        placed this order on 16th july delivered on 20th july.
                                        It contained one item but it did not fit on me as it was quite big for me, i decided to return it. I was sure of the good customer services jabong had always promised of, but all my hopes were belied. Infact this the second time that I am facing this problem from Jabong.I feel cheated as only few days are left for the return period to end.
                                        I tried to return one of the items but as i clicked confirm, the return initiation got rejected
                                        Tried many times but in vain!
                                        This is really not expected from a reputed shopping site like yours
                                        If this problem won't be solved, you will lose many of your loyal customers
                                        To your careless attitude.
