I order a philips trimmer from jabong.com, It was a non-returnable product but when I received it the package of the product was damaged so I clicked a picture of that .When I opened it the product didn't start up as the battery was dead and I changed the battery and it got started, I also saw strand of hair on it, all this clearly means it is a used product which I got, It has been more than 15 days and they are calling me every 2nd day and at the end they refused to provide my refund and they are not helping me with it.

    Hello, I had Adidas Hoops 2.0 Mid W White Sneakers on 24th June, 2018, Sunday at 2:01 am and my orders ID is #[protected]. It’s unfortunate that even after 17 days I’ve not got my product yet even after making multiple calls on customer care of Jabong. Today on 11th July I got this message “Out for Delivery: Your Jabong shipment of Sneakers, tracking ID MLJC4867632, will be delivered today by ML (Phone: [protected])“ from VM-JABONG and I waited entire day for my product to come and I made multiple calls to courier guy but he told me to deliver it evening around 7PM, I asked him to come as soon as possible but he didn’t come even after 7 PM, after that when I called him again to check whether he’s coming or not he said he will come in an hour around 8 o’clock and I called him again around 9PM but he said I will deliver it in an hour but I’m pretty sure that he has no intention to deliver it on time. I’m extremely disappointed with “Jabong” and ML courier service. I don’t know how this is going to be resolved but I want my product tomorrow itself. Thanks

      I placed an order on July 01 2018. Order number [protected]. The scheduled dispatch date 4th Jul, delivery date 9th Jul. Even now, the order is not dispatched. In the app, the status shown is "Dispatch is getting delayed. Will update in 12 hours." But same message for last 7 days. I tried to cancel the order. But while placing the order, I made a mistake in the mobile number. Probably because of that, the order is not listed for cancellation. Getting "order:null" message there. I called them and I sent them a mail on 7th July. Got a standard response. "We will look into the issue and update you" But no updates.

          Sir in my above mentioned order which was delivered on 29 june i bought a slim fit cream colour blackberry chinos which i washed recently for the first time and its color faded, i had the similar problem when i bought john players black chinos so sir it's my humble request to work on the service and at least have a review option on every product so that the buyer can know about the product.

            This is regarding my jabong order (return ID[protected]. I had placed a return request at least 15 days earlier and I have no information on the status of my pick up. This is very frustrating as it is not about the amount of money they have blocked, but about the quality of service being given to their customers. I am a regular customer to Jabong and I am very disappointed at their service this time. Jabong team needs to contact as soon as possible and process the refund of my purchase. Honestly, with this, I will definitely have second thoughts in purchasing anything from jabong text time on. Really disappointing !!

            I returned a pair of trousers on 19 June 2018. I got the message of refund on 29 June mentioning that my refund has been initiated on 19 June and the expected of receiving the refund is 29 June. But today, it is 4 July and I have not received the refund.
            Requested to return 2 product, Request ID[protected] and 63731430. Already 10 days gone nobody came to pickup the product . Not even a single call i have got. Please i need assistance asap.

              I purchased a van husaen shirt and blackberry trouser both are faded colour after single wash the company say you can exchange within 15 day but how can it is possible you take 5 dresses and submit a report in 15 day all clothes wear and wash pratical it is not possible.               I purchased shirt and trouser both are loss colors in single wash. But the other product is good. Now the company say you tells us after 15 day but how can it is possible you take 4 dresses and wear 15 day and give feedback all is fine? If i purchase offline the I will go and show my clothes but now it is not possible. My question is how can you say this is my mistake without you see clothes how can you decide. You cannot exchange cloths. It is practically not possible all dresses you Wear in 15 day and give feedback.

                I had ordered 3 set of kurta pant sets worth 2420Rs
                But I have received only 2 sets n full payment is done. I am a regular customer o[censored]rs n blindly paid the full amount.
                YOUR website is showing 3 items delivered but I have received only 2.
                I want my complete shipment to be delivered ASAP.

                below Set is not delivered where as payment is done of all the three sets- Rs 2420/-

                call me and update on the same ASAP or I will be bound to escalate to the higher authority for the fraud done to me.

                    I have ordered a product of order no:[protected] and received message as delivered on 07-jul-2018 3:48 pm, but I have not received any product. The delivery guy have not even called me once. Even checked and have CCTV footage evidence no one has delivered the product from jabong. This really cheating activity from delivery guy and I made online payment for the mentioned order number. This has to be sorted out and I want the product to be delivered correctly to me or refund the amount back.

                      The item 1 of this ordered product on Jabong.com website is wrongly showing to be delivered and i received email of delivery on 16 july. but in reality it has not been delivered till now on the address provided. ML express tracking is showing invalid tracking id. Kindly look into this fraud and do the needful

                        I had ordered a Women Mast and Harbour white analogue watch from Jabong and they cancelled the ordered . On calling their executive they said they lost the product at their hub hence cancelling the order. And now the product rate is placed much higher which is not right. I need the order on the same price as the one on which I placed order. Also the executive was not at all helpful or understanding regarding this.

                          1 open my account and see what i have ordered

                          2 i ordered blue slim fit numero uno jeans

                          3 but as in text messeage it is showing skinny fit

                          So this is a wrong product fit

                          And while i called at yout helpdesk
                          Your foolish representative named

                          Mr alik kumar and senior nilesh lodhi

                          They are saying that slim fit = skin fit

                          Are they out of their mind?

                          While i was calling to your helpdesk

                          Also the ivr is also saying that sir your product skinny fit numero jeans is dispatched

                          You can see i have order olive colour

                          But ivr is saying its brown in colour

                          And your representative says that i am telling them lie
                          They do not know the difference between skin and slim fit

                          Wrost service sir.

                          Do something otherwise i claim that jabong will become snapdeal shortly

                          Before i always refer jabong as best but this time m highly disappointed

                            Hi, i am gagandeep arora. have ordered shoes from jabong.com on 1st july morning the status of my order shows it has reached to my city and will be delivered by 4th of july. today is 4th of july and now after raising a complaint to customer care, got mail stating it will deliver by 7th of july. even the courier tracking is invalid. else i would have gone to the courier company and pick it up. surely my last purchase with jabong.com

                                I placed an order for varanga ivory printed kurta set on 22nd june on jabong.com and i was assured of its delivery by 4th july. My order id is [protected]. I received an email from jabong that despatch had been delayed and the item was despatched only on 2nd july (After 10 days). Now i have been given a tracking number my ml which is invalid and i have called the customer support service multiple times to inform them that i need this by 5th july, which is actually a day later than what was promised by jabong. I am highly disappointed with their delivery service and in case i do not get the product by tomorrow, i will be compelled to return it. Please look into the matter.

                                  I ordered a pair of fila sneakers, which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljp5499897 (Order id [protected])

                                  This was shipped on 3 july 2018, when i am trying to track my order through ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid.

                                  Order was placed on 24th june and suppose to be delivered on 3 july. Its already delayed by week

                                    I order 2 jeans from jabong.com order id 1: [protected] order id 2 : [protected] on 21st june and cancel both because i found other which was cheaper then these two jeans. My refund was initiated on 23rd june and said that within 5-7 business days the money would be reflected in my account. 7 business days were already passed and the refund was still not reflected in my account. I need the refund as quick as possible.

                                      I ordered a pair of sneakers and a joggers. I see the shipment number for the sneakers as mljp5385075. When i am tracking it, it shows that it is at a same place (Khawaspur) since last 6 days i. E. From 28th june. When i tried to check it on ml express, it shows me invalid tracking id. Same is happening for the joggers too. The shipping id for joggers is mljp5466448. Even this is at khawaspur since 30th june. When will the products arrive?

                                        I ordered sneakers on jabong. My order no. is #[protected]. I used debit card to pay the order. While using the swiping machine delivery boy had typed another order in place of my order. So money was debited from my account. Then I had to pay again for my order by cash since swiping machine was not working properly once I paid the bill for another order. Delivery boy said that he had to go to office and check the issue but still there is no response yet. I am really depressed. Please consider this issue.
