I returned my product by self-shipment but mistakenly I sent the product to the seller which is named as myntra jabong india pvt limited.
When I called jabong they told they can't help me and contact your courier servicers (dtdc courier services).
And when I called to dtdc courier service for return they told me the seller is not giving it back so that they can't do anything for me unless the seller let them to take.My product is stuck in Mumbai and no actions were taken by both companies.
I want my shoes back or the money of the same.
Please take proper action against this complaint.

Updated by iamakshayraj The item is now at mynta jabong india pvt limited, Mumbai. Which was the seller of the same product.
I contacted dtdc and they informed they cant do anything since it's delivered to the address.
Item is now Jabong Company Itself.Then why they are not giving it back.
In the 3rd Attached picture you can see the Seal of Company Recieved.
