Pathetic customer satisfaction which they boast of i must say. After repeated remindes and many complaints made by me for my oder no.[protected] these jobang people very nicely escaped from their duty of indemnifying me for the loss i have suffered. They say that my complaint was scrutinized by their risk and legal team being the highest esclamation department but i must say all of you are same... The disloyals cunning people. They say that the product was dispatched to me in good untampered condition but then i think my hidesign wallet has either got wings that it has flown away or they have the capability of turning invisible when opened by me. Very unsatisfactory response by so called one of the best online shopping sites "jabong.com" - the cheaters who think that i am lying or raising false complaint. For those who are innocent... Do not ever place order from this site and that too never ever place a prepaid order. I have suffered a loss just because it was a prepaid order and i was in a habit of placing prepaid orders alway otherwise it would have never happened with me. They very nicely cheat customers. One more thing i would like to clarify it's not the amount that matters to me much but the poor services that you are providing and the disgusting so called customer service policies. I have just wasted my time over calling these people and sharing every bit of information so many times. They just pretend to resolve the issue but all are the same. And one more thing if you are so sure and truthful why don't you share your so called evidences with me.

    I have purchased two clothing items from jabong.. And i returned those two items to jabong. I tried calling customer care, they didnot responded, executive is not being connected, its been a month now since i returned those two products. But i still didnot received my money.. But my status in returns is showing as return closed. But i didnot received my money back. Please resolve this issue immediately

      I had ordered a nike hoddy, and was given the AWB NO as MLJP5078649 of ML courier service. It showed that my item was shipped from Bangalore on 20th June and I can't track my order since the tracking id given is not valid. This is not expected from jabong I'm a regular customer and I want this issue solved as soon as possible.

        I purchased NIKE AIR BEHOLD shoe.

        On further scrutinized the shoe using its barcode found that its a fake one. Its not at all an original shoe from Nike. I confirmed from some shoe sellers offline too. I found it to be fake.

        I requested them to replace it with genuine one.

        When I raised an complaint in email, they reverted back to me saying as the 15 day window has passed, they cannot do anything. Actually they dont want to do it as they have received a hefty amount for such fake shoe and why they would now bother.
        A phone talk with their representative seems that she was in such a hurry to close this complaint as soon as possible without listening and understanding my issue.

        I am highly highly disappointed with Jabong on selling such fake products and claiming them as authentic ones.

        I NEVER recommend jabong to anyone if you want genuine products. may be other ecommerce vendors seems better.

          I ordered three products from jabong. Out of three, i received only two products and one was not there on 16th june. I raised the complaint and sent the photos and all the details they asked for on 16th june itself.
          They asked to wait for 5days. I have been costantly mailing them regarding the update. And now they informed me that they have sent the product and cant do anything further.
          Thats totally my loss.
          I either want the product or the refund!
          This is not my fault.

            There was mistake in pincode in my address and intstead of 737102 we have give 737101 but delivery address is the same. And assigned delivery boy is refusing to deliver the product in my place.

              I had placed an order of biba suit set long back and it was promised that it will be delivered be to me by tomorrow but till now there is no update on the order and i am not able to track it in ml courier service website, also i had mentioned this to jabong executive that i am going out of town this Sunday and still they haven’t delivered the item

                Hello sir, i have ordered a black hrx sneaker shoes with order id [protected] on 14th of april. It has warranty period of 3 months. About 1 and half months o[censored]se it's sole got damaged. It is in warranty period and i want to return it immediately. I have visited on its official website but there's not any warranty period return policy column. How can i return it please help..

                Bought HRX running shoes new from Myntra. The sole got completely used up, now there's a hole in less than a month o[censored]se. I don't know what to do with my brand new shoes with the hole in the sole. There was no warranty with the product either.

                  I ordered my product (Roadster grey sneakers) with order number [protected] and tracking id[protected] on june 6th and expected delivery was 22 june but my shipment was reached courier facility on 11th june so they call me to receive my order but i wasn't able to collect my order se they said it's ok they will send a courier boy but no one is come to deliver my product so i called jabong customer care to look into this matter but care executive told me that the ecom courier service has said that i rejected my shipment, how is it possible if my shipment didn't reached its destination? How i rejected my shipment if i didn't get call from them or they don't meet me? So the care executive said ok he will complaint a letter against ecom express and wait for till 22 june because expected delivery was 22 june so i waited but on 19th june i got message from jabong that my shipment was returned to its origin how could you do that? Even expected deliver was 22 june how could you return your shipment on 19th june? Even my tracking id don't show my shipment near me how could you return your product. I also loss my voucher worth rs 400 i think now i have to purchase that product on higher amount please look into this matter and again send me my shipment on same amount please it's a request from your beloved customer.

                  Same thing happened with me today . After the courier service failed to contact me on first attempt, they didn't even had the courtesy to reach at my address which was my residential address . They returned the parcel to the vendor before the fixed delivery time . Now sending mails and calling the jabong customer service . DISAPPOINTED .

                    I returned my product by self-shipment but mistakenly I sent the product to the seller which is named as myntra jabong india pvt limited.
                    When I called jabong they told they can't help me and contact your courier servicers (dtdc courier services).
                    And when I called to dtdc courier service for return they told me the seller is not giving it back so that they can't do anything for me unless the seller let them to take.My product is stuck in Mumbai and no actions were taken by both companies.
                    I want my shoes back or the money of the same.
                    Please take proper action against this complaint.

                    The item is now at mynta jabong india pvt limited, Mumbai. Which was the seller of the same product.
                    I contacted dtdc and they informed they cant do anything since it's delivered to the address.
                    Item is now Jabong Company Itself.Then why they are not giving it back.
                    In the 3rd Attached picture you can see the Seal of Company Recieved.

                      I have placed an order which is suppose to deliver today and while tracking with the courier partner they disconnect the call and in the website it's showing that the tracking i'd is wrong kindly stop partnership with such delivery partners and kindly update help and support number in your website to reach you guys on call.

                        I had placed my order on 9th june, and the expected date of delivery was 15th june. On 10th i received a message saying the product is shipped. But 5 days later the shipping details haven't been updated, it still just says shipped. Why is there such a delay, we as customers want to know where our products have reached, in leaving for nationals next week and i'm worried wether ill get the shoes on time. I want to know if this a technical issue or should i be worried?

                          I ordered a black colour crocs 20 days ago. The size delivered was wrong. I asked for exchange of the product. Th y said they’ll Deliver in 5 days.. I kept waiting but the product wasn’t delivered..
                          made more than 10 calls since then and they always say “our team is working” and “we’ll call you in 48 hours” ...
                          nothing is being done..
                          had a really bad experience..
                          won’t order again.
                          GIVE MY MONEY BACK IF YOU CANT HANDLE SUCH SMALL ISSUES..

                              I ordered a backpack of wildcraft, which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljp4757129,
                              This was shipped on 2nd june of 2018, and reached my place 7th june 2018 as shown in jabong site but not delivered yet.
                              When i try to contact that courier service no one heard of it ml courier. I dont want any explanation. I need my back pack within 2 days already late by 4 or 5 days. You must give me a proper identity for your courier service, so i can collect my stuff and make this fast. Because iam already wasted my time a lot

                                Ordered for a pair of sneakers nd received a wornout product. Tried reporting the same but the customer service team is pathetic as so ever.
                                Amit a supervisor and anitha a customer service manager who promised a call which never happend and when i tred calling back and asked for her the answer i got is she logged out. When u cant keep up ur promise whats the point of promising. Nd the later call, conversation with ujwal nd rohan completely pissed me off. To send an email of what they are promising over a call they need 2-24 hours of time. Now i have to pity the entire jabong customer service team for ill-treating a customer and if given a chance i would be glad to coach the entire customer service team on how to talk to a customer. Hope this reaches the right person to take the right action.

                                  I have ordered a joggers which didnot fit me.. As i have returned the product and requested for refund which is not yet done.. Kindly process the money as soon as possible... This is a humble request to you to please process the money as soon as possible as it is not for the first i am shopping with you as i have never faced this kind of problem but it is quite irritating me as your customer service is also not responding to solve the problem..

                                    I bought shoes from jabong, and when they were delivered to me i found out they were not original, totally different from what they showed. So i returned them and delivery book took then back. It’s been four days thet are still showing product insecption pending?? How long will they take seriously??? How long does jabong take for product insecption, it’s been threedays i have returned my shoes, its still showing product pending for insecption.. How more will jabing take now?

                                      On first june I order one formal shoes from jabong which was prepared, when I tracked the same through jabong app. Item is showing delivered but I haven’t received my parcel yet, as the item was paid I am worried about my package and the money I spent. Secondly When i contact jabong they told me item is delivered but the tracking no. Shown invalid on ‘ML’ (jabong delivery partner) website.
                                      Also this ML courier service doesn't exist on Google. It this a fraud or what. I complained but they will resolve in 7 days, my first time experience in Jabong is worst.

                                      I have been chasing jabong team for resolution of my complaint but there are send me same copy paste email for last 3 days, could you please help, it been 13 days since I ordered and no refund has been scheduled for there mistake.

                                      As a last resort I have to file an FIR against jabong.
                                      Unable to raise the return.. It's giving error in iniation continuously, its been two days..
                                      I want to return it as soon as possible very cheap quality product I got dnt worth the money

                                      But when I am trying to track my order on ML express, I am not able track my order.

                                      And it shows we have no relation with jabong.
                                      And jobang also doesn't updating order tracker on their app.

                                        I was trying to return my order because of its colour problem. But i am unable to provide the pick up address because there is no pick up from that pin code. So i tried for the self shipping process, but there is no space for providing the drop in address. I am fed up with this site as it is not confortable. I am now unable to return my order. Even i cant proceed with the self ship optio... Too bad. What will do
