Hi Team,

I have placed an order #[protected] consisting of 3 items. 2 items has been shipped through ML courier. But there is no update post the items has reached Khawaspur. I tried tracking the items from ML site(http://www.mlexpress.in). But it says that this is wrong tracking ID and also show the message - "We Have No Relation With Jabong".

There is no way to reach your team.

Hope you check the issue and revert back soon.

    I have ordered NIKE FOOTBALL SHOES from Jabong app on 30th June, 06.19am. my ORDER ID is [protected].
    i have done payment through online banking(Paytm).
    in jabong tracking app, it showing that my product is delievered to me on 2nd july 2018, Time= 23:40:48 PM.
    but i have recieved nothing. nobody come to me to give my order.
    i contact to jabong helpline, they make a complaint of my matter, they advised me to wait for 7 days. but my tournaments are to start in few days, how can i wait? i want to take delievery boy's contact number, by which i can contact him to ask whom he give my order.
    plz help me.

      I ordered a product and got wrong size, i ordered trouser 9-10 years and got size 3-4years, i wanted to return it. I followed all the steps but it keep saying"error in return initiation" every time.

      For last 5 days, i am trying to return one item from my order number - [protected] and always getting this error message.
      Please solve this before my 15 days limit is over. On the other hand myntra is very quick in their return services.

        I have ordered a dress on last
        Week and jabong gave me a date of 2ndjuly 2018 for delievery. I received a message today it will be delivered its been hours now and still i didn't get my product. I'm worried. My order is still not delivered yet. Courier boy number is been switched off. And tracking id is invalid is that way to treat customers? If my oder not delivered today i will unistall app and i will recomend my friends to unistall this app

          I recieved defected watch from jabong, i requested for warranty claim and when i got my watch back after servicing, it was still not working.

          I am calling jabong since 10th june and no action has been taken regarding my watch. I have never seen any organisation worse than jabong. Stop selling products if you cannot provide support to customers. Even a roadside seller would have guaranteed me 3 months working of watch and your watch hardly worked for 2 months.

          Take resposibilities for your mistakes you sick people.

            I have ordered reebok shoe order id #[protected] on 25 june 2018 and jabong gave me a date of 3rd july 2018 for delievery. Every day i'm getting a notification that there is delay in delievery and i will get ab update within 12 hours. Its been 96 hours now and i still didn't get any update on it. I'm worried. Is this the way that you treat your customers? @jabong? With such a good app and products on jabong, jabong need to improve its delivary service. Still there is no confirmation from jabong. Very bad...

              I have ordered a jeans from shoppertree for my son size 9-10 years but when i received my order i t was wrong size product 4-5 years and when files for return there comes a error in return initiation - tried multiple times.               I have very bitter experience with jabong. They even can't reply for the return. Every time i tried for return there comes a line - error in return initiation. On the other hand in myntra they are very good for their return, they pick up product from our address, refund the amount within 1 week

                I have ordered a jeans on last monday and jabong gave me a date of 2nd july 2018 for delievery. Yesterday i received a notice that there is delievery and i will get the update withing 12 hours. Its been 24 hours now and still i didn't get any update on it. I'm worried.                   I ordered a fila sports shoe, which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljp5355370,
                  This was shipped on 27th june of 2018, but still now i haven't received any update on the purchase.
                  The item is shown to be shipped and arrived at the same location for more than 4 days now. Even ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid.
                  I need to get my order by 3rd as shown by jabong.

                    I ordered white nike shoes from jabong. A bit of water fell on it and i saw that the colour started vanishing. I have complained them but they are not bothering to reply me. I either want the original product or i need my refund as soon as possible. I never expected to receive duplicate product from such a good site now i need my refund or exchanged original shoes, this experience made me disappointed a lot.

                      I ordered m size on briefs on the jabong.com (Placed on sat, 23rd jun'18 at 9:03am) site however to my surprise the one which i got was of s in size. (Delivered on fri, 29 jun 2018) now even i have sent the pictures they are saying that the product which i received is m in size not sure how they can overlook the images which i sent (Same images posted here). As this falls into category of not returnable they are saying nothing they can do.
                      I want my refund or the correct size item.

                        I ordered a clutch from jabong bu seeing its expected delivery to july 01, 2018. Now they have all of sudden chabged the deilvery date to 3 days further. If i would have known this informal behaviour of jabong, i had never ordered it fro their site.
                        I urgently need this order as we are leavimg city.
                        Order is showing in gurgaon location and it takes 1hr to deliver to faridabad.

                          I ordered 3 products from jabong, however i received only 2 packages and the third one is marked as delivered however i didnt received it.

                          When i tracked the id : mljp5160019, i am unable to track.

                          When i called the ml services they said they dont receive products from jabong and hung up the phone.

                          My product was delivered on 28th june 2018 but dont know to whom.

                          I was not present when the product was delivered. This is really pathetic on behalf on jabong.

                          I want to cancel the product and want my money back.

                            I ordered a perfume, which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id mljc4652953
                            This was shipped on 25th june 2018, but still now i haven't received any update on the purchase after 3 days.

                            However, Jabong website says it delivered to Hebbal. But My delivery address is Yelahanka. Proof Of delivery is not my signature, it is just a symbol written In place of a signature.

                              I ordered nike football shoes from jabong on 22/6/18 (Order #[protected]). Today (28/6/18) was supposed to be the date of delivery.
                              I contacted jabong multiple times through email and phone and also contacted the chief manager. Everytime i was told to wait more. If after 6 days they can't dispatch, it means there is something seriously wrong. A family member from my house has ordered another product from the same vendor at the same time as me and has already received the order within 4 days.
                              I have repeatedly asked jabong to be clear whether they will or they will not be able to deliver the order. They are just making false commitments and wasting my time. Everytime you contact jabong customer care, they will apologize and reply diplomatically but they will not do anything about the problem.
                              I have experience with multiple other shopping sites and yes mistakes do happen. However if you contact amazon customer care, they will resolve your problem immediately and they will most certainly not have such a ridiculous problem as not being able to dispatch a product even after so much time. The product i ordered is still available on sale at jabong.com.
                              If jabong cannot fulfill an order, why are they still advertising the product and misleading more people?
                              Delay in delivery can be understood, but 6 days delay for dispatch? This is not about delay, this is about making false commitments.
                              If jabong cannot fulfill my order, please do the favor and tell me without wasting anymore of my time.

                              I am sure even here they will reply something diplomatically and provide assurance that they are "working on my concern" and they will "try to resolve my problem at the earliest." there are no limits of customer harassment when it comes to jabong.

                              Worst online shopping experience ever. Will never recommend jabong to anyone. To whoever is reading this, do not waste your time on jabong.

                              Update: Its now been 11 days and I have made countless emails and calls to customer care. Still no change in order status. Hats off to Jabong.com. They should shut down their fraud website and deal with pending orders first.

                              I ordered the blackberry trouser on 23 june and on the next day I cancelled the item, but i didn't received the refund, approximately one week had been passed.

                              Me too ordered for a product and even after 8 days, its not yet dispatched. In the tracking section its listed as within 12 hr they will notify the status but its already 4 days after that status.

                                Please look into the matter related to my order for the Adidas Ezar 3.0 Black Running Shoes, order id [protected].
                                it was ordered by the JOBONG, but unfortunately its upper side MESH NET getting spread off automatically in both the shoes.

                                i am surprised that calling it for 2-3 times to their customer care they didn't respond not even bother to call back.

                                its my request to look into it on priority so that my shoes get replaced immediately.

                                  Hi, i am girish kumar, i ordered guess w0040g3 brown analog watch for rs.8367 (Order id - [protected])

                                  I got the delivery on 25th june. While receiving, i tried to pay using debit card but due to some issue in courier guy's machine it showed that payment couldn't be made. So he asked me to pay by cash which i paid by cash only at that moment. After sometimes i received a message from my bank that the money has been deducted using debit card which is the exact amount which i paid through cash.

                                  I don't know what to do and how i will get my money back which was deducted twice. I have raised the complaint against it and my complaint id is[protected]

                                    Not happy with jabong service. They blocked my account without any sort of communication. The fact that i return some of their products because of quality and fit issues. There is no justification for this sort of behavior. I can’t believe that i had been a loyal customer to habong for past 6 years and what i get in return is a blocked account

                                    And it is nt thefirst time... They have infinite reasons to cancel orders according to their mood. There are so many technical glitches while ordering.. Payment n refunds and what not... Till now i ignored everything thinking its ok it happens but honestly this is the worst kind of experience i have ever had with an online shopping portal

                                      I ordered a navy blue solid track pant from jockey with mrp 899 rs for rs 631. The product i got is horrible.. It is used, with wrinkles, color is faded and there are spots of food items (Vegetable curry) on the pant... Feel like ditched by the supplier. The tag of the product is also torn and has been put inside the pocket... The pockets tops and the bottom line of the the pant is threadbare clearly showing that it has already been worn by someone. Really embraced to see the product.
