My order i have given 10 days back and still its not delivered. Ml courier showing that we are not associated with jabong. After i give order on jabong, i received some fake calls regarding lottery and all. I think jabong is on the way of phishing site. As i ordered it on 27 may and today is 5 june and still jabong track is showing status tracking of 1 june only. Similar experience was for me on 3-4 occasions in past also. I think now aftr this delivery i wil delete jabong app and wil never come back.

I had ordered revlon green kajal. But they delivered a completely different kajal of Street wear. Earlier the service provided by Jabong was quite good. But now it's getting worse day by day
. They are forcing customers to switch on to the other online shopping site.

    Jabong blocked my account without any reason and proper explanation.in fact i received damaged products which i highlighted in the mails that it’s damaged when i received. I as a consumer received damaged products when i highlighted they blocked my account and when i asked them what is the issue they never responded and willing to get into conversation. This is highly unprofessional, they way they operate. On top they have blocked my account n i still receive their stupid emails and texts which i can’t change preference to. They can block my account but use all my data and keep sending their trash mails n messages to me. I want my account open or need some justification of this unprofessional behaviour.

      This is regarding my order number [protected] in which i had ordred around 18 item worth rupess 10188.
      I ordered for three kurtas. But the product i received was a single saree.
      I could see the status as delivered for those three kurtas. I didn't order for any saree. Its your mistake that you gave the wrong product to me.

      Finally after multiple follow up someone called from jabong and told that jabong will initiate refund for two items directly and the one with least amount will be held from refund till that saree reaches warehouse. I agreed to the above statement.
      Then today jabong return pick up guy came and he is telling there are three products to be picked up and not one. I explained whole story which i am doing for past one week but he told there are three request ids and hence three products there. He called his manager then and he was also telling same.
      I spoke to him and he is telling if funds has to be initiated without three money he will have to bear.

      Yesterday again from jabong only i got a call telling just return one product and refund of two items will be initiated directly.

      Today i called jabong.. They are continuously telling only one request id.

      I am following up for past one month i have sent for a mistake jabong has done to me by delivering a wrong saree instaed of three kurtas

      Then the return pick up was initiated with one order id

      I handed over the saree which i recieved to the guy who came and asked for slip to which he replied i will get an sms to which i said ok.

      Then after some days i got a call telling they havent recieved the product yet. I told clearly i had handed over and didnt get any sms after that.
      They told they will raise a complaint i guess the id is 61888277.

      I waited and waited and waited to get this problem resolved.

      Then finally someone from your team has called and told that they will escalate the issue and get me an update within 5 days. Then after 5 days i got a call again from jabong escalation team yesterday and the person who call me told that they have an update that the money will not be refunded as the delivery logistics partner confirm that the product is not received how can they give an update to me that this is a final resolution that the amount will not be refunded as logistics partner told they didnt recieve.?
      And best part is i called the delivry guy and he still remember he picked the item. When i told whole drama happening here he asked to contact customer care.
      Now jabong is telling escalation has reached maximum ie risk and legal team and they decided not to refund.

      Despit giving pick up guy number they are not ready to even check with him!!

        Hi,

        My order got cancelled by jabong after keep me waited for 17 days and every time when i called them they told it will be delivered asap and nobody informed me about anything. Products are still available on their site but they are asking me to reorder again after 17 days and not the same products. I lost my 17 days and a discount coupon that i applied just because jabong. See the attached pic for order number.

          I had ordered revlon green kajal. They delivered green kajal but of different brand that is of street wear. It is a cheat on customers. They entice with good products and deliver a mediocre product. Earlier service provided by jabong was quite good. That's why we became an avid jabong shoppers. But now it's worse. Jabong is weakening it's customer base. They are forcing customers to switch on to the other online shopping site. I hope to get this problem to solve as soon as possible to regain its trust.

            This is to highlight the hopeless customer experience that i had with jabong.com. I had been a regular customer of jabong and used to order products/good worth thousands every month.
            However, on 15th of december, 2017 last month, products were supposed to be delivered of an amount of 4148 inr. The delivery guy was carrying a pos machine and the card was swiped 2 to 3 times but he kept saying that the transaction was unsuccessful. Finally, he left without delivering the product saying that we will have to do cash payment for the product to get delivered. After some time, a message was received stating that the amount had been deducted from the account. On his later visit, we paid him the amount 4148 inr in cash and asked him about the deducted amount from the account so he asked us to get in touch with the customer service and the money will get refunded. As suggested, we started following up on the same with customer service. They asked for the bank statements, message received from the bank about the deduction and also an error message [ error message: "transaction is already in process"] which was received when we were trying to make the same transaction of 4148 inr with same card on the machine of the executive on his next visit. All proofs clearly showed that the transaction done was successful.

            Anyway, all this was just the tip of iceberg and just the beginning of the ordeal faced with these buggers! Then the chase started and i started sending follow up mails frequently. They kept giving some version or the other.in spite of the proofs, they kept saying that we will get back to you shortly. After around 2 months, they started with another drama, stating that their legal team was looking into it. Same drama went on for another month. After which, to my dismay, they finally got back saying that the vendor has confirmed that no such transaction was done and no amount was received. This was my breaking point and i kept sending mails saying that when all the proofs had been shared but nothing got resolved. After 4 months when i got in touch with my bank - they took another 45 days to find out that the transaction was a success. They shared all the proofs with us and both in hard and soft copies with exact details, documentation and acceptance from the vendor about receiving the amount - 4148 inr. Jabong was informed via emails and proofs were shared and it has already been more 25 days and today, i received an email from the chief manager saying that the amount will get refunded in 2 days and "we understand your concern and your understanding and patience are highly appreciated in this regard."

            Really?? What rubbish is this? These people should get sued or rather boycotted by the e-commerce users since this is the level of indecency these guys can drop down to. What all can a customer do and chase when it's about his/her own money. They absolutely have no respect or humanity. This is an alarm for all the jabong customers that in spite of the good products that jabong sells or has... This is what their customer service, legal team can do to harass their regular customers.

              I orders dc shoes on 28 may, but it is showing failed delivery. Also upon tracking my order on ml express they are saying that tracking id is not valid. Also, they have no relations with jabong, thats what was written on their site. What shoul i do now. I have prepaid for my order and don't know any whereabouts of my package. Neither i have been provided with any kind of contact information of the courier delivery services nor any address of their office branch in chandigarh. Also jabong is not replying to my complaints on gmail too. Is this how you treat customers?

                I had placed an order that consisted of 3 articles on thu, 24th may'18 at 11:30pm.

                1. Blue blackberry chinos

                2. Colorplus chinos

                3. Converse sneakers.

                The first product was delivered on time but i had to return it due to a sizing problem.

                Products number 2 and 3 were abruptly cancelled by jabong.com and as compensation, i got a 10% discount voucher.
                Now, when i went back to their website to re-order the same sneakers the price was about inr 1000 higher than what i paid for them earlier.

                I don't think it's abnormal for me to feel cheated right now.
                I don't want your 10% off on my next purchase. I want the products that i placed an order for, for the price that i ordered them at.

                          Really not satisfied with the serevices you have provided. I really regret choosing this site. Order id-[protected].. Ordered adidas adillete black slippers but i got an ugly hopless puma slipper. Which is really unsatisfying. Not recommeding about this website to anyone ever again. I request you to look up to it either by exchanging it with the actual product i ordered or refund me money back asap. Thank you

What to do now???

                                I had placed an order for two products, my need was only the primary product, while the secondary product was ordered so the 1st one can be purchased with the offer intented. However, three days post order, secondary product is sent and the primary product is cancelled, stating out of stock.

                                Now the actual need was the first product and that was not delivered and when i asked jabong to replace with a similar product with same discount, i was denied.

                                Now when the actual product is back to stock, nor i am given the same discount or the coupoun to avail the discount.

                                I am cheated being decived by the discount

                                I ordered 2 shirts on 3rd may..order no [protected]..i prepaid the amount...its 21 st may...stil i have not received my order...i complained thrice at their webisite...called many times...but of no use..
                                I received delivery of an order on 19th May 2018 which was canceled in February, 2018 itself.

                                I raised the ticket on the same day but I am not receiving any concrete reply from the company.

                                  I have returned three products on 8th may but i have not received my refund till now. I have contacted customer care many times they told me to wait for 24-48hrs but still after waiting so many days, neither i have received my refund nor arn number for the same. Very disappointed with jabong. Worst experience with jabong. I need my money back asap. Its already late. It was my worst decision to buy from jabong.. Refund my amount asap.

                                    I have placed order for 7 tshirts on the 20th of may and it gave me an estimated delivery of 24 may. Out of them 2 t shirts shipped from mumbai and got delivered on the 24th. Whereas the other 5 t shirts were shipped from bangalore to my home in bangalore and they are still not getting delivered. Tracking shows them going around bangalore everyday. Customer care even after countless calls and messages and gives a simple message saying give us 7 days to update. And when i want to cancel the order also there is no option to cancel. I feel cheated with them taking away my money, not giving any updates and the consumer doesnt have the option to cancel the order also.

                                      I received the product on 19 may and i initiated a return request a day after.
                                      I constantly kept on receiving messages from jabong that the pick up will be carried out today but today never saw the daylight!
                                      Every evening i would get the message that it could not be carried out today so it will carried out the day after!

                                      And today, all of a sudden i see that the logistics has cancelled the request without rendering a reason.
                                      My phone was on the entire day and the delivery boy didn't contact me even once.
                                      The hell is going on?
                                      Is that the way you treat your customers?

                                        I purchased a dell laptop along with which i was gifted a rs.1500 worth jabong coupon. Using that coupon i ordered 3 products 2 of which i received but for the third product[a watch worth rs. 572] the delivery man asked for paying money while all of it was already paid using the coupon. We denied to pay extra money owing to which we didn't get the watch. It has been almost 2 years since then we haven't received the watch nor any explanation regarding about the unsuccessful delivery or the delay.in-fact, due to the delay the watch's 1 year warranty has also been expired. I had recently contacted their customer care where my concern was escalated and terminated saying that i should contact dell for a mistake done by jabong itself. Earlier too jabong was creating hurdles for using the same voucher by simply canceling the order to which i had to complain here. Only after that they issued me a new voucher but again they are troubling in such manner. Please help.
