My order no. Is [protected]. I recently ordered for a pair of football cleats and it's been around 20hrs and i haven't recieved any updates regarding whether it has been shipped or not. So kindly update me on what the status is. I have already been given the estimated delivery date but since i will be going out of town the coming week iam bit worried that i might not be able to receive the package.

    Ordered for nike track pants on 7th may. Was expected to be delivered on 13th. Got delayed to 15th. The company has made no attempts to provide any details of the expected date. Received 1 call from jabong who gave me no relavant information with respect to the expected date or the reason for failure in delivering on the expected date. The tracking id given provides no information as well.

    Purchased a New HRX by Hrithik Roshan Navy Blue Running Shoes But the quality of product was very poor. Shoes donot last long more than 2 months.
    Laces threads(holes) broken. contacted to Jabong but no solution was provided

      I wanted to return a product and hence initiated a return request. When they came to pick up the product i was not at home. Finally i got a message saying they're supposed to come on may 22nd but suddenly i got another message saying that the pickup request has been cancelled. I'm trying to initiate another return but it's not happening. It is still showing "return has already been initiated". I really want to return this product. Help would be appreciated.

        Very pathetic service by jabong. I placed an order ([protected]) from
        Jabong on 12th of may and the product was expected to be delivered by 18th
        Of may. The order was delayed due to some technical issues and now they have
        Automatically cancelled my order.
        I tried to reach the customer care but they are just raising complaint and are not trying to resolve the problem.

        All of my time, Energy and Money were wasted in talking to these guys who never provided me any kind of service. I have been continuously following up with the customer service but I am just receiving their apology mails but I seek no resolution on same. I kept my patience and waited for long time but there is no solution out for this. I have paid for the product and expected a good service but Jabong dissatisfied me. Jabong is disturbing me mentally as I have purchased the product with my hard earned money. I never faced such a bad situation with any other online shopping sites. Everyone other companies have given me the best service with the satisfactory product but with Jabong my experience is bad. I am highly regretting for my purchase from Jabong. I wanted this to be escalated to higher level management as there is no progress of resolution.

          Dear Team,

          I had ordered two products from Jabong, the reason for placing order for second product is to ensure that I get a discount on the primary product, which is supposed to a "WOODLAND KHAKI LIFESTYLE SHOES"

          Now the issue is, Jabong sends me the second product and after three days of placing the order, an email stating the first product is cancelled as they do not have stock. I call the customer care immediately and ask them to give me an alternative product if not for the same one, and they refuse to do so.

          Now, if i have to order the alternative product, i will not get at the same discount at which i had ordered the first one and the refund they will give will not compensate my loss.

          I hope this complain is heard and a solution is worked on the same

            I have returned a blue reebok backpack product to jabong, the return was within the time stipulated for the return, the credit of the same was promised to be send to my bank account. I have got a text that return process has been started. But yet i have not received any mail or message regarding money credited to my account. I want to know when it will be credited in my account.

              I ordered a Mufti 4XL shirt on 16th May 2018 for which a tracking id has been provided:MLJP4442811
              My order has been shipped on 18th May 2018.
              When I track my order through the Jabong app its shows the status but the shipment id stuck on a particular place for 2 days!!
              Also I'm not able to track the shipment from ML's official website. The website shows that the tracking id is invalid!!
              Its seems that many of the users have the same complaint about the ML courier services and the tracking id you provide!!!
              Please resolve the issue as Quick as Possible.

                Actually i ordered two kurtas. The app show the delivery date is 18 may, 2018. But i did not receive my order yet. When i tried to track my order on ml courier services, it shows invalid id. The id provided to me is awb no. - mljp4408953.
                Please provide solution as soon as possible. When i call to customer care they given me 7 days time to resolve the issue. Its too long time. I ordered that kurta for my special occasion they spoil my good time. They should pay for it. The commitment level seems zero

                  I have ordered a pair of converse unsiex sneakers from jabong on 14th may 2018 and the expected delivery time was 22 may 2018.I got a message on 18th may that your product is out for delivery via ml courrier but at 4 21 pm i got a message that your product is undelivered when i try to track my order on ml courrier official website it says incorrect tracking id my tracking id is MLJC3880244.please help asap

                    I had placed an order from jabong for the very first time on may 5th and was told that the order would be delivered by may 12th.. Since i needed it for an occasion on 15th, i called the customer service for an update on the same and they promised it would reach me earlier than 14th may. They kept delaying it without sending me any text message, mail or notification on the app about the product. And on may 17th, they inform that my product has been lost due to the logistics partner that jabong supports. So they would refund my amount back. Is this how normal shopping sites work, since the last time this happened with another site, they sent me the replacement product on priority delivery. When i contacted them, they said i’ll have to wait for 48 hours on an update and even after repeatedly stating that i need a replacement product delivered, they said they would initiate refund and give me coupons. Not sure why i would be sent coupons for a shopping site that has just lost my first order. This sort of service does not make me want to ever shop from the site. And now i receive no response on my mail as well..
                    The worst shopping experience ever!!! Please do not run such shopping sites if you are incapable of delivering products that are misplaced due to your carelessness.

                      Respected sirs,
                      I have been a regular customer, buying many merchandise from the on-line retailers, including from jabong.com, since last few years. Recently, i have found jabong.com have been exercising audacious unilateralism by cancelling orders placed on them at their jolly whims and convenience, even after receipt of the order, payment and receipt of the bill amount payable and confirmation of the order, although they have no such rights but are only obliged to thankfully deliver the product, for reasons better known only to them.
                      Whereas, i have been tracking and awaiting delivery of the product, suddenly a message and an e-mail appears from the vendor citing some unclear fictitious reasons that the order is cancelled and the amount paid shall be refunded. Whereas, in the instant case, i have immediately checked back at their on-line site that the same merchandise is still listed for sale, but at a quite higher price. Therefore, the reasons for the said cancellation could be only guessed only basis the situations. I feel not only irked because of the gross violation of my rights as a customer, since this has been the second such incident in the recent times with me, by jabong. The jabong.com is now a company owned and operated in india by m/s. Walmart, the international retail giant, who might require to be guided appropriately and by duly complying with not only the rules and regulations of the country but also the value systems and ethics.

                      Hence i would humbly request the hon'ble consumer courts to kindly intervene in this rampant malpractice, lack of ethics and objectionable attrocity or violation of the customers rights by passing an order to m/s. Jabong.com to not only immediately execute and deliver the product for which there exists a valid purchase order with 100% payment made and accepted, but also (I) m/s. Jabong to make an exemplary penalty of rs. 12, 990/- for the above unilateral violations, repeatedly, against the orders placed, by unethical practices and dominant behaviours of neglecting the rights of a regular customer and (Ii) to obtain a written /public apology from m/s. Jabong to the effect that they shall not repeat the above misconduct and practice the same ever, and that if it happens ever they shall be penalised heavily and deterently which shall lead to cancellations of their permits and licences.

                      The following are the details of the cases:

                      1) on may 13, 2018, at 08.25 am, i have placed an order no. [protected] for one number of carlton make 67 cm stark plus textured silver medium hard luggage strolley, with an indicated maximum price of rs. 12990/- but offered at a price of rs. 7794.00. The offer further provided with a voucher discount (Limited period) of 25% rs. 1948.50., i. E., at the net price of rs. 5845.50 and applicable taxes extra, and free of any handling charges, which worked-out to rs. 6722.33.
                      The above payment was made through mobikwik wallet, considering the 'money back' offered there-in, and also since i have already held rs. 2.74 in the wallet account. The balance amount of rs. 6719.26 wsa paid using my indusind bank credit card and the order was confirmed. As per cofirmation by jabong.com, the delivery was confirmed by 19 may 2018 at my residential address registered with the vendor. Accordingly, i have been waiting for the delivery and a delivery message/intimation from the vendor/or their delivery agents.

                      However, the vendor, vide an sms on 16/05/2018 @12.34 hrs, informed quote: we are sorry to inform you that due to some unforeseen circumstances we are unable to deliver the item 67 cm stark plus textured silver medium hard luggage strolley in your order no [protected]. As a token of apology, we have shared a 10 percent discount voucher on your email. Refund will be initiated if applicable. Unquote

                      The email received from jabong is attached here-with

Unfortunately, this is one of the rare incidents that happen due to product failing our stringent quality checks.

                      Not to be misguided/ misunderstood, the 10% discount offered was attached with the following in small prints:

                      As a token of apology for the inconvenience you would have experienced, we are sharing a coupon of 10% discount for your next purchase. Your coupon code is jmq2ejicayqrsqppxe10.

                      The terms & conditions of coupon are:

                      · valid till 25-may-2018

                      · 10% off on no minimum purchase value

                      · maximum discount of inr 200 can be availed

                      · applicable on all excluding gold coin, precious jewelry, innerwear, beauty, toys, tommy hilfiger, casio, gini & jony, jockey and wildcraft

                      · not applicable on bundles

                      · applicable on discounted & non-discounted products also

                      · payment mode: all

                      However, the same merchandise is even currently listed on-line for sale by ms/ jabong as per screen shot attached here with at a sale price of rs.9093 (And applicable taxes/charges extra).

                      The second, earlier, instance of a similar violation of my rights by jabong.com was by cancellation of my order no. [protected] dated 03/04/2018 at 10.52 am for one pair of 'mizuno - wave rider 19 navy blue running shoes size-8, of max. Price rs. 9999/- and at an offer price of rs. 4256/-.
                      The above order was being tracked well past the promised date for delivery; however, on following up, on 10/04/2018 for urgent delivery since i was in need of the same and since i was going out of town, m/s. Jabong informed me that they shall arrange / workout to fulfill the delivery. However, after a shortwhile, i was surprised to find from their 'order tracking provision on the site that the "order - cancelled".in the instant case, after significant efforts of arguing and convincing they informed that the product was actually lost in the delivery hub and was unable to trace, hence order cancellation. Since i was quite interested and wanted to own the same product and since the same was still available with the same vendor at the same price, i have immediately got again another order placed on cash-on delivery basis and purchased the same; and condoned the irresponsible behaviour and conduct of the vendor.

                      Since the recent instance is a blatant example o[censored]nacceptable business dominance and taking granted of customer rights, blowing out with the winds the vendors obligations and business ethics, i earnestly and humbly request the hon'ble customer courts to kindly strive to establish the honour and rights and supremacy of customers in the business world.

                          Hi,

                          I had made a purchase on a pair of police sunglasses on 2nd of may and had returned it on 4th of may the way they were handed to me (#[protected]. I received a message 4 days later which is unusual for jabong where i get messages in seconds of the return/delivery. After waiting for 10 days for a refund, they accuse me of sending the wrong (Local) product and are denying me a refund and on top of it, they are sending me the "local" product they claim they received. Jabong is trying to rob me off my money. This is sheer stupidity and i am shocked at the negligence i am seeing in such a big company.

                          I have been shopping online for 8 years and this is the first time i am facing such negligence and accusation.

                          Not shopping with you ever again for sure, jabong!
                          Worst experience ever.

                          Like customers can replace the tags.

                            Hi i’m nithin raj from tamilnadu.. I have ordered a adidas shoe for 3056 in jabong on 29th of april and it’s now 14th may i haven’t yet received the product i have raised so many complaints in customer care and i have sent mails no response they are asking me to wait.. It’s been 16 days since i have ordered and the delivery date was 5th of may.. Can i raise a complaint in consumer court regarding this issue? I have been using jabong for a long time.. And i don’t know why suddenly these guys are making themselves as a fraud site.. I’m never gonna use this site again

                              I shop from your JABONG.COM and due to some technical issue i return back the goods and asking for refund but no one entertain me properly they all are continuously rolling the matter here and there instead of solving the issue.

                              Jabong team is always telling me your transfer is initiated and within 2 business day money reflected in your account but instead i got email that NEFT is failed and when i complain to jabong customer care they told me that they didn’t see any mail regarding failure. This is my order no below mentioned.

                              3 times i provide my account details even cancel cheque copy also mailed but than also they are not refunding.

                              Jabong delivery partners are the worst of all. Delivery boy is so rude. He didn't deliver my order and send it back. Second I returned one of my product, and didn't received any message of pickup and it is showing pickup still pending. Now my product is also gone and my money also.
                              I wanted an exchange due on size problem they said pickup service are on hold at my pincode.
                              I wanted to return but faced same problem in app. Even tried to get self ship option but couldn't find in app. Really beware of this from purchasing expensive products.

                                Hi,

                                I had placed an order with jabong for multiple products order no [protected]. I had opted for return of next ponte pencil skirt costing rs 1470/- as the size was too large for me.

                                The courier service that works with jabong has not been contacting me inspite of several return requests being opened and closed over the weeks. This is very frustrating as eventually i would end up losing my money and keeping a product that doesn’t even fit me.

                                I have been chasing the jabong customer care through phone emails and they assure me that they are doing their best and have no details of the third party courier service.

                                So in this case what should the customer do? Who should i contact? How many days should i sit with the package? My purchase is a total of more than rs 5170 and this is the service i am getting.

                                I even asked them for a courier address where i could courier them. But yet again i am being asked to wait until pick up happens.

                                How long should i wait? After 3 days the request would be closed staying some # reason and a new one would be opened again asking me to wait. Is there an end to this?

                                Be assured i would never order from jabong hereafter.

                                This is heights of poor service, follow up etc. I have not even received any call for my complaint that was raised that has a resolution time of 7 days.

                                Please suggest how do i get these jabong guys to take their product and refund my money

                                I ordered shoes from Jabong on April 14 2018, and it reached on 19 April 2018. Due to size issue I requested an exchange on 19 April. But the pick up hasn’t been happened yet. Please help me.

                                  I had ordered asics running shoes (On-[protected]) from jabong online on april 29th and the delivery of the product was confirmed by may 3. Till may 2 the website of the jabong app was not updated about the delivery of the product. Since the shipping info was unclear till may 2, called the helpline service which were very unprofessional/rude and had no information about the product.

                                  Post the call the information on the app changed and product was shipped and i received an sms about the delivery of the product on may 8.
                                  The aw no shared (Mljp 4071877) shared by jabong is incorrect number and the courier details shared is false.
                                  Till today the jabong helpline don't have any clue or whereabouts of the product.

                                  Request you to look into the matter.

                                    Hi i am gaurav from new delhi
                                    I ordered a nike air versitile li black basketball shoes from jabong on 27th january 2018 and now 2 days back the nike logo cuts automatically from the front and the stitching of the shoes net is also loosing day by day, even m not wearing from the from last month.. So, i strictly not considered this shoes as good and i think this is the copy nike shoes not original.
                                    Hope you take anu decision.

                                    I couldn't find any selfship option or I was not able to selfship the jabong item back in which there were no return for my item from my home the pincode was not available for the pick up. So I'm requesting you to kindly initiate the process for ma request as soon as possible

                                      I was trying to return my order (Order id: [protected]
                                      Placed on: 28 apr 18, delivered by 4 may 18 and 2 may 18) consisting 2 kurtas because of its quality issue.

                                      • but when i tried to return it through the jabong mobie app it is showing "your return transaction is failed" without any other proper justification
                                      When i contact with customer care i came to know that for the zip code which i provided was not eligible for pick up.
                                      If that is the issue you the app should have shown that message.

                                      • second thing more than 1 item cannot be selected while returnng neither in the app nor in the web application. You have to select each item seperately and provide the return request
                                      •there is no option to provide self return request. Only a radio button is displayed as selected when you click on the change address button in the web application and when the entered zip is failed.

                                      Pathetic mobile app and web service and customer service.
                                      Neither you provide the pick up of your own not letting us also initiate the self return properly. Is this the way you serve your customers? Fed up with this
                                      Every time need to contact customer care.

                                      I'm an it tester professionally. By my experience i'm saying this is the worst app i have ever seen. Neither your web application is good nor your mobile app. So many defects which may cause you lack of customers. Better you should improve

                                      Jacket purchased with coupan. Sent defective peice. After complaining they said coupan refund not granted.
                                      Second time, boxers pack of 2 purchased, but only 1 received. I use that one, then they refuse to complete my order nor they refunding.

                                        I ordered two products from your seller company from jabong.com on april 18 2018
                                        I haven't received one of the products in these n the other box is missing from the package
                                        Can u help me regarding this
                                        2 nd product is missing when i contacted about the jewellery missing they said they have dispatched it... Am i fool to raise a complaint if i had got the product. They sent partial order and payment taken full and incurred damaged to me of 363 rupees and then i called them twice each call costing me 15 rs... Total almost 400 rupees and this is how they dupe. There was one box received instead of two

                                        Jabong cheat customers provides no resolution so is the jewellery company oomph

                                        Also the courier company never messaged or called before delivery
                                        Also that this partial order delivered was delayed by 7-8 days
