I have return my sneakers to the person, he did not give sny slip for that one, instead he told me i would receive an sms, but still i dint receive that one. Its been one day i dint receive a confirmation sms.in the jabong website also the status is not updated. I have raised the complaints to the customer care.

The courier person is not picking the calls also. I need an sms for confirmation and also i need refund as soon as possible. Here after i will never order any product from jabong.com since they dont know to hire a professional courier service provider.

    I have ordered an kurta set and it was supposed to be delivered on 1st of may but later in the afternoon of 1st may i got a message for delay in delivery of order and it stated that it will be delivered by 3rd of may and i got an awb no. For tracking my courier.

    Still my order is not delivered and my awb no is showing as invalid in ml website.

    The product delivery got postponed thrice and worst response from Jabong.. Jabong doesn't value customer's time and experience..
    I had ordered joggers and jeans from Jabong on 2nd August 2018. Received the joggers well on time but the delivery date of my jeans was supposed to be 9th, I'm still waiting for it.

        My ordered product is near my location but i still havent recieved the product after the due date is gone. Tried calling ml delivery but they say they dont work with jabong. Need the product asap as i am leaving mumbai in 2 days.
        Called jabong but they say it will take 7 days to resolve the complaint. I do not have 7 days as i need the product before i leave the city.

          I ordered a, which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljp4026849,
          This was shipped on 27th april of 2018, but still now i haven't received any update on the purchase.
          The item is shown to be shipped and arrived at the same location for more than 6 days now. Even ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid.
          I need to get my order by 10th as shown by jabong.

            I am a customer of jabong from more then 10 years. When i try to order some items, i couldn't place the payment and stated the reason to contact legal department and high risk of fraud. When i reached out to customer care, he is saying my account is blocked from legal department because of frauf risk and he is not giving me a proper reason for that. Is this the service from jabong??? How could this happen.??? Is this how you treat your customers?? I need a valid info about what kind of fraud are you talking about...

              On the next day i got a message for pending pick up

                  Order#[protected] : white checked casual shirts not delivered

                  I had placed the order on 7th april, 2018 and still one item is not delivered. The courier service is ml and the tracking id is also invalid when checked on ml courier site. I need the product beofe 4t may. Its high time. I have called customer care twice and they just log a complaint and nothing is done further on it.

                    I have purchased order "[protected]" on 21st march 2018 from jabong and have cancelled same order on "21st march 2018". The order contains two products costing 714 rs and 748 rs for which i didnt get refund amount of 714 (Black color biba kurta). When i called jabong customer care for refund, every time customer care providing me reference of 748 and not for 714. And jabong customer care claiming that they have already initiated refund amount and have to check with sodexo (Sodexo card, which i used for purchasing the order). When i called to sodexo, sodexo customer care saying they didnt get any amount from jabong. Just wanted to know who is fraud here??

                      Hi, I have ordered 1 kurta set worth Rs 700/- on 16th April and right after 2 days raised return request through Jabong app.

                      Now more than 10 days have been passed but no communication from their end.
                      They are not courteous enough to call me . I am only getting auto generated mail response. I also called customer care two times but they are numb.

                      Even I am countinously following up them through calls and mails ( I am in a bit hurry as I am going to my home town and as per their return policy only 15 days are eligible for return product. 10 days already passed )
                      I have escalated the matter to [protected]@jabong.com thinking of the quick action .. He/She is also sailing in the same boat . Giving only the assurance that this request will be solved and asking me to have patience.
                      Now enough time has been taken for such a rocket science task from Jabong.
                      Now it's my time to spread the word in social media.
                      I am a regular customer of Jabong. But sometimes they are very casual.

                      I think this is a very common and simple request . Still they failed me as a customer.

                        I ordered two products and it is delivered in package. I paid the full amount and when I opened the pack, one product was missing and they are not accepting that. Order ID: [protected], dated 14/04/2018
                        I would like to have refund for that missing product.
                        Along with this there were many other products delivered same time which were in different packages, hence, it is not possible for me to open packages in front of a delivery guy.
                        there have been several other instances of jabong either for wrong delivery or not delivering at all. I have wasted huge time and money dealing with them but in vain. Their customer support is not at all helpful.

                          I've placed a order on 13/04/2018 and paid through net banking.it was delivered to me on 17/04/2018 as requested for reverse pick-up they've picked it up on 20/04/2018 and later for my refund they sent mail for bank details from care jabong and after shared my details i got conformation of refund with in 2 days on 22/04/2018 but till today i've got nothing. Such a worst return policy of jabong i have ever experienced. I will never make such mistake of making any purchase ever in my life with this kind of attitude of jabong.                               I placed an order on jabong.com on 5th of April 2018 which was delivered to me on 10th April but because the size didn't fit me i raised a exchange request for size replacement.The new product was shipped by them on 14th April and reached the destination city on 17th April.Its been 7 days from today noone from courier company tried to contact me.The expected delivery was on 23 April which has passed, from 2-3 days i have been contacting Jabong by live chat option and explaining them the whole incidence daily but their customer service support failed helping.This kind of behaviour by such a company is unaaceptable.Since i wasn't contacted by courier company i told Jabong's representative to contact on my behalf and tell them to contact me but he ignored it by saying that we also don't have the contact details of our partner.On 21st April it shows the status as failed delivery.Today it's 24th April and still i have not been contacted by any of them, it's a paid order.One day their representative told me on chat that I can't help you do whatever you want to do and gave me the email id to contact chief manager of Jabong and to complain against him.This is how Jabong works.Highly disappointing.

                                  I was very happy to recieve by product early as possible

                                  I have already removed the tag, so i cannot return or exchange the product.

Send me the message to refund it in two three days. Later i have got any refunds so i messaged customer care they messaged me that they will refund it very soon then i got message that they refunded it to my account so i checked my account but i haven't received any of the refunds in my account.

                                        I have purchased a footwear on jabong. Com which I didn't like and I returned it but I didn't get my refund yet. When I call to jabong customer care they are repeating only one thing that your refund has been initiated but I didn't get any refund from Jabong.com and it happened twice with me when jabong.com didn't return my money.. They are just fraud I'll never shop on jabong.com I only want my money back
