My product is not delivered till now! It should be delivered by 13 april! It has been 3 days i had given complaint no action is taken by the company jabong! Just i am getting thatto mail that complaint is registered! And in 6hrs they will give update but no response qas given to me! I paid the amount online payment.

    I recently order 9 products on jabong with order number [protected].
    I did receive 6 products on time however i am being cheated with the ither 3 products.
    The two pants which i received was differwnt from what i ordered. I have returned them and waiting for refund since 7 business days.
    The last product which was suppose to be delivered by 14th apr 2018 is yet to be delivered. There are no updates on it until today (17th apr 2018).
    Also the tracking id given by jabonh for ml courier service seems to be incorrect.

      Hello..

      First of all i want to know what does in transit non critical means?
      Then it is showing courier service:ml and a tracking id but ml courier service showing its invalid.
      Ml service wrote on their home page that 'we have no relation with jabong'.
      Now second question is why jabong showing their courier service ml as the ml one refused have any relations with them.

        Jabong has blocked my account [protected]@yahoo.co.in without any reason. I talked with customer care and they said risk department has blocked. I want my account open otherwise I will take legal action. More over I require information why they block it. Is there any term condition mentioned in their policy to block the account of anyone without any reason.

          I ordered a here and now blue printed maxi dress, which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljp3672393,
          This was shipped on 9th april of 2018, but still now i haven't received any update on the purchase.
          The item is shown to be shipped and arrived at the same location for more than 4 days now. Even ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid.

            I had ordered 3 items under order id [protected] which are as follows:-
            1) ether grey joggers
            2) blue saint round neck t shirt
            3) next black round nck t shirt
            On 29th of march, i was handed over 3 packages amounting to rs634, 229 and 634 respectively. When i opened the package i found out that 2 of my ordered items were correct i. E the ether joggers and the blue saint tshirt. To my surprise in my third package i found a jeans instead of black round t shrt. I hadn't ordered a jeans at all, then where from earth did it come from? Also the third package was exactly of the same amount as that of the black tshirt.
            Now the problem is i have paid for an item which i havent ordered and there isnt any means to place an return request.
            When i opened my account, i was shocked to see that my black shirt was not dispatched till date and the dispatch will be delayed. Today i contacted them they said the product has been. Cancelled from their side.
            This clearly shows that it is a case of mismanagement and there has been some sort problem at your level bcz i received just because it was of the same amount ie rs 634 and on the top of package had no message about the contents inside.

            Now all i want is to get the wrong product picked up and process my refund or else deliver my shirt for free because i have already paid the exact amount for the jeans.

            I expect a quick action from your side.

              I order three item whereas two of the products were delivered but one of the product was delayed due to delayed of delivery i cancel my order and i initiated fast refund from jabong team but the response of the team towards refund was very careless and where as i am un satisfied with jabong now it really not worth shopping anymore my orde number is [protected] and i want my refund fast but jabong team saying they need confirmation from courier service why the hell would i wait for confirmation whereas the product has already moved towards the warehouse this is really disappointing you should make fast refund you dont follow anything very careless company and poor service in regards to delivery whereas flipkart and myntra are far better than shopping in jabong i hope my message goes to higher authorities and they take this as serious issue towards online competition market

                The product was supposed to be delivered today and its not here yet. Jabong is never late for deliveries. This is so annoying because if the complaint is raised to jabong, it takes 7 days to get resolved . How will that even help after 7 days for me ? This is just pathetic and ignorant from your side. And complain department is just useless by the way.

                    I have purchased two jeans from jabong and i wanted to return one of them due to sizing issue, i cancelled the other one but the order came to me and i rejected it, from the past 4 days there is no status of my return pickup and the rejected order, customer service is of no help and are just asking me to wait instead of doing something to help, my money is stuck with them and no one cares to help

                      Order number [protected] was out for delivery but when it did not reach after the complaint also, they simply cancelled the order and initiated refund after about 25 days of the payment. The same item is available on their website for a higher amount now. How can the prepaid order be cancelled when I need the order and is still available on their website ji

                        While paying for the order id [protected] via PNB net banking the amount of the garment Rs. 1040 was deducted from my bank account but on your site, the order was first shown as failed transaction and later canceled. Please resolve this issue and kindly tell me when will my money be refunded. On Jabong's help section it is shown that for this type of issue the amount is refunded within 7 working days, I can't wait that long. So, please resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Thanks.

                          I am senior citizen from jalandhar (Punjab) and regular customer and have been receiving all my orders and without any problem. A usual i booked the order a few days back and yesterday i got a massage - your shipment will be delivered today tacking id mljc3188718-. It was followed by a call from a delivery man ([protected]) who asked my location which was told to him. Since there was no delivery, till 6:30 pm, i again called the delivery man, who told me to come to parkash bakery, jalandhar to get the delivery. When i told him this is not as per the terms of the company and more so i have been receiving all my shipments at my house address which is in the heart of the town, he was only rude and literally misbehaved with me and informed me that he is returning the shipment to the company as this is not my area. My only complaint is that if the company has any problem in delivery of the shipments, why it is not told beforehand so that we may deliver the shipment at my residence. Still i do not know the fate of my parcel.

                            Recently i have placed and order with jabong.Com
                            it was a cash on delivery order... So paid and collected the order.
                            After i opened the packet the product was different than the one shown in the website... So mailed them the pic of the product and they arranged a pick up ... After the pick up was completed .. There was no response from them...So when i enquired they said that they cannot proceed the refund as there was no payment made when the product was delivered.
                            I got a call from the courier company and they asked the same i said i have made the payment
                            after that i have made many enquries with jabong and they said that as the payment was not made so they cannot return

                            if i have not paid how come they gave me a cash on delivery product and they did not make any enquiry with me about the payment ...Only when i raised a return request they realised that the payment was not made

                            when i asked them about this they said the delivery guy mistakenly forgot to collect the cash... If they have done that how come they didn't know for the following days and didn'tn complain at the address

                            so i would request you to plz see to the matter as i am facing the consequences of their fault aslo after i have made the payment

                              I ordered 3 tshirts from jabong... Firts one is damaged 2nd one is ok and the third one was not the same i ordered... I ordered a blue polo tshirt costs 280rs... And they sent me 180 rs round neck tshirt this is just rubbishh... I just got one thing i will never ever trust on jabong... It was my first order and this happend... This is very disappointing..

                                I ordered 2 pair of shoes frim jabong which got delivered to me ob 5th march. I returned 1 pair and kept 1 pair of reebok arcade runner lp black running shoes for rs 1848. Within 15 days of ysage, shoes got torn from above and not in condition to wear anymore. This is not expected from good brand reebok or may be they were not genuine. Kindly look into the matter asap.

                                    I raised a request with jabong for 9 footwears of brand carlton london costing rs 9500inr. (Prepaid order)
                                    However when i received the packet it had some different stuff (A denim top costing rs 700inr) in it & they were claiming that i have received my 9 footwears.
                                    When i raised a complaint for the same they said they will check there cameras and blah blah things and registered a complain id
                                    However after 2 days they said that they have delivered the packets from there end.
                                    It is a big scam from there end, they have kept my money & my footwears too. Giving me a loss of 9500inr
                                    It is such a big irresponsibility from there end that they have not delivered me my packet & not even ready to give me refund
                                    They have transferred the case to risk department and again came with same resolution which is 100% not acceptable as i have not received my products

                                    They are thiefs.. They do this with orders of big amount
                                    So i would like a register a complaint against them

                                        I ordered for some products from jabong. I had changed my mobile number on the jabong site but this change was not propagated to the shipping address. I tried to get the contact details of the courier service, ml logistics, but jabong claims that they don't have the contact details. (I find it so hard to believe that you would send your packages through a logistics company whose contact number you don't know!!)
                                        The ml courier service partially delivered the order but the rest of the order stands canceled. How do i contact this ml logistics company? They have no presence online and jabong's customer service is unhelpful.
                                        Exasperated, i now activated my old mobile number and requested if jabong can ask the logistics company to try delivery one more time. Again they said they cannot help.
                                        They must be educated to handle scenarios like this. Anything that is out of the ordinary, they are unable to handle.
