Ongoing issue with the delivery of my products:
1. Order: [protected] date: sun 31st dec 8:22 pm
Order has been cancelled as the delivery team could not deliver the product. Address was the same for previous 2 orders prior that
Spoke to customer care team when the order was reatttempted for next 24 hours, they assured me that i would get.
I spoke to delivery service guy, says he cannot deliver.
Next day when i checked order was cancelled and my refund was generated which is non sense.

2. Order: [protected] my current order.
Same delivery is being handled, order reattempted to deliver, spoke with the chat team. Assured that i would get. Hoping i would get.
If this order gets cancelled too, then i will post on facebook.

    Order number:[protected], continuously following up with jabong and bank of Baroda for the refund but still the issue is not resolved. On jabong it shows the amount is refunded on 11th feb but till now also credit is not reflecting in my credit card. Worst experience ever. All other websites do refund the amt and it hardly takes a week for the refund to come but this is not the case for jabong. Kindly resolve the issue or else ill write abt it on all the social media. This service is really pathetic on part of such a renowned website. Expecting ua revert at the earliest.

      I had a buy a nike thong flip flops from jabong which starts broken in just 20 days so i write a mail to jabong they asked me for the snapshots so i send them but everytime time i asked them they said they send it to the relevant department even i wrote mail to the chief mannager but did not get any solution such a pathetic experience from jabong order no:[protected]

      I'm trying to return the product but pick up options are not available in pin code . The product it seems in site is not actually is. First time experience is bad with jabong.The brand it showing in the picture is fake in real . There is no guarantee in product brand. It seems first copy of the brand .

        Have been speaking to jabong customer care for the past few days but no help regarding my order. I placed my order accidentally registered on the old number when i realised that i immediately called the customer care at jabong to update the new number but they said they can't do it on the order already placed. So i asked them to give me the number of the courier company that has my order they said they can't provide me with that details, then i asked for an address of the courier company so i can go personally and collect my order they said they cant provide me with that either. My complain number is 58405456. It says on the app that delivery attempts have been made several time but no one has ever come to deliver even once all i see is updates from them saying attempted but in real no attempts. I want my parcel coz i have no more patience to deal with this. When i call ml courier gurgaon they said they are not tied up with jabong that means it's a fraud and i have been cheated with my order.

          It's been more than a month since the above complaint yet i've not received any resolution. I've received multiple calls from you guys and every single time i've to repeat the same things to the customer care executive and the customer care executive will provide a lip service saying that they will get back to me and that they will help me. But it's not happening.

          1) i'd issues with the logistics partner and the field executive who had zero communication skills and would cut the call in the middle of the conversation. He didn't know abc of courier service.

          2) i asked the field executive to take 2 signs since i's returning 2 orders from 2 different sites, yet the executive said 1 sign is sufficient. How do you expect me to provide return receipt or digital return confirmation?

          3) i called the field executive multiple times asking him to check that 2 orders were picked up yet he would say yes and cut the call abruptly.

          Thanks to your logistic partner who didn't know even abc of courier services and who had zero communication skills, thanks to you for doing business with such horrible logistics partner, i've been victimized. Never going to order from you guys ever again.

            I have ordered a cap from jabong and got a tracking no mljp3241238 and courier service ml. Now, it isnt even clarified that ml is myntra logistics or ml express courier. Anyway, we can't track with this tracking no at any of these sites. So, why do you even provide a tracking number, if there is no specific place to track the order. This ml courier issue is very common to all users as i have found after searching about it. This is very irresponsible act by such a big e-commerce site like jabong, that this issue has prevailed for months.

              I wouldn't call this a complaint per se.

              I haven't updated my number on jabong (My mistake) and accidentally ordered something and paid on-line. I just want the courier person to call me on my correct number which i have updated now.

              I send an e-mail to their customer service, blunt response with they couldn't do anything about it. I just want my product. Maybe i have misunderstood the meaning of "customer service"

                I requested for the product return 3 weeks ago but did not get any response till date. No mails no calls nothing. Am waiting anxiously for the response so that i can return the product.. If return is not possible, i am even ready to exchange that product with another but in any case i cannot keep that product.. Highly disappointed!! Crap and waste of money. Never purchase it again if this does not resolve. I have my number registered with jabong but still it being claimed as unregistered...

                  This was shipped on 28th february of 2017, when i am trying to track my order through ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid.

                  The tracking number provided for my order is showing invalid and also the ML courier service says that they doesn't have any relation with jabong. I hope to get my order without any difficulties at the mentioned time frame.

                    I have placed a order from jabong site and got worst product. Nothing is matching what i have ordered, color is not matched size is not matched even i the quality is not matched as per my expectation. I had raised a return request on 24th feb and still the item is not picked up by delivery executive. Once the delivery executive refuse to accept my items and go away after giving a foolish reason. I want to return the product and my money back into my account because this is my hard earning money which i don’t want loose.

                      I bought one top for my daughter and paid by Phonepe APP but my daughter didnot like it so i returned it. Return Id is 57752893.Payment was done "cash on delivey" but now jabong is not giving the refund and asking for bank details which i am not comfortable and as i read on the internet that i should not share my bank details. So i had a word with customer care manager name Suraj. He denied to refund without getting the bank details due to new policy change whereas i donot have this issue with other sites like Amazon, myntra, flipkart etc.

                      I wanted to sue this company so they can stop looting so many people. Any help will be appreciated and if we can do anything to raise the voice and also to educate other people to avoid this site for any shopping.

                        Shopping with jabong is headache. They don't refund ur money until u beg for it. They are least bother for customer. They promise to call u but they don't give u call. Each customer care executive is cheater. They don't resolve ur problem just will speak to you big big words. I have not got refund of my order which i cancelled, more than a month over pursuing them. U have to break ur head once u shop with jabong.

                          This is the second time i am writing this complaint. I have initiated a return request on 26th feb -18. The courier partner did not come to pick the item till now but when i called jabong they are telling that it has been updated in the system as "not ready to hand over". Now my question is that when i have raised the request why the hell i won't be ready with the item? How can they update such wrong information in the system? Such irresponsible behavior from a brand like jabong was unexpected. I want a resolution and my money back without any further delay.

                            I had ordered a sangria kurta from jabong but the quality of the material is so damn poor that it will turn in one wash.                               There's a new rogue courier service that operates in shimla (Hp) that's allegedly bringing down the service of jabong. The courier tracking phone number provided never seems to be on. By the morning the customers receive a message that the courier is out for delivery and by the evening another message of a failed delivery! Jabong needs to rectify the failure of the courier service provider.

                                I bought a pair of vans in october and it got torn in 4 months. I really trusted jabong in terms of quality. I really believe that i got 1st copy shoes from you because vans would never deliver this kind of pair. Whenever i've bought vans from stores i've wore them for seasons and this is the first time that i've got defected piece from vans from your store. I kindly want you to get this pair exchanged or you are going to lose a customer.

I corresponded via mails but only assurance has been given, no concrete action has been taken yet. It’s being more than 15 days but Jabong hasn’t refunded my money.

                                  Jabong team is not refunding my money and every time they say that issue has been escalated to team. Insensitive and arrogant people. Neither they have delivered the product nor they are refunding my money. I can’t understand what kind of team is looking for what kind of solution. They are claiming that they have delivered my product in jalandhar but fact is I m in Delhi. They don’t have any concrete evidence that product has been delivered.
                                  It’s Pathetic and irritating.
                                  I am going to send them legal notice soon.
                                  I have received a jabong voucher in my mail id of RS. 500. While applying that during the check out at jabong It was showing as "Voucher code has expired" but i can see in the mail the expiry date is 31st of March 2018. Can you please look into this issue?

                                    I had ordered new balance running shoes from jabong for which i received a tracking id of ml courier services and when i tracked the shipment on their website, it says invalid awb no. Further, the courier website also has a disclaimer saying - we are not related to jabong!

                                    Can someone let me know if the shoes have been shipped? If yes, please provide tracking id?

                                      The thing here is, people would find here that jabong replies to the complaints for which the article is not delivered. Here on this website though the customer care attends the call, and provides uselees solutions.
                                      But once you buy something from jabong and return it, god knows why all the problem related to refund transfer happens to them. If you buy something from myntra flipkart or any other online website, they dont face any such issue.

                                      Tired of this company, this has happened with me for god knows how many time. That s why me and many other people i know has sufferd from this and stopped shopping from jabong.

                                      Jabong should look into this matter, as anyway how much they will cheat people. It would be ultimately loss for the co.

On 15th feb 2018 4:20 pm i placed a order of m size nike as m nk dry acdmy track wear (Packege of 1 track pant & 1 track jacket) from your jabong mobile application from my phone with prepaid payment option. You mentioned the delivery date 22th feb 2018 but you order is late also

                                        today on 26th feb 2018 at 2:15 pm i recieved my packege and open it while making a video from my phone camera o[censored]npacking the order packege, when i opened it i got only 1 track jacket , yes, "1 track pant is missing". You sent me 1 track jacket only without the track pant.

                                        i have also a video proof o[censored]npacking video and some screenshot picture details of your application's order details. I attached them all with this mail.

                                        so please sir send me my same order's track pant or give this track jacket also back and send me again with complete parts please.
