    I had bought (Order ID: [protected]) of Jeans and wanted to exchange it due to size issue.

    But there is no pick up from my area although they have delivered the item at my place.

    When Jabong customer care is contacted they asked me to self-ship it to “Gurgaon Location/warehouse” which is so far from my place (Approx 400 Km), I spent the lot of time to sort this thing out. Its just so unprofessional of them. If they can deliver products at one place, they should also be available for pickup. Even if they can't, they should atleast notify the customer that pickup for this product is not available before the customer makes a purchase. Now i don't know how will i get my shirts returned.

    This is very bad, & look you are cheating with us.

    If i don't get this issue resolved within reasonable time i will be forced to publish my grievance so other customers will be saved from this agony.

      I have ordered a product and i wanted to return it. I followed all the steps but it keeps saying "error in return initiation" every time.

      For last 4 days, i am trying to return one item from my order number [protected] and always getting this error message.

      This error is showing in both computer and in the mobile app.
      Please solve this before my 15 day limit is over.

        I ordered a product from jabong site on 11 feb 2018. It was supposed to dispatch by 14th feb and deliver by 21th feb. On 16th feb i got msg from jabong saying that product dispatch is postponed to 17th feb. But till 18th the product was not dispatched. I called jabong team and filed complaint on 18th, they said they wil soon dispatch it. I waited for next whole day but in vain. On 20th feb i once again called jabong to enquire. They said it will be dispatched asap. On 21st feb morning i recieved a msg saying that my order is cancelled and refund is initiated. But i did not cancel the order. Jabong itself cancelled it. I called jabong team for the 3rd time and enquired but they are saying it is technical issues and the product is out of stock. But it is not showing out of stock on the site. It is still available for purchase. I urgently needed that particular product for usage on 23rd night. Now it is not possible for me to look for similar product on same or different site and order it once again as it would require another week to deliver it. Jabong has wasted my 10 precious days by showing such a level of negligency. Had they informed me in prior about the problem i could have cancelled the order on my own and ordered it elsewhere. By now i could have even recieved the product. I demand for an compensation from jabong in addition to the refund for causing me so much distress, inconvenience and for wasting my time.

        After everything they have provided me a worthless 10% discount sorry voucher as compensation. But it is useless to me. The same product is available on their site but they are not ready to re order it for me.

          I have ordered a Brown leather jacket and then later one Grey jeans and got different, old, used, dirty product and after raising the complain they said it will be closed in 5 days but even 5days they are saying it is in pogress. Two consecutive cheating from Jabong and they are trying to steal my money by not taking any action on my complaints. They promise to close the complain in 5days but after 5 days they start their investigation. They said they asked seller and right product was sent, let me know which thief says he is a thief. Jabong making me mad by stealing my money. Such a thief people Jabong.

            I ordererd a nike shoe from jabong. But wanted a different color and i raised a request of exchange but exchange of color was not an option so to get a call i did put size as a reason and raised with the different size.

            Later on i cancelled the request within 3 minutes of time as soon as i spoke to the customer executive which simply denied tht he wont b of any help neither sikha who was available on freechat.

            I have been a sincere customer of jabong from past 5 yrs when it started but getting this tpye of response was never expected.
            And i never asked for something beyond your limits.

            Hope to seek the solution to it.

            This simply affects the trust over the company

              I ordered a pair of woodland khaki floaters worth of 1410, which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljc2666517,
              This was shipped on 19th february of 2018, but still now i haven't received any update on the purchase. On tracking my product in ml courier services it's showing as wrong tracking id..
              Resolve the issue as soon as possible or else i do cancel my product in case there is no response from your customer service.

                    I was trying to return my order because of its quality issue. But i am unable to provide the pick up address because there is no pick up from that pin code. So i tried for the self shipping process, but there is no space for providing the drop in address. I am fed up with this site as it is not comfortable. I am now unable to return my order. Even i cant proceed with the self ship option... Too bad.

                      I placed order for three items on 28th january 2018 order no. [protected] (Awb no.[protected] i received two items on time but one of them is still not delivered it shows in transit all the time and in track more it shows status is not available for this awb.
                      In short i have no information about the product. I put a mail in the same mail id from where i received order status mail from jabong but don't got any satisfactory mail.
                      I wondered there is no method of communication to jabong. That was may first and last time trusting jabong
                      Shameful and unreliable.

                        I have ordered cross clog and it's flip flop for about 1800 and the payment was paid on 25th january on jabong. The gave me the delivery date 10 february and than said product is delayed it will be delivered you buy 12 february and after this they said the product is delayed one more time and it will be delivered buy 15 february and till now it is not delivered and the last update is of 10 february on tracking page i have also talked to jabong customer care team but they are not doing anything about this.                         i am a regular customer to Jabong yet have to bear rude behavior of pick up boy.

                        Working class can`t sit at home and wait for pick up person to come .

                        By taking the pick up Jabong is not doing any favour.

                        Customers do pay for everything.

                          D refund was initiated on 8feb n it’s 18th feb n i have nt received d refund amount yet the customer care no is chargeable... Most of the sites provide toll free no?? Who is gng to refund the amount of my call charges?? N the executive knows nothing.. Even if wud have resolved d prob i wud happy with d call charges.. Who is responsible for the inconvenience caused??? How m i gonna trust this site again with my money??

                              I would like to inform you that i have made placed order#[protected] on 25th jan through credit card ending 6950 and requested later for exchange on 28th jan, which had created new exchange order#[protected], for which there was no additional cash paid because there was no amount difference in previous order and exchange order.

                              Asking for customer bank details does not make any sense when the customer has paid using credit card. Your policy for refund for exchange order is completely, illogical in the case where the full amount was paid using credit card and there is no cash transaction done on exchange.

                              I would like to tell you that your exchange and refund policy is a loophole and against credit card policy for the people to get money in their account and utilize free of interest.

                              There are two reason for not providing bank details:
                              1. There is no cash payment done from my side, hence there is no need of bank details
                              2. It is my right and decision to provide my confidential details to jabong or not and jabong can not force me for their illogical policies.

                              I am again requesting you to refund my amount to same credit card which was used to make the payment and please do not ask for my bank details.

                                I am a new user of Jabong and I have ordered my first product from here.
                                I ordered on 10.02.2018 and the promised delivery date is 16.02.2018.
                                From 12.02.2018, the package is present in Mumbai and no further process is being followed.
                                It's been 4 days since the package has been in Mumbai.

                                The AWB number shared to track ML courier services, is showing invalid id.

                                I have done the payment in full. And also mailed the customer care about the same. Now, they say that the courier will be delivered on 18.02.2018 which is Sunday(As I have opted for Office delivery ) but it is not getting reflected in their site/app.

                                ML Services customer guy is abruptly dropping the call.

                                    I have ordered next black jacket but instead of that jabong sent next white neck t-shirt.
                                    After 15 days they delivered different product.
                                    Requested same product that i have ordered, but they mentioning they ll refund the money.
                                    But i don't want money, i want same product i ordered.
                                    This is unfair by jabong. They are makeing fraud to customers.
                                    I want my original product : next black jacket.

                                      This is so sad and frustrating at the same time, that they have delivery to my place (Trivandrum city) but no pickup service or is this a dirty trick to sell old clothes to people so that once the clothes reached they cannot return it. The worst part is i cannot even self ship it. I have received some old clothes and need to return it immediately. Hope my problem will be resolved soon. Thanks

                                        The product that was ordered was shoes size 45eur/11uk. Received opened on the box mentioned size 45 but the product inside checked the size is 41/7 complained same time they said will be resolved with in 5 days send pictures. I send the pictures to them same time with complete details and also send email but after 5 days they say refund will take more 3 days to pick the product once reached warehouse will check and after that 2 more working days.
