Dear sir,
I have ordered 2 trousers and 1 saree through Jabong website. courier boy gave the bag on[protected], Odrer ID: [protected].
I paid the full amount and opened the bag in front of the courier boy as the bag is light in weight. The bag consists of only one saree and there is no trousers. I got a message that i have received 3 items.So, I took a signature of courier service manager on the letter and sent to Jabong customer care email on[protected].
Jabong officials taken my complaint, they took 10 days to investigate upon the so many emails from my side. Jabong officials called me on[protected], stating that everything is fine from their side i.e. they have dispatched 3 items and saying that they don't return my amount or send 2 trousers to me.
They are saying that they are closing my complaint.
I don't know how they will close my complaint without tracing my 2 trousers. Then i met the courier service manager, he is saying that Jabong officials didn't inquiry about this incident. So, I am taking this into consumer court.
I have attached my emails to the customer care, letter and Invoice of my order.
Please do the needful and justice.

Today received message for the placed order that the parcel will be delivered today on the mentioned address. But when called to the concerned delivery person he said that parcel will be delivered tomorrow.
Why such miscommitment was made regarding the order??
