I had ordered shoes from Jabong on 29th Jan '18 which got delivered to me on 5th Feb but was too small that I couldn't even try and didn't look good as shown in the site. When I tried returning it back, I was getting an error saying pick up service isn't available for this address.
I called the customer care executive and they told me that pick up service isn't available in Kerala (my current location).
If they cannot pick up the products from the places as their logistic services aren't available then why do they even allow us to order (should throw an error that delivery to so and so place isn't available) or they should mention the places where the pick up will not be available to their customers in case if any.
This is purely misleading us as they show that the returns/exchanges are hassle free. I stay in a hostel and new to this place, which is very difficult for people like us to look for places just to return a thing, that too within 10 days. They don't understand their customer's concern, this is really very upsetting. I am never going to order anything from jabong until this issue is resolved within 10 days asap.

    I purchased a product from jabong.com and returned it on jan 22. They promised to refund my money within 5-7 working days. It's been 14 days! I called them 5-6 times. Every time they promise transfer the amount and send me the refund transaction details within 48 hrs. It's been 5 days since they promised. Still no transaction details and no refund!

    Today received message for the placed order that the parcel will be delivered today on the mentioned address. But when called to the concerned delivery person he said that parcel will be delivered tomorrow.

    Why such miscommitment was made regarding the order??

      I had ordered a gini & jony dress on 26th january 2018. The delivery date promised was 1st february. Since then, the delivery date has been postponed 4 times and the latest one shows that it will be delivered by 6th february which is very unlikely as the product has not even been shipped by the seller yet. Calling their customer care is useless as all they've mugged up is that the complaint has been received. I want the product asap as i've to gift it to someone before 9th february. Please ensure it is delivered at the earliest.

      I had ordered a gini & jony dress on 26th january 2018. It was shipped on 30th january from bangalore. Even after 6 days, it is still showing the same status as what it was showing that day. I've been provided with a tracking number, but the website of the shipping company shows that the provided code is invalid. The customer care is useless and doesn't help at all. All they say is that they've noted my complaint, but nothing happens even after that. I've to gift this product to someone, please nake sure it reaches me at the earliest.

        I ordered three shirts from jabong. I want to return one shirt because its too small for me. But it its showing there is no pick up location in my area. I tried almost all pincodes in trivandrum district. None of the pincodes were working.
        Then i went with the option of self shipping, but there i can't find any self ship address to ship the product.
        If they are not able to pick up or return the product then why they are showing their return policies in a big way to attract people?
        I purchased for around 11000 rupees in this christmas season. I sent a mail to jabong, but no reply came.
        I will not refer jabong to anyone further.

            I ordered a pair of reebok transit runner 2.0 black running shoes, which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljp2541198,
            This was shipped on 29th jan of 2018, but still now i haven't received any update on the purchase.
            The item is shown to be shipped and arrived at the same location for more than 3 days now. Even ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid.

                I have ordered a product and i wanted to return it. I followed all the steps but it keeps saying "error in return initiation" every time.

                For last 4 days, i am trying to return one item from my order number [protected] and always getting this error message.

                This error is showing in both computer and in the mobile app.
                Please solve this before my 15 day limit is over.

                  I paid twice for the same product Karen millen watch & that is 4462rs which is not returned even after expiry of 7days. I placed order on 25th Jan and while I was placing order for the 1st it suddenly goes out of stock and with the completion of transaction it is debited to jabong.Then after few minutes the product again displayed in the stock and then again I paid for it.
                  But money which was deducted while I was first placing order is not returned till yet.When I complain to the customer care they are saying jabong doesn't receive that amount it might be stuck at the payment gateway but I have all the details with the account statement as well as mail which shows that I paid twice for the same product to the jabong which is successfully debited & not returned till yet.

                      This was shipped on 23rd January of 2018, when i am trying to track my order through ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid.

                      This is very frustrating as, I don't have any idea about my package :(

                        Dear sir,
                        I have ordered 2 trousers and 1 saree through Jabong website. courier boy gave the bag on[protected], Odrer ID: [protected].

                        I paid the full amount and opened the bag in front of the courier boy as the bag is light in weight. The bag consists of only one saree and there is no trousers. I got a message that i have received 3 items.So, I took a signature of courier service manager on the letter and sent to Jabong customer care email on[protected].

                        Jabong officials taken my complaint, they took 10 days to investigate upon the so many emails from my side. Jabong officials called me on[protected], stating that everything is fine from their side i.e. they have dispatched 3 items and saying that they don't return my amount or send 2 trousers to me.
                        They are saying that they are closing my complaint.

                        I don't know how they will close my complaint without tracing my 2 trousers. Then i met the courier service manager, he is saying that Jabong officials didn't inquiry about this incident. So, I am taking this into consumer court.

                        I have attached my emails to the customer care, letter and Invoice of my order.

                        Please do the needful and justice.

                          I ordered a saree in jabong. Today i got it. Im not satisfied with the quality that i expected. So i tried to return it. They said return procedure is very easy. But i felt it's very worst and pathetic. When they said no pick up option in my area, i tried to choose self shipment. But there is no shipping address. I think it is very pathetic &disappointment. What shall i do??

                            I ordered catwalk sandal from jabong. After delivery of the product i tried to return it as i was not comfortable due to the fit issues. When i initiated return jabong says that i need to self ship the item, but no option is available in their website. I send a mail to customer care stating the issue, but dint get any reply so far. If they can not pick up return, it should have mentioned while ordering the product or they should provide the option to self ship in their website. My order id [protected].

                              I have been booked one shoe from jabong, but due to size issue it is not fit. So i decided to return my product, but the site showing that there is no pickup for the entered pin code, and showing an option of self shipment, but it cant be selected. I dont know how to return my product, and it is very bad to charging the posting charges from our end.

                                I was trying to return my order because of its size issue. But i am unable to provide the pick up address because there is no pick up from that pin code. So i tried for the self shipping process, but there is no space for providing the drop in address. I am fed up with this site.. Please resolve this issue asap.

                                Please do the needful.. Otherwise i will be approaching consumer court...

                                  I placed an order for a shirt and trouser with jabong.com with tracking id mljc2220067 on 25th of january, 2018 and my order has been shipped on 27th of jan, 2018 through ml courier but when i tried to track my order on ml courier website, it showed that they have no relation with jabong. I couldn't understand how can a courier partner say this? I m confused!

                                    I placed an order on jan 27th 2018 and i got message that the item has been shipped on 29th jan 2018 ml courier service. When i enter the tracking id mljp2504533 on the courier site, it says that the id is not valid. Even when i tired to contact to one of the person from ml express he is saying that they don't have any connection with jabong. Than why you are mentioned their to make people fool.
                                    Please help me soon with this actually i need the product for one of my function.

                                    Refunds are supposed to be cleared in max to max 7-10 days but it's more than 12 days yet none of my refunds are done.. 3 kurtis refunds are pending when will I get those?? Details of my returns are given below.

                                      I ordered a shirt of size small a couple of weeks ago through jabong but received size large. Since i had a function and liked the piece i ordered it again but i was very disappointed again with the wrong size delivery. Then i tried to return the products but came to know that there is no pickup points anywhere in the city. Even tried to self ship but the app itself is showing "error in return initiation". How can you then provide the product of your site if you don't have proper return service from the city? You guys simply act irresponsible by delivering the wrong product twice.. It's actually a complete customer dissatisfaction. I loved the app for a while but never ever will make a purchase or recommend it to others after this experience of mine. This is very bad!!
                                      I need my money back asap!!

                                        The money got deducted from my card but on jabong i can see my order as 'failed transaction'.
