I had ordered a pair of puma shoes which were supposed to be delivered on 26th jan 2018 but they seem to be stuck at ml courier since last two days.
No tracking details or contact/customer support were shared since last 2 days
Tracking id - mljp2347877 given is supposedly invalid as per the ml courier site.
Also i have made the payment for the order, i have the order id too for the same.
Please help

If i ask something like process, the way he speaks is tooo irresponsible .

    I ordered 9 products on 23, december'2017, order no: [protected] from account is [protected]@gmail.com. Out of which 7 were delivered according to the bill but only 6 products were found. These products were delivered on 27, december'2017. Missing product is maybelline-clean express total clean makeup remover. I complained right away, i called customer care on the same day of delivery.

    They asked me to mail the pictures of package and than i waited and i again called on january 1 2018, they said you ll get a call back. They didnt notify me on anything, no complaint number, no text nothing. I did get a call saying we solved the issue, i said forward the complaint i file legal complaint as you take no responsiblity o[censored]ndelivered product. I asked for the complaint number, gave me a ticket id with my forwarded complaint: ticket id 54520257. They said i ll get a call back in 4-5 days. I didnt get a call back, i called again on janaury 10, 2018. They said there is no solution, again raised a complaint and suggested will get a call back in 4-5 days, i didnt.

    I called today, they forwarded my call to superiors and they said we cant do anything about it.. I warned them about going to court, they said you can.

    I called 5 times in total, getting reassured that i ll get a call back about my product but did'nt, no response at all. This is final warning, if i dont get any response or my product in 10 days i m going to district consumer forum and file a legal complaint and will inform media as well.

    You have exploited a customer, a common man. I will show you common man can do now. You only priority should customers and its not.

    Hi, I'm also facing the same issue. I have ordered 3 and I received only 2. one id missing. delivery agent has abducted my product. and their is no response from customer care, Whenever I call them, They say that issue will be resolved in 7 days. I only got pod details that contain that delivery has been done, but i didn't receive the product. Jabong is such a worst site I have ever shopped Online.

      I ordered 9 items on 23 december 2017 from jabong, and i recieved 6 products on the time of delivery but jabong says that they delivered 7 products.. I got the bill of the missing product in with the bill of other bills of rest of the 6 products.

      I complained right away, they didnt respond, the products were prepaid.

      I complained three times after that, each after 4-5 days and 1 today itself.

      They say they have resolved the issue, its not their problem. I even said i file a legal complaint against you, but no response.

      They said we have seen our video footage the product has been sent, but they are not ready to show their footage..

        After adding products into my wish list i tried to buy it. But when i try to add them to my kart, what i get is the message that i can't buy the products till today 8:30 pm. When i try to open kart/bag it says "its #swagornothing with the biggest discount and even bigger deals" i tried with other products also. Some of them became out of stock now. What will i do?

            Sir mujhe har 5 min pe 4-5 person ke call aa rahe hein ki mein consumer complaint me se bol raha hoon aur uske pass meri sari details hein order no aur return id no. aur mujhse bol rahe hein ki apka refund mein kara raha hoon mujhe apka debit-credit card ka no aur sari details cvv aur sab do aur usme 5000 rs hone chahiye.

                Your payment method with regards to debit card seems to be horrible. My money has been detected thrice and still the payment is not successful, please refund the money asap. This is a huge problem which needs to be solved immediately as many people in the past have complained about this issue too but seems like nothing as been solved yet. Will not order again.

                    Hi,
                    I had ordered a pair of catwalk flats from jabong. However they were sligthly small, and hence i initiated a return/refund request.

                    The return has been initiated on 17th january 2018, however i still havent received my refund.

                    This is a ridiculously lengthy refund time and now i am worried if my money will be refunded at all. Also when i called your customer care, the executive did not have correct information and kept on arguing with me when i tried to correct him.

                    And that is when i lost my cool, and he then disconnected the call.

                      I had purchased "brown derby boots", lee cooper from jabong of size uk 10. Unfortunately it's large for me. I need the size uk 9. I tried for return on the same day, but none of the pincodes including my purchase address pincode is working. This is so uncomfortable for a customer to try every pincode the state has. This shows jabongs lack of consideration to whatever they claim as easy return options.
                      Many people might end up not returning the product feeling helpless. But am gonna make sure you guys will face the consequences if you continue to play this unethical strategies of sales.
                      Make sure you rectify this problem at the earliest.

                        I ordered 2 products from jabong whose order id is-[protected]. 1) alcott blue washed low rise slim fit jeans 2) french connection underwear pack of 2 blue solid trunks with contrast waistband. Firstly jabong.com didn't deliver the right products and so i initiated for return. And now when the return is already over they are failing in providing my money. Tha order was returned on 6th of january 2018 and till date the money is pending. I keep on calling them and they only say that give us more time. The total amount was 2232rs whereas they only returned me 1938rs. And when i highlighted the matter they said that 1 order is left for pickup. So i gave them all the acknowledgment slip of the pickup when they asked for the same. And still they haven't returned my remaining money.

                              Over 3 months, I have tried explaining jabong team that received casual shoes is a fake to this extent that a simple stroke of brush makes white wrinkles and surface cracks and powder/dust cones out.. now a brown shoes with white 3 cm growing patches.. just even without using.. unbelievable. Images were shared, video was shared, a genuine leather certificate was requested, you just brushed off. Wasted considerable amount of time and lot of agitation in mind. How people could be so insensitive. It's high time jabong to review cases like this or step out of online business.

                                    I had ordered a product and requested return. Someone from jabong came to my home directly, collected the product and told me that i will get the refund processed. Pickup was done on 25th dec.

                                    Now despite numerous complains, jabong has not refunded or provided details. They have not shared details of investigation done. Sending someone unknown to collect or to deliberately share address, order details etc means putting me and my family at risk of being harmed.

                                    As jabong has clearly violated all norms, i would be filing a lawsuit for data theft, putting me and my family including my young daughter in harm's way.

                                      This is regarding order id [protected] placed on 10th dec17 for which the return request was initiated on 19th dec17.

                                      A reverse pick up was done on 20th dec morning by a courier agent for which acknowlgment slips were provided that was misplaced by me. For the same request i had received 2 more calls from different courier agents and i informed that the package of 5 articles was already picked up.

                                      After a week when the refund was not initiated i called up customer care to inform them about the incident.

                                      It’s been almost 20 days that i have still not received any information regarding the status of my return and the refund has not been initiated.

                                      I fail to understand that once the pick up is done how come it is not a hassle free process and more so it is a harassment for the customer. Even after 2 complaints i’ve not received any communication from the customer care, no call backs from their end and no resolution to say the least.

                                      It has become a customers onus to follow up till the refund is received. This is absolutely bogus and horrible that the jabong doesn’t have trusted courier agents, as they pick up and don’t return back the items.

                                      Moreover my order id is yet not updated and shows “return initiated” as can be seen in the attached screenshot. This is a lax attitude and the most disgusting customer experience.

                                      I want a quick resolution and refund for my order. I fail to understand that a competitor like myntra doesn’t provide slips and still never fails to refund money in case of any return.

                                      I would request for a early resolution to this matter as the amount involved is quite high. Rs 4, 947.
