I had ordered a pair of puma shoes which were supposed to be delivered on 26th jan 2018 but they seem to be stuck at ml courier since last two days.
No tracking details or contact/customer support were shared since last 2 days
Tracking id - mljp2347877 given is supposedly invalid as per the ml courier site.
Also i have made the payment for the order, i have the order id too for the same.
Please help...

I ordered 9 products on 23, december'2017, order no: [protected] from account is [protected]@gmail.com. Out of which 7 were delivered according to the bill but only 6 products were found. These products were delivered on 27, december'2017. Missing product is maybelline-clean express total clean makeup remover. I complained right away, i called customer care on the same day of delivery.

I ordered 9 items on 23 december 2017 from jabong, and i recieved 6 products on the time of delivery but jabong says that they delivered 7 products.. I got the bill of the missing product in with the bill of other bills of rest of the 6 products.

I have ordered for a crocs flip flop 24 th dec 2017 and done upfront payment. My order no ([protected]) thru ml courier no (Mljp1894541). Even after a month i didn't receive my order. I raised a complaint on 13th jan, i was assured that the issue will be sorted out in 7 days. Again im following from 20th thru cus care, they keep on asking time. Ridiculous......

Your payment method with regards to debit card seems to be horrible. My money has been detected thrice and still the payment is not successful, please refund the money asap. This is a huge problem which needs to be solved immediately as many people in the past have complained about this issue too but seems like nothing as been solved yet. Will not order again....

I have iedereen a bag on 2nd January 18. It was suppose to be delivered on 11th January. Was not arrived. Again it was rescheduled on 15th and again on 17th. But till date, neither it has been delivered nor having any further information.

I had ordered a pair of catwalk flats from jabong. However they were sligthly small, and hence i initiated a return/refund request.

The return has been initiated on 17th january 2018, however i still havent received my refund.

I had purchased "brown derby boots", lee cooper from jabong of size uk 10. Unfortunately it's large for me. I need the size uk 9. I tried for return on the same day, but none of the pincodes including my purchase address pincode is working. This is so uncomfortable for a customer to try every pincode the state has. This shows jabongs lack of consideration to whatever they claim as easy return options.

I had ordered a product and requested return. Someone from jabong came to my home directly, collected the product and told me that i will get the refund processed. Pickup was done on 25th dec.

Now despite numerous complains, jabong has not refunded or provided details. They have not shared details of investigation done. Sending someone unknown to collect or to deliberately share address, order details etc means putting me and...
