I have placed prepaid order on 21 dec 2017 (Order no [protected]) and it is still not delivered. I have been chasing the jabong team for last 20 days but no update. I have written multiple mails and called multiple times but no resolution. I am really frustrated.

I am regular customer on jabong but this worst experience. Going forward, i won't buy anything from jabong and will restrain others from buying.
Jabong.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have ordered a product and i wanted to return it. I followed all the steps but it keeps saying "error in return initiation" every time.

Tried a lot of times. Please do look into this.

    Sir, this is saptarsi mallick, an account holder o[censored]bi, garhbeta branch. My account no is[protected].
    I had online shopping at 11:37 pm on 15.01.2018. When i was making the online payment of 273.28/-, first time the payment was failed, and then i did the payment second time. But i got a message of deduction of 546.56/-.
    So extra 273.28/- has been deducted from my account unnecessarily.
    So, i am requesting you to look into this problem and kindly try to return my money as soon as possible

      Order number 96573. I regularly purchase shoes online from Jabong.com. This time I ordered a pair of Nike shoes. The order number is 96573. The product was delivered to me on 15.01.2018. Once I opened the package, I found that the shoes were duplicate. I immediately applied for a refund and will never ever buy branded products from Jabong again.

      Reason for duplicate - 1. Original NIKE box was missing and company very smartly tells you that the original box was not provided in order to pack it in a better way to avoid damage in transit. Do you think anyone will buy that point??

      2. SKU number of the product which was mentioned on the NIKE website is missing in the label of the shoes (which is below the shoe tongue).

      this concludes that the product is 110% duplicate.

        It show error in returning in last procedure after taking bank details. I followed all the steps but it keeps saying "error in return initiation" every time.

        For last 2days, i am trying to return one of the item from my order id number #[protected] and always getting this error message 'error in return initiation

        Please solve this problem immediately as fast as possible before my 15 day limit is over plzzz plzzz

        I have ordered two products. And return request was raised for the same a month ago. But no one came to pickup the product. I have complaint about the same over the mails and call several time. Yet there is no response from your side. I am very disappointed with your service. I wish jabong person to come and pick up the product
        I have ordered a Adidas Running Shoes at 20 Dec 2017 but still I have not receive my product. I have paid the product cost in advance. But i have not receive my product till now.

          I placed an order (Order number [protected].) on jabong.com on 24th dec, 2017 in offer of citibank card where i was supposed to get 15% cashback on shopping of minimum rs. 3000. I placed order for rs 3864. Hence i was eligible for cashback.

          They cancelled one product themselves stating they don't have stock and for one other product they sent me wrong item. The wrong item was not in return category. Hence they are ready to give the money. But then the total amount would go below rs 3000 and i will have to bear the loss of cashback also.

          They cancelled the order and also sent me a wrong product. Why should i bear loss of cashback. They also wasted 15 days. Now they are forcing me to bear the loss and saying they are doing a favor by taking the product back (Which they sent wrong item).

          Please help me with this.
          They have closed my complaint without any resolution and are mailing me that "please note that this decision is final. We will not be able to entertain any further communication in this regard."

            I have ordered gini & jony multicolored shirt on 23dec it was prepaid order on 29dec (11:41am) i got sms that your jabong shipment of shirts tracking id mljp 1922360, will be delivered today by ml (Phone :[protected]. I was continuously trying to contact courier boy to confirm that when would he deliver my product but he was disconnecting my call he didn't pick y call and at evening 8:03pm i got sms that your order has successfully delivered. I was surprised i checked with my security but they told me they haven't received any courier and they do not receive any courier without prior permission and after getting delivery sms i again called courier boy but he disconnected my call. I raised a complaint regarding this to jabong team but no action has been taken yet. I got email on 5th jan from jabong team that your query has been resolved and they shared fake proof of delivery with fake signature and again called on jabong customer care and raised complaint that was not my signature and i have not received any product.

            I have called them more than 5 times for the status but they just keep me waiting without any resolution.

            Pathetic service i have ever seen.

            I am so much frustrated for this and lost trust from the your website.

            I request to please take strict action against jabong.

              I raised a complaint 53191653 against order [protected] on 15 dec 17.
              Reason for the same was wrong product returned to the executive. Despite multiple follow ups and all kind of discussions i just got assurance of resolution and later a mail on 5 jan that the issue is resolved without providing me any resolution.

              From that day i have made multiple calls to the jabong customer care but everytime i am told i would get a call back but never received one.

              So from last 1 month i am just awaiting resolution but in vain. I am quite pissed off by this behaviour and would demand an early solution.

              Looking for a response.

              I have a very similar problem, I have ordered a Adidas Neo shoes and on receiving realised the size is incorrect, they accepted the return but on exchange the size only wasnt changed but a completely incorrect shoes was delivered. ON asking for an exchange the customer care executives behaved very rude and also they have to state that they have checked in their so called video tapes ( which they mentioned are confidential) that the product packed was absolutely correct and they have deleivered what was suppose to be delivered and they have closed the complaint on their own forcibly. I didn't stop there, I wrote back to the Chief manager and I guess I was expecting too very much and I received an acknowledgement of all and apologies for the wrong product but they cant help it because the team states they have delivered a right product.

              My money is wasted too.

                My name is nupur hukmani. There is one product name miaminx blue top whic i have order on 15 dec but due to delay in delivary i have cancealed it on 22 dec. From that day i have been calling jabong customer care for the refund but till now they have not initiated the refund, evertime i call they say u will get the refund in 10 days, 4 days 2 days or today u will be getting the refund for sure. But after calling several times till now no progress, same thing everyone is saying and delaying the refund. I don't know what to do... Its been 20 days and i have called at least 6-7 times.

                  I never this kinda stuff being sold by jabong at such price, 1400 bucks means a lot for middle class people and they are selling this low quality shoe at such a high price... Worst material has been used and now i cant even return it coz i have worn them already... I just suggest everyone to avoid online shopping as they fool people by tagging a low quality product a high price and then giving a fair discount just to make us tempted

                    I ordered an item via jabong however the tracking isn't updated and i haven't received the product.. Also the customer care number isn't working.
                    I ordered the product on 8th january and the tracking hasn't been updated since. It said on 8th jan that my order is shipped.
                    After that there is no update. I tried mailing and calling the customer service and no one is responding.

                      I ordered a kurta in jabong.com, which was shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljc1840126,
                      This was shipped on 25th december, 2017, but still i haven't received my order.
                      The status of the item is - arrived destination location and ready to deliver for more than 5 days now.
                      Ml courier tracking id in their official website is showing as invalid tracking id.
                      Where is my order.???

                        I have ordered 2 similar kurta sets (Which contains top, bottom and jacket) on 4th jan, 2018. I just received top and jacket of both the kurta sets (They have not sent bottom of both the kurta sets). I raised a complaint regarding this to jabong team but no action has been taken yet. I am still waiting for the bottom of both the kurta sets. Order number and complaint number has been mentioned above. I want them to send me the bottom of both the kurta sets as soon as possible.                         I got a call from escalation team of Jabong and spoke to an associate named SHWETA.she just called me to say that she will get back to me with resolution but she doesn't know by when as the call was just the response of this complaint on consumercomplaints.in, They had no resolution, and they also mentioned about this complaint on consumercomplaints.in. She was so confused and asked me to return the product and place new order.I explained her that the product which i ordered was of lesser amount(because of some offer running previously), now the price has increased so it does not make sense for me to place another order.I requested her for approximately 15 mins to transfer my call to floor supervisor.she said supervisor is not available.I insisted her many times and she kept repeating the same thing.later supervisor named POOJA took my call and said she can't commit when this issue can get resolved but she will look into the matter.SHAME ON SUCH ESCALATION TEAM AND THIS BEHAVIOR.

                        I haven't heard anything from team Jabong, so I called them.Spoke to a floor supervisor named Ujjawal, He has assured that he will get back to me with resolution within 24 hours from now.Really Pathetic service.

                          I am writing on behalf of my son had ordered an 2 pair of pants on 25th and paid the money.

                          Order was delivered on 2nd. It was supposed to get delivered as per your update on 1st but it got delivered on 2nd.

                          On the same day after two hours we had raised compliant and return request. 2nd of jan 2018.

                          Your rep visited and took one pant and other pant he said we need to raise separate complaint as it is damaged item. He had done the same. Now i understand from the update which we had received stating it is used and made dirty hence it is not acceptable to take back and issue the refund.

                          So you your self is accepting that you had shipped used item and torn damaged item. Return request we could raise after 2 hours as per your portal. & your investigation team feels it is done at our end.

                          We had shared the picture of the item and sent all the required details. Please confirm your action, otherwise i will raise a case in consumer forum for cheating the consumer. Please confirm your action immediately.

                          Please note we had faith hence we had ordered when such discount is offered however it is damaged and no one can use this item.

                            As per my complaint that i raised on 27th dec 2017, i did not receive the shirt along with the jacket i ordered. I called and updated jabong customer care within 1 minute of order delivery but now you guys are saying it was already delivered. I am following up with you guys almost everyday on this.
                            I returned the same packet which had jacket in it, i could not find the shirt in the packet, did you check for shirt in that packet?

                            I am repeatedly saying that i did not get the shirt even though on the packet 2 items were mentioned. Kindly help in this regard, i have been following up but get to hear nothing but that they will soon update me.

                            I asked from courier guy also who delivered the package it was not there. I have been customer of jabong for 6 years and is this you guys will treat!

                            Kindly help me in this regard.

Can't even track my order cause of the # courier service website. Worst service provided by ml couriers. I didn't expect such kind of courier service by jabong. Pls look into my problem asap...

                                I ordered around 11 items on 25th december from jabong of which half of them were delivered and there were 6 items which were not.
                                These items first got delayed so i called the jabong customer care on 5th jan asking for it & i was told the problem would be resolved & it was just as light delay.
                                I called them again on 7th jan to find out that the order was rto on 29th dec (Meaning it was sent back to warehouse) & now i can’t get the delivery.
                                And the solution is that i must re order them again when that come on sale again.
                                Not once did i get a call from delivery person & the jabong customer care too never told me that my items were rto in 29 dec when i called them on 5 jan. It was only on 7 jan (When i called 2nd time) that the fellow told me my order was cancelled.

                                On top of it all i’d check the status of my order on jabong app it only kept saying that my order is delayed not once did the status say that my orders have been cancelled.

                                  I ordered a nike backpack from jabong (India). I found out that the delivered bag was defective. Now when i tried for return option (Under jabong 15 days exchange & return policy) they are not processing my request on their app. If they can deliver a product then why can’t they pick it up from the same address. I am very dissatisfied with the kind of service jabong offered me.

                                    I ordered a kurta of size 'medium (M) from jabong but received size 'xl'. Since there is no exchange of this product and wanted to return the same.
                                    When i tried to request for return, i got message that pick up service is not available from my address.

                                    Jabong is very popular here and the order delivery happens everyday to my office address. Then why can't he take the return/exchange products.

                                    If jabong cannot provide return/exchange service from the places where the delivery is possible, then it should be mentioned earlier while processing the order itself. This is clearly fooling the customers. Delivering the wrong size is clearly jabong;s mistake and the customers shouldn't be punished for that.

                                    It is extremely difficult for me to find a place from where i can return the parcel.

                                        I am a customer of jabong for more than a year. I have few items in my wish list and when i try to order those i couldn't place the payment and stated the reason to contact legal department. When i reached out to customer care, he is saying my account is blocked from legal department and he is not giving me a proper reason for that. Is this the service from jabong??? How could this happen.??? Is this how you treat your customers?? I need a valid info
