I had ordered a pair of shoes from jabong.com on 11 dec 2017 under order number [protected]. On 14th dec i got an email stating the product dispatch is being delayed and will be dispatched on 15th of dec positively.
On 17th of dec i again sent an email and talked to customer care executive as the order was yet not dispatched (Despite an email confirmation for dispatch on 15th dec).
As an acknowledgement of above conversation i got an email on same day assuring resolution within 5 days.

Yesterday, i was checking order status on jabong.com and was shocked to see that my order has been automatically cancelled by jabong.

What baffled me was that i was following up for this order since so many days and nobody from team jabong was courteous enough to inform me about order cancellation (No phone call, no email) and reason of order cancellation is also not told.

I am feeling harassed as i had been given fake assurance and dispatch deadlines. I waited for the product for 8 days.

    I was trying to return my order because of its size issue. But i am unable to provide the pick up address because there is no pick up from that pin code. I tried for the self shipping process, but there is no space for providing the drop in address. So i am unable to return my product. I am fed up of and request u to solve this is issue as soon as possible.

      Jabong posted a gas for re 1 sale which was fake, at 3.30 when slots open app was throwing errors and was not accepting any purchases until 3.32 when the offer had expired as the offer was supposed to last only 30 seconds. Pathetic excuse by jabong to gain publicity by cheating customers into thinking they had a chance in this sale. Please take action so they do not repeat such activities in future.

        Respected,

        I, common citizen of india has to complaint about the online shopping company for exploring fraud offers/deals by wasting time and turning the face of public towards them, nothing but just for some sort of promotion and collecting the data all the way

        As from such days we were getting mails that you have to register and will get gas brand products just for rs. 1 on! 5th december 2017 at 03:30 pm sharp, but as from around 3:27 all the pages which were opened and refreshed was went unavailable even the app on mobile phones after that on 03:32 the websits opens and shows each and every product which were on sale went out of stock, the good thing happened was that not even a single size was available in all the products.

        My request to you is that please look into this matter asap, because they should the the power of a consumer court and of civilization

          Hi,

          My order id [protected]. I placed an order on dec.14 2017 and i got message that the item has been dispatched on dec 14 via ml courier service. When i enter the tracking id mljp1733317 on the courier site, it says that the id is not valid.
          Moreover ml courier site displays that they have no connection with jabong.

              I had bought a pair of jeans and wanted to exchange it due to size issue.

              But there is no pick up from my area although they have delivered the item and collected cash.

              When jabong customer care is contacted they asked me to self ship it, however they have not informed the procedure to self ship and the details of courier and documents. Order number [protected].

              This is very bad, some one should contact me over phone and inform the procedure. Automated e mails are useless and does not serve the purpose.

              If i don't get this issue resolved within reasonable time i will be forced to publish my grievance so other customers will be saved from this agony.

                  I ordered a product from jabong a month back. They did not send it because it was out of stock and they quietly cancelled the order without any refund till now when the customer care was contacted, they say that the refund has been sent but may not received by bank.. This is a shallow and fake company and there is no transparency, reviews, customer care contact no etc on the site.. It needs to be closed or action taken against them.. I will take strict action against them.

                      I have ordered a kurti with order id [protected]. It was delivered on 6th december. As the product is larger than i expected and got a damaged piece also, i want to return it. While i tried to do so, it is showing me the message "return initiation error". I tried a lot of times, but the same thing happened. The part of self shipping is unavailable. I dont know what to do with this. Please rectify this as soon as possible and refund me with the amount.

                        The products were delivered on 3rd december with only 1 top in it.
                        Now the people at jabong are taking too long to resolve my query and longer than time promised to resolve issue ie 5 days.

                            What poor experience with jabong. I was order a item order id:#[protected]. They delivered this item on 2/12/2017. Am not satisfied with that product because of size problem. I tried to return this product but something error appear in the screen like "error in return initiation". Please please please solve my problem because there are only few days left for return.

                            Dont find the option to add Bank details --
                            1. I have returned one Shoes (ORDER ID [protected]) - and kept the Option 'Net Banking ' to get the refund.
                            2. But when i was trying to add the bank details -- it shows the error that you dont have bank details.
                            3. Unfortunately i dont find there is an option to add the bank details.

                              I purchased a cocs sandalas from jabong.com. The product was delivered before the delivery date. But i was not comfortable with the size of the sandal, so i wanted to return the product. The return options given in the site will not pick the product back from the delivery address, then i decided to opt the self shipment option. But the address for the drop in is not given in the website.

                                On 17/11/17 about 11:17 pm, I placed an order of hoodie on JABONG. Mode of payment(amount=1061) was through SBI UPI (UPI Ref No=[protected].After the amount was debited from my bank account(bank name=state bank of India), there was a message of failed transaction and the order number was [protected].I called them many times but still they are unable to resolve it. I am fed up by requesting them about the REFUND.

                                  I ordered a sweatshirt of locomotive, which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljp1573779.
                                  This was shipped on 2nd december of 2017, but still now i haven't received any update on the purchase.
                                  The item is shown to be shipped and arrived at the same location for more than 4 days now. Even ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid.
                                  I need to get my order by 9th as shown by jabong.

                                    I ordered a dress, which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljp1555545,
                                    This was shipped on 30-nov-2017, but till now i haven't received it. It was supposed to be delivered by 05-dec-2017.
                                    The item is shown to be shipped and arrived at the same local location since 03-dec-2017. Even ml courier service says they have no relation with jabong on their official website. It shows that the tracking id is invalid.
                                    I need to get my order as soon as possible

                                      I ordered 4 trolley bags out of which i initiated return for 3 but those were not picked up by them in reasonable time. I had to call them regularly to for my pickup. Although i had called them multiple times and have sen them mails as well, the only response i got was that we will address your issue in 5 working days but that never happened.
                                      Again after 5 days, i would call them and got the same response from them. After so many follow-ups they finally picked up the item after 1 month and in that also the courier company made mistake while picking up the item.
                                      Two of the bags they picked up but third one is still pending and not being picked up yet. The two bags they picked up, for one i got refund but for other it is still pending.. I'm not sure what is taking them so long to process the refund.
                                      I called them and asked them to address my query but still again the only response you get is 'we will address your concerns'.
                                      My cc bills are pending for these bags and they have imposed with fine for not paying the bill for the items which i can't even avail of. This experience is very frustrating and still i'm left with one item that i don't want and item for which i paid the money but is being availed by jabong.

                                        I have ordered 2 roadster jackets in order no. [protected]. Jabong delivered only 1 jacket in the packet and message that both jackets got delivered.

                                        I raised a complaint with reference 52653350 that only one packet with one jacket inside has been received. I have not received coffee color jacket. And need refund if jabong not going to deliver that.

                                        Got call from shikha, chief manager desk, that they have check and both product delivered. Asked her to escalate and then she involved risk and legal team. Risk team also came up with same story that after a thorough investigation they would be able to refund as their delivery team sent both jackets in the sealed packet.

                                        I have sent them pictures of the packet with had only one jacket, invoice on which they mentioned 2 jacket detail but delivered only one.

                                        If jabong packing team is at fault who packed one jacket and delivered only one than why would a customer pay for other jacket.

                                        This is really worst service from jabong in service industry and i have seen a lot of similar complaints from people tht they deliver lesser products and then close complaints and talk like ignorant people speaking same thing again and again they delivered two products however customer received one than that is not their problem. Who the hell in world would raise a complaint that if all products received?

                                        I need my refund for the product which was not revised and jabong did a fraud. I will proceed with posting this message all over internet and consumer court as jabong is looting people by taking pre amount.

                                        Attaching pictures and reply from jabong risk team who forces to accept their resolution which would never be accepted by me who paid and have not received the product.

                                        Please help.
