After so many followups didn't get any call from jabong team.
My order number is 56599 this is last five digits.

I have also checked the awb number that you have provided.
Mljp1934910
But on ml website it's stating that it's incorrect tracking id.

Jabong complaint team given me 7 days resolution time but i still have doubt.

Look into this asap.

    I have bought 3-shirt & 1-jeans from jabong.com on 16-dec-2017 order-id [protected] and return that product. After few days of return jabong-person calling me that he is getting mismatch in one of four product.

    I have asked to them recheck and confirm following point.

    1. Shirt pattern and color is same?
    2. Price tag attach to it is same or different?
    3. Below color shirt brand-name is same or not?
    4. After taking product from customer, if anyone in your department
    (Courier-person on anyother-one) is changing that product? As
    Courier-person haven't done packing in-front of me?
    5. If brand-name and tag is different then why you people haven't raise
    Issue during pickup

    But they are not replying my query and saying we are sending back product as it's mismatch.

    Kindly notice that you have requested the return and request with id: 53691884 was created. As per confirmation from our product inspection team, we have received a local/mismatch product in return instead of the ordered product, at our return processing centre. Kindly be aware that we have evidence that explains the ordered product was well inspected during the dispatch procedure. Ordered product was in proper and unused condition before dispatching it from the warehouse.

    Be apprised that as we have received local/mismatch product in return hence, as per our return policy we will not be able to refund and we have to re-dispatch the product back to your location.

    Kindly be apprise that the decision provided will remain final and we would not be able to assist you any further in same regards.

      Im a loyal customer of jabong n usually shop from jabong but recently i have ordered 3 products on 23rd of dec n i have made the payment of all the 3 products by my credit card n have got the product delivered on 26th of dec but one of the product was missing. Regarding the missing product i have raised the complaint n they asked me to wait for 5 days to resolve my complain but they didnt get me a resolution even 6th day is in progress. I have also shared the snapshots of the 2 products n the whole package including the invoice in which it is clearly mentioned that there r only two products in the package.

      I had same problem. ordered 3 items, sent package mentioning 2 items but when we opened, found only one. Immediately logged complaint to customer care n sent requested information. Now Jabong team saying that we have investigated and found that we have delivered 2 items. Requested to share video footage but they are denying saying this is our internal investigation n we can't share this. Fraud n cheater. They hv closed the complaint. I hv given them 24 hrs to resolve this issue otherwise I will send my complain to below department

      I have ordered shoes from jabong. They have send me the tracking no MLJC1799225, courier through ml couriers. I m not able to track it. The ml courier site says invalid id. Also on their site it is mentioned we have no relations with jabong.

        I ordered a fossil women watch which is shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljp2048468
        This was shipped on 30th december of 2017, when i am trying to track my order through ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid... Actually i wanted to change my delivery address and contacted jabong official but they said they can't change my address now because parcel is already in transit...           I had purchased mizuno shoes, from jabong.com with order id [protected]. As per the information provided by jabong the item was sent via ml courier. After few days i checked the consignment status, however ml was returning error, when tracking number provided by jabong was entered. The issue was apprised to jabong suppprt, who after verifying responded saying the ordered item will be delivered by 3rd jan. When i checked their website the courier status says at myntra (Lost). When enquired they responded saying that the order is lost and the amount spent will be reimbursed. And they also stated it was outside their control. Its their choice of courier then it should so much be their concern. After so many days of ordering now they want to refund. I want team jabong to look into my case and get my ordered item delivered.

            I've ordered a shirt and a trouser on Jabong. My order was split into two shipments one of which was delivered well in advance while the other did not arrive till date[protected] which is the order's expected delivery date. Please note that the seller for both the items is same and both the shipments reached the same distribution center which is just a few kms away from my home. The tracking ID shown against the undelivered package on the website is MLJP1823777 which is deemed invalid by courier service website(http://www.mlexpress.in/track.php). Please note that the delivered package's tracking ID is also deemed invalid by courier service website.

            When I reached out to Jabong earlier in the day, they have suggested me to wait till 8PM today not realizing the above facts thinking that the customer is just impatient. I have waited as suggested and writing this.

              A pair of boots was ordered by me on saturday 23rd dec 2017 at 1:56am with ORDER ID [protected].
              In the jabong website i am given the tracking id of ml courier service i.e Tracking ID MLJC1763452 but when tracked it shows wrong tracking id and its been 5 days there is no status updated and also in the jabong website their is no progress shown on the reach of the item, it should be delievered to me by 30th dec;2017 but it has not even reached near me as per the jabong website.
              kindly confirm whether it will reach by the promised time i.e 30th dec or not.

                You jabong guys dont want to retain any customers i giess. I dont knw where this ml courier comes from and there is one mlexpress courier website they have put we dont have any relation with jabong. What a super service.. A courier that doesnt exist at all.? How pathetic are you guys and you take three days time to ship the product whereas other sited would have delivered the product on that time.

                    Hi,

                    My order id is [protected] where i bought 2 shoes, but one of them is too large for me. Sir corbett blue running shoes of size 13, i have trying to return the product for the past 3 days through your app as well as your website, it seems that "for the pin code entered, pick up service is not available. Please select self ship option to send us the product directly". But there is no self ship option in the page and when i try to change the address, a self ship option pops up when the new address pincode is also not available for pickup. But that option cannot be checked as it is an unresponsive button. I tried calling your customer care number but it is completely automated and there is no way of contacting any human being to get this issue resolved. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I did not expect such bad service from an online shopping website in 2017. Extremely disappointed.

                        Jabong make fool to their customers. I ordered one dress for marriage purpose bht i got delivery after 15 days and also the product i got is not the same which i ordered, so after attending the marriage i opened the product and requested for return. After that the tole me that after 15 days i will not accept the return. I told them that if you could done the delivery within time frame so i could have attended the marriage with the dress, so they told me for sharing the image and after 2 days they denied for return because i raised a complain after 15 days. They only make the money and believe on one time benifit. Amazon, flipkart still better than jabong. It's my suggestion don't purchase from jabong very very bad they are in customer service and product is not the genuine in jabong website. U will order something. They will deliver something else

                          Jabong was one of my favorite portal to buy cloths. Now, things have changed. For more than 6 months, i am facing an issue with my jabong account. When i want to initiate a return, i am not able to do so on most of the times. I am getting an error message even if i am trying from desktop or app. I had multiple calls and mails with jabong care,
                          For last 4 days, i am trying to return one item from my order number [protected] and always getting the error message while trying to initiate the return.
                          And for your information, i am very good at computer and i tried almost everything. Tried different browsers, deleted the cookies, tried from app... The return pickup facility is not available in my area. So, when i choose self ship option, still i am getting the option of "pick up from this address", and when i click it, i am getting an error message saying that 'please select drop-off or selfship address"... And from app, everything goes smooth until i press"confirm", i am getting an error message saying"error in initiating return".

                            I need to return the product because it is not the size needed. Moreover, the delivery charges are also high. A product of 1688 rs becomes 1877 rs when delivery charges are taken. But anyway i like the products in jabong and so i'll keep using it. My area's pin code is not serviceable. So i need to return it through self ship option. But i cant find that option in the site. What should i do now? I need a fast response please because i'll not be available next week.

                              I ordered a ucb shirt from jabong, but the shirt doesn't fit, as it is size l.
                              I want to exchange them with a size larger pair (Size xl). But jabong doesn't provide any exchange facility for my pincode, as they say that my pincode is not serviceable. When i called their customer service, they said that i have to return it myself by using the self ship option. Now even the self ship option is not available on their site and app. Neither have they responded to my emails. I spent the whole day to sort this thing out. Its just so unprofessional of them. If they can deliver products at one place, they should also be available for pickup. Even if they can't, they should atleast notify the customer that pickup for this product is not available before the customer makes a purchase. Now i don't know how will i get my shirts returne

                                Worst worst worst pathetic service, you took these many days and now saying it's not ur problem, what an idiotic answer is that, if some product is missing at my door step it would have been my problem. But the product is missing from your side and you guys are saying it's not our problem. Worst shopping site ever, first i didn't received the product and waited patiently for days and now i got such a pathetic answer, if you guys want money open a donation center don't rob people of their money. Keep my money to your never will ever use your worst site and will zero recommend. I will do all the necessary action which i can do to pass my concern to all my fellow shoppers so that they don't suffer like me.

                                Today I had received a message stating that my two orders has been delivered where as only one of my product got delivered in that package, where is my other product. I m trying to contact you guys but am really unsatisfied as I am not getting any reply. Please check once whether both of my products are to be shipped in one shipment, because I have received only the red one and I didnt got the purple one

                                I received the package myself and it was completely in a good position. Attached is the invoice it states that it has two items but I have received only one and yes I have made online payment for both the products prior.

                                    This is regarding order number [protected]. Nike rn 6 blue running shoes.
                                    I had bought this item on 2nd november and got delivered on 6th november. I didn't like the comfort, so returned it 3 days later. This is where the hellish experience starts.

                                    The third party courier guy took the product but didn't give me any acknowledgement. Now i have contacted the customer care 20 times, and they have escalated the issue multiple times and yet all they do is talk empty words.
                                    Finally decided to approach consumer court and will get it resolved.

                                    I am an avid user of e-commerce companies and jabong is the most difficult to deal with by far. Will never ever take anything from them ever.

                                      Place an order on jabong.com on 9 dec2017. Orderid[protected]. The paid value of order is rs 1358. For the same but when i receive the order on 11dec, i open the box, there was no product in it.. The box is empty having only paper. I registered a complaint two times to jabong regarding receiving empty box. I also forward the empty box, invoice, and pakaging to jabong. After taking this many days, now jabong.com reply me that they do nothing in this and denied me for initiating any refund or product.. Guys don't buy anything from jabong. They all are fraud..

                                        I received a MAST AND HARBOUR SHOE towards order no. [protected] on 1ST DEC 2017 I got to wear it only 2 times and yesterday strap came out as if it was fixed very recently with some glue, supposedly a defective item. It has been only 16days since delivery. How can such defective products bypass jabong quality check. Moreover, jabong customer care and chief manager says that i have cross 15 days. This is utter harassment. I want full refund.

                                        Finally this forum can't help either..it's loss for me not from them. I think roadside vendor sell better product then jabong
                                        I want to return 2items but it has been a month now and still the product is with me..i alrdy mentioned to call on alternate no.but again and again ur field executive calling on wrong number..
