I have Received this Parcel as on 20.11.2017 but This packet 1 Product is Missing which is Highlight, all ready i paid full amount of the invoice but 1 short Product so Find the Invoice copy for the Reference of Missing 1 Product, i follow last 10 days but they are not Response and Resolve, he say to me not problem our side,

I submitted a return request on 28 Nov and my return was picked up on 29 itself. However till now it says pending for pickup. I called customer care and they said it will be updated but no response yet. My return I'd is 52370674

    I placed an order of two items-hrx by hrithik roshan
    Purple solid sweatshirt and hrx by hrithik roshan
    Brown solid round neck sweater on 24 nov. According to the portal, the expected delivery of the items was 28 and 29 nov. I paid for the order in advance. But, the delivery got delayed and i asked for the same. They assured me to deliver the products within the next 5 days, i. E, 4 dec. But, now i noticed that the order has been cancelled which i didn't opt for. They didn't informed me even via email or text. They cancelled the order on 30 nov without my consent and are saying to refund the amount paid by me within 24 hours. According to their terms and conditions, they are not liable to cancel the placed order. They are making fool of me.

      As many customers has said ml has written on their website "we have no relation with jabong"...

        With reference to the above details, i have placed an order for a dress. This is very important order and i have requested teams also to deliver on 29th nov 2017 or latest by 30th dec 2017.         As many customers has said ml has written on their website "we have no relation with jabong" and the same i am also facing while tracking online.

        I placed an order of a Nike football sports Jersey and paid online 3521 Rs on 6th of November 2017. It has not even been a month and the Jersey has been ripped. The order number is #[protected]. I would like you to exchange my product with an authentic and not a faulty one. The stitching is of a very poor quality.
        I placed a polo T-shirt but I have received a round neck T-shirt.Even after placing return request the delivery boys are not coming to pick it up.Simply waste of money and time.My order id is [protected]

          I had placed an order for beardo product on 19th november (Afternoon). It was supposed to be delivered by 25th but until now it has not been delivered. It has been almost 10 days since i placed the order. I am really disappointed in the service. Had i known the scenario i would have never spent this much money and time on a product which has taken more than 9 days. It's supposed to be urgent but now even if it gets delivered, it is of no use. A delay of 1 or two days is justified but not more than that. I think i will not be purchasing any more stuff from jabong, especially which are for gifting purposes. A customer pays insane amount for delivery and this is what we get. The same product was available on amazon but i still ordered it on jabong because of the speedy delivery which they had.

            Order was for 5 jackets and order was delivered on 23-11-17.

            I raised complaint for it and provided all the screen shots, but customer care refused to agree and provide either the article or refund of missing item without providing any proof.
            Customer care just said that they are closing the ticket and cannot do anything further.
            They just looted my hard earned money.

                I ordered a pair of roadster grey sneakers on 14th november. It was shipped on 17th november by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljp1355171,
                It was supposed to get delivered on 22nd november, but it hasn't been delivered yet.

                I have also raised a complaint on 23rd november (Request id[protected].
                When i try to track the shipment through ml courier tracking from their official website it is showing that the tracking id is invalid.

                Jabong, i need this order to be delivered within two days. Else i will raise a complaint on consumer forum against your company.

                Hope you will take immediate action on the same.

                  I ordered a t-shirt through order no. [protected] from jabong by paying in advance but till date the product has not been delivered to me.

                  I raised this concern to [protected]@jabaong.com through complaint numbers 52144665 & 51149037, after 5-6 days i got a mail from jabong saying that the product has been delivered to "ramana reddy" and they shared a signature (Claiming that he is my neighbor), now who is this "ramana reddy" even i don't know. I asked jabong to share his number or to call him directly, so that i can get my product. But i didn’t receive the number (Of the person) or my product or refund from jabong and now they have closed my concern.

                  I want to raise this from your forum:
                  1. How jabong ensure's that they are delivering it to the correct person without verifying the ids or seeing any authorization letter / identity card of the buyer & without giving a call to the buyer as i didn't receive any call at the time of handover. On what basis you have delivered to "ramana reddy".

                  2. How the buyer will know that you have delivered his product if you are not giving him a call at the time of delivery

                  How can jabong ignore the simple authorization process which is the basic of running e-commerce business. It's not the duty of the buyer to search his parcel and that too without having any number. You can't simply run from your responsibility by sharing the signature.

                  You are requested to refund my amount and refine your processes, slas especially with your courier partner. Why a buyer will suffer & get harassed from all this.

                  Please do the needful and let me know if you need any details.

                          I have paid an amount of rs 5366.90 against orderno. [protected] dated 12 oct 2017 for 4 items in which two item were delivered to me tll date as the delivery was not made for rest two items i was cancelled te rest order
                          After cancellation of that order i was received a e mail dt 19 nov 17 that you are not be able gaurantee for the dispatched item
                          It mean you will not deliver the same item for such a long period or will not accept my cancellation
                          You are requested again to search the reason for such thirdclass service by your delivery partners and arrange to submit my balance amount of non delivered 2 item as rs 1806/=as soon as posible

                            I had an return with jabong. For return pickup the courier boy visited my house and refused to take the product for no reason only thing he wanted was the jabong wrapping bag as mandatory thing in his terms totally ignoring the product check and the product all bulled packed up. I complained about him to his courier facility. They too were rude and misbehaved. They said "to mat karo na return hum to nahi lenge jo karna hai kar le". Then i comapined to customer care of jabong were they hanged me for 3-4 days saying we will resolve your issue but they cancelled my return listing to their courier partner. I asked them many times that i can send the product's snapshots and also self ship the product as they use to do earlier but there is no response. I had very bad experience with this ecom express. They are fraud and unskilled ruffians. They had misplaced my consignment earlier and with jabong and they are fooling around for my return pickup as they don't want to pick it. Or jabong and they had clear intentions of not willing to have return back. This is how they trouble customers.

                                    Few months ago i purchased a UCB trouser for my son from online store.It became fade after 2-3 wash. This is worst quality product.                                       The order was placed for 2 t-shirts and a shirt.
                                      They delivered 1 t-shirt and a shirt on nov 9th.
                                      One t-shirt was not received.
                                      Complaint was raised and order on online was showing delivered on nov 4th for the one t-shirt.
                                      Logistics guy came. And i explained the same to him. He said that he will check and get back.
                                      Customer service closed the ticket without resolution. This is nothing but cheating

                                        Jabong has done fraud with me. I have ordered nike blue shoe of size 8, which did not fit properly. I raised an exchanged request and received a reply that, “the shoe was found dirty by the internal investigation team and hence, the same shoe would be returned”.
                                        The shoe was received in the evening on 10th nov and was taken back on 11th morning. I have no clue how the shoe got dirty. I just tried it at home and packed as they were recieved.
                                        They say the shoe was local and in poor condition.
                                        I completely disagree with their reply. I know what has been ordered and return. When i ask them to give their address where i can go check the shoe personally, they refuse to do this.
