I placed an order of two items-hrx by hrithik roshan
Purple solid sweatshirt and hrx by hrithik roshan
Brown solid round neck sweater on 24 nov. According to the portal, the expected delivery of the items was 28 and 29 nov. I paid for the order in advance. But, the delivery got delayed and i asked for the same. They assured me to deliver the products within the next 5 days, i. E, 4 dec. But, now i noticed that the order has been cancelled which i didn't opt for. They didn't informed me even via email or text. They cancelled the order on 30 nov without my consent and are saying to refund the amount paid by me within 24 hours. According to their terms and conditions, they are not liable to cancel the placed order. They are making fool of me.
