Hello,
I am jabong customer for 4- 5 years.
In my last order of shoes, they delivered totally diffrent kind of shoes.
As i trusted them, i opened that shoe box after 15 days, and now jabong saying they cannot replace or refund, as 15 days passed.
But my question is what is the significance of 15 day return policy, if delivered product is totally different.
Kindly instruct jabong to replace shoes and give me shoes i ordered, or refund my money.
Also, please let me know further strict action to be taken against jabong, if they dont agree with this.

Jabong didnt resolve my complaint, didnt send any resolution email.
That was a simple email in which they are denying that they cant help me in return or exchange

I can assure jabong, to check product thoroughly before exchange or refund.
I even didnt placed shoes on floor, just opened box and closed, as they were totally different.
