I had ordered carlton london tan sneakers having order no: [protected] and received the product on 15 nov. I received a defective pair of shoes. I am not able to return the product as it says the home address is not serviceable and not able to raise the return request, its the same address to which the product was delivered and it's saying the same address as not serviceable. I want to return the product. I tried many other addresses but it's all showing the same. Request for an early solution to this.

        I ordered a jacket which were shipped by ml courier service and was giben a tracking id number-mljc1257659 but when i entered the tracking id number in ml courier service tracking page they show me that my tracking number is invalid and they also show that they have no relation with jabong.
        So i kindly request to the jabong team to solved my problem and give some current status of my order.

            I did a payment of rs.1868.13 on 3rd of november through my paytm wallet numbering. The wallet transaction id of which is [protected]. And the jabong order id is [protected]. This transaction was cancelled by me on the jabong app on 3rd itself. And as per the jabong company the refund was initiated from their end on 4th of november the rrn of which is as follows 20171103111212800110166704513301667. And then there is this one more order on jabong the payment for this one was also done by paytm amount rs.1538.46 on the same date ie. 3rd of november and the refund for this one was also initiated by the jabong team on 4th of november but the refund for this one is also pending.
            The details of this second order is as follows. Wallet transaction id is [protected]. Jabong order is [protected]. And the rrn for the refund initiated for this order by jabong is
            2017110311121280011016656301338035.
            Its been more than 12 days and now they are asking for the next 5-7 business days for the refund. It's really very disappointing and frustrating too as since last 4 days jabong team is asking me to contact paytm support care since according to them they released the refund amount and it is the paytm company which is delaying. And when i shared the entire info including rrn with paytm they told me no such data exists in their database associated with my wallet. And then they asked me to contact jabong again. And then when i told the same to the jabong they were like get a mail from the paytm stating that they didnt get any amount from jabong and then i did that too. And shared it with jabong. After which today i get a call frok jabong and now they are asking me for mext 5-7 working days since the amount was bounced back to their account before. It is deeply disappointing and i relied on the company that i would get back my total 3.3k in a week and now it has become a very big problem for me. They dont understand. I asked them to atleast request paytm to make it faster as they couldn't keep their promise of refunding the amount in 5-7 business days. To these jabong executive was like sorry we cannot contact them. Its very disappointing.

              I've ordered a pair of shoes from Jabong. they have given me a Tracking number ie MLJC1245469; However, entering the same on ML courier's official website, gives an error stating the tracking number is invalid. The Dispatch of the shoes has already been delayed and I am not able to track it. It's been a headache lately.

                I want to register this complaint against jabong.com. I ordered two shirts on 6th nov 2107 from the mobile app and paid online through my credit card. My order number is [protected]. The order was supposed to be dispatched on 11th november but it was delayed for no reasons and the company didn't informed about it. The i registered a complaint in jabong and they said that it will take 5 days to respond. The delivery date was 15th november as mentioned in the app but there's still no information regarding this. I don't want to cancel the order but this type of response from jabong is not expected. Please take appropriate action and resolve the issue asap.

                25/06/2018 i ordered a lee jeans from jabong. On saturday i received an update that there is a problem in dispatching my jeans so you will update it in 12 hours. Its been 2 days now there is no update about the product. Still not dispatched. Its been 1 week since i ordered the jeans. This is how you treat your customer? For the first time in my life i ordered from jabong trusting jabong and i got the results. I further request you to take an immediate action and dispatch my jeans and deliever it as soon as possible.                 I have the same problem. It has been 11 days since I placed my order. Jabong.com is the most inept shopping site. Their customer service is a joke. I have exchanged almost 30 emails with their team and their Chief manager, all they ever reply is that they are working on my issue and will get it resolved at the earliest.
                Can i expect a refund from jabong. Aftet i cancel my jeans?

                  Site says pick up service is not available on this pincode or any pincode near by. Even whole kerala pincode is not accepting.. I tried sending lot of mails asking they courier agent in kerala... But im not getting a proper reply.. Im ready to give the product by hand to the courier agent in cochin.. Still no support from the jabong team.. Worst experience.

                      I had ordered a nike track pant from jabong the product delivered was of not acceptable quality hence i initiated a return. The same day i received a pickup confirmation message from the company and it was scheduled for 11th oct. The next day, i. E. 11th oct, 2017 the pickup person came took my product and denied of providing me a return slip.
                      Jabong has a policy to collect return slip from the pickup person, so i asked the same from him, which he denied to provide by saying that i will be getting a confirmation message from the pickup company.

                      When i asked jabong to initiate my refund, they asked me for my return slip, i told them the problem and asked them to investigate on this as this was completely the pickup person's error. They have come up with a solution to "not to refund my money".

                          I ordered a boy's t-shirt [3-4 years old] which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljc1156685,
                          This was shipped on 4th november of 2017, but still now i haven't received any update on the purchase.
                          The item is shown to be in transit and has been showing out of delivery and then failed delivery for about 2 days now. Even ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid.
                          I need to get my order by 10th as shown by jabong.
                          On contacting the mobile number received by jabong or ml to track the shipment, the person says that he is on leave from past few days and has not received any parcel.
                          On trying to contact ml, no one is picking up the phone.

                          Please respond and update accordingly.

                          I was supposed to get 2 refunds, I got my refund of Rs. 1523, but not of Rs. 4207.5 which is showing as in ‘payment gateway’.
                          I have written to the chief manager and he has responded with details of Rs 1523 without even reading my email. This is shameful and unbelievable that I have to send so many emails and messages to get my own money back.

                            Hello,

                            I am jabong customer for 4- 5 years.

                            In my last order of shoes, they delivered totally diffrent kind of shoes.

                            As i trusted them, i opened that shoe box after 15 days, and now jabong saying they cannot replace or refund, as 15 days passed.

                            But my question is what is the significance of 15 day return policy, if delivered product is totally different.

                            Kindly instruct jabong to replace shoes and give me shoes i ordered, or refund my money.

                            Also, please let me know further strict action to be taken against jabong, if they dont agree with this.

                            I trusted them and opened box after a a month .

                            I can assure jabong, to check product thoroughly before exchange or refund.

                            I even didnt placed shoes on floor, just opened box and closed, as they were totally different.
                            After seeing your resolution email with silly excuses, I came here to complaint.

                              I have bought nike court borough low blue sneakers shoes which is too large for me. There is no exchange product available in jabong for my size. So i tried to return this product, but delivered pincode is not under serviceable area for pickup... Even whole kerala pincode is not accepting. I tried calling their customer executive but iam not getting proper reply. Im ready to give the product by hand to the courier agent in kollam, kerala.. Still no support from the jabong team.. Sir please help me to return and get back my money.

                                  I ordered a pair of ADIDAS NEO sneakers, which were shipped by ml courier with tracking id MLJP1096323. It was shown delivered on 1st Nov 2017, however the same was not received by me as on date (7/11/2017). Status of ML courier shows that the tracking id is invalid.
                                  Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest.

                                  It is regretted that the consignment was received by peon of my office and forget to let me know about it due to business.
                                  I ordered a pair of HRX sneakers [ORDER ID [protected]] which were suppose to delivered by "9th Nov-17" then changed to 11th Nov-17 and still the same was not received by me as on the date infect it is not get shipped yet .I want it by 13th NOv-17, Please take action on this.Its very disappointing service by you.

                                    My name is rahul gangwar and i ordered nike shoes from jabong.com and it got delivered on 24th may 17.

                                    Within 15 days using these nike shoes my both legs and ankles started paining. Even if i used these shoes just for few hours then also the severe pain for rest of the night and next few days.

                                    So i went to check doctor and was on medication and bed rest for 2 weeks due to sever pain.

                                    I had ordered a t-shirt from jabong.com and it was dispatched by ml express. My tracking number is mljc1124936 but on the website it shows invalid.
                                    The jabong app says it had reached my nearest location on 4th november but today is 6th and still not delivered. (Order number: [protected])
                                    I need this delivery by the promised time.
                                    Earlier also i had orders the same product from jabong.com and it bad not been delivered only. The scheduled time of delivery was 27th october but later it was changed to 28th. And even then i wasn't delivered so then i had to cancel the order. (Order number: [protected])

                                      I am very regular customer of jabong and i used to produly recommend n promote online shopping with jabong to my contacts.
                                      But on 28th oct, i returned two items from two different order number.in front of me and my husband, courier guy picked both items and after scanning items kept in fresh packet and sealed them.in next 2 days i got mail that one of my item failed quality inspection so didnt picked for return. I was shocked to know that. After that i keep in tracking jabing and courier pickup guy who admitted because of app error he couldnt update the status abd i provided jabong recorded cinversation of same as a proof as courier guy didnt give receipt (Which is happenig many times with jabing return pickup) i gave courier company manager contact detail still jabong didnt resolve issue yet. Today i got to know that courier company partner of jabong is shut down. This is the reputation of jabong. I dont know how will i recover my loss.
