With the ever growing competitive online market, it is almost regarded as a cardinal sin to not meeting the expectations of the customers.
First thing that jabong.com does wrong is post a product with way less price than its competitors (Flipkart and amazon etc), say there is flat 60% off on red chief shoes, and the price that they are quoting is rs. 1500 for rs. 4500 shoe. Now when you put it in your cart, it shows extra amount that is gst and after that the total comes up to aroung rs. 1800 approx.
What i dont understand is why they charge gst extra, its been months of gst implementation and the mrp should include gst.
Now, after paying rs. 1850 for the shoe, which you first got attracted because of 60% discount, but after gst its actually comes up to 50%.
So why not mention it as 50% discount like amazon and flipkart does. They certainly dont charge extra for gst, as it is already included.
This is really a cheat trick to attract customers, shame on jabong.
Now coming to my point, this ml courier that jabong has partnered with doesn't have a website (This is what customer care executive of jabong told me). There is absolutely no way of knowing where is my product or why it is getting delayed, even the customer care of jabong knows exactly same as i do.
They take 2 to 4 days for packing the product and dispatching.in an era where time is everything and meeting the customers expectations is the most important job for these kind of companies, its really makes them look extremely unprofessional.
I have ordered the product on 27.10.17, expected date was 03.11.17, still didnt receive it.
The customer care dont even provide the phone number of the courier agency, so that i can track myself.
What really sucks that jabong dont even know where my product is, no clue whatsoever, all they say is its near you and will reach shortly.
I really want the team of jabong to look into these issues seriously and partner with some other (Better) courier agency and better customer support with all the available knowledge regarding the whereabouts of the product.
If they failed to do so, i fear the survival of https://www.jabong.com/.
