I have purchased an item (Fossil watch) with order no [protected]. Now it got damaged and i have to take to service center but without invoice copy the customer care guy is raising his hands. I didn't get invoice on mail. Even there is no option to download invoice from your site. It is causing great inconvenience with other orders too.

    Being a very loyal customer to jabong.com, it gives me immense grief to state that i will henceforth dis engage my future engagements with your services because o[censored]tter disappointment in terms of product delivery timelines.
    I am writing to you with reference to order no - [protected]
    It was a dress that i had ordered for my birthday with repeated calls to the customer care executive to deliver the product by november 6, 2017 & i was ready to pay premium charges for expediting the process.
    With sheer disgrace, the company delayed the product shipment by even more days instead of expediting the process.

    I henceforth would not like to engage with jabong for any future engagements.

    Highly disappointed.
    Its a genuine loss for a company that claims to honour its loyal customers.
    Disgrace.

      With the ever growing competitive online market, it is almost regarded as a cardinal sin to not meeting the expectations of the customers.
      First thing that jabong.com does wrong is post a product with way less price than its competitors (Flipkart and amazon etc), say there is flat 60% off on red chief shoes, and the price that they are quoting is rs. 1500 for rs. 4500 shoe. Now when you put it in your cart, it shows extra amount that is gst and after that the total comes up to aroung rs. 1800 approx.
      What i dont understand is why they charge gst extra, its been months of gst implementation and the mrp should include gst.
      Now, after paying rs. 1850 for the shoe, which you first got attracted because of 60% discount, but after gst its actually comes up to 50%.
      So why not mention it as 50% discount like amazon and flipkart does. They certainly dont charge extra for gst, as it is already included.
      This is really a cheat trick to attract customers, shame on jabong.

      Now coming to my point, this ml courier that jabong has partnered with doesn't have a website (This is what customer care executive of jabong told me). There is absolutely no way of knowing where is my product or why it is getting delayed, even the customer care of jabong knows exactly same as i do.
      They take 2 to 4 days for packing the product and dispatching.in an era where time is everything and meeting the customers expectations is the most important job for these kind of companies, its really makes them look extremely unprofessional.
      I have ordered the product on 27.10.17, expected date was 03.11.17, still didnt receive it.
      The customer care dont even provide the phone number of the courier agency, so that i can track myself.
      What really sucks that jabong dont even know where my product is, no clue whatsoever, all they say is its near you and will reach shortly.

      I really want the team of jabong to look into these issues seriously and partner with some other (Better) courier agency and better customer support with all the available knowledge regarding the whereabouts of the product.

        I ordered a pair of football shoes from jabong.com on october 13. At that time, i was told that the shoes will be delivered on or before 20 october, but later i was informed that it had been delayed by 6 days and i would be receiving them on or before 26 october. I could understand that because of the festival season so i remained patient but when the shoes were not delivered till 28 october and i was not informed by call or s. M. S or email for further delay, my patience was tested.

        Later on i was informed that shoes will be delivered on or before 6 november and i haven't received them yet.

        I am mentally anguished. I demand a compensation of rs 15, 000 for mental agony, time and discomfort they have caused me.

        The amount of shoes is rs 2826 and order no. Is [protected] and mode of payment is cash on delivery.

          I had purchased 3 t-shirt from jabong.

          They have refunded 2 out of 3 t-shirts in this order. This t-shirt being expensive costing rs. 3999.20, they have not refunded yet.

          It has been 25 days i havent received refund. They are giving lame execuse everytime i chase them. Please make me refund my money. Product is returned and is with them but they havent processed refund yet.

              I bought nike shoes flex experience rn 6 from jabong and was shocked to see that shoes have been sent to me in a generic brown packaging and not in original nike packaging. Also the printed price tag is missing. Instead the shoes have a generic yellow sticker mentioning the price.

              On the bill also no where it is mentioned that its a nike shoe. The shoe itself looks as it is already used before and definitely not new.

              When i called jabong.com's customer care, they were not ready to guarantee that the replacement would be original and in its original pack and with its original tag. There is no proof that this product is original. It is just a good looking fake

                    I m neha saharan i bought some beauty products and i made payment through my shi debit card. At the time of delivery i refused the products because of my own personal issues. I received a mail from jabong that they will initiate my refund within a week but no action had been taken and one of my products is still shown in transit rather than cancellation.                         It’s really a painful experience to write this. I placed an order with 3 items. But i received only 2 item. After seeing the invoice, i contacted customer service team. They confirmed that they have sent all 3 items. Then i checked the courier cover for any damage. It looked fine. But then i found the light uneven curves at the bottom of the package. Then as per the customer care teams request i have sent the photos of that package. They said package is perfectly fine. And they promised me to investigate. After 2 days they told me that they have sent products & can’t provide any resolution. I again asked for re investigation. Then while coming back from native i brought that cover to bangalore. When i compared that packet with other old package i received got to know that package was opened & repacked at bottom. Then i informed this to customer care team. Then i got a call saying they can’t provide any resolution because i should not have accepted that package. When i send the pictures, their team only told package is fine. Those guys are professionals. When those people couldn’t get that package was tampered, how i was supposed to get that. I am not ready to forfeit my money for the sake of some cheaters.

                        Even i suggested them to check every cctv footage from the courier offices where that product went, their highest escalation team responded that they can't provide any further resolution. Also asked me to not to reply their mail. When i contacted their chief manager at [protected]@jabong.com even he reinstated the same. Tell me. Why should i forfeit my 1400 rs for the sake some cheaters?

                        I am shopping in e-commerce for more than 5 years. Collectively i purchased items worth more than 2lakhs in these 5 years. This is the first time i am facing this kind of issue. I never faced similar issues with amazon, flipkart or myntra.

                          I have ordered a wrist watch (Fossil grant fs5150i) on 14/10/2017 and while placing the order it was showing the product will deliver with 6-7 business days. I thought i ll receive it by 20 or 21st but after payment completion the delivery date got changed to 24/10/2017. As i was travelling to my hometown for complete last week of the october month so i called jabong customer support and requested to change my address to my hometown (Lucknow). Support engineer registered my request and in my jabong app the lucknow address was also reflecting. But i didn't found any kind of notification from jabong or from the courier company (Ml) regarding my order.
                          I contacted jabong customer support and asked them about the status of my order and they informed that the last update of the product was on 18/10/2017 and the location was whitefield bangalore. They told me the address was not updated so they will be delivering the product on my default address of bangalore. I was fine with this as i ll be back in bangalore on 31st. I asked them if they can provide any contact number of the courier company but they refused to provide the same.
                          They assured me to wait for some time so after the delivery date was crossed i called them and they raised a complaint[protected] for the same and asked me to wait for 7 days.
                          I want to say this is not acceptable as the order was supposed to be delivered with 6-7 business days and now already 14 days are gone but i have not received my order yet. Till date i have called around 15 times to customer support but didn't received any proper help from them. Everytime they will show there apology but will never help.
                          This is very disgusting and pathetic service by jabong. I will make sure not to use jabong ever again and will also ask my friends and relatives not to trust jabong.

                          I have got a call from Jabong escalation team and they mentioned the order has been returned and they have initiated the refund. I want to ask who asked them to cancel the product ?
                          I have not received any notification from any team for the same. This is ridiculous, now the watch is costlier than I ordered . Who will be paying the extra money to purchase the watch?

                          I asked Jabong escalation team to drop me a mail mentioning that they have cancelled the product not the customer(me) but they are not ready to do so. They are saying they will drop a mail mentioning product has been cancelled and refund is initiated.
                          I want to know with whose permission they have decided to cancel and why they are not mentioning in mail.
                          As it is delayed a lot, I want the product to be delivered on my Bangalore address as I am leaving from lucknow.

                            I have returned a product received in the order no. [protected]. The product was picked up on 14 oct 2017, the status of the order became refund initiated. Now, even more than half month has passed i have not received the refund amount.

                            In jabong app,
                            Under my orders: status is 'refund initiated'
                            Under my returns : status is request closed'

                            I have been constantly calling customer care and they told me that it would be resolved. But nothing happen.

                            Please suggest me how can i get back my money.

                                I placed an order from jabong on 23rd oct 2017, and the order tracking shows that the product has been dispatched. But it is not showing the exact loaction. They have only mentioned tracking id and courier company name which is ml courier service. And when i went on the courier website, after entering my tracking id mljc1072226 it says "tracking id is invalid". And later i read on the ml courier website that "we are not related with jabong". How am i supposed to track. I need exact tracking details and i need that order before 28th october because it is supposed to be a gift.

                                  I have been booked one shoe from jabong, but due to size issue it is not fit. So i decided to return my product, but the site showing that there is no pickup for the entered pin code, and showing an option of self shipment, but it cant be selected. I dont know how to return my product, and it is very bad to charging the posting charges from our end.

                                    The courier person called me today and asked me to come to a location which is 2km from the address mentioned in the delivery address. When asked him to come to the address he denied and kept insisting me to come. When i didnt agree, after some time i got the message from jabong that the courier person could not get in touch with me so the shipment could not me delivered to me today.                                     Same thing happened with me.And my product which I ordered 20 Oct 2017 is yet not delivered.Ml courier service is worst they don't even give the tracking details.

                                      I ordered a shoes, which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljp1040960

                                      This was dispatched on 22nd oct of 2017, when i am trying to track my order through ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid.

                                      Ml courier service is fraud or what? I called http://www.mlexpress.in/ phone number, but one person attended the call and disconnected after knowing this this issue.

                                      Jabong.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I am unable to track the ordered item.
                                      I guess i got cheated by JABONG.

                                      Dont ever belive this site.

                                        I ordered a green wills lifestyle shirt (Order no:[protected]). It was large for me and i placed a return request a week back. Till now no on has come for the pick up. I get messages from this shadowfx people saying that they tried reaching me but i was not available when i am still at my home. Tried reaching the spoc from the courier ramu who gave an irresponsible answer that he will not come and that i should speak to the shadowfx people for that. I tried reaching them but no response at their end. I would like you guys to help me sort this out and pickup that product at any cost by 25th oct'17, wed and refund the amount asap.
