I have ordered one track pant from jabong.com which was confirmed on 02.10.2017 (Order id [protected])
On 04.10.2017 i got an sms which says the item has been dispatched via delhivery courier (Awb no. [protected])
On 06.10.2017 at 17:06 i got an sms which says item has been delivered to my address.
Fortunately, on 06.10.2017 i have took a leave from office to spend the whole time with my parents at home. Therefore, there is no way the delivery boy could miss me.
Surprisingly, jabong.com does not provide any contact number for this kind of issue. So, immediately after receiving sms i called up delhivery call center to report such misconduct. They said they will provide me a proof of delivery over email.
I am waiting for that "proof" cursing myself to buy from jabong.com.
There is another product in transit under the same order id i am not sure if it would reach me at the end.
Jabong.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
