Hi i have placed and order of 3 trousers on 12th october and my order id is [protected]. On the same day i received tracking number and courier service name which is ml express. When i am trying to track my shipment i am getting invalid courier number and the website of a ml express is showing it is no way concerned with jabong. And jabong application is showing dispatched from the hub and no further movement in the shipment. I want to know the exact reason because i have seen so many complaint mail and queries on ml express and jabong

    There is no contact from the pick up service no status what the hell u giving service to the customer here...

    Very poor item delivered with an order i'd [protected] and i returned it on the same day when it delivered
    And the return id is given as 49499423 no status updates it's almost 7 day's completed from the deliver day..

    I don't want the product which u delivered to me return my money back and pick up the product which u delivered it's very worst service with jabong... Be in touch with customers what the hell is going on...

      Hi my name is adil shaikh i bought this pair of la briza boots from jabong but due to size issue i opted for returning the product.. I already called the customer service regarding the issue.. I keep getting messages that the product will be picked up by someone and no one comes or call me and after a while they cancle my reverse pickup.. I am attaching the screenshot please help me asap. It happened last time too. Purchased the product on 21st sep.. Opted for returning on 4th oct under their 15 days policy. Called them 4-5 time and they give me the same answer that it will be picked up in 5 days. And now its already 10 days after complaining. Order id:[protected].

          I placed an order from jabong for a pair of clarks boots amounting to rs. 4082.40 on oct 12th 2017 and i got a message that my item had been
          Shipped and i was assigned a ml tracking id - mljp940277 but when i enter this id on the ml courier site or the
          Jabong/trackorder site, it says that the id entered is incorrect.
          Please look into this asap.

            I ordered a lino perros
            White polyurethane (Pu) sling bag and inc.5
            Golden lazer cut-sling back sandals which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id: mljc886797 and mljc884903

            This was shipped on 12th oct of 2017, when i am trying to track my order through ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid.

                I placed an order of sangria anarkali kurta on 4th oct order id [protected], it was notified that i will get it on 10th oct. It was shipped on 5th oct via ml courier service and the tracking id is mljp840692. From 5th oct till now there was no update of the product on tracking details. When i track by entering the provided tracking id of ml courier service it says invalid tracking id. I have already paid for this product such things bother me a lot. I purchased many things before on jabong but never had such bad experience. This time i am totally disappointed by team jabong.

                  I was trying to return my order because of its quality issue. But i could not provide the pick up address, as site shows there is no pick up from that pin code. So i tried for the self shipping process. Site shows -"pickup service is not available on this pincode, please select self ship option below" but i could not find a self ship option anyway in the site page. I am not able to return my order as i cannot proceed with the self ship option.

                    I bought a red kurta with id [protected] on 9th oct, 2017, from jabong.com. I want to return it because i felt it is not worth the cost i paid. On proceeding towards return, i am getting a error toast "error on return initiation".
                    Kindly please help me in returning this product at the earliest and refunding the money as soon as possible.

                    I ordered a divena blue printed kurta and I received a defective item... Now I m trying for putting a return request but it's showing error continously...

                      I ordered a track bottom wear of nike - as em crkt hitmark black track pants having order id: order id [protected].

                      But i want to share with great regret that the quality of product delivered to me is very low. It is not an authentic nike track pant. The cloth material is very cheap and flimsy. More over, jabong claims all nike products are one size smaller than other brands, which turned out to be untrue.

                      Hence, i want a full refund.

                          I ordered some product from jabong which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljp870553 & mljp872760
                          This was dispatched on 8th october of 2017, but still now i haven't received any update on the purchase.
                          The item is shown to be shipped for 2 days now. Even ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid.

                              Hi, i have ordered a jeans from jabong on sept 17. On sept 24 i got message that product is delivered but nobody contacted me even the phone no of the courier person was also wrong. I immediately filed a complaint on jabong. They said my issue will be resolved within 7 days. It's been more than 2 weeks since i'm only getting dates inspite of any action. I've been calling everyday and everyday they shamelessly reply the same.

                                I wanted to return a shoes that i brought from jabong. Pickup service is not available from my address. I tried giving a lot of other pin codes also none of them are accepted. I am ready to give the product to the courier agent in kochi but there is no support from the jabong team. I tried calling customer support and even sending mails. Still no response. Completely dissatisfied with jabong!

                                  I placed an order on jabong and it is shipped by ml courier which is expected to be delivered by 6th oct as per the mail which i got from jabong. But still i didn't receive it. The tracking details from ml courier site says invalid tracking number. Worst choice of shipping partner (Ml courier) by jabong. At this rate you will loose your customers...

                                    I have ordered one track pant from jabong.com which was confirmed on 02.10.2017 (Order id [protected])

                                    On 04.10.2017 i got an sms which says the item has been dispatched via delhivery courier (Awb no. [protected])

                                    On 06.10.2017 at 17:06 i got an sms which says item has been delivered to my address.

                                    Fortunately, on 06.10.2017 i have took a leave from office to spend the whole time with my parents at home. Therefore, there is no way the delivery boy could miss me.

                                    Surprisingly, jabong.com does not provide any contact number for this kind of issue. So, immediately after receiving sms i called up delhivery call center to report such misconduct. They said they will provide me a proof of delivery over email.

                                    I am waiting for that "proof" cursing myself to buy from jabong.com.

                                    There is another product in transit under the same order id i am not sure if it would reach me at the end.

                                    At 18:27 the lady stays opposite to my flat handed me over the "missing" consignment. I left to wonder why the delivery boy did not ring my door bell before approaching my neighbour!!!

                                      I have made a purchase of a sunglass : calvin klein jeans rectangle sunglasses on 20/09/2017. But had some issues regarding the quality of the product hence raised a return request on 29/09/2017.
                                      After few days as there were no attempts made from the seller i again registered a complaint at jabong.com on 04.10.2017.
                                      But to my utter surprise i received a mail on 06.10.2017 saying : "as per our delivery partners, our field executives contacted you for return of the items but you have chosen to keep the products" ; where as neither any communication came, nor even anyone visited my place.
                                      Further i raised another return request on 06.10.2017. Again they have scheduled a new date i. E. Within 11.10.2017.

                                        I ordered suit set from biba which carrie's yellow kurta chudidar and dupatta. As per delivery i got kurta chudidar and a totally different dupatta. Kurta and bottom is right and perfect color and size as i ordered but dupatta with it is from another product which i can still see in jabong site. I bought it in discount but now after delivery it is not in discount or any offer.
