I made an order of 3 items, in that one item got delivered. But the item which i received is wrong. I have ordered for long sleeve t-shirt, but the delivered item is with short sleeves.

I want to return the item or need to get it exchanged with the item which i ordered. But jabong doesn't provide any return facility for my pincode, as they say, that pickup service is not available in my pincode and i have to use the self-ship option. Now even the self-ship option is not available on their site and app.

I have sent an email to them and i spent the whole day to sort this thing out. I feel unprofessional of them, if they can deliver a product at one place, they should also be available for the pickup too. Even if they can't, they should at least notify the customer that pickup for this product is not available before the customer makes a purchase. Now i don't know how will i get my item exchanged.

I had ordered Aks Black Printed Kurta (Order Id [protected]). The picture displayed on the website is posted to be attractive with unique design. And the one I received is very simple pattern. It is very disappointing that even if I paid the amount I didn't get the expected item.

    I have ordered a dress from jabong, have not received and got message from them that my order has been delivered. They are not ready to deliver once again.
    Expected date of delivery was 15-sep-2017 and got message on 14-sep-2017 that order has been delivered. I have contacted customer care for resolution but they are not actively responding to me.
    I want my money back as the order is pre-paid.

    No one can provide my the solution, I do not want apologies, I want my money back.
    I ordered a Roadster Solid Blue shirt, which was shipped by ML courier and was given tracking ID MLJC545432, This was shipped on 12 th September, 2017.But still no updates available.I need my product within the showing date of arrive at any how.

      Hi,

      I have purchased the product on 26th june 2017 a blue running shoes lee cooper.
      Order id#[protected]
      Due to rain didnot 1st month but then i started using since aug 17.
      After use of 1 week the sole rubber came off as it seems was defective in first place but glued afterwards before sale.
      As product covers 3 month warranty cover so i searched but didnot find any help in their website regarding same
      Then after some mail exchange i got the link for warranty claim.
      Now issue started :
      1. I have to follow them up for any update.
      2. They sent a mail that return has been initiated and mail sent to concern department to take action
      3. For returning also had to chase people to pick up (After 3-4 times got succeeded
      4. After pick up received the message refund has been initiated but when i ask for reason no one reply and told back end teams decision.
      5. After so many follow up via mail and discussion over phone i have clearly mentioned if product in under warranty so pl first tell me the reason for refund not exchange but no reply.
      And once i told will raise the consumer court complain then i got call today 18 sep 2017 stating that as brand didnot replied so we took decision exceptionally to refund the money,
      I have asked i again did you discuss with me for any resolution before (Even i asked many time)
      I was expecting the resolution :
      1. Exchange the product
      2. Or refund the full amount (Without discount one) so that can purchase the same product from else where.
      3. Or you purchase (Any amount even less then i paid if you get it) and send to me

      Specifically mentioned in every call and mail while following it up pl give reason for any resolution and discuss with me before.
      I have right as well to accept the resolution it should not like one way verdict.

      So now till date
      1. Do not got any proper resolution instead rough and unprofessional representative call anytime to waste my time
      2. Product got picked up
      3. No refund of money

      Overall feeling cheated and also seems company like jabong selling defective/refurbished/poor quality product during sales.
      And if some one raise any concern then hassle them and last refund the discounted amount after keeping it for as long as possible so now customer is at full loss
      Cannot get the product at same rate
      Enjoy interest free money
      And last if no one raise anything then lower quality product stock got cleared

      Pl take action and try to resolve as expected.

        I ordered a pair of roadster camel sneakers, which were shipped by ml courier service and was given a tracking id number - mljc540630,
        This was shipped on 13th september of 2017, but still now i haven't received any update on the purchase.
        The item is shown to be shipped and arrived at the same location for more than 5 days now. Even ml courier tracking from ml's official website is showing the tracking id is invalid.
        I need to get my order by 20th as shown by jabong.

        Hi,

        This is in continuation with the complaint raised regarding order with tracking id MLJP872090 .

        - I am not able to track the order on the site since i get message saying id is not valid
        - I received SMS yesterday and today saying that the order is out for delivery but have still not received it
        - I received a call from your customer care. The concerned representative was not aware of what the status of the complaint was and also that the Jabong site has not updated with the latest status. It still shows of Oct 8. The representative was not even aware. It seemed more like she was trying to give me possible reasons to for non delivery. She asked me to check the order status on Jabong site, on which i informed that the site is not updated with latest status. She was not even aware that message was sent to me that the package was out for delivery. Later she gave me the reason that it was due to rains. I understand that yesterday it was raining but today it was bright and sunny and yet no delivery.

        In short there is no way of tracking my package and the order has already been paid for.

        Considering that there are so many complaints regarding the ML courier service, I do not understand why you are going with them as your courier service.

        There is still no update on my order or when it will get delivered. The customer care person had guaranteed me that it would be delivered today but no update yet. Jabong has lost it's credibility and seem more interested in cheating people of their money instead of fulfilling orders.

        Hello to the Incapable Jabong team,

        You have not been able to give any update regarding my order expect for false promises that the package would be delivered the same/next day by 8PM.

        I personally had to track down the ML courier service, get their contact details and managed to get my package WITH NO ASSISTANCE FROM THE JABONG TEAM. The ML courier service team showed more concern than the Jabong customer service team that it had been a week that the package had been shipped and still not delivered. They made it a point to get the package delivered to me. Although I had given my home address they ensured that they delivered it to my office address since it was a working day.

        So Hats of the the ML courier team!!

        Big thumbs down to the Jabong customer service team.

        I have placed an order with Jabong. Here is the AWB no (MLJP5055165). When i go the courier website and input this no, it says invalid tracking no. When i call up the courier office, they say we do not work for Jabong. Pls share the no of the courier person so that I can contact him
        I believe Jabong have worst customer care service. Team dispatch order by ML logistic but there is no way you can track your order online as they dont have official webaddress or portal. Team does not share any detail about courier partner neither field executive. Not sure how are they running business. If you call customer care, they'll tell you they can't do anything and customer needs to wait for field executive to contact them. If courier partners are so important why you dont keep track of them. On top of that when you call customer care for additional information, they disconnect call in mid.

        This is worst experience I had with jabong.
        Please improve else will loose your reputation.
        Actually I placed an order, from jabong I got a message that it is our for delivery but that delivery boy number is switched off and your customer care number is not working, how can I get my delivery...my order number #[protected]

I got many deliveries in the same address mentioned but this time I m disappointed with the service provider. Shall I get it by today itself or it will be returned back saying you don't find the mentioned address

          I've ordered fer products from jabong and i want to return one product. It supports the return option also. But when i return the product it shows error in return initiation.

          I've already registered a complaint and didn't got any responde. It's not what jabong promissed about returning.

          Please help me to solve the issue. Otherwise i'll be forced to register a complaint in consumer court. I believe only few days are left to end my 15 day return.

            I have purchased a adidas black jogger small size placed on 2nd sept. With order no-[protected], price-rs 3999. 4th sept. I got the product, i opened the packet in front of delivery boy name sonu, but that was different colour from which i ordered. The product i got was adidas grey colour instead of black colour. So, i contacted at jobong customer care and told them about that issue and raised a complaint with complaint no[protected]. I sent the images of wrong product to [protected]@jabong.com & [protected]@jabong.com after 2 days they responded and told me that we (Jabong) sent the correct product to you in well packed condition. Hence, their resolution on my concern is they shall not initiate my refund. I wrote many times on facebook & twitter, but they are not resolving my issue. At the end, i got the wrong product and they are responsible and i am feeling being cheated by jabong online fashion company.

            So, i want my money back.

            Requesting the authorities to take proper action in this regard & plz revert.

            This is certainly not the type of experience we intend to provide to our customers. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. As per footage correct item was sent to the customer so pickup will not initiate and we have received mismatch/local items in multiple orders. Also, we've shared the same to the customer on phone.

            Once, their employee changed the product so you think that they are providing worst customer service to customers ... who change the product ( their employee did this as they before did )
            they have not intend to resolve my issue and think about their profit . CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT THEIR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY .. THEY ARE INDIA'S BIGGEST CHOR COMPANY BCOZ I RECEIVED LOTS OF DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCTS DURING SHOPPING 4 YEARS FROM JABONG . EVERYTIME I SENT THEM IMAGES OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS BUT STILL I FACED MY PROBLEMS

                I need to return the product because it is not worth the price paid. Moreover, the delivery charges are also high. A product of 688 rs becomes 817 rs when delivery charges are taken. But anyway i like the products in jabong and so i'll keep using it. My area's pin code is not serviceable. So i need to return it through self ship option. But i cant find that option in the site.                   I had bought a pair of the rose gold velvet heels a couple of months back. I recently wore it for a couple of day. And by the end of the second day the sole of the heels came off. I am deeply disappointed by the low quality product that was delivered. And i do not wish to shop from jabong anymore and would suggest my friends and family to not do the same as the heel for which i paid 5000 cannot be worn more than twice. It is shameful on your part to serve your costomers products which can don't even last and which such degraded quality. I would like you to either return my money or replace the heel on an urgent basis.

                    I ordered dorothy perkins sunglasses from jabong which got delivered. I placed a request for return of the product because the sunglasses came without a case, which is unacceptable. The product could be fake, used, etc. Jabong's delivery guy picked up the product but now the company claims there is dispute over the fact the product is damaged and they want me to send photo of the product. I would have been happy to send photo of the product but how do i do it when i dont have the product. I think this company is fraud. Please avoid buying from them.

                          I would like to complain about jabong and their courier partner safex couriers.

                          I have placed a prepaid order on jabong on 24th aug. The order was delivered on 27th aug and due to rude behaviour of the delivery boy sajid shaikh i had asked him to take back the order. So that he woud be responsible for the return of my order.

                          Even after making a written compaint on 27th aug and a complaint was registered on 28th aug with jabong... My order is still pending for delivery... I have received atleast 5-6 calls from jabong escalation but resolution... I had asked for a written apology from the courier company for the rude behaviour of the delivery boy. I was assured by jabong that they resolve the matter... But only for robotic responses and no resolution from jabong... Jabong has had a very lethargic approach to this matter...

                          I have been a regular shopper with jabong since 2012 and it is very disheartening to this approach to the matter by jabong.

                          Howevet i still get calls from the courier company asking me whether i want my order or do i want to cancel? The delivery boy had the audacity to inform jabong that i have cancelled the order. Now of i need to cancel the order i would cancel it my self and not tell thisbto some rude delivery boy...

                          A very disappointed customer... I hold jabong responsible as my order is still lying with the courier company for 15days now...

                          Kindly look into this.

                            I wan to complain about a website named consumercomplaints.in - they has taken 1cr from me to remove complaint. Counsellor richa told me that the complaint will be valid everywhere and they will give me written aggrement. After taking admission, and i came to know of things which is very disturbing to me. The company is completely fake. They offer certificate programs and not degree - complaint foram. So, no recognition. They say it is registered with nct but actually restration doesn't mean anything. It is not approved by aicte not dec. When they say dec, it is again a fake dec.

                            When i complained they said, certificate to dey rahe hain aur kya chahiye.. Fir bhi kara deney ki jaroorat nehi he.

                            The people who npost complaint here are tracted and sent to prisen is not valid any where. The counsellors, managers themselves are all uneducated...

                            Is the giverment, ignou, aicte not knowing this.. How can somebody run an consumer complaint like this in mid of the market.

                                When contacted the logistic partner, very indecent behaviour from their end.
