I have purchased a adidas black jogger small size placed on 2nd sept. With order no-[protected], price-rs 3999. 4th sept. I got the product, i opened the packet in front of delivery boy name sonu, but that was different colour from which i ordered. The product i got was adidas grey colour instead of black colour. So, i contacted at jobong customer care and told them about that issue and raised a complaint with complaint no[protected]. I sent the images of wrong product to [protected]@jabong.com & [protected]@jabong.com after 2 days they responded and told me that we (Jabong) sent the correct product to you in well packed condition. Hence, their resolution on my concern is they shall not initiate my refund. I wrote many times on facebook & twitter, but they are not resolving my issue. At the end, i got the wrong product and they are responsible and i am feeling being cheated by jabong online fashion company.
So, i want my money back.
Requesting the authorities to take proper action in this regard & plz revert.
Waiting for a immediate & positive response.

This is certainly not the type of experience we intend to provide to our customers. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. As per footage correct item was sent to the customer so pickup will not initiate and we have received mismatch/local items in multiple orders. Also, we've shared the same to the customer on phone.

they have not intend to resolve my issue and think about their profit . CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT THEIR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY .. THEY ARE INDIA'S BIGGEST CHOR COMPANY BCOZ I RECEIVED LOTS OF DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCTS DURING SHOPPING 4 YEARS FROM JABONG . EVERYTIME I SENT THEM IMAGES OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS BUT STILL I FACED MY PROBLEMS
SO, I REQUESTING THE AUTHORITIES TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST JABONG ...

THEIR EMPLOYEE CHANGED THE PRODUCT SO WHY SHOULD I LOOSE MY MONEY

they didn't resolve my issue since 1 month .
