I tried to return a product but this cannot be done. It is not allowing me to choose self ship option.
The site is not customer friendly.
No contact details is given in this site.
I gave a misscal to the no given in support link. Even after 18 hrs nobody called me or address my issue. Then why are you giving such numbers in site.
Really a worse experience from an ecommerce site.

    I ordered a nike t shirt of size l from jabong but since its size is large. I wanted to exchange it for a small size (Medium). When i tried to request for exchange i got a message that pick up service is not available from my address. I asked customer care executive too but of no use.
    My concern is that firstly if a person can come everyday to my office to deliver jabong products then why can't he take the return/exchange products.
    Secondly, if jabong cannot provide return/exchange service at specific places then it should be mentioned on their site while we are placing order. This is a simple case of misguiding the customers because they always say that return policies are user friendly.

    It would be very difficult for us to find a place from where we can return the parcel.
    This makes me very upset with jabong's service that it claims of providing to its customers.

        Hai,

        I've purchased two products from jabong (Order id [protected]). I must say that their service was terrible considering other sites like myntra, flipkart etc. It took more than 1 week to deliver the product while other sites does it in two days. Also additional 29 rupees for cash on delivery charges only in jabong out of nowhere while placing the order. I decided to ignore these problems and bought the product. Now they are making me sick when i try to return my product, i got a message that the pickup service is not available in my location. My concern is that firstly if a person can come everyday to my place to deliver jabong products then why can't he take the return/exchange products.
        Secondly, if jabong cannot provide return/exchange service at specific places then it should be mentioned on their site while we are placing order. This is a simple case of misguiding the customers because they always say that return policies are user friendly. Now what is going to happen is when i ship the product myself, i will have to pay some certain amount for courier charges, and jabong will only pay a fixed amount and only in terms of store credits. They will never pay that courier charges into my bank account, which is another cheap trick to ensure that we purchase again from their site. I'm sorry to say this but despite of having some really good products, i'm never going to recommend jabong because of their terrible service.

          I returned a jeans that i ordered from jabong. After 3 days i got an email and message that my refund process has been initiated but i haven't recieved it yet. Two days back they sent an email stating that my money will be refunded within two days but still they have not refunded. I emailed them about this but there is no reply from their side.

                For the first time i ordered one kurta from jabong. They delivered it on the given address in kochi, kerala. But size is not fitting me. When i tried to raise return request it is showing pick up is not available. What is this??? Firstly you should not have delivered it if you dont have pick up service available.. No any other online shopping site is providing such bad service. It is like once you order any thing your money is trapped.

                  I ordered white sneakers from jabong but the ordered arrived doesn't even looked half as good as the images. I tried them once just in my house, didn't even stepped a foot outside of my house. After that i packed those shoes as it is. Then today the delivery guy came to collect my return and rejected them saying they look used.
                  This was the first time i ordered something from jabong i hope it doesn't becomes last.

                    Or any pincode nearby...

                    In infopark campus cochin (Pin code 682030) which i assume is a place where all vendors are running around the campus all the time.

                    They mention that i can self ship.
                    But that option is provided nowhere.

                    "pickup service is not available on this pincode, please select self ship option below."
                    This is written there, but no such option is provided anywhere on that page.
                    In short, there is no pickup service and i can not self ship.
                    In effect, that is no return!!!

                      I ordered some products, and jabong cancelled half of the order without intimation, i called up customer service and they said this is some warehouse issue so they don't intimate customer in this case, the discount that i availed is also gone. It is jabong's mistake, so they should provide the discount back, atleast for the same class of products, otherwise don't provide discount at all, people will always try to buy things at discount prices, not the full prices, this is the only benefit of online shopping, otherwise why we will buy online, when there are more options in stores.

                        I have called them more than 5 times for the status and asked for the refund but they just keep me waiting without any resolution.

                        Pathetic service i have ever seen. They don't even update your new contact number and give you some bad reasons for refund.

                        I am so much frustrated for this and lost trust from the your website.

                        Note : it’s totally fraud case from your side this is my last mail against your services after that am not able to talk over the call and mail. Please verify or let me know??? With find attachment.

I was rarely using it so, i wore it on 2nd time yesterday and i found that fabric is getting torn from back lower thigh portion. I have never expected such kind of service from jabong.

Also this ML courier service doesn't exist on Google. It this a fraud or what. I complained but they will resolve in 7 days, my first time experience in Jabong is worst.

                                Your service is totally worst, I don't know your courier service I have placed ordered to you it is your responsibility to satisfy customer, If you are running is this track definitely 1 day your site will banned or closed.
                                Please don't make fool to customer.
                                I have placed ordered on 5 October and it expected to deliver on 14 October but it was not deliver, today is 20 October still i have not received my product.

                                Please do needful, this is my first n last relation with Jabong, next time i will not buy any products from Jabong also i will recommend to everyone please don't buy product from Jabong its a Fake shopping site. Amazon, flipkart, snapdeal its best than Jabong.

                                My parcel has to reached destination by today, but I haven't received, when I used to track my parcel, it shows invalid tracking id by ml courier, can I get it by tomorrow.
                                Poor service by Ml courier. I didn’t recieve any order and i am getting messages from jabong that the order is undelivered. This is my worst experience with any e-commerce site.
                                In jabong while tracking my product. It shows it reached at your center.But I m not able to track the order and also I didn't get any detail regarding ML courier service in google.Can jabong help regarding this????

                                  When it is clearly mentioned on the site of jabong that card will be accepted when you order by the option of cod, it only depends on the courier guy who needs to have a swapping machine. Now, here comes the pathetic customer handling of jabong. The third party courier service does not have their guys a card swapping machine. And when our pm is talking about going digital with payments, jabong and this third party is telling me to only give hard cash as they can't do anything about the unavailability of swapping machine. When i called the pathetic customer support of jabong, all they have got for me is apology. Tell me will i give my friends whom i have ordered for, their technical apology instead of the gifts in this festive season???
                                  Never have i ever had this kind of issue with flipkart and amazon.

                                  Need to exchange size of Kurta from XL to L... but delivered pincode is not under serviceable area for pickup... even whole Kerala pincode is not accepting.. Im ready to give the product by hand to the courier agent in Cochin.. still no support from the jabong team..

                                    I ordered a product from jabong.com with order id[protected] and i am unable to return my product everytime i go to return it the mobile app and the website says error in return initiation please resolve this error before the 15 day return time gets over.

The money got deducted but the transaction failed at jabong's page. Paytm even sent me the txn id for the same and my paytm passbook showed the txn as successful. I talked to the paytm representatives and they've confirmed that the money has been credited to jabong. So jabong please refund my money.

                                        I order one girl party ware dress..[protected]. 4 dat i raise return req i courier the product it will reach u by tomorrow.. From your customer executive i got the mail of link for the bank details for refund but it is not opening... Pls tell what to do now... And the recipet of courier i sent u by my email id [protected]@yahoo.com. Pls check it out
                                        And provide my refund on urgent basis..
