I bought a shoe from jabong.com last month order # [protected]. The size ordered and size received dint match the fit so i created a exchange request of that particular shoe. The delivery man name imthiyaz mob # [protected] has picked up my product because i handed over the shoe to him. He didn't provide me any reverse pickup slip and said i will get the sms from jabong and when i dint receive any msg i reached out to the delivery person and that person said he will make a call back from his manager but there was no call and hence i tried calling him back but he stopped answering my calls completely. Now i am chasing jabong people everyday from last 15 days to get my money back and only response i get is they are investigating and there is no update yet on the same. They are not providing me the solution regarding this. The company makes fool of customer. The company person only steals the product and end customer keeps suffering for the same. I have no clue what the hell jabong is upto. I was a regular customer of jabong and after this incident it seems its very difficult to catch hold of this people.

    These guys are playing with me. I shared my account details 10 times but they keep on telling your account details wrong can u send your account details
    But how many times i have to share my account details. I did not get any call from them. I sent mail but i did not get any respone

        Please clean the garbage in Buckingham canal. The garbage is fulfilled in the canal, so water is stagging for more than a month. Which creating number of problems to us. Cannot torelate the smell and most importantly it's creating dangerous disease. Please consider this and try to clean the garbage as soon as possible. Otherwise it will be more dangerous to the Chennai city itself.

          I placed 2 orders on jabong on 8th august 2017. Expected delivery for both was 11th aug. I cancelled the order on 11th aug after delay in delivery and since then i am trying to cancel the same order everyday but jabong is not canceling my order. It accepts my cancelation request at that time but nothing happens after that. My money is trapped with them. I want to get refund as soon as possible.

          I had ordered a pack of T-shirts for my son's birthday. However, the delivery contained a pack of girls' T-shirts. This is really disappointing, as it was important for me to get a nice gift for my son on his birthday. This kind of service can hardly be expected from Jabong and I don't think I would recommend anyone to use this.

                  I placed an order of various clothing items for over 3000rs on jabong. As i do not like the fit of certain items, i wish to return them.

                  When i tried to initiate return, jabong says that they do not provide pick up service for my pincode which is a major one in the city. I tried a few other pincodes, but still no luck.

                  Totaly disappointed in jabong. If return service is not available, they should say it upfront while a customer makes the purchase rather than making them go through all this. What's the point in online shopping if we have to self-ship for returning an unsatisfactory item?!

                  I have decided not to purchase anything from jabong anymore.

                    I want to return my products. But there is no self pick up from my place. I have been asked to choose self shipping option. But there is no such option available and hence i cannot return the product.. Hardly 12 days to go before i can return myproductt.                       I am unable to return my recent purchase of order no [protected] i am ready to self ship it but the request is not getting forwarded after selecting proceed. Tried both in app and in website still no use. This was my first order on jabong and the level of customer satisfaction for me is zero. Hope i would get the product returned and get refund. Else i would recommend jabong to anyone.

                        My shipment delivery was estimated on 2nd aug 2017. Even after regular followup registaring complaint nd talking to higher authority jabong is unable to deliver my shipment even by 7th aug 2017. Tracking details are not updated they dont have contact details of courier company nor they have idea where the shipment exactly is. So i would like to take this issue to consumer court as jabong fails to give estimated services to their customer.

                          Hi,
                          I returned 4 of my orders [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]
                          Due to bad quality/fit. Jabong did not issue me refund for the shipping expenses for all orders. Escalation team called me and told that is their policy which is not mentioned to public in their terms & conditions page. How am i supposed to know their internal policies when it is not issued publicly. Unethical way of doing business and jabong is cheating customers!

                          No body has contacted me on this issue and Jabong is not able to justify why they have not mentioned their return policy clearly on their website ? If they mention it in T&C, no body would buy from Jabong !

                            I bought a shoe from jabong.com. The size was not fit so i created a exchange request of that particular shoe. Now i don't have any proof regarding pickup has been done. They are not providing me the solution regarding this. But i have mentioned all the details of that particular delivery man. They didn't investigate properly and now they are not ready to provide anything to me whether product or refund. I am lost totally. I have not received any solution till yet. I called in customer care but they said they will not give anything to me either refund money or my product. I am attaching a audio record between me and that particular delivery person. It proves that he has my product. The company makes fool of customer. The company person only steals the product and they blame customers for this.

                                    I had placed an order to 2 pair of shoes from jabong on 29th july. It arrived at my city on 31st july but i have till date not received my courier. Since 31st every day it shows as out for delivery but end up not receiving the courier due to time constraints.
                                    Even after continuous calls to the respective courier office my request for fast delivery was not considered.
                                    Have till date not received the courier.

                                        This is so irritating and i don't think i am going to shop with you hence further.
                                        You people have never resolved anything
                                        The worst experience ever
                                        I did not ask for another day delivery but they changed my status that customer has asked to deliver on another day

                                        And why the hell you people have customer service when you hardly can prioritize things and customer is nothing to you

                                        Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your exasperation is justified. No amount of apologies can ever compensate for the amount of discomfort that you must have gone through because of this ongoing issue. As per the update received, the order has been delivered to the customer. Also, I have arranged a call for him.
