Ordered a l'oreal lipstick from jabong and received a damaged product which in my honest opinion is also a fake, not genuine l'oreal.
When the lipstick arrived, the bullet was already damaged and upon further inspection i noticed that the lipstick cap which is supposed to have the l'oreal logo (An engraved 'lr') had nothing but only an engraved 'r'.

Since jabong has a no returns/no refunds and no exchange policy for cosmetics, i'm stuck with no recourse. Meanwhile, jabong can and will keep selling such fake products to unwary and gullible consumers.

    I had purchased a wrong sized footwear. Now i cannot return the product. It says pick up service is not available in my area and i could not do self ship as that option is not coming. Kindly do the needful. This is the second time im getting trouble with jabong. The return option is fraudulent and people are in trouble with the purchase of wrong product.. This lets us to avoid online shopping.. Sincerely a regular jabong user..

      I initiated the return request for order [protected]. I got the sms in morning 9:20 am that it will be picked up today and the agent (Gaurav anthony phone # [protected]) is out for pickup. It;s already end of day. The shadowfax number of the agent is not reachable. I have called multiple times at least 30 times that guy, everytime the response is "not available". When will this get done?

      Resolve it asap.

        I returned a product for which refund process initiated on 9 th aug but till date 27 th aug i have not received any refund so far, i mailed and called but they give me final date 21st aug but still nothing. Now jabong not giving any response, pinning it all to my bank. And telling me to lodge a complain with my bank and give them r. R. N no.

          I have purchased one nike shoes from jabong and it was my fault, i am extremely sorry for my purchase.

          Below is the order details:

          I found that this item is not comfortable for me at all. I have another 2 pairs of nike shoes with same size and i am much comfortable with those shoes. I have not faced any issue with those shoes. Now i am thinking that jabong is selling genuine product or fake product.
          But purchase from jabong was my biggest mistake because when i have raised a request to return this item then jabong's pickup boy is not taking that item. He is saying that item has been used and my question is if i will not try shoes then how can i check that this item is comfortable for me or the size is ok.

            On 23rd aug, jabong ran a campaign of extra 30% off. After applying the offer, you can see the prices that are supposed to get charged, in each of the individual screenshots that i have attached. However on the final payment page, the discount is much much less than 30%.

            Now after 2 days they are saying that the max discount is 51%; after i made the purchase assuming that the prices shown in the app was correct. Nowhere while purchasing did they mention the 51% cap. Only when i send them an email, they said that they forgot to mention the t&c attached.

            I think they should charge the price they are showing the customer.

              Order id-5789, registered mobile no. [protected], dated 18th august. I rcvd the product on 23rd august 2017. The product is defective as it is having some faded parts overall. I immediately called up jabong customer care and asked them to issue an exchange. They informed me that a call back has been lodged. I have to give the product details with which this defective product should be exchanged. The call came to me after 3-4 hrs. I asked hem to exchange the product with a john players jeans. They issued an exchange and pick up for the hrx jeans and gave a reason for quality.
              On 25th august the courier came over and told us that he cannot take the product since the product exchange issue should not be for quality hence puc is not required. I again gave a call to jabong and then they told me to mail the pictures of the jeans to [protected]@jabong.com. I mailed on 25th agust from my mail id rijuta.[protected]@gmail.com. Again i gave a call to them that i have mailed. On 26th august again i gave a call to jabong informing them that the product should be picked u by today itself. Now they r saying they need the mail from my registerd mail id which i m not using presently. I again mailed them to [protected]@jabong.com. The result is nill. They have not reverted yet.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I am writing to submit my complaint about online shopping provider jabong.com. I placed an order with jabong.com, which is an online shopping website on 13th august 2017. My order id : order no. [protected]. I had ordered 1 dress for my daughter's birthday. Initially, it was showing will deliver on 30th august. Later it was showing early delivery and showed that 2 times delivery failed. My account showed it was delivered on 21st august.

                My relative didn't receive any product from jabong.
                Can you please investigate where the item was delivered?
                If possible deliver the item to specified address before 29 august as my relative will be travelling on 29th august.

                Or initiate my refund.

                Please register my complaint against jabong.com for wrongly updating the status on my account to show, item is delivered, when it is not. Also, lack of customer service. They have a help/support page, but it only takes you back to your order and does not let you register a complaint or give you any contact information.

                Looking forward to your help and support to resolve the missing delivery issue.

                  I had bought 3 t shirts and it was of small size. When i clicked to return it showed that there was no pickup and i had to self ship. But there was no self ship option anywhere in the app or web. Som i am stuck with the product of no use for me. Fed up with the return process in jabong. I had called the customer care and they also told me to self ship but i really cannot do it without being given an option to do it. Had not expected this from jabong. This is really a kind of fraudulent activity that you are joking with the customers.

                    I am place the order 12th august & prepaid delivery 1159/- & company sending me massage i will delivered in before 18th august but not delivered to me. 18th august i have received massage we are sorry i am not delivered your order so i will delivered in before 21 august but product is not delivered. So next day 22 august i am calling to jabong costume care so he saying your order is fake so i am telling i am allredy paid my amount so why are you saying my order is fake.                       I had been trying to return a defective product back to jabong, but am unable to create pickup or self ship option, as it unavailable. Their customer support has only ivr, so their is no way to communicate.
                      It's very frustrating & uneasy.

                      I had tried all possibilities, but jabong is clearly blocking all modes to return or exchange the product. Please find me a solution for this.

                      The self shipping mode is not selectable, the delivered address has no pickup option.

                        I have ordered a shoe (Rs 1455) and got it delivered on 4th august. But due to size issue i placed an exchange ordered. But nobody was came to pick up this and said the address was invalid even i did not get any calls from the field executive. Registered a complain in jabong they said it took 48 hours. After following up 48 hours they said the complain resolved and exchange not possible due to time frame not in the exchange policy. Then they create a return request and said the amount will delivered in my account. But still the pick up has not done. Didn't received any calls from the field executive for the pick up. Both the time received message your pick up not done.
                        Now tell me what to do 1st thing i didn't get any help from the jabong and 2ndl;y amy pick up also was not done. Next time if jabong said your return will also not possible due to the time frame. Then my total money will be wasted. Please help.

                            I ordered a stilettos and now i want to return it because of its large size but when i went for returning, the return option is not available in the site and therefore i message them and they initiated return request from their side after mailing for so many times but for returning only self shipment option is available so now i have to spend rs 400 for returning as pickup service is not their for whole kerala pincode i dont know what to do, anyways after shopping from jabong i only had lose that's all. Please help me their service is not at all good they should also do pickup service.

                              Dear team,

                              I received fila shoes on 6th aug 17 & have been using since then but the shoes less isn't good quality wise as threads are coming out in just 10 days.

                              Even inside sole of shoe also has come out. If i spend money on purchasing brand product then why should i compromise with product.

                              Let me know what to do now? As it's completely not acceptable and not satisfied too with jabong as we trust on buying products online but it seems not trust worthy.

                                  I was trying to return my order because of its size issue. But i am unable to provide the pick up address because there is no pick up from that pin code. So i tried for the self shipping process, but there is no space for providing the drop in address. I am fed up with this site as it is not comfortable. I am now unable to return my order. Even i cant proceed with the self ship option... Too bad.

                                    I am not sure what exactly is going on at jabong customer care and also amazed to see how unprofessional your team can be.
                                    I have been following up for almost a month now and with no resolution. I have written number of email and made number of calls but these people are just not listening. I have received a wrong product and is trying to return that and get back my money ever since.

                                    I tried escalating to [protected]@jabong.com but there too but no resolution. These jabong is really trying to fool people and provide such a poor quality of service. This kind of sites should be closed and some strict actions needed to be taken by the government also to help the people.

                                    I sincerely urge you to hear my request in this forum and take necessary actions against jabong and help get a resolution.

                                    Along with this complaint, i shout out to all who are reading this complaint to never ever shop from jabong. Worst shopping experience ever

                                      I bought adidas women track pant and because of its too large size i did a return reqst on 2nd july bt till now i request two times and many times i called on jabong helpline number but they assure me to pick the product till 15 august bt till now i didn't get any update about that... M really dissapointed from this bad service... I am daily customer of jabong but this time i really feel bad that why i did shopping from here

                                        I purchased nike tanjun shoe from shoe jabong.com for rs 4824.00 under order#[protected]. When i received the product, from outside its in good packing condition but when i opened the product i found there are so many holes in the packet with different shoe is there, also there is no shoe tag available which shows its a nike shoe. So within 2 hours i request to return this product. Hopefully after this product got returned to having but now they are claiming me i already used that product so they are again returning me the same product. When i already received a used product, how can i accept the same product. I am called 5 times to customer service, till now no proper action been taken, also i sent out the mail regarding this to investigation to jabong, till now there is no response. I am using myntra, flipkart, amazon i am regular customer there but this is never happened. First time it's happening with me, so please take some appropriate action regarding this to ensure that i am getting my money back.
