I purchased nike tanjun shoe from shoe jabong.com for rs 4824.00 under order#[protected]. When i received the product, from outside its in good packing condition but when i opened the product i found there are so many holes in the packet with different shoe is there, also there is no shoe tag available which shows its a nike shoe. So within 2 hours i request to return this product. Hopefully after this product got returned to having but now they are claiming me i already used that product so they are again returning me the same product. When i already received a used product, how can i accept the same product. I am called 5 times to customer service, till now no proper action been taken, also i sent out the mail regarding this to investigation to jabong, till now there is no response. I am using myntra, flipkart, amazon i am regular customer there but this is never happened. First time it's happening with me, so please take some appropriate action regarding this to ensure that i am getting my money back.
