I bought a pair of red tape shoes. I want to return my product. But jabong doesn't provide return facility for my pincode, the self ship facility is also unavailable. How will i return my product? If they can deliver products at one place, they should also be available for pickup. Even if they can't, they should atleast notify the customer that pickup for this product is not available before the customer makes a purchase. Now i don't know how will i get my shoes exchanged.

    I booked a puma slippers on last sunday (23/7/17) and i got the product delivered on tuesday (25/7/17). But the product size is too small and i opted for exchange option and they are showing "no pick up option in delivery address". Next i opted for return and they are showing "error in return initiation". You are providing both easy return/exchange in 15days and what should i do if any of the options are not working. On (27/7/17) we called your customer care and he said to opt for self ship and he said that he will be sending the address through mail to where the product must be shipped back, and we didn't get any of your mails. We called your customer care and that guy make clear that we have to send the product back in 10 days. What we will do if you are not providing any service properly. This is my first time and really really unsatisfied about your service. Kindly plz do something about my problem i'm facing plzzz.

      I bought a shoe from jabong.com. The size was not fit so i created a exchange request of that particular shoe. The delivery man has picked up my product because i handed over the shoe to him. He didn't provide me any reverse pickup slip because i left from there. Now i don't have any proof regarding pickup has been done. They are not providing me the solution regarding this. But i have mentioned all the details of that particular delivery man. They didn't investigate properly and now they are not ready to provide anything to me whether product or refund. I am lost totally.

        Jabong has very less return policy days. What if i went on a personal emergency and i have to return it only aftr 15 days. They must be lenient with it. Atleast they could have charged additional cost for my expired return request but shld not have rejected the return itself. This is very bad whereas other online sellers have better return policy. My return order number is [protected]. It is really in good unpacked condition. Still its getting rejected for this 15 days retrun reason is very silly!

        I went out of station for a personal emergency and I came back and noticed my item to be returned is exceeded the 15 days return timeline.Can you accept it back?I would be ok to get some money deducted but i need return for my order.This is very disappointingfrom Jabong that they are so sticking to their policy

          I want to return it & i need refund. But jabong doesn't provide any exchange facility for my pincode, as they say that my pincode is not serviceable. When i called their customer service, they said that i have to return it myself by using the self ship option. Now even the self ship option is not available on their site and app

              I have couple of shipments to be delivered on 14th of july and 15th of july, 2017 which they have released through xpressbess logistics (Most worst courier service in india). Xpressbees sends the out-for-delivery message on a day which needs to be delivered in which they wont mention the delivery boys number. End of the day they would endup making false claims and updating the system stating that 'not able to reach the customer' or 'office/home is closed' or 'wrong address' without making any efforts to deliver the product.

              Here comes the jabongs part now, they will simply change the delivery date of the product to 18th july, 2017 which they earlier promised to deliver it on 14th july, 2017. I have called jabong thrice and raised three complaints but there is no action on this. I am really feeling helpless once we put the order and if we have any concerns later. Probably this is the last order in jabong for me. I am sure many buyers might have felt the same thing because of their courier partner xpressbess. But please remember jabong, you have many competitors in the market where everyone is doing their best in the logistic departments except you.

              We buy a product online after seeing the promised delivery date during purchase. If the delivery dates are altered and delivered after the promised dates, whats the use of the product to the customer.

              I appreciate jabong is releasing the orders as soon as we keep the order request. However, they are not taking the responsibility of the shipments. The only responsibility they are taking is in altering the delivery dates to the convenience of their courier service.

                  I want to return the hoodie that i have purchased from jabong since the product selected was of size m and the product was too small than what specified. Hence i would need to buy one of a larger size but i have no options to return the product. I tried to contact their customer service but i didn't get any response from them, which is poor.                     I ordered an reebok backpack mtin blue laptop bag
                    Order id [protected], but the bag is too small. So i tried to return it.
                    But it says the pick up is not available from my pincode or any pincodes nearby. Self return option is provided nowhere.                       Dear sir/madam,

                      I am writing to submit my complaint about online shopping provider jabong.com. I placed an order with jabong.com, which is an online shopping website on 1st july 2017. My order id : order no. [protected]. I had ordered 4 dresses of which 2 are delivered, one is in transit for delivery.

                      The 4th dress is not received as yet, but the status on my order shows, the item is delivered to me on the 11th of july 2017. The tracking id of the item is # jbnp[protected] and the name of the item is 'harpa printed blue dress' of value rs. 1, 400.

                      I called and registered a complaint with their customer support and have been told they will check and revert.

                      Please register my complaint against jabong.com for wrongly updating the status on my account to show, item is delivered, when it is not. Also, lack of customer service, as there is no number mentioned on the jabong.com website. They have a help/support page, but it only takes you back to your order and does not let you register a complaint or give you any contact information. (I had to google the customer service number and call them to register my complaint).

                      Looking forward to your help and support to resolve the missing delivery issue.

                      Hello Jabong team,

                      Thank you for responding to my complaint.
                      Not only did your company inconvenience me by falsely updating my status that an item was delivered on 11th July, whereas I didn't receive it on 11th. On 14th July, post registering this compliant, I received a dress, but, it was not what I ordered for. Hence, now you have distressed me twice. Once for falsely updating my account status for an item not delivered and second time for delivering an item not ordered. Add to that, you are yet to address the issue of being uncontactable( no contact details appear) on the customer feedback or contact page.

                      I would like to be refunded my full amount of Rs. 1400 and in addition I would like to request Consumer Complaints to take strict action against Jabong.com for the negligence, incompetence and breach of trust.

                      I have attached the image of the dress I ordered and also the image of the dress I received. This is evidence to prove, I did not receive what I ordered.

                        I have order 6 items in order. Due to very delayed timeline for two items i cancelled two item. Since more than 27 hours its showing. Refund if applicable, will intiated in 24 hours. Which clock are you following. Send mail to customer care but there was no response.

                        Dont why refund is not initiated yet. They were not even dispatched.

                        In same order other 4 items are makred as RTO- ORDER_REJECT. How can you do that once you accept the order you have to deliver it witin time frame, why r u accepting order i[censored] cant deliver it. Seen so many complaint should have order anyhting even for free. pathetic bizzare online shop

                          I placed an order [protected] on the 29th of june and the transaction failed... I got to know that i was charged 1581 (Transaction id[protected]gabogbm1) and as per jabong's faq, i was suppose to get a refund in 5-7 days that never happened, i called customer care 3 times and they said it will be done and today the email i got is that, it is struck somewhere between card issuing department and the payment gateway.
                          I will have to contact the card issuing department

                          How will you have trust in the future while placing an order again when we have to run around so much for our own money,
                          They should have at least told me at the first place when i called customer care initially. I had to wait for 11 days for the resolution which means nothing... Pathetic experiance

                            I had placed an order with order no [protected] for jimmy choo perfume on jabong. However i was surprised to receive a local adidas deo 1/4th filled bottle.
                            I shared the images of the product received and registerd a complaint with jabong. A return request was created (Which is not done in case of imported products like perfumes) by jabong. I shipped the wrong/local/misnatching product back to jabong. However i was shocked to recieve an email from jabong stating that the product failed the quality test and as such will be redispatched to me. How on earth will a local/mismatching/half filled product pass aquality test. Upon following up for more than 10 days, i was able to register another complaint for refund.44752582 & 44899268 are the two complaint numbers.
                            Contrary to all the assurances, i have been denied the due refund by jabong which is against the law of the land.

                              Vide jabong order number [protected], i had ordered a track jacket which i returned vide return request id 43792741.
                              While returning the item the package was checked thoroughly by the jabong courier person and a receipt to such effect was given to me.

                              After five days i get a call from customer care jabong saying that in the package i had returned there was a track pant in lieu of track jacket, hence refund cannot be issued.

                              I contacted the customer care and explained to him number of times that the track jacket was returned by me and the same was even checked by jabong courier person before giving their receipt. So the change if ever was at the end of jabong store itself. I was told that the jabong persons would investigate and the matter would be escalated in complaint chain, but till date no one rang me up from jabong to explain the issue???

                              Jabong has neither refunded me the money nor given any explanation for the same. Such a behaviour from a so called big e-tailer is shameful and does not augur well for its future.

                                We have placed an order of anouk maroon printed kurta on 7th july 2017 under the order no. [protected] which was dispatecd under the xpressbess awb no.[protected]. The product status is showing delivered at 11th july 2017 at midnight 1:06 on office address and received by my name. For your information the office time is 9 to 6 only. How can the shipment be delivered at midnight if the office is not working?

                                Also note that the shipment payment was already done online.

                                Hi I have ordered total 4 items during 2017 year end sale. Of which i have received 3 items but not 1. Still in my jabong app its showing as delivered.

                                During the delivery of shipment two items was clubbed into my order # ID[protected] (Sneakers and Parx jeans) to be delivered on 6th Jan. However i have received only sneakers and not parx Jeans till today i.e. on 10th Jan 2017.

                                I tried contacting the delivery guy, he requested me to raise a complaint and they have not received the product.

                                  I have ordered casio watch on jabong site on july 1st 2017 but they have send empty box with out watch on 7th july 2017and same has been taken with customer care and sent all photo copy but till now there is no solution on this issue and there is no mail reply which i have send mail to jabong.
                                  Apart from this one of the person came from ecom on 10 july 2017 and he is recording inside my house with out taking any permission and same has been taken up with ecom security manager but till now there is no response again from his side as well.
                                  I am continuously following up jabong but i am not getting any support from them. Till now almost i have called around 20 to 25 times to get an update on this but always they are providing same information but information is not helping me to move further.
                                  Watch cost is rs 21995/- i am getting pain but jabong is not providing any information on this so i want to escalate the same thing to concern person to get solution on it.

                                  After so many followups i have received below mail from jabong.

                                  Kindly let me know in this case how we can move further on this issue.

                                  As per your claim, the product Casio Silver/Black-Red Analog & Digital Watch was missing from the shipment/package with AWB no.[protected]. After conducting a thorough investigation and review of your claim, we have found that the product was dispatched from our warehouse in a proper sealed package. Also, we have received a confirmation from our relevant team that this order was delivered in a sealed condition to the same address as was given by you while placing the order.

                                  Hence, on account of the strong evidences we have, as a final resolution we will not be able to initiate refund for the item.

                                    I orderd a kurtha in eros sale and the kurtha is not as expected so when i tried to avail return option no address is eligible for pick n i coudnt find any option to self ship..i have just 15 days return option and i havent yet receieved any help from jabong to self ship i want this to be solved soon bcoz my return option will expire by 15th july 2017.

                                      I was trying to return my order because of its size issue.but i am unable to provide the pick up address because there is no pick up from that pin code.so i tried for the self shipping process, but there is no space for providing the drop in address.i am fed up with this site as it is not confortable.i am now unable to return my order.even i cant proceed with the self ship optio...too bad.

                                      I ordered 2 dresses from the site and they didn't fit right, when i tried to return them they didn't have pickup from my area and the self ship option is also not available. I tried mailing them about my problem and they just keep sending me the normal return procedures which clearly is not working. I tried calling their customer care number provided but tht is giving me pre-recorded messages.

                                        I paid 571.57 rs. for order id [protected]. they delivered defective product. then i made a complaint against this and initiate return. but their reverse pick up guy didn't pick the product. i have mailed them 2-3 times pics of defective item. still waiting for action from their side.
                                        in attached pics you can clearly see that piece is defective and even they already wrote on it.
                                        first they delivered wrong product and then telling that they will refund money after inspecting the product and deducting 100 rs. as shipping charge.
                                        this is clear a fraud case . this is good way to make money for them by deducting 100 rs.
                                        pls take against them.

                                        yesterday reverse pick up done. i have slip of reverse pick up, still got the mail that return request is closed because i didn't share the images of defective piece . although i have send images 3-4 times.
                                        jabong.com is shameless and fraud site.

                                        there is to much delay to deliver the artical, very bad repose from customer care side, just provide fake info, i already called to customer care 3 to 4 time, but still no action taken, also miss guide by him many time, pleas do needful asap, i need urgent product delivery.
