Dear sir/madam,
I am writing to submit my complaint about online shopping provider jabong.com. I placed an order with jabong.com, which is an online shopping website on 1st july 2017. My order id : order no. [protected]. I had ordered 4 dresses of which 2 are delivered, one is in transit for delivery.
The 4th dress is not received as yet, but the status on my order shows, the item is delivered to me on the 11th of july 2017. The tracking id of the item is # jbnp[protected] and the name of the item is 'harpa printed blue dress' of value rs. 1, 400.
I called and registered a complaint with their customer support and have been told they will check and revert.
Please register my complaint against jabong.com for wrongly updating the status on my account to show, item is delivered, when it is not. Also, lack of customer service, as there is no number mentioned on the jabong.com website. They have a help/support page, but it only takes you back to your order and does not let you register a complaint or give you any contact information. (I had to google the customer service number and call them to register my complaint).

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your exasperation is justified. No amount of apologies can ever compensate for the amount of discomfort that you must have gone through because of this ongoing issue. I have shared this with our care team and they will contact you ASAP.

Thank you for responding to my complaint.
Not only did your company inconvenience me by falsely updating my status that an item was delivered on 11th July, whereas I didn't receive it on 11th. On 14th July, post registering this compliant, I received a dress, but, it was not what I ordered for. Hence, now you have distressed me twice. Once for falsely updating my account status for an item not delivered and second time for delivering an item not ordered. Add to that, you are yet to address the issue of being uncontactable( no contact details appear) on the customer feedback or contact page.
I would like to be refunded my full amount of Rs. 1400 and in addition I would like to request Consumer Complaints to take strict action against Jabong.com for the negligence, incompetence and breach of trust.
I have attached the image of the dress I ordered and also the image of the dress I received. This is evidence to prove, I did not receive what I ordered.
