Order number is [protected], when i purchased this item, it only tells us that return is available, but its not written that we have to self ship the product. Having done that, jabong calls me for sending bank details, they did not even once intimated about uploading the courier receipt. Suddenly i get one message reflecting the amount of courier charges returned by jabong, when i called their customer care, they said I didn't upload the receipt thats why they will not refund the entire amount. They are a cheat, because it's customer care's duty to give all the details.
