I paid 478 rs. for order id [protected]. they delivered different product. then i made a complaint against this then they called and told that they will reverse pick the product and refund my money and close my comlaint.
now, while checking the mail from their side, i found that they are refunding only 378 rs.
first they delivered wrong product and then telling that they will refund money after inspecting the product and deducting 100 rs. as shipping charge.
this is clear a fraud case . this is good way to make money for them by deducting 100 rs.
pls take against them.

    I bought certain items online and requested a return for few of them. Their courier man came and only took back a part of the return stating he did not receive an order to take back rest of the two items. He did not even look at the two products. Later jabong emailed me stating the two items are rejected due to quality check. They then asked for various pictures of the products. I emailed them the pictures and also stated that there is no quality issue as they were not even looked at. They did not respond. I contacted them four times but they kept on apologising but did not do anything about it and kept delaying the matter. It has been more than a month but they have still not collected the products nor returned my money. Do not trust their return policy at all. They are just sitting on it and I have two extra pair of shoes that do not fit.

    Jabong is charging taxes wrongly post gst. Merchandise are supposed to cost same after whereas jabong is charging gst apart from handling charges. Donot use jabong dear customers
    Jabong should review its additional charges and should not fool customers in the name of GST.

I need the size which is medium size.As I had already paid for my product, it is loss of money for me if I didn't get the right size for me.

          I have made an order on 25.06.2017 of golden sandal (Brand - inc.5) (Inr 889) and golden watch (Brand – esprit) (Inr 2715). However, on 28.06.2017 i received courier with only sandals inside the packet.in my absence my mother received the parcel and she didn’t check the invoice/packet and received the parcel.
          The watch was missing. Also, the packet’s seal was loose.

          After repeated follow-ups through phone and email’s jabong reverted that the product was dispatched from their warehouse with proper sealed packing. However, they don’t guarantee for the courier company - shadowfox
          Jabong accused me saying you shouldn’t have received the courier if the seal was loose/broken and said the watch was sent from their end. Also, they denied investigating the matter further with the courier company if the same went missing from their end.
          This is a serious case of theft happening which either is done by jabong/shadow fox. It is jabong's responsibility to ensure product reach to consumer as promised.
          I have become an unfortunate victim of this plot.

          I am not the only victim of Jabong there are many ...
          Jabong just checked whether the same was dispatched from their end, however they don't guarantee for the courier company Shadowfox!!!,
          as per my phone conversation, Jabong customer care cannot check with the courier company,
          if the claim of jabong is true that the product is dispatched.. then did Jabong bothered to check with the courier company? do jabong have any evidence that the same is delivered from Courier - Shadowfox? do jabong has any photo evidence. as per jabong's claim of having strong evidence, Provide me evidences

            I have ordered a shirt which seemed quite appealing in the site but failed to gain my interest after receiving it. I tried the return option but it replied that the pickup was not available at my address . Even the self ship option is showing the same reply.
            Why isn't the return possible when they can deliver to the same address while other sites offer pickup at the door steps.

                  Order number is [protected], when i purchased this item, it only tells us that return is available, but its not written that we have to self ship the product. Having done that, jabong calls me for sending bank details, they did not even once intimated about uploading the courier receipt. Suddenly i get one message reflecting the amount of courier charges returned by jabong, when i called their customer care, they said I didn't upload the receipt thats why they will not refund the entire amount. They are a cheat, because it's customer care's duty to give all the details.

                    I order i product but the size of that shirt doesn`t fitted me . So i request a exchange request of smaller size of that shirt.                       I have received an email from Jabong this morning with a specific dress at Rs.675 when I check Jabong app it's showing a different price approximately Rs.900 and there are no coupons or discounts applicable or advised in email or an app these people are showing different rates at different places. I have seen this at multiple occasions where they show different rates at different stages. People who doesn't concentrate will pay more and regret later.

                        I have ordered the below product on 16th April and requested refund on 24th April. I haven't received the refund till today which is 29th June.

                        I have called them more than 30 times for the status and asked for the refund but they just keep me waiting without any resolution.

                        Pathetic service I have ever seen. They don't even update your new contact number and give you reasons for not being present on phone.

                        I am so much frustrated for this and lost trust from the website.

                        Please save your money and don't buy from Jabong. I have lost Rs. 3345.57

                          I placed an order on 6th June for 2 tops out of which one top, magenta washed shirt, could not be delivered hence it was cancelled by Jabong. As per the message received, refund of Rs. 735 was initiated on 17th June but i have not received it yet. Even on your website, status is marked as cancelled. In case the refund has been initiated, the status would have been 'Refund Initiated'.

                          I am really disappointed with your services. Even the customer care executives are not willing to help out in this case. This was not what I expected.

                            I have been following up since 7 days for a return of a product which was not picked up due to understanding issue on the part of the e-kart logistics executive. Every time i call or mail jabong, the only response received is that my problem will be addressed in 3 business days. This is very unprofessional. I am a full time employee and i do not have the time to constantly follow up with jabong on such an issue which should have addressed easily in the first instance.

                                Hi team,

                                I placed an order numbered [protected] on 10 june 2017, which i cancelled on 16 june 2017.

                                The same was attempted to be delivered by your courier partner e-kart, which i refused to accept as mentioned by the sms sent by you.

                                But now it's been more than 10 days since i cancelled the shipment but yet not received the refund for the same.
                                I even contacted your helpline number but all in vain.
                                Your support service just gave false assurance but no results till date.

                                Look into this matter on priority and resolve this matter within 48 hours else be ready for the repercussions.

                                        Regarding the order#[protected],
                                        I received my order (Shoes) on 12th june 2017, it was 1 size bigger so i put a returned request on 12'june'2017 itself.
                                        Product was picked up 13th june'2017. Pick up guy was quite suspicious as he was asking too many questions and trying to peek inside my house, i asked him to mind his own business on which he got really offended.

                                        Now i am getting mails from jabong that product hasn't been picked. I am very stunned that even a pick up guy can screw up my life.

                                        Please note : he clicked pictures of the shoes while pickup and didn't give any receipt and said that 'your return has been complete'
