Hi, i ordered a daniel klein watch costs rupees 5065/- at jabong.com. I got it within 2 days. But the product was defective. So i requested for exchange. Since there were no communication from having regarding the exchange for almost 10 days, i cancelled the product so that i could get atleast my money back. After that there were no status updates. So i called customer care. They asked me to submit the bank details as they didn't receive it. So i submitted the details. But again there was no response. No i called them again.. Again they asked me to submit. I did it once more.. Every time they say the process would be initiated within 2 working days.. But it is almost 6 days, and now it has been 20 days since i first ordered the watch... No response regarding the refund.. Everytime i have to call them, and finally they say that it takes 2 working days to process.. I am completely unsatisfied with jabong ' s response.. Worst online retail shop.. I will never order in this anymore. Kindly help me get the money back..

    I have ordered two items from jabong with order#[protected] on 9th june 2017 with expected deliver date 14th june 2017. They have updated the system with an invalid tracking id[protected] of xpressbees courier services. The support guys are doing nothing except saying sorry for the inconvenience. The expected delivery date still showing 14th june 2017 but the product not delivered yet. Very bad and irresponsible service.

      I was one adidas shoe... When my shoe come the shoe is too small... Then i exchange the item.. Then also come small shoe.. Now i request refund my money... What is the problem of jabong...       The product is not delivered although the delivery person called and confirmed. The status of courier says it was not delivered due to customer unavailability for past 3 days. Also, the courier company EKart neither has any customer care and upon calling the number sent via SMS they disconnect the call.

        Need to exchange size of shirt from xl to xl because i have received a damaged product. But delivered pincode is not under serviceable area for pickup... Even whole kerala pincode is not accepting.. I tried sending lot of mails asking they courier agent in kerala... But im not getting a proper reply.. Im ready to give the product by hand to the courier agent in kannur. Still no support from the jabong team..

          Its been more than two weeks no one came to pick up my return order as the shoe size didn't fit me i wanted to return it. After week of mailing them they sent me a number of an employee that doesn't even work for them anymore.
          The product i ordered is vans shoes i ordered size 5.5 but it doesn't fit me.
          Moreover they assured me that this matter will be solved in 7 days and i kept patience but now another week has been passed and i got no notification regarding this,
          They keep sending offers to buy more products but no information regarding return and refund.
          I want this matter to resolved as quickly as possible
          I just want them to return this product and get the amount back

            I had ordered two bags, out of which i wanted to return one of them, fostelo
            Tan pu handbag. I received this bag on 15th may, but then decided to return it. Someoone from jabong came to pick it up next day.

            There was no price tag or anything when i recived it. The jabong executive asked about the tag, since i didn't receive it i said i dont have it. He told he cannot scan the product since there is no tag, but he said he would try something in office and took it for return. He didnt give me acknowlegement slip either.

            My money didn't get refunded since then. Whenever i call to costumer executive they say my product is not handpicked. When i explain what happened, they raise issue ticket and then close it saying product image not received and hence closing.

            I even gave them the courier service name and the number of guy who handpicked the item.

            This is too frustrating!!! Every time i raise, they close it with this reason.
            There have been many escalations so far.
            They say they are investigating.. I gave the person's number who handpicked still its getting closed with this reason!

            Very disappointing service from jabong

            I'm cheated here with no money refunded nor bag.

                I ordered a pair of crocs shoes from jabong, but the shoe doesn't fit, as it is size (39.5).
                I want to exchange them with a size smaller pair (Size 38.5). But jabong doesn't provide any exchange facility for my pincode, as they say that my pincode is not serviceable. When i called their customer service, they said that i have to return it myself by using the self ship option. Now even the self ship option is not available on their site and app. Neither have they responded to my emails. I spent the whole day to sort this thing out. Its just so unprofessional of them. If they can deliver products at one place, they should also be available for pickup. Even if they can't, they should atleast notify the customer that pickup for this product is not available before the customer makes a purchase. Now i don't know how will i get my shoes exchanged.

                I have ordered a puma shoes on jabong. It looks fake and the material is really bad. The packaging, everything is fake.
                I tried to return but there is no pick up option and they are asking to choose self ship option but there is no such option on the site!

                  I have ordered a crocs sandals of size 43.5 and when it delivered it was bigger for me and when i tried to request for exchange i got a message that pick up service is not available from my address. I asked customer care executive too but of no use. I usually use 42.5 size but in crocs sandals discription it says got for large size than your usual size that's why i ordered 43.5
                  My concern is that firstly if a person can come and deliver jabong products then why can't he take the return/exchange products.
                  Secondly, if jabong cannot provide return/exchange service at specific places then it should be mentioned on their site while we are placing order. This is a simple case of misguiding the customers because they always say that return policies are user friendly.
                  This makes me very upset with jabong's service that it claims of providing to its customers.

                      I placed an order with one loreal paris lipstick and one note concealer.
                      The lipstick was missing from the package completely as just the upper packet was present and the note concealer just contains the upper covering lid with packet slightly tormented. I shared the pictures and filed a compliant as well in this regard but they said that they have investigated and send a product from their side. They completely denying from their responsibility. The biggest part is when I tried to cancel the delivery as I suspected that I wont be available that time, I was unable to do so and no exchange and return was also available as the option. My complaint number 42383446 was registered wiith this one but no help is provided me in this case.

                        I recently bought a nike shoes from jabong and it didn't fit me at all and so i exchanged it for another size and that too isn't fitting me becoz i have a problem with my left leg and i won't be able to wear that and it will be in a corner unused. So beyond all your customer rules and conditions, i would like to also them to just accept the return for the sake of customer satisfaction because i have ordered another expensive pair of shoes too.                           On May 1, 2017 I registered a complaint about the numerous messages I receive on my phone from Jabong. On May 2, I received a reply that action would be taken.

                          However, the action taken was short term it seems. The SMSs stopped only for a few weeks. They have resorted to sending messages again.

                          I want Jabong to completely stop this.

                          I trust this time Jabong will take tthis on a more serious note and act accordingly

                            I order shoes which said easy returns available and no exchange.
                            I received the shoes of size 6 whereas I ordered size 11.
                            Now they refuse to accept the returns and are arguing over pickup of these stupid shoes which are not going to fit anybody.

                            Such a stupid company! Now what am I supposed to do of the shoes which were ordered to gift somebody and size is not fitting.

                            This is the second time I ordered with jabong and again the product is of different size.

                              Hi i am swagatika i purchase 2 tanks (Puma and adidas) worth of around 2300/-. I didn't receive the product still status of the product is showing as delivered. When i did inquiry i team sent me the courier details with my fake signature. This happen only when you do prepaid. (They didn't provide cod also). I never see such a fraud company. You cant trust jabong at all.

                                Case1: ordered 6 products.. Invoice says all 6 products were in packet while i received only 5 products. And now they are not refunding amount. Apprx denim cost 1000

                                Case 2: ordered lakme lipstick : delivered product which is expiring in next 8 months apprx cost 800

                                Case 3: ordered eyeconic lakme kajal : delivered duplicate product. Cost 200

                                Case 4: ordered dress material : return as i dint like, person picked up. And now they are denying not received product back. No refund. Apprx amount 2700

                                    I ordered a Mont Blanc perfume on jabong order number [protected]. They delivered me a duplicate product. The bottle is full of water. I called customer care and lodged a complaint about it but all they have to say is that they have done all quality checks and that the product is not returnable. Never buying anything from them again.

                                      Hi I am ranjesh, I purchased one product (Hooper Brand shoe)from your site (Jabong). But I mistakenly ordered a wrong size shoe and it is delivered to me. Actually I want No. 8 size shoe, and the delivered shoe is 9 size. I want to replace the shoe immediately. But the problem is, a pickup spot is not available anywhere in my city (Calicut). And it is very shameful that a pickup spot is not available for JABONG in a city like CALICUT. Then how a customer can buy products from your site (Jabong).                                         My ORDER ID [protected] I placed the order on 16/05/2017 and today 26/05/2017 they canceled the order. The same product was listed on all other website however I shopped from Jabong. I did a mistake and I will never shop again from Jabong neither will suggest anyone else to shop from Jabong. If you can't deliver the orders then why do you list the product. Please stop fooling us and shut it down.
                                        I don't want my refund I want my product to be delivered. I have put my time & effort in placing the order.
