I had ordered two bags, out of which i wanted to return one of them, fostelo
Tan pu handbag. I received this bag on 15th may, but then decided to return it. Someoone from jabong came to pick it up next day.
There was no price tag or anything when i recived it. The jabong executive asked about the tag, since i didn't receive it i said i dont have it. He told he cannot scan the product since there is no tag, but he said he would try something in office and took it for return. He didnt give me acknowlegement slip either.
My money didn't get refunded since then. Whenever i call to costumer executive they say my product is not handpicked. When i explain what happened, they raise issue ticket and then close it saying product image not received and hence closing.
I even gave them the courier service name and the number of guy who handpicked the item.
This is too frustrating!!! Every time i raise, they close it with this reason.
There have been many escalations so far.
They say they are investigating.. I gave the person's number who handpicked still its getting closed with this reason!
Very disappointing service from jabong
I'm cheated here with no money refunded nor bag.

Contacted the executive again who delivered the bag. initiated the return again and the money got refunded. Thanks to executive Velu.
